It is a good one with very hight quality. It is also value for money.
It is a little bit small if you want to heat big things in big plates

Bought to replace a Kenwood microwave that had started to rust internally, this has same capacity and power but has a slightly smaller footprint. Not really sure what the point of the grill function is, but I bought this as it was an Amazon warehouse deal and was therefore cheaper than the microwave only version. Would have liked better instructions in the box (You have to go on line to get full instructions) and maybe more details on how to use the Grill or Combination functions. More plastic in the build than the previous Kenwood and no ability to select anything less than 10 seconds of cooking time, both not big issues but sometimes you want to microwave something for 45 seconds

Far more sophisticated than that it has replaced, so much more versatile and accurate. I have yet to use the grill but I’m sure that it will be just as good as the microwave. Size, performance and cost of the item all first class and very reasonably priced.

I like the appliance but do not like the fact that the door has to be closed after use as the inner light stays on if you don’t close the door. As a result you can’t let the steam and smells out after use

Bought as a replacement for old sharp microwave- wanted one as reliable as the two previous ones we had. Hope this one lasts as long as those two as first one was bought over 30 years ago and only had to be replaced just over 12 years ago.
So far I’m very happy with this one. Not quite as big as the previous ones but with the kids grown up and moved away it’s plenty big enough for the two of us.
Got as a warehouse deal and saved over 20 – brand new item just had a tatty box. Absolute bargain!

Only comment is that I found when using is it quite noisy. Even the end signal is very loud, it would be good to be able to set the volume to your prefer level.

Haven’t used the grill feature yet, but overall happy with the product. Looks good in the kitchen. Lightweight so easy to move for cleaning. No obtrusive handles. One minor detail is that it slides across the worktop when pushing the button to open the door. Perhaps the addition of some ‘non slip’ or rubber feet might help ?

Good looking and compact unit. But only gave 3 stars for ease of use because the included quick start guide has just “one” page explaining what the buttons are and how to set the clock and “seven” pages of warnings on what not to do, and “nothing” on how to use the various settings. As an example the Combi setting which combines the grill and micro functions, would that be used with the metal rack? as with my old micro only cooker metal objects must not be used.

Microwave very efficient, convection not as efficient as my older oven but it provides a good combination. But beware, when using the display as a timer, the timer disappears in favour of the time of day and the only way of finding the time left is to open the door and press the timer button. Very annoying
