To have the neck massager in the correct place Iv to sit on a cushion n I’m 5.5 tho it’s not a problem, it’s amazing and all the Air pads etc make it stand out from the rest, the only negative I have is that the upper back doesn’t go up to the shoulders it stops over half way, I think that’s because of the neck massager being there, it’s not a major problem tho, I would Stil recommend the seat it’s so relaxing
Overall, it serves it purpose.. a complete relaxation chair.. i have used other brand and I may say, they are similar but this one is cheaper.. the only difference between the 2 is that the rollers are not moving from lower back to upper.. it has 2 sets for lower and upper.. for me, i want if there is movement. Another problem for small people, it wont reach my neck
The chair arrived promptly and packaged well. We enjoyed using it. However it would be helpful if the neck massager could be adjusted to accommodate various heights. Maybe something to think about in the product design.
The quality and power was quite impressive, better than expected. Used by someone of 5’9″ height who had perfect placement match with machine pressure areas. Delivered on time and well packaged.
It it comfortable. But the neck part would be best if i can lower it further to my desired spot. It would also be nice if it had a timer. Automative off as desired.
Bought this for my fiance as a Christmas gift as he has quite an active job so he complains about back and neck pain all the time. He loves it. Recommended uses are 3-4 times a week. He says that his back pain has really subsided and that he’s been sleeping much better since using it. Would definitely recommend. Price wise I would say its reasonable for what it is. Its doing a great job.

It really helps release tension from my back/neck pain. After suffering from bad back injuries, I have been searching for something to help ease the tension and this is the answer for me. Many settings to help target necessary areas. The Neck massage is great too but would’ve worked better if I was a smidge tall. To overcome this issue I sit on a cushion when using a neck massage.

I am very happy with this massage chair as for its performance in massaging the neck and upper and middle back unfortunately it’s unefficient in massaging the lower back !! I have to use an additional massaging belt for my lowe back pain..

Everything was fine, it included all the functions I expected. The only issue being that it caused more pain than relief in some areas where I had very mild pain before, RECOMMEND TO STRICTLY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT OVERUSE it will do more damage than good if used like this.
Having been suffering with lower back pain for some time I decided to have a look at this product, I researched it for a while looking at all reviews and was quite impressed with what I read.
So I decided to purchase it and Wow what a ingenious product.
It certainly gives a fantastic massage with added pressure cushions it certainly makes you fall into a satisfying and relaxing moment.
The seat certainly has all the motions to massage the area that I need , as it has a spot option on control that allows you to pinpoint the area you require more attention too.
The heat setting is not too hot it’s so comfortable and when finished leaves you with a comfortable feeling even after your finished.
It’s not like the other products on the market, this one has certainly been thought through to give you exactly what you want.
Overall although I’m still suffering with lower back pain as it’s a trapped nerve, it certainly gives me some time to have a sensation of relief and pain free for a time.
Well worth the money.

Great massage chair. The air seat is amazing and the adjustable neck massage is also great if you are shorter. The remote is really easy to use. The back massage is strong and takes a bit of time to get used too, but once you get use to it is really effective.
Works well – powerful motors drive a stong massage across your back and the neck massager can also work the upper back a little. Good product.

I had similar massage machine bought in Japan. This massage chair pad gave me a good masage pressure and I am happy to have this in UK/Amazon. Bit hard to adjust a neck massage part (to find best position to fit my neck) but I recomend this.
I was sceptical about spending 200 on a massage chair pad, but this is literally awesome. It’s sturdy and heavy and very well made. The rollers get right into your muscles and relieve tension immediately. Put it on auto mode and it goes through a 15 min cycle of all the functions including the vibrating seat pad which was a pleasant surprise!
I wanted this for my office chair as I work at a desk 12 hours a day, but I also use it when on sofa watching tv. The airbags are a tad noisy as they blow up – sounds like a blood pressure machine – but the rollers are quite quiet. Love it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this item but I have to say I am very impressed. I have been using this for a week now (daily) and it definitely helps to remove stiffness/tension in the back and neck. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this item.
This is a very good massager, I suffer from chronic pain and I use it every day.
The only comment I would have is that when you choose spot massage it instead of doing a continuous movement, it goes back and forth, I really didn’t like that at first but very quickly got used to it and now I use it everyday 🙂
It would be nice if the massage was stronger but I tested a couple of other massage chair pads and this one was the strongest. I don’t really use the additional functions so I was considering getting something that would be more compact, but like I said this one the massage head were stronger.

I use this massager everyday before I sleep, the auto function is best to begin with and I put a towel over the device as it is very powerful and my comfort was better with another layer between my back and the massager. It is heavy and sturdy, has various functions like air compression to move your body and the shiatsu ball rolling massager which works deeply and effectively. This is by far the best massager I have tried and I now use it as part of my pain management and I sleep better and have more body movement flexibility because of it. I am so glad I bought it and I would highly recommend it.
I received the product yesterday. I developed severe sciatica. The product was received the day after ordering and was simplicity itself to set up.
The full body massager is able to get directly into the pained areas and by using the ‘spot’ facility remains in that area until one moves it. I find the Snailax full body massage chair pad gives instant pain relief and although I have only had it a day from my point of view would highly recommend it.
I found that being able to massage just the part of your back you wanted was good. Adjusting the pressure on your back ny the insertion of a towel or cushion was very helpful. Overall a great machine.

Now I found not much product specific con but couple of more improvements would make this product even more fantastic. For example, I’m 5’4″ and the neck massaging rollers don’t come down to my neck but I followed their instructions and used a booster seat for that (LoL) and that didn’t stop vibrating my bums! Shockers on the back rollers would be a great addition and the remote control is not nail safe so press the buttons carefully. I heard little bit of clunky noise but I would not be worried about it since Snailax will give you warranty on that product.
Perhaps they might introduce more feature in their next revision or model, but until then, it is very effective and I’m happy with the price, quality & the service of this item!
(I’m thinking of gifting one to my parents as well!)

Bought this for my husband but decided to keep it for myself very relaxing and eases the muscles.
If l had bought this from QVC l would have returned it for a refund. My main problem is the very top of my back, unfortunately the rollers don’t go this high. I had to put a doubled up fleece throw over it to soften the rollers. It does feel quite nice though. I remember trying one in a shop years ago and the rollers did different types of massage rather than just going round and round. Anyway, it is what it is and l should have done more research.
This product has done wonders for me. Being a nurse and working long shifts I like to pamper myself but don’t always have the time to go get a massage. This product is a perfect substitute, it is easy to use and does a great job on my back. I always get a perfect night sleep after using it. Love it so much I purchased one for my mum and she loves it too. Would highly recommend!!!!

This is very good. I’ve owned a massage chair worth 1500 pounds and this gives similar results!
My wife bought this as a replacement for a different model because it did not adequately get to the pain areas of her neck and shoulders, but this one does, works very well.
My first massage chair, and never used one before was not the most comfortable experience as I sat in it and pressed “demo” and let it do its thing!
However the 2nd time was far better as I selected and adjusted so the right spots were massaged, the 3rd time I actually fell asleep while using it, thankfully the 15 minute auto cutout shut it down.
All the following massages have been quite comfortably refreshing with welcome relief in my lower back pain.

This is quite effective massage chair and targets pain quite well. As a small person (5’5″) I’d prefer if neck massager is adjustable as it reaches my head, but apart from this, it’s very well made product.
My pregnant wife absolutely loves it, the seat air / full body combo works perfectly to assist back pain. I’m 6ft and it works wonderfully for me too.

My husband got my this as a birthday present after suffering from severe sciatica pain a few days to my birthday. I think this is the best gift ever. I took pain killers and it did not work. Since using this massage chair, my sciatica pain has greatly reduced, the chair is very comfortable and it is very user friendly. Manual very easy to use and not complicated. Absolutely brilliant – it would be better if the neck massager were more adjustable, but seeing as I’m only 5′ 2″ I’m pretty sure I won’t find another product that would suit me entirely. I just stick a book on the seat and it’s fine.

This chair is great, the neck massager can be raised and lowered to suit the individuals hight, the heated back massagers really warmup the mussels and bags inflate quickly.
The back massagers really go low to get the lower part of the back.

The massager works as advertised and help relieve the stress from back. It feels like a real massage and is very relaxing. I have dropped one star because it is a struggle to fit in a normal office chair. The neck massager should have height adjustment so that it can fit all.
I have never been a fan of vibration massage and I did not know this had air massage points so I was not worried about these. I sat down and tried the back massage (excellent) experimented with spot massage on certain points (works excellently) and played with the neck massage (very nice) and then I saw the button marked “Auto”. I pressed this and…OMG…WOW…it just started to combine all the elements including vibration and air massage and I nearly melted. The total effect is beyond the sum of the parts and each work well together, constantly altering and changing slowly to give a relaxing but never boring massage. I now use these even if I’m doing a spot massage on my lower back as the added vibration and air squeezing etc all help you relax into the important bit of the massage. Given that you can set this chair to focus on one thing, or do several…or just go on auto it is very, very flexible. And believe me, when you press auto it just takes over and carries you away, it’s honestly wonderful.
For direct problems I would say this chair is most suitable for back issues. You can focus on lower back or mid back etc and get an intense massage. If you put a cushion behind the rigid back so that you are laying back on it at an angle of about 20 to 25 degrees then the pressure increases and the massage is more intense. For neck massage it is fine, it will definitely help, but as I say for more intense neck massage you are better with a massage pillow. However, to get the neck massage as an extra while your back is being relaxed is brilliant. The seat mechanisms, vibration and air massage, are very pleasant in association with the rest but are not in themselves very therapeutic so this is not for really useful for problems with the Gluts or leg muscles. (No massage chair would be good for that, it is a different area and probably needs manual massage). However the intense back massage, the decent neck massage and the overall relaxing and therapeutic feel of the whole thing working together is WAY beyond my expectations and this is the first massage chair I would recommend in any way, and I recommend it very strongly.
NOTE; It is easy to fold the seat up and slide this into a small space when not in use, easy and quick to get back out and very intuitive to use with an excellent controller.
If you have a sore back, or if you just want the option to sit down for 15 minutes whenever you want and be treated to a delightful massage and pamper then get this, you won’t be disappointed.

he roller and heat really works; I have lower back pain for years and it really worth every pound. I have been thinking to get a full massage chair which costs at least 2k. This is a very good product which costs at least 1/10 of the price. You can also move it around too; it doesnt take up much space too.
Nothing to dislike about it, easy to use, relieves pain, comfortable to sit on, the only thing is you need a chair with a deep seat to gain better results. Great product.
Fits nicely on our computer/gaming chair. Easy to use with a wide range of settings. My only negative is the fact that I have to sit on a cushion for my neck to reach the correct height, but since this is supposed to be usable for a range of different heights that’s the logical choice. My husband can’t exactly make himself shorter so it’s not too bad that I have to use a cushion.
What an amazing product it has done wonders for my back and neck. Paying that little bit extra for the model with airbags was the best decision.

Due to pandemic I’m working from home and the moment so I spend on the chair about 8/9 hours per day which causes pain in my back, shoulders and the neck. This is the reason why I purchased this item and have to say there’s no regret at all!

Always a bit worried buying quite expensive items online, but I’m impressed by this chair so far. A couple of weeks in, it is being well used by me (5ft3) and my husband (5ft9). Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because it clunks and whirrs a bit as it’s moving around, which distracts a bit from the experience, though is understandable and I can hardly complain! As others have said, there’s also the point that the back massagers don’t quite reach up to the shoulders and the neck doesn’t quite reach down, but honestly, for the price, I am impressed and would readily recommend.

Well made and easy to use but always starts on full back mode, would be more useful to start on nothing till selected. I like the gentle air bag neading and the spot function.

This product is fantastic, however I was not expecting the massage to be so strong and deep into the tissue. I was not ready for the soar body the following day. It takes some getting used to because it is for helping the body recover. I don’t say this as a bad thing because it helped me to be more flexible and have relief in my lower back the following days. My back was so tight that it hurt to get those knots out but once they were gone the following days were so much better so just expect that.
It is fairly heavy but well made and when the air feature is in use it takes it to another level of comfort. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to feel relief after a long day of work however if you are sensitive and do not like deep tissue massage you might want to consider something else. Please note it does not sit in a position that is comfortable unless it is being used for a massage so if you want to use the chair you will likely want to remove this from your chair or you will feel the nodes sticking into your back without the massage and that is uncomfortable. 9/10 product would like to control the intensity of the massage would be my only change and moving the nodes out of the way when not in use so you can leave it on the chair.
Love this so much I’m in danger of over using it, it really helps with my back problems the heat setting is great, and the air compressor makes you feel like you’re getting hugged.
Bought this as a gift for my husband who is a grocery delivery driver. They’ve been really busy and working very hard these past several months since covid started and I thought it would be a really nice gift for him. Something he can use after a tiring day at work to help him relax and ease his aches and pains.

The first time I sat on it, I was absolutely bewildered. The experience was pretty close to the full chair as far as just the massage functions was concerned, and I didn’t have to clear out a space the size of a small apartment for the 600lb monster. It’s portable enough that I can bring it with me when I go back for Christmas for a more direct comparison, but the fact that I’m even comparing it to one of those behemoths speaks to its effectiveness.
Other small complaints: I wish the balls moved just a bit lower so I can reach the very bottom if my lower back where the pain resides, and I’d have lined the heating function to be a bit stronger. However, considering its price, physical limitations, and competition, I can’t hold these issues against the product. I would, however, be interested in a future version of this product that addresses these issues. No product is perfect, but these come close.
For a product like this with this many moving parts the warranty is something I pay attention to. They offer 2 years which is good, but I don’t like that I have to email them to activate. I suppose that’s the norm now for many products so it’s not enough to lose a star over. I can’t speak to its longevity but will update the review if the product runs into issues in the future.
It’s 4.5 in fact. It would be 5/5 if there wasn’t too much empty area between the massage balls of upper back and the lowest neck. However I use it every day and worth to price.

I’m 6ft 1 and 14stn and this was just right for me. Will be honest, I didn’t like it at first as this is the first time I have used one of these, and it just felt uncomfortable. After a few tries I then found that it was hitting all the correct places that when I went back on my chair, I nearly feel asleep. The neck part can be adjusted, as my wife is 5ft 6 and at first the neck part was in the back of her head, but putting the neck setting on and then keeping your finger on the down arrow, this moved so she was getting this in her neck too. My only one issue, it keeps slipping off the two different office chairs I have every now and again, not all the time.
This feels like quality, it has a great presence about it and when you are being massaged on it it almost feels like going on a ride as the seat vibrates, air lifts and squeezes you and the rollers go up and down your back.
Great to have the neck massager too. Customer service is second to none. Brilliant response times and frankly I have no hesitation in recommending this product.
Good overall. The only down side is it doesn’t massage the shoulders.
We got this to replace another brand one we’d had for years that stopped working and are pleasantly surprised at just how much it feels like you are getting massaged and not just having balls rolled up and down your spine. The only quibble is that there is a gap between how far the massage mechanism goes into the neck and the head massage. This means that I have to slide down on the chair to have my neck and shoulders massaged. But I do very much appreciate the air compression side panels and the heat option.
If you are planning to use it with an office chair it may not work well as the office chairs have a curve in the lower back that pushes the Snailax forward.
I’ve loved it and so did many of my friends already.
There are only three criticisms I have:
i. Even though I’m not a tall person, the “Upper back” and “Full back” choices do not actually go high enough up to include the *actual* upper back but only as high as what I feel is barely more than the mid-back area.
This is very frustrating. It leaves a section between the mid-back and neck that is untouched.
ii. There is no carry-handle on the item. This makes it very awkward/difficult to move the item. Even for a basic repositioning, it requires grabbing the whole thing with both hands. If there was a carry-handle (as there was with my old other branded uint) it would make it so much easier.
iii. The remote control buttons are very difficult to see in dim light such as sitting at home in the evening watching tv. It would have been good if the buttons (and the word describing their function) lit up.
Apart from these issues, I think it’s an excellent unit only just short of a 5-star.
