This tablet is a little powerhouse! If you’re an animator you’ll love this! It exceeded our expectations
We use it a lot, the only issue that I have with this tablet is that the line will be a bit shaky, no matter how stable your stroke is. You need to activate the line correcting settings in the drawing app you are using. But it works very well, the pressure is nice, it comes with a leather enclosure that doesn’t feel cheap.
For the price I can only recommend it.

I wanted to offer my son a drawing tablet that has multiple functions but mostly would help him improve his crafts. This is perfect. Touch screen very sensitive. Drawing is smooth and working with it is quick and easy!

Its the perfect size to carry along on road trips or to do some drawing on a lazy day at the park.
Comes with the case that protects the screen when not in use and seconds as a tablet stand which is nice.
I will say that i had an issue with our tip breaking on the stylus but that was possibly user error but regardless i contacted customer support to purchase a new stylus they asked if i would send a pic of it which i did and the next day i recieved an email informing me they were sending me a replacement stylus at no charge and it was at my door 2 days later.
Customer service was very pleasant and helpful and prompt.
Very happy with this tablet and highly recomend it for the affordable cost and quality build aswell as a quality drawing app preinstalled with more options and settings for personalizing your art work.

The HUGE drawback is that the battery drains terribly even when the device is idle. I’ve turned off background operation of almost all my apps, turned off notifications, and deleted a bunch of unneeded preloaded apps and still the battery drains just sitting there. And it charges incredibly slowly no matter what charger I use. There’s been more than once that it’s had a full charge and then drained itself completely just sitting on a table doing nothing for two days. Even my phone doesn’t do that. A tablet certainly shouldn’t. I don’t know if mine has a defective battery or what, but be aware this may be an issue.
1. The performance maybe not the best but I’m so happy to get this tab! I can always draw on the go.
2. Some people may preferred iPad or any other tab from any brands, but this is the best option for people like me. I need an android environment and on a budget.
3. The size is just quite nice to be able to carry everywhere and draw on it.
La primera vez en mi vida que dibujo en digital, mi dibujo est en plena construccin. Tena ganas de tener una app especial para ello pero ya viene con una app incorporada y es super fcil de usar y no te lias buscando las cosas. Me faltan algo ms de variedad de relieves pero ya que es gratis y viene preinstalada la he probado y me ha encantado. Sensor con el lpiz bastante bueno, lo malo es que va con pilas. Recomiendo crear uno que no le haga falta o que vaya con batera para sus creadores. En resumen, quiero ver cmo acaba mi dibujo pero por ahora estoy enganchada y me ha flipado esta compra. LA RECOMIENDO para todos aquellos que quieran pasarse del folio a la pantalla como yo
I wanted an affordable, safe & family-friendly stand-alone tablet for my children to create with. This is it.
I’m used to Apple OS but its Android OS is pretty intuitive & what’s great is that I can monitor & control usage (prohibiting any app I wish & applying or lifting curfews etc) with Google’s Family Link app on my iPhone.
The in-built graphics app is great & I downloaded a great animation app for them too.
They write / draw / make films & aren’t even bothered about the absence of social media (which we had removed).
I don’t know of any other tablet that comes close, especially at this price.
Also whilst there had been a little teething problem around charging, the manufacturer was super helpful at listing out possible resolutions & their reset totally resolved the issue.
As they mature we can release more apps for them but at the moment it’s perfect to express themselves (rather than get lost comparing themselves to others).
The only thing I would improve on in terms of hardware is including some kind of calibration tool, the nibs on the stylus are a little off compared to what I am used to. Nothing too major, and most of the brushes in sketchbook pro have little indicators so you know where you’re aiming, but it can interrupt my workflow. I might also use a textured screen protector to get a bit more visceral feedback and that paper feel. But you get used to it before long.

This drawing tablet is ideal for anyone who is just getting into drawing on a tablet. It comes with drawing software already installed on it so it can be used to draw straight the way. Also includes other software that it’s ideal for work and study. This is amazing value for the money. I received everything that the description of the item said. Very easy to use.
Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this tablet. It’s the first tablet I’ve owned for purposes of graphic art and it’s nice in that you don’t need a laptop, it comes with a Simbans stylus and a decent protective case. The only thing that I’m not satisfied with, is that the charging cord is defective. I was able to charge it using my cell phone cord. The box/outlet is fine, but there’s some defect with the cord.
Super drawing tablet with built in basic drawing programme – perfect for beginners.. You can access WiFi which makes this a great all rounder. Came with all accessories needed.
I bought this for my autistic son who is 13 and love to draw. This tablet enabled him to do that as well as play games or watch his shows. He ended up breaking the screen after a few months but the after sales team were great as resolving this and sent out a new tablet to replace the broken on. My son since has stood on this one and we in the process of sorting it out with Sinban.
The first thing to consider is that this tablet is only 205. A fraction of the next cheaper drawing tablet. So, overall, I’m really satisfied. The positive (other than cost): the pen pressure sensitivity is excellent. The size is perfect. The case practical and sturdy. The glove is a nice essential addition. The negative (READ BEFORE BUYING) the screen touch resolution is not the greatest, so even if your hand goes straight, you might sometimes have a little wobble in the line. Playing with the apps settings or using straight or curved line tools will get around this problem (that’s what I do) but it limits the scope of what you can do. If you’re a pro, consider a higher end option. In my case, I struggle to draw straight on a screen regardless, so no loss here, so I’m perfectly happy.
Finally: was initially concerned with processor speed, but it work perfectly fine with the professional illustration app (Clip Studio) I used. So I gave it 5 stars.
So happy with this purchase. My daughter (13) is blown away by the quality.
I compared other tablets that required connection to computers etc, the Simban in contrast has none of these issues simply input the WiFi password and basic setup and it’s all there!!
No downloading drivers or messing around as I simply didn’t have pc / laptop compatibility.
My daughter loves the detail she can now achieve in her drawings where you can zoom in on certain parts to add more design.
I cannot rate this highly enough and is the best purchase I have made on amazon to date !!
I am new to the techy world of trying to switch careers and start a new career completely from being a stay at home mom for 6 years. I got this tablet as it was affordable in my budget to begin practicing digital design. Ive always been artsy as a teacher but used the basics for a medium. I want to switch and become tech savy as more jobs are going that way and i will have more options when i start looking for part time work. This tablet was more than i could ask for. It came in perfect packaged condition along with extras ,glove, case, charger, pen, and screen protector already on. I just charged it and am getting used to it now. I will update the review as soon as i try out the drawing app. From what i can see it is exactly what i wanted. A working affordable tablet with all functions PLUS you can draw right on it without a computer.
Unfortunately, the product stopped charging just a month after we gave this to our daughter for Christmas, which was in turn past the 90 day return window since I did Christmas shopping early last year. Going back through reviews, this is a somewhat common problem with the tablet’s USB C charging port.
EDIT: The Simbans product team sent me some guidance on how to hard reset the device and it worked. The tablet now charges, and my daughter is happy again. It took them about ~72 hours to respond to the help request, but that’s understandable since I first submitted the request late on a Friday.
En general la tableta est muy bien y cumple su cometido, pero la que yo he recibido al menos se queda colgada, a veces tarda en responder… a los 10 minutos de probarla ya me dio error y me cerr la aplicacin que estaba usando… Realmente me gusta y la precisin para dibujar y escribir es ms que aceptable por su precio, pero no s si el modelo va demasiado justo de procesador o es que la ma est defectuosa.
Actualizacin: he probado una samsung tab s6 lite y me ha encantado la sensacin del spen y la precisin que tiene, as que entre la Picasso Tab y la S6 Lite me quedo con la de Samsung.
Ventajas de la Picasso:
– Viene con app de dibujo
– Incluye la funda en el precio adems de un guante para mejorar la precisin en el rechazo de la palma
– Tiene entrada micro HDMI y entrada USB-C
– La pantalla no necesita protector para evitar rayaduras
Ventajas de la Samsung:
– No tiene lo que tiene la picasso, pero es ms fina y ligera, ms cmoda de manejar
– Tampoco va sobrada de procesador, pero funciona mejor que la Picasso
– La sensacin al escribir con el S-Pen es incluso mejor que la de la Picasso (Aunque la punta tiene pinta de desgastarse rpido)
– Tiene la pantalla un poco ms grande
My daughter is only young so she is exploring everything on this tablet, she did tap too hard on the stylus and the nib went inside the pen and we couldn’t get it out, so we have had to buy her a new one. Maybe have a pen that opens at the bottom for the nib to replace and if you could put nibs in the package that would be great too.
Erst einmal das Gute:
Man bekommt fr nicht viel Geld ein Tablet, das sich gut zum Zeichnen nutzen lsst. Im Gegensatz zu irgendwelchen Wacom-Teilen, braucht man hier nicht viel in die Hand nehmen.
Dazu ist auch erfreulich, dass man eine Hlle hat und diese Handschuh-Dinger, die ich nie nutze (die man auch nicht unbedingt braucht, da man z.B. bei Sketchbook auch den Stiftmodus einschalten kann).
Installation und so sind auch leicht und selbsterklrend.
Um es kurz zu machen: Ein simples Drawingtool, bei dem man eben nicht noch einen Extrabildschirm braucht – soweit, so gut.
Es gibt allerdings auch einige Knackpunkte, die mich dazu gebracht haben, das Ding letztlich zurckzuschicken:
Erst einmal und am nervigsten: Es gibt einen deutlichen “Lag”, d.h. die Zeichnung wird leicht zeitverzgert auf den Bildschirm gebracht. Bei der Leistung von 4 GB Arbeitsspeicher ist das fr mich unverstndlich, ganz ehrlich. Ja, es gibt im Internet viele Stimmen, die sagen, man gewhne sich an den Lag und fnde ihn irgendwann nicht mehr schlimm. Aber fr mich ist das einfach der Hauptgrund zu sagen, das geht nicht. Wenn ich mein Hauptaugenmerk darauf richte, ein Drawing-Tablet in der Hand zu halten, dann sollte man auch 1: 1 zeichnen knnen. So einfach.
Auch der Einsatz eines Programms, dass die Hintergrundprogramme ausbremst (ich habe Droid Commander benutzt), bringt nur minimale Verbesserung.
Der zweite Punkt: Der Strich ist etwas unterhalb der Eingabestelle. Ich habe bis jetzt keine Mglichkeit gefunden, das nachzujustieren. Wer also an einem vorherigen Strich ansetzen will, muss ewig herumprobieren. Das ist meiner Meinung nach auch ein No-Go.
Dann gibt es noch ein paar kleinere Punkte:
Der Stift luft mit einer Batterie. Neue Minen knnen nur in den USA nachbestellt werden – inklusive Porto selbstverstndlich. Wie man die Minen austauscht? Keine Ahnung, aber es gibt vielleicht Videos auf Youtube. Auch sonstige Extras muss man in den USA bestellen. Ich htte auch gerne eine neue Oberflche, am liebsten matt – die gibt es gar nicht. Diese zwei Punkte sind aber nicht so entscheidend fr mich. Es ist eher das Gesamtbild.
Ach ja, die Software dazu wird im Internet auch angepriesen. Unverstndlich fr mich. Sketchbook ist vorinstalliert, aber das bekommt man auch auf allen anderen Android-Gerten. Alle anderen Vollversionen muss man auch zahlen.
Ich werde das Ding jetzt schweren Herzens umtauschen, weil ich es eigentlich gut finde. Ich habe heute das Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite ausprobiert, was ein flssigeres Zeichengefhl hat, keine Verzgerung. Okay, man muss tiefer in die Tasche greifen.
Wem ein “Lag” nichts ausmacht, der kriegt ein gutes Drawing-Tablet. Ich wrde 3,5 Sterne geben, das sind gerade noch 4 Sterne.
Ich mag das Teil immer noch und habe mich auch schon ein bisschen an es gewhnt. Abe letztlich reicht mir das nicht.
My daughter asked for drawing tablet for a while but they have been out my price rage, this one was a bit cheaper so I ordered it for her, this is brilliant!! Whilst also being able to create her drawings she can download the apps also (ibis paintx) through playstore, I found it easy to set up no issues at all, the tablet comes with charger, case, glove and pen well worth the money, the tablet itself is excellent quality and doesn’t look cheap like some others ive encountered, she loves it and I would highly recommend this for any inspiring artist young or old, the tablet comes with addition features like how to do slide shows and presentations if your a grad student also I has great memory capacity with an option to more if required using the SD slot I would highly recommend this for anyone 🙂
I am loving my new simbans tablet, it has everything I need to start in the world of digital art without the extortionate rates of the big companies. It has the massive added bonus of being a stand alone device as I can’t afford expensive super computers and monthly charged programs. This tablet and the Autodesk sketchbook app is more than adequate for me right now. The cameras and sound aren’t great but I didn’t buy it for taking photos or playing music on, they are quite adequate for watching YouTube tutorials on, though it would have been nice to have had a better camera on the back to take pics clear enough to scan sketches into Autodesk with. The only 2 issues I’ve found is that the screen is super reflective which can be difficult at times to see what I’m doing and the on/off button is tiny making screenshots and on/off a little awkward. But honestly, if these are the only issues I can find then they are petty annoyances at the side of all this brilliant little machine has to offer. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to give digital art a go without selling their body parts for a stand alone drawing tablet! And loads of free tutorials on YouTube to help you learn and improve your skills!
I was sceptical due to the price but I can tell you now, it is just good value for money. The sensitivity of the pen is absolutely amazing.

I researched drawing tablets, trying to understand and compare why there are so many price differences between devices. I learned that more expensive devices are possibly needed for graphic art students/professionals; however, this device comes with the pen as well as a glove AND is an amazing price, in comparison….which had me concerned that it would be a terrible waste of money. My teenager loves it! It is easy to use and I am very impressed with the art I’m seeing. I knew my kid was talented but now I’m seeing a future in graphic arts. This product has aloud me to feel confident in investing in more expensive devices in the future.

This tablet is a very affordable drawing tablet that can be used for everything. My daughter is very pleased. When I needed help from customer services regarding an accessory they have been exemptionally helpful .
Tablet does tend to freeze a little from time to time but other than that it works perfectly
I bought this tablet for my art mad daughters birthday.
Needless to say she loves it! It took her a little while to get used to the stylus but now draws her art no problems.
After her accidentally cracking the screen, i contacted the company who were more than happy to help.
I just sent them the tablet back to be repaired at a minimal amount.

My daughter uses this alot and the easy to use drawing apps make for some excellent creations. Not long after purchasing ours we had an accident which caused damage to the tablet and Simbans customer support was excellent. They helped us sort the issue out quickly.
Product arrived on time. Works perfectly well, only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the sound quality is pretty miserable. But I got this tablet to do some art onhe go, and it’s perfect for that.
I bought this months ago for drawing and stopped for a while but have just started again, but now the pen isn’t working for some reason when it was working fine before. do you know what I may have don’t wrong?

It’s a great beginner drawing tablet and great for what i need.
If your interested in buying ; note that this takes some getting use to. It’s glass so it slides when drawing it doesn’t have a the feeling of drawing on paper like other tablets. You have to download better apps for drawing but gives a great starter one.
Headphone jack gives static with wire headphones but because I also have wireless ones it’s all good.
Note:
some people have said that the power button doesn’t work, it could because of 2 things. Battery giving out or the button gets stuck in its holding slot. If your tablet doesn’t work with button try charging it then turning it on at the same time it gives it jolt after like 20 secs of holding volume keys and power button at the same time. I hope this helps future buyers.
Only complaint would be a better power button aka bigger. Android phones do this too so it’s normal to me since I experience it before with my phone.
Boght for 13 year old daughter who wanted to get into digital art. She likes it and it sems good. We discourage her using it as a general tablet for Netflix, Youtube etc and say it is primarily for doing the art.
