Glad I purchased this! I was looking for something sturdy and as close as possible to a real keyboard experience and this definitely didn’t disappoint. Keys feel amazing quality and the case itself has a great design. The material does show fingerprints but that doesn’t bother me, neither the weight of it. If anything, the weight helps to have a balance and not feel flimsy.

I was after a keyboard case that would allow me to use my iPad as a laptop but also still allow me to to flip it round to use as a tablet for illustration.

Really quick and easy to set up and use and if you lose the instructions that come with it, they’re available online.
Only slight niggle I have with it is the lack of Apple Pencil holder / slot so it does tend to fall off when it’s just magnetised to the iPad.
The case and keyboard are great. It does make the iPad a laptop with great functionality. The case makes the iPad quite heavy but this isn’t a problem for me.
Currently I think it’s awesome no reason to say anything negative about it.

The keyboard is both beautiful and strong. The buttons are really nice to press and it makes watching/using my tablet really enjoyable.
This swivel case/keyboard embarrasses the user. The top part that the iPad snaps into joins to the keyboard using a swivel mechanism. This means that unlike any other iPad keyboard/case combo, you can swivel the screen. In regular ‘laptop mode’, the keyboard itself has the best keys of ANY mobile keyboard I have ever used. Deep travel, responsive, comfortable to type on. Best of all, the backlighting is outstanding. Either all the same colours (at 3 brightness levels) or multicolour, like on a gaming laptop! 3. The outside of the case/keyboard is a matt finish, fingerprint magnet, but slightly grippy. 4. Charges using USB-C. 5. My only critisism is the lack of a holder for the Apple Pencil, so you have to rely on it magnetically attaching to the iPad, risking it falling off in your bag. (I have inserted a stylus holder from a since disposes of HP convertible laptop that fits nicely into the gap between the iPad and the case. But few people will be able to get hold of something like that.) Anyway, this case/keyboard literally is the first accessory that, in conjunction with iPadOS 13.3 really does finally turn the iPad into a proper computer. I have just migrated entirely off MacOS and Windows and am using Lumafusion, Google Drive, Slack, Shapr3D and other apps to run the show without any issues.And now of course (mid March 2020), Apple have announced the new 2020 iPad Pros and Magic Keyboard, so things can only get better, although even Apple’s new funky $300 Magic keyboard lacks the ability for the iPad to lay flat like a tablet or the multicoloured backlighting. Unless you intend to get the Apple Magic keyboard, get this one, you won’t have any regrests. A life change
The snugg is the perfect adaption to the iPad Pro for making it as close to a laptop as possible!
I tried some cheaper ones but sent them all back, paid the extra for this. Far far better, sturdy & well designed. Perhaps a little heavier than I’d liked but it’s not a problem. I’ve had Snugg products before & been very happy with them. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with cheaper stuff. Bonus is this is oh so much cheaper than the Apple branded one & having tried it I can’t justify paying the extra. Recommended.

So far it’s great! I was a little hesitant to buy it because I read some reviews that it doesn’t connect well to Bluetooth but so far that hasn’t been an issue. It’s got a really nice design and a good alternative to apple- much cheaper too! The trackpad click is quite loud but it does allow you to just tap it and It does make the iPad quite heavy which is a downside since I’ll have to carry it out every day but apart from that everything is good!
Great item just as good if not better than some other products that are available on amazon that are at a higher price.

Love my Snugg case. Was wondering when looking through the reviews but pleasantly surprised. It also stores my apple pencil safely in a little storage pocket built into the case-just make sure you put it in the right way or its libel to get stuck.
When you open your iPad, it takes a second or two for the keyboard to reconnect but it’s not problematic. Works as I want it to.
Just what I was after. Has made remote teaching much easier and safer .
I was looking for a keyboard case with a trackpad for my new iPad Air, but with the ability to fold flat so I could use it for hand written note taking too (which ruled out the super expensive apple keyboard). This case does everything I wanted it to, trackpad works great, keyboard is nice to type on and keys have good spacing, syncs fast, and the screen flips round so you can write on it. All in all, fantastic keyboard for anyone wanting your iPad to do absolutely everything, and at a really good price – can’t complain at a third of the apple price.

This smart, convenient and easy to use Bluetooth keyboard. It’s excellent swivel neck in ables the user to view the screen from any angle.
And it can be used in the dark as the keys light up.
One of the best things about this keyboard is that it holds its charge I’ve left the device on all night and was able to use without charging up till the late afternoon.
It would be good idea for the developers to develop a app so you can get the instructions on all features and the cover soaks up dirt really easily which is not good it you have any oils or recently added cream on your hands, it ends up in the some what porous material that is the outside casing is made of.
Well my snugg arrived today nd I have to say i am very impressed. Easy to put my iPad in and to connect. It’s well made and sturdy. Now we will see if its worth the money and last. I ok the way i can rotate the screen. Very useful and the differs coloured key which you can change is nice.

Cons: some of the keys feel oddly placed, such as the right hand shift key (I keep hitting page up) and the return key. The delete key is your backspace, so you can’t forward delete. When typing into messenger the return key sends the message, so if you want to do a new paragraph you need to switch to the on screen keyboard. The keyboard adds a lot of weight to your iPad if you’re carrying it around, but it probably needs to be heavy to counterweight that of the iPad. I do wish it had a mousepad. My thumbs automatically search for it before I remember it’s not there.
I’ve only been using the keyboard for a day, so I’m sure I’ll get accustomed to its little quirks. It’s certainly easier to use than the on screen keyboard when you have a lot of written work to type up

I’ve had a Snugg case previously on an old iPad Pro which has lasted 5 years and outlived the iPad itself. The item arrived in a nice box, clear instructions on how to set it up and nicely protected in the box. The case and keyboard is sturdy, well built and a decent weight. Here’s hoping it lasts as long as the old case. Top quality as always from Snugg. Can’t say a bad thing about them. 5 stars all day every day
Love this, wish it came with a mouse though. Apart from that its great and works perfectly also packed with features that make using the iPad or 2020 easy. Ideal for Bussiness and or travelling.

The only thing I’m not keen on is all the space around the keyboard – you could build in a mouse pad with all the space and then it would be perfect.

JETech version for my much smaller IPad Air but providing the hinge doesn’t give out in 6 months I will be very happy
It’s a fair price, It has a feel of quality and the keys work flawlessly with my iPad. the packaging was suspect. The two other important things are. If you choose another colour on amazon, it will change the product to the 2018 model which won’t fit the 2020 model. Lastly If you get stuck find a way to read the microscopic manual, it probably has the answer. Snugg might print a manual with larger a font, you never know.
Easy to set up. The keyboard is a treat to use. The instruction sheet could be a tad bigger!!
The Snugg turns the Ipad Pro into a Mac Book – looks good would benefit from additional charge cable but other than that I love it. Got more used to it now and love teh fact that I can turn the Ipad round to let Mum facetime family without fear of it falling over.
It is worth every penny to see her able to celebrate her 80th in this way
Pleased to find it sturdier than I expected. The keyboard is well proportioned and very positive to the touch whilst being compact. The backlighting is a bonus. It does transform the iPad into a laptop at a reasonable price.

The Snugg is reasonably priced and much sturdier than my previous case. I don’t like reading gadget instructions, but needed to do so in order to connect to Bluetooth. My attempts had failed, but once I read the instructions it was easy to understand how to get Bluetooth connectivity. I would definitely recommend this product. I’d like to see a version with a mouse pad incorporated

This is the second keyboard case cover that I have bought from Snugg. I love the design especially the twist facility. However, my new one is hard and shiny whereas my old one was a softer silicon type which I did prefer. Perhaps I will get used to it. I like everything else about it.
For me the most important thing was the keyboard I’m 77YRS old and can use it in the dark its great and I would recommend it to everyone, I bought tree more expensive ones but couldn’t read the keyboard with the light on,I am writing this in the dark it’s amazing,the only down side was the instructions I couldn’t read them they were so small.

Works well as both as an iPad and as a Laptop. With this Snugg keyboard case, you add protection, versatility, and useability. Highly recommended!! The only thing that would make this even better, is to have a charging connection linked with the iPad so you’d only need 1 charging point and charger.
Only been day one, all seems to work well. Extremely easy to setup, fits like a glove, lightweight and great keyboard.

I’ve not had this long. It’s a great piece of kit keeps the iPad Pro very safe, my only criticism is that it does make the ipad pro very much heavier. But I’d rather have that and know that this will keep my iPad Pro from getting damaged.

The product came in a sturdy box -very well protected. My I pad pro fitted perfectly and blue tooth connected first attempt.Instruction Manuel was good with color images explaining how to install and remove.

Brilliant accessory for the iPad Pro even thought the keyboard is not the best found myself looking for a trackpad thinking it is an actual laptop would recommend to anyone who does light typing and has an iPad already
I was extremely impressed by the customer service from the Snugg team. A small piece of plastic broke on my case. I was slightly disappointed but I didn’t think it was a big deal. They assured me it was not normal for the case to break and sent me a new case free of charge. The emails were prompt and polite.
The case is sturdy and protective. The swivel joint is convenient as an iPad stand even when the keyboard is not in use. I like the light up keys and you can adjust the colours. I have been using the keyboard to type out flash cards and it is more comfortable than typing on the screen with my fingers. Overall very satisfied!
Some of the function keys are different to the pictures and the instruction manual. My son wanted one of the function keys that were on the picture, however they were not on the actual keyboard. When i emailed the company, they just said they would send out a manual over email as they dont have the actual manual identical to that keyboard as a paper version. Not very good really as he wanted the certain feature that it shown on the picture.
All in all tho, its a great sturdy keyboard which would be good for children to do homework on or simple games.
So far so good! Fits my iPad Pro well. Love the 360′ feature, it is really handy! Feels nice to hold and has a lovely finish to it! Shame it has not got a backlight for the keyboard.

This is amazing. I hated apple took away the keyboard connectors from the new iPad Pro I loved it and I struggled to find a keyboard I liked, till now. The snugg tilts and twists perfectly, I must say happiest I’ve been with a keyboard. It has only two downsides, having to charge keyboard but hey ho no biggie, and the weight, but then again the weight of the Snugg just turns it into an average laptop. Everything else for me is perfect. Highly recommended

Can’t fault this Snugg cover, perfect fit for my IPad 2017 2nd gen, wish i brought one sooner rather then messing around with the other designs, Now I don’t have to worry about it being damaged when I’m at my job or when I’m home watching a film as it very sturdy and the colour is fantastic (would have preferred the electric blue, wasn’t in stock and couldn’t wait as needed a new ne desperately). Would recommend this for IPad/IPhone users… best cover i have brought by far.
Excellent value for money, especially when considered against the Apple product (199 last time I looked). Its a little on the heavy side (so think typical portable lap top for weight), but it has a good solid feel and works well so far. Very easy to set-up and use. Only given 4 stars for battery life as its too early for me to pass judgement yet. All in all, a good looking and solid piece of kit.
Absolutely love it. This is the third case for my iPad (i got different brands) but this is the most robust. Easy to install, keyboard is a dream. And love that you can turn it around 180 degrees. Wish it was a smart connector so i didnt need to charge, but that is incidental as the charge on the device lasts a long time.

The iPad Pro fits well (tip. When inserting the iPad, in landscape put the bottom of the iPad in first, then the rest goes in easy. Don’t try putting the camera edge in first. It won’t go.)
Keyboard paired easy, read the instructions, and is very nice to use. Typing this review on it. I’m not sure the backlight function is really necessary but it’s a neat feature which is easily switched off to save the battery.
Would have been 5 stars, but I got a US keyboard layout. Not a big deal as shift+3 = , so from me it’s 4 and three quarters.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas , it looks more expensive than what I paid for it, I bought it in pink which looks good with the rose gold iPad because it has a white surround which matches the keyboard so making it look really stylish, love the weight it’s not too heavy but gives the feeling it’s worth more than what it is. Doesn’t feel cheap and connects up really easy, the keyboard is easy to type on and you can type very quickly just feels like a real laptop. I would definitely recommend this love it.
