What factors affect battery life?
Battery life may be reduced if the machine is switched on and off frequently during operation. It is advisable to vary the rotation speed of the impeller according to the type of material to be removed.
How should the blowing speed be adjusted?
A medium blowing speed is recommended for light materials on the lawn or for moving grass and dry leaves on solid surfaces. Maximum speed is recommended for wet leaves and heavier materials, such as fresh snow.

Battery life good easy to charge and charges qucikly and lasts a long time.
Very light weight to life and use – even for a longer time period no fatigue.
Good level of power – easy to blow soggy leaves as well as dry leaves into a bag or pile for collecting.

This is a good battery powered leaf blower. The battery life is enough to do a medium sized garden full of leaves!! The one small issue is that the blower isn’t very powerful and if the leaves are wet it does struggle to move them around

Battery operated tools always gonna win against wire ones. This blower from STIGA did homework amazingly by delivering well designed and working unit. No more worrying about cable length, extenders and looking for spare socket, STIGA offers fully portable blower powered with 4Ah – 20V battery which is beast.
Design is rather minimalist, yellow main unit body is quite big but well balanced so holding it doesn’t hurt after longer time and doesn’t stretch your arm. Thanks to removable tube it is easy to store when not in use. It has 2 speed levels and it is 1 switch operated. Nothing else to do, very easy to use for everybody.
Battery is very powerful at 4Ah, thanks to massive range of tools from STIGA you can use dame battery across many tools. Useful if you need more tools to collection.
This is a cracking little machine and so useful in the garden, particularly in the autumn but with uses all year round. As a battery-powered leaf blower, this is small and lightweight item. It’s not a vacuum of course, so can only be used for blowing, but even so considering the power of this machine the weight is really low and it’s easy to carry around.
The battery slots in like most power tools, and can easily be removed from the machine and onto the charger. There’s a button on the battery showing battery level on LEDs – it came 3/4 full on arrival.
There’s an extension tube on the leaf blower itself, so even tall people will be able to use with ease. It takes a bit of practice to blow just right to get leaves and debris into a nice pile, but it’s a very easy way to get leaves out of corners, flower beds, gravel drives etc and into a pile for removal.
Easy to use and lightweight, it’s also pretty quiet, certainly much quieter than mains operated units. Battery life is really good, it should easily last a few tidying sessions between charges.
This was so simple to put together and use.
It arrived in sturdy cardboard packaging and is well protected. It has plain instructions and the battery is easy to charge.
Once charged, I put the parts of the leaf blower together which was very simple. I noticed instantly that it weighs much less than the other leaf blower I have ( which is actually prohibitively heavy). As you can see in the video my first go with the blower was a bit haphazard, and I need to blow in the right direction, but it’s so easy to use and it does an excellent job. I really like this.
I’m very fortunate that I don’t get too many leaves in my garden but enough to be annoying! The autumn is only really just beginning and they’re creeping in!
I was so excited to get and use this leaf blower. It is so simple to put together and so simple to use! The battery came a little charged so I tried it straight away.
It’s lightweight and is quite strong. It will definitely only blow away dry leaves so you’d want to keep on top off it before they get wet.
It’s not to big either so it’s easy to store away.
It is expensive but this is the first one I’ve owned so I have nothing to compare it too.
