I like it so much, I have bought 3. One has worn slightly on the armrests, but this is to be expected from frequent use. Great comfort and back support.
Great chair easy to put together. Only two issues is were it tilts is clunky so as you move slightly you here clunking noise, and does move smoothly on wheels. But even with those its a great chair for the price.
I had this chair for more than 4 years. Back at the time was 80. I am buying it now again as totally worth the money. It’s everything what you need from a basic office chair – it’s comfortable even for long hours work and it’s sturdy. Hope the present model would be the same quality.
quite comfortable – not easy to assemble alone – the S102 screws are a bit miserable to fit, and worse of all the plastic covers which fit over, and hide, the holes in the arms do not fit properly and have to be tapped into place with a hammer – one of mine broke.
Since working from home the chair I was using really wasn’t fit for purpose. It became so uncomfortable I was getting back ache and lots of other aches! Found this chair which had mostly god reviews (and a few not so good). Thought I would take the plunge and ordered it.
Delivery was very quick, arrived earlier than expected. Assembling the chair was a dream. I didn’t use the instructions that came with the chair but instead used the video on the product information. Had the chair assembled in 30 minutes!
So now to the important part: using the chair.
What can I sayit is soooooo comfortable. Been using it a couple of weeks now and it is a joy to sit in. Makes working so much more pleasurable when you are no longer suffering with all sorts of back and joint pain.
As for how long it will last, we’ll only time will tell. But from the quality feel and they way it has been put together, think this one is going to last. Delighted with purchase and definitely recommend.
I’ve had a few of these before, they usually last me about 4 years….
….but I’m a big chap who has moved house a lot, so maybe these factors don’t help the longevity of the chair.
I have an exceptionally long body so the chair is very slightly too short for me – but it still gives excellent support to the lower back.
I’m a big lad. About 110kg. Yes, I need to visit a gym when they open. However, I also need a chair that can support me, and this beauty certainly delivers. It’s really easy to put together, there’s even a video tutorial on the page. It’s super comfortable and feels really stable. For the price I paid, I’m well impressed. Even if you’re not a big bloke like I am, I would recommend this chair. I love the high back and support it gives me. It’s really well padded and so comfortable to sit in for long stretches.
I think this chair is super comfy and seems very sturdy after a few months use. Perfect for working at home (and much better than the cheap plastic desk chair I had been using previously). Assembly was fiddly in parts, but overall very straightforward.
What a brilliant chair. It tilts and swivels and has an effective lumbar support. Very well made. They even supply a spare castor and screws which shows they’re thinking off their customers.
Very pleased with the chair. It arrived in badly damaged packaging however the bubble wrap kept everything in tact. The video on assembly was fabulously helpful.

Needed a new chair for working from home. This one was pretty easy to assemble, has all the adjustments you’d expect and is very comfortable. It looks great too! Very happy with it.
My new office chair arrived a day early, I was glad too, as my own chair, a similar type to look at had snapped one of the plastic moulded armrests, were it screws to the frame (a bad design creating a weak spot in the moulding) making leaning on the backrest impossible, my main reason to choose this replacement was that All of the main Parts, particularly the armrests and base legs were metal, and on assembly I found these heavily chromed metal parts to be very strong and a nice shiny quality finish too, this new chair is also stable in use, so certainly not a flimsy substitute, the price is slightly higher than the competitors equivalent chairs, but they were ALL the moulded heavy plastic type, which eventually fails, as mine had done in just over one years service, admittedly I am slightly overweight, but I have a good feeling this one will be up to the task, it’s lots better in every way, top marks from me. I’m very Impressed with the comfort and looks too. Another Amazon Bargain.
The chair was easily assembled as I had watched the video and followed that. Looks very professional and I love the swivel feature which transforms it completely. Highly recommend it!
Bought for my husband who has mobility issues. He finds it comfortable and easy to get out of and uses it instead of a dining chair as it gives him more support.
Chair arrived this morning, packing was good. and professional Assembly took 15min. The box came with instructions, spare wheel and couple of spare screws.
Material does not give the leather feel, time will tell how long it will last. However, The chair is comfortable though early days. Will come back with further review in couple of months after further use.

Big guy. The gas lift is starting to go (understandable). The arms are scuffed from usage swivelling against my desk. Thought about trying to find a gas lift but, to be honest, at this price I’ll buy a new chair.
Through lockdown, 10+ hours usage a day. It’s so comfy so will be buying a new one quite happily.
This chair is incredibly comfortable and looks great in our home office. Would recommend.
Excellent service, could not fault them. Extremely good customer service, who made the return process as smooth as possible. It was a good chair however I was looking for a chair with a tilt lock function, which unfortunately this chair does not have. Songmics as a company, I was very happy with their service and would certanly consider buying from them again. If you are not interested in a tilt lock function I would definately consider buying this chair, great for a home office.
A few key considerations:
The good:
– Super comfy: I’m working from home a.t.m. and sit in this at least 8 hrs a day and don’t even notice my back or the chair
– The recline spring tension can be easily adjusted to just how you want it by way of the usual rotating knob under the seat
– Mind came with an extra wheel – which is reassuring
– Straightforward assembly
The ‘take note of’:
– The arms structurally integral – they attach the back to the seat – you cannot remove them
– It’s not breathable – if it’s hot, you’ll notice it
– Mine’s quite noisy in terms of creaks when you move about (This appears to just be a design thing rather than a structural concern).
As mentioned in some of the other reviews, it can be a little difficult to assemble, but if you take your time and follow the instructions, you will get it done. I bought this when I had to start working from home during the COVID virus. The previous chair gave me backache, but this is so comfortable that I could sit here for hours without having any problems.

This chair looks stylish, is big enough to be supportive without being too bulky. Ordered product on 07/07, and it arrived on 09/07, despite it saying expected delivery between 13-16th.
Assembly was a 1 man job, 20 mins. All parts provided. The finish on the Faux leather is matted and not shiny. Good lumbar support.
Happy with this purchase, and will wait to see if it stands the test of time. Would Recommend
Chair came very quickly (about a week faster than was estimated). Easy to put together on your own if you watch the video on the product page, but will obviously be much easier if you have two people so that one can take the weight whilst the other can line up the screws, etc. Nice and comfy, spacious chair, no complaints at all.
his chair is super solid the base size is really good even if you have a fat ass like me. tis a bit expensive but i’d prefer to get a chair that lasts.
I ordered the chair with a little trepidation as I am a woman who lives alone and in these unprecedented times I would have to assemble it myself. The chair came and the instructions were unbelievably easy to follow and I had put the chair together in a matter of minutes. No heavy lifting or awkward movements that needed more than 1 person to put together.
The chair is so comfortable I could not have asked for anything better, all smiles here.
Absolutely fantastic. Having sat on my dining room chair for 7 weeks working from home I ordered this chair in desperation and it arrived two days later. My husband watched the instruction video and put it together easily. Sturdy, comfy, supporting and looks fabulous.
Very comfortable chair that offers good lumbar support and easily adjustable height and tilt. My only complaint is i found the instructions poor and not intuitive. Otherwise would recommend.
Found it easy to put together. It can be done alone but it is easier with two people so that someone can hold things in place while you screw.

Lovely chair that has been holding up well to daily use, as I am working from home. I especially like the fact that the bottom part holding the legs is made from metal instead of plastic, so less prone to break. Would recommend and buy again.
Good soft chair. Assembly instructions could be clearer with the arms as to which way they go. Otherwise easy enough.

The chair arrived in what can only be described as a master class of protective packaging. Most impressed. The assembly was straight forward having watched a short video previously. It is extremely comfortable and it looks very stylish. I use it at my computer desk and I am very glad I bought this chair.
Bought this for a Christmas present for my son. Looked and looked for a good quality chair. Its hard to know if you haven’t seen it first’ but just want to say what a quality product. Well packaged’ easy to assemble. Chrome and leather look top quality. Too early to see if it will stand the test of time but so pleased I bought this one.

A stylish and sturdy office chair but probably not suitable to use as a gaming chair because of the arm rest height. They fit under a desk ok but don’t support the arms if you’re used to holding a gamepad for extended periods
I ordered the chair on Wednesday. Told free delivery ( not Prime) would come Monday orTuesday.I was delighted it came the next day. Very well packaged, very easy to assemble. Very soft to the touch. Very happy with this chair. It has a nice bit that supports your lumber region, which helps in sitting correctly. Nice touch a couple of spare fixings and a spare wheel, not that the product is shabby…but we have all broken a wheel at some point.
I use this as a computer chair and spend many hours sitting. It is near enough identical to the chair previously bought 15 years ago, the leather material of which eventually cracked and split (which was the reason I bought this particular one). It gives excellent lower back support that I need and is comfortable.

Don’t really review stuff much but I thought I should with this one – Chair was easy to put together, it came really fast and it’s super comfy; worth the money up. Came with a small stain to the bottom that wiped off somewhat (but there is still a slight mark) still 5 star though cause I like the chair and the support seems pretty good from the other reviews I’ve read.
