These headphones are exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the idea of the auto pause function since my kids are constantly interrupting me.

The sound is excellent. Clear and crisp. Definitely would say “silky”. I like that you can do a hand over to change from NC to transparency, or to normal. I also like to prompt Google, but that feature doesn’t always work.

It takes some getting use to for the pause and volume control.

I am disappointed in the auto pause function because it only works maybe 30% of the time. It was what I was most excited about and what ultimately convinced me to go with these.

All and all I would say these have the potential to be great. Really great -if only the functions were consistent.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was looking for a pair of headphones with a good noise cancelling microphone (i.e. blocking background noise or other voices). I recently started sharing the same office with my wife, with our desks being only 1-2 metres apart – as we’re both on work calls quite a lot, it’s important that our voices don’t seep through into each other’s calls! On that front, these headphones have more than delivered, as the microphone has a short targeted range and therefore doesn’t pick up other voices in the background. I’ve never heard anyone complain in my calls that they could hear my wife’s voice a few metres away. In fact it’s so good that when I accidentally put my headphones the wrong way round (so the microphone is at the back right of my head rather than the front left), it doesn’t even pick up my own voice!

So the microphone has been the outstanding feature for me, and I’d highly recommend these headphones for anyone looking for the same. In terms of other features – sound quality and battery are also great, no issues there. Audio noise cancelling is also good though not 100%, but still good enough so as not to be distracting.

Got these during Prime Day and they were less than $100, pretty good deal. And I definitely fell for the beautiful obsidian blue radiance. They look and feel premium. I did extensive research from YouTube Videos to blog posts about comparison between Beats, Sony and Soundcore. I chose these because they have great price, good sound quality (I’m no audiophile), attractive appearance (which is why I bought these instead of Q30, if you don’t care about LDAC or appearance, get Q30 for a much cheaper price), overwhelmingly good battery life. The only shortcoming will be soundproof, you can still hear stuff with ANC but you can definitely tell it’s a lot quieter and I use them in the office so it’s good enough. Overall this is a great purchase. I have used them for about 2 weeks and still loving them.

So, this is a better sound stage than a number of 200+ headphones that I tried.

Sounds really dull and muddy by default sadly, too much bass, and generally very flat, so that lead vocals sounds like forgettable backing singers. But it’s customisable with the app. Sad that the defaults aren’t more sensible, as not every bluetooth audio source is android/iphone… AND it’s annoying that the audio from my Android TV and my Linux laptop is different from the audio on my phone. It should be seemless.

But hey, overall, they’re pretty good — probably doing all that LDAC can do (LDAC is NOT perfect, but it’s better than other bluetooth codecs out there right now).

They’re extremely lightweight, which is nice… I think. A bit sweaty, and bulky, but comfy. Not sure about the build equality/materials that implies. Hopefully they’ll hold up.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersThe hype surrounding the Soundcore Life Q35 is real for the most part. Having owned the Sony WH-1000XM3 previously I’m really impressed by what Anker have achieved at this price point.

    NOISE CANCELLATION
The Q35 come at noise cancellation a bit differently from other brands and appear to be tackling the frequencies a different way. Contrary to what you might have read these do not compete with the Sony XM3 when it comes to noise cancellation but they do provide a nice level of external noise reduction. While working from home it easily removes the loud PC fan and outside passing traffic and people noises. You will still hear the occasional sound getting through that would have been blocked by other anc headphones but overall the effect is pretty decent. You get 3 noise cancelling profiles to choose from as well to help out in different types of environments which is handy.

    SOUND QUALITY
Out of the box the Q35 sound rough! There is so much bass. Impressively too much bass and I love a booming bass. Fortunately the accompanying app has an excellent built in EQ with a raft of preset options and multiple custom EQ slots available. To pull back the clarity and a good starting point is oddly the piano EQ option then customise it to pull back in that glorious bass sound. You will find that the sound changes quite a bit between ANC on and off but having multiple custom EQ slots lets you quickly get around this, just set up an EQ profile for ANC on and ANC off.
After a bit of tweaking and saving your EQ profile the Q35 sound amazing with plenty of detail and lots of deep bass.

    COMFORT
The Q35 are compact, super light and incredibly comfortable to wear. I’ve been wearing them all day (thanks to the fantastic battery life) with no discomfort, pressure points or felling the headband digging in to the top of head. A joy to use. And the design is pretty minimal and sleek as well.

    BATTERY
I dont doubt the quoted 40 hours playback. I can charge these and use them all week, with ANC on, without them running out. The fast charge feature to get 4 hours play from a 5 minute charge is also a really nice touch.

    DUAL PAIRING
This is one feature I was slightly disappointed by. It works but not the way I expected it to having used this feature on other headphones. You can connect to 2 devices at the same time but you can only hear audio playing from one at a time. So if I’m playing content on my PC I wont hear any audio from my phone, including text alerts etc. You have to stop the audio on one device and then start playing audio on the other device. So it does work but only single source and there is a 2 second delay before the switched audio kicks in. One other quirk is that when you power the headphones on they appear to only remember the last used device as a live connection. You have to quickly jump into setting and hit connect again on the other device to wake that connection up. After that it works fine.

    CONTROLS
The main controls are all carried out by buttons and to be honest the buttons are a little but on the cheap side. The wiggle in the seating and are a bit fiddly to use initially. Once you get used to the placement everything is fine and it all feels intuitive.
A really nice touch is the quick ambient mode. It work in a similar was to the Sony in that you cup the right ear to activate the ambiance, but unlike the Sony you dont have to hold you hand there to keep it on. Cup once to turn on and cup again to turn off. Its a much better solution.

    MICROPHONES
The mics are great for calls and Teams meeting. You come through clear and loud. I’ve been told the mics on the Q35 actually sound a lot clearer than the Sony XM3.

I actually prefer the Q35 to my Sony XM3. The have a lot more going for them and after playing around with the EQ I prefer the Q35 sound. All at a vastly reduced price (especially when the Q35 frequently drop to the 100 mark).

… EDIT / FORGET TO MENTION
Another great feature is the smart wearing detection which pauses your music or video when you take the headphones off and resumes it when you put them back on. Love this. I read elsewhere that some people were have issues with the detection triggering while they were wearing the headphones but this feature has worked flawlessly for me. It even works when taking the headphones off and propping on your head or wearing around your neck.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersScrivo questa recensione tenendo conto del prezzo scontato (99).

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersSo I originally bought the Q30, but was disappointed to realise that ANC and the Equaliser Apps are disabled when using the AUX cable. Without these functions the sound was quite flat, so these were returned.

2 Weeks later, I have upgraded to the Q35 as Soundcore state that both the EQ and ANC functions work on the Q35 with the AUX input. This was essential for me as some devices I have are not Bluetooth enabled and rely on the AUX connection. I am pleased to say that this is the case and that problem is not removed.

    So as for the Q35:

    Bugs:
One bug that needs addressing is the headset removal detection. It seems that the sensor is overly sensitive and audio stops playing randomly. Even without touching the ear pads or moving about, the sensor thinks you have removed the headphones and pauses playback. This is happening as I am typing this review and has done it 5 times in 3 minutes! The Soundcore community have also recorded this issue and I can confirm that despite having the latest firmware installed it is still a problem. This means that you have to disable the feature via the Soundcore App which kind of defeats the object of having it really.

Noise Cancellation: Its ok, but doesn’t cut out out enough talking for my liking. If I’m in the lounge and somebody is watching TV quite loudly, I can still hear voices with ANC on and with my music or a movie playing. It is reduced, but I feel it could be better.

    Sound Quality:

Well the Equaliser App is essential for getting your pre-set or custom sound field setup and uploaded to the Q35s. The available sound modes are quite varied and these can be easily set as your default instantly. I found the acoustic was suitable for my tastes and have yet to play about and get it to my liking, but the fact that you can do this is a bonus.

I am very pleased with the sound quality overall. I don’t like too much bass, preferring the mids and high tones to come through. I was using the hedge trimmers yesterday with the music playing and ANC on and it was perfectly acceptable.

The battery life on the Q35s is fantastic and puts the competition to shame. Even a brief charge of a few minutes will allow a good few hours use if you are in a hurry and don’t have the time for a full charge.

    Wearability:
The ear pads are soft and comfortable to wear along with the headband. However, I find that I had to use the headband fully contracted (which is the default and the smallest size), but bending down led to some movement of the headphones, so personally I could of done with these giving a tighter fit, as currently I can’t do anything to change this except wear a hat!

Overall I am quite pleased with these so far. I have had a few glitches on a playlist where playback would just stop in the middle of playback, then start again then stop. Manually selecting the track again form the iPhone seemed to cure this. I don’t know if this had anything to do with interference from the second connected device (iPad) or not, but will keep an eye on this.

    Customer Support:

I have to say that Soundcore support are very friendly and helpful. They get back to you within the same day or the next day, so I can’t fault them for this. So apart from ongoing issue with the headphone removal detection, so far everything else is working as expected. I hope Soundcore read these reviews and those of the community to try and resolve this issue via another firmware update. So I have had to deduct a star for this as there is ovbiously an ongoing unresolved issue.

Possibly not as good as the expensive competition like those but certainly a good pair of noise cancelling headphones. The only slight downside for me is the wear detection which pauses the feed when you take them off, it sometimes pauses when you don’t take them off. This can be switched off in the app. Comfortable when worn for a long time.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIch habe mir die Soundcore Life Q35 als Backup fr meine Sony WH-1000XM3 gekauft und war auch etwas neugierig, was man hier fr 129 bekommt. Der Spieltrieb wurde also geweckt. :-).

Weichmacher keine Ahnung. Sehr unangenehm.

    Gute Kopfhörer mieser Geruch.

These headphones are kind of hard to review. I have been using my Sony MDR-7506 headphones for pretty much everything. I wanted something wireless for gaming with a feature like the transparency mode on these.

Sound quality is really really good with pretty much everything except gaming. I don’t understand why but gaming is very muffled and sometimes downright terrible over bluetooth while gaming.

Noise canceling is ok but high frequencies are not really canceled. I’ve never owned noise canceling headphones before so I am not sure if that is a normal thing or not.

I wish transparency mode boosted the volume of my surroundings when i increase the volume of what i am listening to. It basically does nothing but allow me to hear others talking while i have these on and my sound muted/paused.

I do love how videos are automatically paused when i take them off. That was a feature I did not realized these headphones have and I think it’s awesome. The case is really good and its just clever how there is a picture showing you how to fold the headphones for storage. It’s a great touch. There is also a large L and R inside the headphone. It’s another really subtle design that I like a lot.

Battery is fantastic and will last several days with high use. They of course feature the usb-c charging port and charges fairly quickly. All the controls are easy to use and as a whole package I find these aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.

So I don’t know what the deal is with gaming. When I load up a youtube video on the same PC, sound is great. Sound from my Sony headphones is perfect always (except wired).

So these are now my “everything but gaming” headphones for the time being and I would say it’s been an overall very positive experience using them. I would recommend.

I did all the hours worth of research and reading reviews I could stand before I decided on these. A big selling point for me is that this is an Anker product and Anker has never disappointed me, still hasn’t! I needed headphones because all the noise in my house was driving me crazy, 2 iRobot vacuums that never seem to stop, my husband works from home and is always on the phone and my dogs bark when a leaf falls from a tree, you get the idea! I do use various Bluetooth devices to listen to books or music but they do little to turn off all the other sounds around me off. These headphones are freaking awesome! They are beautifully boxed and come in a case that feels like it could take some hard knocks and still protect the headphones. When I first put them on I couldn’t believe what I was hearingjust about nothing!!! I like to push buttons before I read instructions and I found these to be easy to work without a manual. I found the noise canceling feature by accident (trying to pause a book, a feature of some of my Bluetooth devices) and the joy that gave me almost made me faint, it’s the ultimate in quiet!!! The sound of both my books and music are very good to me (I know that can be subjective), no hissing or popping sounds. On the flip side these are a little heavy after a couple of hours of use but no more that any other comparable headphones out there. I am the average woman in the world of averages and these are a little bit big for me, like a smidge. I can walk around with these, do house work etc, but any bending over to pick stuff up does require me to be conscious that these do not slip off. I can’t take a star off for that, it is what it is. I tucked a piece of black foam under the headband and BOOM they fit better overall! These are, let me repeat, freaking awesome headphones and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs/wants to shut the world out and chill to some music or a good audible book! Buy them!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOk, so after have apple AirPods Pro’s since the came out. I needed a ch as Nhs for the gym and working out. Airpods just don’t stay in my ears unless I jam them in and this hurting one’s ears. So after deliberating and watching endless reviews of Sony’s XM4 and beats, Bose etc etc. I plumped for these bad boys. What ever anyone has negatives to say, must be be on another planet. For less than 100 these are on par with my AirPods Pro max I use at home. I’ve ran in these, I’ve worked out in the gym, they are brilliant. Download the app and customise the EQ and they are loud! Like proper load. ANC on, you can’t hear a thing when playing music. My only small gripes are, no auto off, and the auto stop when you lift the head phones off seems to be a bit hit and miss. Could be me! The only time they came off or dislodged was when I was boxing on the bag in the gym. So all in all pretty dam impressed for less than 100 english pounds. Steal!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI’ve just recently received the Q35 so I can’t rate the longevity of the product, but right off the bat I want to leave a really positive review. For the price I think these headphones are really incredible. I have never worn noise-cancelling headphones before and the difference is outstanding – I work at home and can only be productive in silence, I am easily bothered by noisy neighbours, lawn mowing or my partner watching TV on the first floor. I can say that for me the noise-cancelling is very effective and makes a huge difference. It doesn’t eliminate all noise, if someone’s in the room talking to you you’ll be able to hear their muffled words, but I really can’t hear anything beyond the four walls around me and that was honestly exactly what I was looking for. The sound quality is really good as well, and the fit is very comfy – not too tight.

In terms of setting up the headphones, I thought it was relatively easy. With this model you can be connected to two devices at one time, and you can also listen to music in wired mode and have the noise cancelling on, which isn’t available on other models like the SQ30 – in fact that is the main reason I bought these headphones, so I’d have the flexibility of using them wired and non-wired.

So far, really 10/10. I think it’s well worth the money. I read that the SQ30s are very similar quality-wise but a lot cheaper – I could see that being a good point, but as someone who has never tried them before and wanted the wire option, I am not disappointed in my purchase at all.

    And battery life is unreal!!
I bought them with half battery charged after 5 days listening still half battery life !!
    Worth the money definitely.
Noise cancellation working well I was vacuuming the house with headphones on and I didn’t hear vacuum at all!!

Only had this a couple of days now, but the key irk is that of the power button – it functions both as a power button and a pairing button. When I go to turn off the headset, I can’t really tell if it is off. It would have made more sense if the LED stayed on when you power up. Cannot tell when it goes into a standby mode because of this, so cannot comment on battery life either (have only used it a couple of hours).

As for the sound, as others have commented, the bass is a bit heavy. Installing the Soundcore app and adjusting it helped a bit, but I think I still need to play with it. It is not entirely clear if the settings stay put after you disconnect from the phone (I want to use the headphones with my laptop and not my phone).

The sound from the mic through Zoom was very clear, but I did sound a bit like being in a tunnel.

Overall, I think it is a worthwhile purchase and will do for me.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI have only had this for few days so far.

I was taking a leap of faith based on the reviews on amazon. I did go to YouTube for further reviews as I do with all electronics specifically. You get a better clarity of what you will be getting with more objective pros and cons of any product to make your own informed decision.

They do fit comfortably the area for the ear is spacious and I feel no pressure on my ears even after having them on for hours. They are light weight and do not get hot and sweaty like my old over the ear headphones.

For me the sound is clear and the equalizer available through the app helps to adjust to my further liking. I will admit my expectations for sound in extreme highs, lows and base are not as atuned for those who look for that. I consider myself an average person and I did not find the sound muddy at all as some said. Have had very clear calls. Music sounds good for me not muddy or too much base. Good for listening to audio books too.

I have only tried these on the balcony and noise canceling is not complete. You still hear very muted background noise but in anc mode music and voice are heard very clearly despite that. Again I think complete ANC where completely blocking out all outside noise is not necessary for the average person. For $110 this does enough to make me happy.

Took a few tries to get use to buttons on the headphones. Once I did was able to go to anc and transparency mode by just pressing my palm to the right side of headphone. Been easy to pause by just taking the right headphone off the ear. Volume buttons easy to adjust.

One thing I’m waiting to see if it’s an ongoing issue is when wearing headphones there are random pauses for a second or two. It continues playing on its own. This only happens sporadically at random more likely a connection issue when other app notifications are coming in. This happens with all Bluetooth devices. Going to see if there is a difference if I turn other notifications off.

For now I’m impressed for spending $110 (got the promo price still good value at reg price of $160)these are a great value headphone with all it features. Not everyone can spend $300+ for the same features. I have spent for more expensive models only to regret that I really did not get my moneys worth.

Bonus with app I have access to ambient sounds for sleep. Rain, camp fire, ocean, birds chirping, chimes, wind and more in any combination.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNon sono assolutamente un esperto audiofilo.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUpdate: After using these for a Plane trip (5 Hrs each way) I just wanted to give an update on the ANC and how that works for that primary (for me, at least) purpose. The ANC on that trip was wonderful! With The ANC set to “transportation” the jet and other annoying/monotonous noises were effectively canceled. I did discover that the in-cabin announcements did come through just enough, depending on the volume of whatever I was listening to, to let you know it is an announcement and not chatter!
I have always had good luck with the quality and performance of the Anker brands so I expected the same with their headphones. I was interested in finding/trying the Active noise canceling mostly for Airplane traveling or “zoning out” even at home if needed so the Soundcore/Anker products were on the list to try.
I have issues with almost ALL of the in-ear earbuds with the fit and constantly falling out so over the ear was on my radar for the noise canceling. I experimented with these as well as the Q20+ and a few Sony and Bose models and have settled on these (Q35). Mostly for the fit which means, for me at least, the bigger earcup of the 35’s made a noticeable improvement from comparable models including the Q20+.
As with the Q20+, you need to spend some time in the Soundcore app to tweak the sound to YOUR liking and that is part of what is nice when compared to a comparable Sonyor Bose model…The sound adjustments/options.
Most importantly, make sure you enable HD audio and LDAC on your device (not available on Apple Devices, apparently). Once I did that, I was very impressed and honestly shocked how much more “definition” there was in even the same old songs I had heard before. I had to re-tweak in the EQ because there were much more highs when LDAC was used!
The noise-canceling feature is, as many have stated, not quite the same level of the Bose or Sony but it is at least 95% and that difference is so slight, you only notice if going between one and the other back to back. The EQ doesn’t seem to shift when selecting the 3 modes like the Q20+’s did.
I discovered the same problem that a few others have noticed with this models “wear detection”… It either doesn’t work reliably when you want it to OR will just randomly pause when slightly repositioning the ear cup! I turned off that feature and all is now well.

    Pros:
    * These headphones are very comfortable and sound great. I have a smallish head and dont’ have an issue with them feeling lose and they definitly don’t fall off or even move when I bend over. My ears don’t get hot with these either.
    * I work from home and use these for both music and meetings and the battery lasts for about 4 days of constant use. When you need to charge them, it takes less than an hour to fully charge.
    * Love the built-in EQ settings as well as the ability to create custom ones, which I prefer.
    * Can connect to my laptop and phone at the same time, so taking calls is a breeze.

    Cons:
    * The BT software gets confused A LOT and it’s really annoying. Somtimes, if I’m listening to music and then have to junp on a MS Teams meeting, the mic works and they can hear me butI won’t be able to hear the other everyone else. I end up having to disconnect and re-connect to make it work. Today, I was listenign to music on the Windows Spotify app, had to jump to a MS Teams meeting, and then came back to Spotify but the music wouldn’t come through. I disconnect and re-connected but it still didn’t work. Even after powering it down and back up, music isn’t playing. Could be the BT software on the laptop or a bit of both but when I check it, it says it’s up to date.
My system info and BT entries for this headset:
Windows 10 Pro (v.20H2 – OS Build 19042.1237) on a Dell Latitude 7310. It has an i7 processor with 16GB of RAM and an SSD drive.
Soundcore Life Q35 – Driver Provider: Microsoft, Driver Date: 6/21/2006, version: 10.0.19041.1202
Soundcore Life Q35 Avrcp Transport – Driver Provider: Microsoft, Driver Date: 12/6/2019, version: 10.0.19041.1
I updated my BIOS to the latest version to see if that was the issue. It wasn’t.

    * If I have my phone (Samsung S9+) conneted at the same time, it will get confused as to which device should be controlling the volumn. I can be listening to the Spotify app on my laptop but when I adjust the volume, sometimes it shows the volume on my phone is adjusting. It actually changes the volume on the laptop though, which is really odd. Sometimes I’ll make an adjustment via the headset and it won’t do anything but then if I try to adjust the device I’m listening to, the headset gets the current volume of the device and switches abruptly to it, and it could be pretty loud.

Still happy with the purchase. If it wasn’t for these connectivity issues, this would 5 stars, easy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCmodos, cmodos, cmodos.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTrovo che queste cuffie siano fantastiche.

I have owned a pair of Q30’s for a year now, and they have been excellent.

I don’t believe you can get better features for the excellent price that these headphones sell for.

The headset did not work straight out of the box with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra.

I could not pair the device with my phone after many attempts. Before returning it, I tried to connect it to an Ipad which worked brilliantly. Then it requested a firmware update (i got suspicious).

Decided to give another go with the phone and tried to pair it again. After a few more attempts it worked out of the blue. not sure what happend, or what I did , but it worked.

Brilliant sound quality, the noise cancellation allows you to isolate yourself while enjoying your music, working, etc…

Happy with the product, even after the initial hicups.

I was going for a Bose, but saw so many negative reviews for such an expensive headset. Found this one as a good compromise with some very good feedback and now I am very happy!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis product is perfect for what you get for price.

Amazing sound quality, fit and finish, Battery life, and ease of hooking it up to any blue tooth source. Also works great with cable box from Shaw. Cell phone hook up too.

Comes with a nice carrying case too and cables for charging and male to mail headphone hookup.

Noise canceling out of the box it good, also can be tweaked via app. but isn’t needed to use.

I have a Sennheiser headset for gaming and music worth $350 and this headset matches the sound quality.

One thing to note its a closed headset for good sound and noise canceling. If you plan o is with this headset playing games for long hours on hot summer days it wouldn’t be the best as it’ll be hot in the ear cups. I would recommend open headset or ear buds.

Would buy these again and recommend. Also the colour is a nice satin blue finish.

    – oreillette droit : lecture/pause, volume+/piste suivante, volume-/piste prcdente.

There is NOTHING about this headphone that I don’t like. If there’s a problem with these headphones, I don’t know what it is. By far the best headphones I’ve ever owned. So comfortable, adjustable to fit any size head, and doesn’t over-grip my head like so many headphones that I’ve had to send back in the past because they hurt my head. Sound is incredible, battery life phenomenal.

Compared to the other noise cancellation headphones sound quality is good with good bass.
Noise cancellation is above average as when the song is playing you cannot hear average level noises around you. But the comfort I didn’t like it. Wearing it for 15 mins makes ears warm and sweaty. I’ve been using non-noise cancelling headphones from Sony and JBL but there was never a comfort issue.
So If Comfort is your priority then its a bad choice. Better go for Bose brand but if your priority is sound quality and noise cancellation, these budget headphones are the best.

I had read some negative reviews for the Q35 headphones on-line, however, they were in my opinion unfounded. There is no hiss noise when the ANC is on. I wanted them mainly for listening to music and attenuating the noise of my petrol lawnmower, when I mow my lawn. The ANC certainly reduces the noise of the mower significantly and means that you can listen to music, without having to turn up the volume full blast to hear it over the mower noise!
I am impressed with the sound quality, but I have only had for many years in ear Bluetooth headphones and having over ear headphone with big 40mm drivers makes a big difference to the sound, especially the bass, which is quite tight. You can adjust the equalisation using the Soundcore smart phone app to suite your own preference, either with a pre-set or you can customise your own settings yourself with a graphic equalizer.
It works with my laptop and mobile phone at the same time, so I can use it for video calls or music and if my phone rings it will automatically change over to the phone.

In summary, no complaints and the sound quality is excellent! (though I am 50+ so my audiophile hearing is not what it used to be…), I would definitely recommend this product for the price.

These headphones are extremely good for everyday use, movies, YouTube, podcasts or anything around those lines. But if you play somewhat of a competitive level of gaming these shouldn’t be your best option, audio clarity when playing titles like Call of Duty and Apex is not good at all, quality is over the top good and battery life is incredible, I am not disappointed with these headphones at all, but keep that in mind if you are looking for something to game with.
With that said, I am a casual gamer, and I see no problem with using them, if i want to play a little bit more competitive I just use a wired headphone set connected to my audio interface.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHallo liebe Amazonler!

Performs exactly as expected; long lasting battery, excellent control buttons on the over the ear headphones, taking off the headphones automatically pauses your music, which is a great benefit.

    UPDATE:

Once I got used to these over the past week or two I’ve set the settings to my liking as at first I thought the sound was bad, now I’ve got the app and changed all the settings to my liking, they are amazing. They are the best Bluetooth headphones I’ve had easily. With the amount of options you get and the BATTERY LIFE im keeping these mo fo’s and as I like loads of genres I’ve tested them out on all. I’ve tried them with FLAC and high quality files on my phones as the LDAC is great, and my phone has a good dac as I might have mentioned before. The normal non ANC I find sounds better than when it’s on, as you can hear anything anyway when they are on. If you use the ANC then you’ll get worse sound, not bad but not amazing but it will block everything out. I’m not sure what the transparency mode really does. I’ve not really experienced that yet. The only reason I’m giving these a 4/5 is due to no protection against rain or showers and I use these mostly when im out walking etc. So will they become only a dry day option? That’s not great when you’re in the UK

Will update more if anything happens
    September 2021

Literally just picked this up put the box
And NFC’d straight away to my Note 9.

At first it was a bit daunting as you had all these buttons and the app. The out the box sound was quiet and not great, I thought noooo another dud.

After playing around with these for 30 mins and turning the LDAC on, finding the best equaliser setting ( which I’m sure i need to fine tune as the sound isn’t perfect yet ) but first impressions is that the bass is great, but need to watch YouTube etc on these and test the wired connection

Like I said these are first impressions and I need to find the best settings for these. ANC is great, not amazing but great.

These defo benefit from having the app and having an android phone. So apple users id suggest the model before as the LDAC will not work.

I will edit this once I’ve tried them out more but coming from buds and IEMs these are completely different. The sound is not crystal clear like my IEM but im sure I need to figure out the settings more.

It came with 60% battery and after 1 hour its down to 50% on ANC so looks like the box might be correct.

I really need to find the right equaliser setting first before writing anymore

    Fist impressions are a 4/5

UPDATED: Picked these up over the Q30s for the LDAC

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have been using non ANC earbuds for years so, when the batteries started showing their age, it was time for a change.

I spent many hours poring over various ear buds and headphones, all with ANC as i decided I wanted it this time around.

First, I looked at Bose… HOW MUCH??

I have a set of Bose non ANC headphones that were bought for me years ago as a gift and, are of excellent quality… The stuff these days, to my opinion, isn’t nearly so good, so, I’ll pass.

I continued my search through the ocean of manufacturers and happened upon the
Soundcore by Anker Life Q35 Multi Mode Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, Bluetooth Headphones
    With a 20% voucher.
They looked okay and the reviews (Which I only ever use as a VERY rough guide) weren’t too bad.

So, I ordered a pair and I received them today.

They come partially charged in a very heavy duty box with the headphones (Obviously) in a nice tough feeling case along with an Aux lead you can plug into the headphones, a charging lead and an airplane adaptor.
The headphones feel heavy in the hand but not on the head.

I tried them on the existing charge and they felt very comfortable.
They connected with my (Android) phone easily and I was also able to enable LDAC Hi-Def Audio without too much searching (Hint: It’s in the Bluetooth settings on your Android phone)
The sound is, as many have said, a little bass heavy but, once the App is installed, you can change the EQ settings with either presets or to your own custom level. I chose the Piano setting as it sounds about right to me.

Battery life: No idea as yet

Overall quality: Very good for such a reasonably priced piece of kit. There are buttons on the right earcup for Play/Pause, Volume up and Volume down. On the left headset is ANC Mode: Off, Transparent and Normal and a power button.
The left earcup is also where the USB C charging port is and the Aux lead plugs into the right.

Sound quality: To my ears, very good…Once you get the EQ right for your personal preference. Unless you turn them up to stupidly loud levels where they start to distort a little.

App usability: Downloads easy enough and, once installed, seems to work just fine with no sign of the glitches others have mentioned.

Bottom line, am I pleased with my purchase?

    I am.

Would I buy them again? Yup, without hesitation.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe audio is better than my beats studio which cost 299 and better than the Bose 700s which is crazy as this only cost 105!!!

Noise cancellation could be a bit better, the microphone could be a bit better and the Bluetooth connection temporarily dropped when I switched apps the first time I used the headphones,

I also prefer the beats studio design. However, these headphones are comfortable, 10/10 sound quality and the price is so so good! Superior value. I am really happy with these, after replacing my beats studio due to the cups wearing thin

Love that the audio auto stops when you remove the headset, I do sometimes switch from normal mode to transparent mode when I touch the right ear cup this is slightly irritating

After another day of testing, I heard a weird crackling noise when using the microphone on a work call outdoors. Will test and maybe refund this unit if happens again.

    Super rapport qualité-prix !

This is my first step into ANC headphones – I wanted to try something relatively cheap but with decent quality. So here it goes Anker Q35 in beautiful blue colour. It came with rather nice case (same colour), USB-C charging cable, 3,5mm audio cable and plane (?) plug converter. Out of the box – there is a really bad smell (like it would give a cancer or something), so at first day I would briefly tried them, only to see if they working at all. Following days smell is mostly gone (but still there is some), so I could wear them without any issues.
Build quality: is rather good, matte paint on plasics looks nice. Ear cups seem to not be replaceable, so that might be a problem if they wear out in the future. Foam used for comfort is nice to touch and because of that, headphones are very comfortable.
Sound: these out of the box are bass heavy (in a bad way), so in order to have good listening experience, I have to change EQ settings (lowering sub-bass, boosting mid-trebles). After that, I could have nice and pleasent sound. Wired performance – when power is off, then bass-heavy profile kicks in, so it’s a no-go for me. After powering on (short press of a power button), then EQ profile is used with possible ANC. BUT then noise appears! (and some buzzing, like problems with ground circuit), so for me is disqualifying as a wired headphones. Oh, and they can’t be powered off in wired mode – wire should be unplugged to power off. Microphone quality is yet to be checked, but after first tests I could say is good.
ANC – as I mentioned, they are my first headphones with this feature. I’ve expected, that it would not be best on the market, but it’s good enough (for me). Note that there is still some white noise in the background, even if there is quiet nearby. When music is played, it’s not noticeable, and most external noises are “canceled” when ANC is enabled. Transparency mode is present, but mostly is not useable – when music is playing I can’t really hear what someone tries to say to me, when playback is stopped I could just take off headphones instead switching to transparency.
Connectivity: wireless range is excellent. LDAC is working and gives good quality playback (but sometimes I have strange effect, like it would skip some “frames” of playback, so sound is somewhat speeded up and sounds strangely). Too bad that there is no APT-x support, so playback under Windows could have better quality than SBC.
Battery life: after week of mixed usage I have 50% left, so it looks promising.
Other features: auto-pause is a lottery – sometimes it pauses playback when headphones are still on my head, sometimes it would not pause when one of headphones is taken off, there is a few seconds delay when they are taken off. Buttons could be better – at first touch I couldn’t tell what button I’m touching. And there are five of them. Sleep feature is nice addition that I would probably not use (they are too big to sleep with them on head).
In summary: I really wanted to love them – visually they are solid with good battery life and excellent wireless performance, well priced (for ANC headphones) and potentially nice sounding. BUT there are “buts”: bad smell, messy sound (really I can’t understand why someone at ANKER decided to make “signature” and decided, that default sound is great and customers should be happy with it), bad wired performance. If you want headphones from ANKER, Q30 would be better choice – no auto pause feature (which is a gimmick) and no LDAC but with APT-x instead, all of that for a lower price. I will give a chance for my Q35s, as I’ve intended to use them wirelessly anyway for music and MS Teams calls. For now I will give them 3 stars.

    Edit 06.08.2021:
Some conclusions after few weeks of usage: problems with LDAC and problems under Windows are probably caused by advertised function of connecting two devices at once. Disconnect one device – problem disappears (both Windows and Android). As for wired performance – I’ve found one usecase when sound is acceptable – it’s connection to Xbox One gamepad for its pseudo-wireless sound, when weak sound from its output gets punch from Q35 bass heavy profile and because of that is “ok”.
Because of partly solved (?) problems with connection and good sound quality (only EQed, in wireless/ANC mode!) I’ve bumped one star in my rating. Hopefully existing problems would be properly fixed with firmware updates, and no other issues will appear.

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersI bought the Q30 some short while ago which are by far my favourite over ear Bluetooth headphones then the Q35 were released for the asking price of 129.99 there was no reason to get these LDAC or not at that price, but when they went on sale for 69.99 I hit the buy button, if your using an Apple phone and are considering these save a few pounds and get the Q30 just because LDAC is not supported on Apple devices, having said that if your streaming / playing high quality music files on an Android phone as I am these are worth a go, the difference in audio between the Q30/35 isn’t earth shattering if that noticeable to my ear but nevertheless I’m not trying to listen to music critically through these but I feel a slight improvement in audio using LDAC which is good enough for me.

As regards, build, fit and comfort theses are equally as good as the Q30 there the same as far as I can see no difference other than colour, N/C is the same as the Q30 very good and the transparency mode is the same, both have multi connect and the only additional feature these seem to have over the Q30 other than LDAC is wear detection and that works well.

If you do get these download the companion app then you can use the pre set EQ’s or as I do the custom EQ settings to tune these to your preferred audio taste

Disclaimer, “I paid for this myself” 69.99 pounds either during a lightning deal or full price

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDefault soundcore equalizer is bass heavy but you can tweak with the soundcore app custom equalizer for the best sound quality and ANC is just par with that of premium sony xm4 & bose qc’s. You can use it with an aux if you are out of charge its not just an aux it comes with mic you can use it as an wired headphone. Sound core app is super simple and user-friendly. Overall I am pretty impressed.

SUPERB OVERALL QUALITY FOR THE MONEY I PAID

    ::: Lieferumfang & Verarbeitung :::

    ::: Funktion :::

    ::: Klang & Mikrofonqualitt :::

    ::: FAZIT :::

The sound quality is pretty decent and for a price this low, they are very comfortable. Microphone is pretty decent for calls. Noise Cancellation is good for the money, but there are better noise cancellation for more money, but with this price range, I think it’s the best.

    Great Value for money

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese headphones are amazing for the price especially due to the LDAC quality.
I have removed a star as there is some hissing noise with ANC on but that could be a software issue but if its not Soundcore/Anker please contact me

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThese are smart looking headphones – the blue colour looks a lot better than the usual black.
They are comfortable to wear, come with a nice case and cable for when you need to plug in.
If you have an android phone, then you can get HD quality playback wirelessly.
They do sound really good and the associated app lets you choose preset and customised EQ settings. The EQ persists on the headphones when no longer connected to the app.
As well as a good range of equalisation profiles, there a relaxation / sleep mode where you can play ambient sounds. The real Gem is that the App includes a selection of music playlists from LUM.
The controls are really easy to access and use. Battery life is as good as advertised.
    I would definitely recommend them.
They also come with good support and warranty.
The main competition for these comes from the previous version – the Q30s which offer exceptional value at the moment.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally good headphones, don’t know about any hissing noise (yet). I also have the Bose 700 , there is very little difference between the two in sound quality, also the Bose has more levels of NC. Q35 are half the price.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersThe good:

    – Excellent noise cancelling. I couldn’t even hear my blue switched mechanical keyboard through it.
    – They look premium and feel super comfortable on my head
    – Wearing detection
    – Gesture based way to switch ANC off.
    – No noticeable noise cancelling “pressure”. I can’t stand the pressure that some ANC headphones have.
    – Comes with a 3.5mm cord to do the whole hard wired thing.
    – Microphone seems pretty decent, but I haven’t tried it very much yet.

    The not so good:
-Sound quality changes from normal to noise cancelling.

Other reviewer noted that the equalizer doesn’t work. I hadn’t had this issue really, but had noticed the equalizer was not as “broad” in it’s effects as I expected.

I had a firmware update about half an hour after I paired it with my phone and the equalizer really kicked in afterwards. I also noticed that the difference between ANC and normal was not as great. Looks like they are actively working on the firmware and it’s improving.

Compared to my Beats Studio, these sound fantastic. Tons of bass, but perfectly clear vocals. I chose to not use the “sginature” eq setting and instead switch to Rock which seems to work best with the kind of music I listen to.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersVorab: Es ist KEIN Bose-Killer. Zubehr: Eine schne Box, Kabel – USBC. Fr 130 in jedem Fall top!

Golden Review Award: 50 From Our UsersI’ve had a few pairs of wireless headphones, my trusty Sony WH-CH510 being my most recent but this is my first pair with noise-canceling. I often go on business trips and I like the idea of being able to block out noise on the plane and in cafes without having to whack up the volume.

    First Impression

There’s a lot of choice out there but I decided to give these a go because I’ve been buying Anker products for a while now (mostly phone chargers, power banks etc) and I’ve always been impressed with the quality.

Straight out of the box, I got a pretty good first impression – nice hard carry case and a beautiful matte finish on the product itself. Also came with a bag of accessories, including a 3.5mm cable if you want to use it with a non-bluetooth device and an airplane adaptor which is a nice touch.

    Comfort

Comfort was my biggest worry – my old Sonys are pretty tight and feel uncomfortable after an hour or so. These are much nicer. They are less tight and the padding is softer and larger. The cushion at the top prevents them from sliding off my head, even when running. These are the first pair I’ve had that I can wear for hours on end. Given I’ll be using them on long-haul flights that’s a big plus!

    Ease of Use

Connected to my phone and laptop straight away – no issues there. The buttons are fairly standard – volume, noise-canceling, power, play pause. There’s a really nifty feature for activating the noise-canceling – tap the right side for about 1s and it turns on noise canceling. Tap again and it switches to “transparency” mode which basically pipes in sound from outside so it’s like you’re not wearing headphones at all – a very nice feature if you need to be aware of your surroundings momentarily.

    Sound Quality

This is where I was really blown away. Incredible depth of sound, and really just brings a whole new dimension to my music. The last time I remember hearing sound this good was with a pair of Grado SR80s. Calls are good too, especially with the noise-canceling switch on.

    Battery Life

Battery life has been great so far – haven’t charged it at all yet and still reporting 40% level after a week of moderate use. Will follow up after I’ve done a full charge to zero cycle.

    Conclusion

Overall, super impressed by this pair. They will be the perfect travel companion but may also become my day-to-day pair because this level of sound quality makes it hard to go back to my Sonys!

Negatives? I guess they are not the cheapest out there (130) but the level of quality makes these excellent value and if my other Anker products are anything to go by they should last for ages too. A solid 5/5.

Phenominal sound quality and battery life
