It’s a microwave and does what it needs to do. Very easy to use and looks lovely, my favourite feature is the vents are in the side so I can put things in the top without it overheating
I needed to replace my old microwave and went for this one, the price was extremely good, having tried out various options I have found it produces perfectly cooked food. Having the option to use various preprogrammed makes it very versatile and perform perfectly. It produces perfectly hot food on various powers. The stainless steel finish means it fits into the kitchen decor easily.
Likes are small simple nice colour and above all easy to use. Turn on at mains. Set for cook defrost low and then set timer. It’s like having a clock with hands instead of one of the flashy led ultra bright things on the wall that glows like a X rated horror movie.
Quite and fits normal dinner plate inside.
This machine is not a all flags and whistles microwave oven which is basically why I bought it, I wanted a genuine microwave oven which is cook and tell it’s done, defrost and tell me it’s done, I’m very happy with this oven and it from sharp, which is recognised manufacturer and best but it didn’t cost the earth, I totally recommend buying this produc

Bought this as a gift for my son .
He only has one complaint , the microwave has plastic feet so tends to slide when the door is pulled to open it . I have remedied this by cutting round pieces from a silicon cup cake case and placing these under the feet.
Don’t like the fact that the light only works when the microwave is on and not when the door opens . Also there seems to be a big build up of steam which leaves the inside soaking wet . Could do with bigger vents .
Size is not as advertised and it’s a bit clunky and buttons can be a bit unresponsive but it easy to use and I’ve got used to it!!

Pros -1) Easy to use – just set the power and timer knobs. Theses are manual controls, not electronic so hopefully will prove reliable in the long term. If you like “uncomplicated” then this is for you.
2) Compact size so ideal in a smaller environment.
3) Appears well made and looks good.
4) Value for money.
Cons – 1) Internal light only comes on when cooking. All other times it is off.
2) Supplied with a Quick Start Guide leaflet which is very basic. You have to download a more comprehensive leaflet on-line.
3) No warranty details apart from ” Take unit to a dealer with proof of purchase”.
It performs well. Clear controls. The turntable doesn’t fit as snuggly as it could so you have to check each time it is rotating properly. Otherwise it’s ok. Compact in appearance
Seems good quality, looks good, one good point is it doesn’t seem to steam up inside anything like as badly as our last microwave.
Start and stop controls have to be touched in exactly the right spot.
Interior however is just thin enamel – why is it so difficult to find mid range microwaves with stainless interiors?
No added features you never use, just straightforward, stylish and easy to use!
Must be my time for dying electricals, replaced a sparking microwave, this one is easy to set up and set the timer works very well
Easy set up, no need to waste money leaving the clock on. Just turn it on select power Level, select required minutes or seconds then press start. Preset menus are easy to use too.
Very pleased with this microwave oven, it is stylish with plenty of features and works well. The price paid was very fair and it was delivered on time.

Smaller in size and slightly lighter in weight. Quiet and not so load ping. Light only comes on when in use so you can leave the door open to dry out the inside. Its very dark so cant see any splashes on the inside. Always cover food to avoid moisture build up.
I think it had been dropped as it doesn’t stand flat. It’s working and I have already waited 5 weeks for it. Nothing fancy basic microwave.

As a trusted brand I’d hoped to get an easy to use, decent quality and adequately powered microwave oven, what I got was all of those and far better than I imagined it could be. The mechicsl timer is quite precise, with easy to understand markings and graphics. Good instructions always a help, here again Sharp are spot on. Used predominantly for re-heating, but occasionally for defrosting and poaching, this oven is excellent at all these operations.

Very satisfied. Does everything a small microwave should do. No dislikes at all apart from the door catch being a little stiff. Good value. Arrived safely and on time.
The black one lasted me around about 3 years due too leaving the door open after cooking and the back window opened a tad. I add too put it out for scrap yesterday minus the plug. As it was extremely dangerous too use and was turning into a rust bucket inside. A few weeks before I noticed brown specks. I guessed it was Rust on the newspaper it was standing on, on the kitchen table. I was still cooking food it upto a week before. It looked ok inside. I didn’t notice any signs of rust appearing. Tuesday it didn’t. Cook my microwave oven readymade macaroni cheese dish. It seemed too be cold. Hot underneath the plastic dish. And I don’t know about the small fly that fled in beforehand. Source me leave the door open a tad after cooking too let the steam dissipate. It saves you keep buying a new microwave oven every 12 months, or less. Found this method out by accident. Nothings ever mentioned in the microwave instructions books about this old method of mine. I Even posted it on Facebook.
It does make a lot of condensation, so needs wiping out after each use to prevent rust, but other than that a great addition to the kitchen and we’re fairly happy with it.
Missing one star as it doesn’t fit a standard dinner plate and has the option to heat a dinner plate.

Innocuous build and design, so it’s unobtrusive, and same size as the one it replaces. However, unlike its predecessor it’s rather over-engineered, and the display is very poor – it really should be back-lit. However, for the present it’s good value for money.
All good except dials difficult to read due to size and colour and maybe a problem for older people like myself.
Having had my old microwave since 1978 I was in floods when it eventually gave up the ghost. Minefield chosing a replacement. It’s OK but definitely not as well made as my old one!
Good value and easy to use. Timer not easy for trying to time in part minutes but we knew it was manual when we bought it.
Good product for daily use. Easy to move since it is also pretty light.
It is big enough to put a usual big plate inside and tall enough to get a full chicken (but a bit tight to put also a microwave cover on the big ones).
The time control a bit weird at first, but you get the trick very soon.
So I wrote to Amazon and got a replacement.
Well guess what? 2 months later, the replacement has also stopped heating up.
Very disappointed. These things should last for years.
We are really impressed with this compact microwave. It is very powerful & heats food very evenly. Easy to clean & easy to use. Definitely very happy to recommend.
I like the white interior and the internal light. Seems more powerful than the previous Sharp I had that was 3 years old and went off with a bang last week. But I like this new one. And it also does plate warming which is good. Only had it for 2 days so lot to learn about it yet, that is why I only gave it a four.
Simplistic operation, it needs longer to cook than my previous so not quite as powerful. But good value for Money.

This oven does the job, has the most basic functions and it’s not the strongest in terms of power but it does the job and it’s value for money.
I’m a pensioner and I have stopped cooking for myself. I only use it to heat up my frozen meals . I like the simplicity of it but the writing on the timer knob is quite difficult to read and understand. I think a touch pad would suit my tricky eyesight better .
It is easy to keep clean and serves it’s purpose.
The microwave is exactly what you expect. Well made but with the usual issue of using knobs that mean it’s difficult to put on for short periods of time.
I wanted a small microwave as only really use for heating food up in single portions. So for me this is perfect and looks really good. Very easy to use even without looking at the instructions!

Need to press the microwave button on every use which is a bit annoying. Otherwise good value for the price.
The timing knob is not very easyto read as unlike my old micro the time intervals are not consistent with the actual time but get narrower in space as they elapse.
The one issue with this is the load ding. Despite considerable research I’ve not been able to find out to reduce loudness or switch sound off unlike with earlier models

Outer shell is covered in plastic which has quickly become snagged on regular use buttons – already looking slightly dowdy!
Instruction leaflet not very comprehensive – have had to guess how some operations work!
Simple controls — you just turn one dial for the power setting and another for the cooking time. You can set it going, then adjust the power level or cooking time with no need to stop and restart.
What I like best about this microwave oven is its absence of annoying features:
* No beeping digital touchpad
* No pointless pictures of chicken legs, pizza slices or potatoes
* No clock to reset every time there’s a power blip
Best of all, it emits a single ‘ping’ when the cooking time has ended. My previous microwave oven would beep three times, then repeat at regular intervals, until I did something with it.
Whilst this is exactly what I was looking for, if you want to time your cooking to the precise second, this is probably not for you.
It works and is easy to use. I personally don’t like that the metal case can move out of position when carrying this product. Also it makes a terrible slam sound closing the door. When running it’s quite noisy.
