I have no idea what my daughter does but we have been through numerous cables this past year and after having read the reviews for this cable decided this was the next one. I am really pleased i did because in fact, I ended up buying another for my other daughter as it was that good. The cable itself is made really well, the material around the port itself is strong which is normally where most cables start to fray from the way most kids pull it out of the plug. We have received courtesy emails from Syncwire just checking everything is ok with the cable. I have been in touch with Syncwire recently due to an issue with the warranty and customer support were amazing, could not fault them in any way and it was sorted out really quick. I definately wish I had found this cable soone
I’ve been quite happy with the quality of the charger. I’d say it’s been working just as well as the Apple iPhone charger. I had a slight tear on the wire after 7 months however the customer service team was great and have sent me a replacement out immediately. Definitely recommend.
It’s great for charging purposes and I have bought more than one of these. However I found that the longer one (2M) wouldn’t connect my iPhone to iTunes on the desktop properly so loses a star.
As I’ve only just received the iPhone chargers I can’t rate how they are for durability or sturdiness as I’ve not had them that long. I can as though they are certainly as described and so far have been great.
I purchased this product 3 months ago and I was very happy with it. Then it developed a fault with the coating at the point you plug the wire into your phone. I decided to inform the supplier as it was still under guarantee. I emailed them and they replied the day after, just asking for a few details. They replaced the sync-wire within 4 days. Great customer service without any fuss. Also, followed up with emails to make sure I had received my replacement. It’s not often you get this kind of service or turn around. So thank you. I would recommend the product, knowing any faults with reasonable care are taken care of.
I’m very pleased with this product – it works better than the original Apple charger cable I had. I had problems with the original apple cable as it wouldn’t charge when connected to an android charger plug. This charger cable works perfectly and it charges fast. It also works when connected to a PC (Windows) – I had problems with the Apple cable in the past.

Bit disappointed after 4 months use the cable won’t charge anymore, although it has a lifetime warranty. Seller eventually agreed to send a replacement but 3 weeks on and it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had to buy a replacement. Great product whilst it worked. My son has been using the sync wire for 5wks and he somehow managed to damage the end of the wire.
I emailed the sync support team who were absolutely amazing and responded very quickly and agreed to have my wire replaced without any issues.

Not the cheapest, but buying cheap charger cables can be a false economy (I’ve been guilty of this in the past). I bought one of these Syncwire cables ages ago to leave in the bedroom. No problems, and now bought this second one to have in the car. Again, no problem. Works as expected (iPhone 7 & SE)

Good cable though only had it for about 3 months. Use it to charge my ipad air. Cable looks similar to the original one which was supplied with ipad. It seems robust. My apple supplied cable had frayed plastic covering at its junction. Ipad accepts the Syncwire cable without problem. Charging is just as good. Cable length similar. I’m perfectly happy and expect it to be slightly more durable than the original cable.
I have bought two of these 6.5 ft cables, one in July 2018, the other in January 2020, and have been pretty happy with them up until now. I have had no connection problems and they seem robust. Recently one of the cables developed a fault……… the plastic cover protecting the Lightning plug became loose. Every time I detached the plug from my iPad, the plastic slid gently down the cable. Irritating but not disastrous, as the cable still worked okay. I reckoned that the cables should have a longer life than this so I contacted Syncwire by email. I got an immediate response. They asked me for a serial number and for a picture of the problem, and promptly sent a replacement cable, which arrived 4 days after my initial complaint. I reckon that this is remarkably good service by Syncwire, with their friendly messages and with no quibbles. I would have no hesitation buying a new cable from Syncwire knowing that their cables are good, and that their after-sales service is superb in case of any problems!
First impressions were that this was great, well packaged and worked perfectly at first. However, after just 3 months it has now completely packed in. You get what you pay for I guess, cheap rubbish that will do as a temporary cheap replacement but you won’t get long term usage out of this. The clever thing here is it will work long enough for you to no longer be covered for a replacement or a refund so you will eventually be in the same position you were in before, no charging cable and 7 worse off than you were before. A charging cable should last much longer than just 3 months. If you want a cheap temporary replacement then go for it but if you want something that will be a suitable long term replacement then I would definitely avoid this brand. I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it’s been a complete letdown, pocketed my money and only temporarily did the job it was supposed to.
This item was really good when it first arrived. I ordered it on someone’s recommendation. However, mine stopped working fairly quickly and would do that thing where your phone buzzes as if its not connected properly despite me taking good care of it. Maybe mine was faulty? Luckily this wasn’t that expensive so I didn’t mind too much
The length of the charger is good, not too long but not too short. You find with most that the outside bit splits and leaves wiring exposed after a few weeks but not with this one. They also offer 36 months warranty for free so if it damaged within this time you can get a free cable!
The Syncwire cable last longer than the original apple, plus the length of 2 meter is way more practical. The durability is still not as good as expected though, but the company offers 36 month warranty. After my cable broke I contacted customer service for replacement as my item is still under the warranty. Cassiel from the support team got back to me within 12 hours and sorted replacement straight away!
I would recommend this product as it is good value and great customer service that truly care for customer satisfaction.
An excellent charger, which has lasted me so much longer than any other non-apple lead bought off Amazon. I had it for 14 months before it started to not fully work in my phone, probably due to wear and tear, which most other chargers have done in under 6 months. Due to the warranty on the product I was able to email sync wire who responded rapidly and replaced the wire within a matter of days. Very impressed by their excellent and quick customer service (from Cassiel).
These sycnwire charge cables are great. We have a fairly large family all with apple phones and iPads and used to go through loads of cables. A couple of years ago I decided to buy a syncwire cable to replace broken apple originals and cheaper replacements. I highly recommend them. The first cable lasted around 2 years but with a 3 year warranty, I contacted Syncwire who replaced it immediately! They are the only cables that consistently perform well for years and though cheaper than the apple originals far exceed durability in my experience. The cables feel smooth and high quality and though thick and sturdy, they are very flexible. Charging is super fast and I’ve had no trouble with iPhones or iPads. Also comes with a handy velcro tie which is great for travelling.
This is the second charger I have bought from this company as not only is it great value for money, but it seems to last far longer than other Apple certified chargers. I have a multitude of Apple products and lightning chargers and 2 teenagers, so you can imagine the usage and lack of care taken with them! This charger is the only one that has lasted! I’ve bought non Apple cables in the past and been disappointed but this one has been excellent. I needed an extra cable to keep in the car and this has been ideal, it’s not shaken loose with the car’s momentum, it charges the phone quickly and connects the phone to Apple play with no problems. This Lightning Cable in particular is a very high quality and durable one compared to others on the market, and even over the original Apple design. It has a likeness to the original Lightning Cable which makes it practically identical to it, with its slim feel and cable shielding. This is a very aesthetically pleasing cable and the only difference I would say is that this cable can take more abuse and be able to hand more day to day wear and tear. The main difference however is that it now adds a metal shielding over plastic shielding for increased durability.
The most important thing for me however is that this is actually Apple MFI Certified, something Apple does which guarantees the accessory will work on their devices. This is absolutely key to look for should you purchase an aftermarket cable.
A lot of the cheaper Lightning Cables you can buy from are not MFI Certified, so people will tend to buy them from a discount store for a quid and wonder why it their iPhone tells them that the accessory is not supported. This is an all too common thing which I see often. It is also not safe to use a non-MFI certified aftermarket cable, as a low quality cheap cable can be a fire risk due to it not meeting any electrical safety standards.
A mention to the detail Syncwire put in as well to the box and packaging, a very nice touch and it feels great as soon as you pick the box up.
I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is in need of a new or spare iPhone cable.

Not bad for the price. Other non-apple chargers generally weren’t working with my I-phone 6s but this one seems to do the job. Seems decent quality given the price.
These are sturdy and reliable. I was fed up of cheaper chargers breaking after a few times of use and so went for these. They have been a good purchase and I would recommend them.
I found this to be the same as the one which comes in the box.

I like the velcro cable tie which comes with it as it prevents me winding it back on its self and keeps it together in my bag. It does what it meant to, I also like the fact the USB is labelled so I don’t pull out the wrong lead when using it with an adapto

– It is much stronger and flexible, especially at the port ends which can often become frayed, especially with the originals supplied by Apple.

A decent charger, worked well as a replacement for my broken Apple charger however there was noticeable breakage around 3 months after use. However, for the price point you cannot complain and looks-wise you can’t tell the difference between an original charger and this one! Which is a plus. Overall, 4 stars, as the durability of this product has let it down.
Wire is great length and was working well. After 3 months cable at Charing point started to wear. As I had applied the free warranty contacted company and they were really helpful and replaced the item straight away

Charged good, speed of charging did gradually slow down but that may have been my phone. However did buy in September and had broke by April so did only last 6/7 months but it still charges its just broken with wire exposed around the top
So bought a charging wire for my iPhone after my old one started playing up. I’ve seen a few reviews say that after a few months, the problems start but had mine for a good few months and still working great, a lot more efficient than my old one too so can’t complain. Also. got emails about a warranty if I have problems. It cost 6 and is good value imo. So far so good.
I bought this as the kids wrecked the last one and I needed to charge my iPad. It was cheap enough for being just a wire and I wasn’t too bothered if the kids wrecked this one too due to its cost. It is lasting well with the kids plugging and unplugging it every day. It doesn’t appear to get hot either like some of the cheaper wires you can buy from discount stores. All in all does the job it is required to do and seems to do it well.

I recommend this product I have been eating pounds in a certain shop buying these. Icing on the cake is when I checked my 8 year olds iPad when she told me it wasn’t charging glad am I she made me aware as the cable and plug where very hot!!

After an unfortunate incident with the wheel of an office chair, we were unable to charge our ipad. As this is used to keep my elderly mother up-to-date on news and cat picture,s we were lost without it so it was with great relief to find such a good product that helps charge the ipad quickly and seems robust enough to hopefully withstand further domestic accidents!!
As my battery on Apple 6 seems to be fading fast, needed an additional cable to charge in car for emergencies. This is small, neat and with short cable which suits console.

Very happy with this product. Have been using for a few weeks now and have had no issues. I purchased a longer wire as I was finding it was difficult to use my phone when charging as my plug socket is behind the sofa. I also brought it to hospital with me during a recent stay and I was able to plug my phone in and use it comfortably from the bed. Well worth the money spent, not sure why I didn’t get one sooner!
Abs chargers go, this one is fine – but it only works if plugged in with the little symbol facing a certain way…. tad annoying but otherwise does the job
I cannot fault the Syncwire company or their product in any way. The delivery came earlier than expected and the product has been perfect. Syncwire themselves have emailed me twice: once just after receipt to kindly remind me that I hadn’t yet registered for their one-year free warranty and then a second email a month after to check that the product was working correctly and offering a refund or replacement if it wasn’t. You can’t ask for better service than that. Brilliant!
It’s easy to plug into my phone unlike some other chargers and fits securely in place. I’ve used the 1m version on a daily basis for the last 6 months and the wear and tear has been very minimal despite the heavy demand I put on my chargers when I’m on the move. So I expect the 2m version I’ve been using for the last month to be more of the same.
For what the product is, I must give it a five star rating all round. The only faults are with the design of typical charging wires, but that is universal. As far as this product goes, you get exactly what you pay for and quite frankly, I didn’t expect anything other than what I paid for. I am able to charge my phone, sync to other devices and use my portable charger without worrying about the wire bending too much or snapping the interior components. Tis cheap to buy in bulk too, as we all know that every wire will meet its maker one day. I bought 2 as I know the unforeseen future tends to be around the corner. So if I am clumsy enough to break one, I shan’t worry in the slightest.

I ordered two chargers. The both the chargers worked when I first received them but after a couple of weeks one of them stopped working. I had already signed up for the 3 year guarantee they have on their chargers and emailed them explaining my problem. They asked a few questions and they already have a new charger on the way to me. It’s a good cable but I would suggest using tape on each of the ends to further strengthen the weaker points of cabbie that wear over time like the micro usb tip twists up or gets pulled and bent ova time so tape electrical or cello tape does the trick if done properly giving few extra layers around those 2 ends where cable meets plastic binding both with fee windings of tape on each end…. last lot longe

It won’t always fully charge phone! I am occasionally getting 80% only but wonder if putting plug in phone upside down is cause!

I broke my original Apple iphone charger because I kept using it while on charge and bent the cable. Bought a cheap replacement and the same thing happened, so I shall be more careful with this one!

Brilliant bit of kit, have been using it since the original one my mum bought for me lost its cover, (the bit that wraps around it), don’t ask me how it managed that, just did ok!
And have been using it ever since, and it’s pretty quick too… Put it onto charge last night, and by the morning fully charged up…
Soo yeah am pretty chuffed with this…. and considerably cheaper than others on the market….
In my experience it is far better to purchase a product that looks up to the job that you want it to do. This isn’t the cheapest cable on the market but I feel that it is one of the best made and most reliable – which after all that should be your main requirement. You only have to take it out of the box to see how well made it is.

Syncwire chargers are my go-to alternative to branded apple chargers. This one is the perfect length so that my phone’s in reach from my bed and it doesn’t get twisted or bend at the charger port on the phone like some flimsier chargers I’ve had. These chargers always last me months and months on end of use. The products come with a guarantee for exchange if faulty and the customer service is quick and reliable so I never have to worry. Definitely an essential to have for iphone users.
If you are looking for a Lightening cable then this is a really good quality one. I’ve bought loads of these as gifts to my friends and family to replace the terrible ones they bought at Tesco or Poundland or wherever. Comes with a good guarantee too so if it breaks then you can get a new one sent out.
I prefer the 2m length because it gives me more flexibility to use my device whilst it’s on charge
OK, I’ve only been using my new, official Apple Lightning Cable for a few weeks and it soon developed the same problem of dropping connection.
So, proof now I think that my old iPhone 6s Plus is the source of the problem.
I guess if this was a Lab Experiment you would say you can’t rule out the possibility of my non-Apple cables damaging the Lightning socket but I’m afraid I will leave that for someone else to investigate!

I bought my original Syncwire Lightning cable in November 2019 and was pleased it worked much better than cheaper ones I’d tried and was obviously better quality.
All well until February when the cable kept dropping connection. I ordered a replacement but was convinced the problem was my old iPhone 6s Plus.
Anyway turns out I carelessly had bought a different (wrong) Syncwire) cable but they kindly replaced free of charge with the correct (original) type I’d bought in November.
However the replacement cable also not properly working, ie dropped connection occasionally and again I suspect it’s my iPhone rather than the cable at fault.
To be certain though I’ve splashed out and bought another ‘official’ Lightning cable from Apple.
So, I will report how long this one lasts and try to pinpoint if it’s my iPhone socket causing the problem, or not.
One thing I can say with 100% confidence is that Syncwire’s customer support is absolutely fantastic!
Good product overall. smaller than i expected. More difficult to setup than expected – only use blutooth and not the connected wifi. once it was working i could setup schedules and with the movement sensor i can turn the lights on when motion is detected.
I have been using the sync wire cable for a good few months to charge my iPhone XS and my previous iPhone SE.
We as most people have charging cables in most rooms of the house, kitchen, lounge and my one I use at work, so I had replaced all of our old cables with syncwire.
I noticed on one of the cables, at the phone charging end that the inside wires were showing.
I initially bought this product because of the warranty period of 12 months and if you register your purchases you bought on Amazon then this warranty increases to a total of 36 months. Amazing.
I always keep the boxes for all my phone accessories, found the box and checked on sync wire website how to claim, completed the information on the warranty claim form and waited. I didn’t have to wait long, I received and email to say straight away I will be receiving a new syncwire. I am very happy with this service
I bought this type of cables after many others fail me because they were flimsy and broke so easily or just don’t work much. I tried very thick cables but sadly they can’t fit in the tablet case hole. This one does I am very pleased, well done and will be a returning customer for other devices. I have spent many hours researching the most durable cables and this is spot on! After a couple of years of use it is finally showing signs of wear and tear. Other cables don’t last even 5 months. Be careful when you take off the cable. Hold it tight at the very base (closes to the device, far from cable) or the plastic cover will come off.
I have absolutely nothing but praise for this phone cable- I can’t recommend it highly enough. Fits into the iPhone (5C) and plug perfectly, and there have been no technical/ electrical issues at all, after having had it for several months. I’ve had this charger for ages, it’s been stood on, trapped in a car door, and it’s still going strong. Really pleased with it, I have a very active job, and needed a good quality cable, this is it. I have the 1m one, wish I’d gone for the 2m as in some of the cars I use at work, my one doesn’t reach the dash from the charge port, but that’s my fault. I thoroughly recommend this, and have done for ages, 5 lads on my team now own them as well.
Arrived wrapped around a plastic disc which was impressive but with a couple of ‘kinks’ in the cable which I can’t get out – however it works just fine.
Just worried that it might split at the kinks but time will tell.
It just feels thin, plastic and flimsy but perhaps that’s because my other cables are thicker and that’s what I am used to?
Right I want to say it is a great cable even come with a velcro cable tie which is a nice touch the cable itself feels well built but the problem is Apple’s design on the way they use the ports and every charger cable I have owned has the same flaw whether it’s official or not you get the connector wet and the power pin corrodes and renders the lead useless. You can clean it but always come back.
My last cable packed up after just under 2 years use.
I thought my iPad is going funny so was really relieved when I plugged this new cable in and it started charging ok.
Looks fine, and charges fine.
If this lasts over a year, and up to 2 years then I will consider it durable and worth buying – I will report back!
These have become my go-to charging cable for iphone. I have always found that the original apple charging cables after a year or so begin to peel and even stop working (which I think is true for a lot of the charging cables for apple’s portable hardware) but I have never had that problem with these cables, despite being used the same way.
I have bought a few of these cables now for various reasons but never as a result of the cable becoming damaged or due to it no longer functioning. The earliest one I purchased was over 2 years ago and it is still completely intact and going strong. These cables are more durable and less expensive than the authentic iphone charging cables and you get a fair 1 year warranty period that can be extended to 3 years if you register your purchase with the company. Definitely recommend.
This is without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with not just on Amazon but other sites as well. I purchased an iPhone charging lead from them 8 months ago and due to a very slight fault asked them to replace it as it was still under the one year guarantee. Normally companies do their best to make it as awkward as possible to obtain a replacement but this company made the process easy. I emailed them and sent them a picture showing the fault. Within 48 hours I was asked for my home address and 72 hours later a brand new charging lead was delivered into my letter box. Can you imagine how great I felt not to be constantly sent emails asking silly questions which would cause me to just say, ‘forget it’ and go somewhere else to buy another one. No such messing from Syncwire. An absolute joy to deal with. I have bought several products from this company and would highly recommend them to others. Don’t bother looking at other sites. Their leads are as good as the original Apple leads but why spend three times the cost of one from Apple when you could buy a quality product from Syncwire. Brilliant service. I brought my first cable in Feb 2019 and had to buy a replacement in August 2019. This has lasted longer than most iPhone cables I have brought and I wasn’t expecting this to last as long as it did. I have brought 10+ cables in the past and this is good quality for the money! It charges fast, is sturdy and is the right length for me. The only thing is with my old cable, once it came to the end of its life, the wires were exposed in a couple of days of trying to charge the phone but most iPhone cables do get like this. Really recommend this if you want a cable that lasts a couple of months!
I bought 2 iPhone charging wires in July 2019 . Syncewire provided 2 years warranty . After 8 months use both wire are not working . I have texted them on messenger as they claimed fir 2 years warranty . I am still waiting for the response
Update: received a prompt response from synwire and they immediately sent me new charging cables . Really amazed with excellent customer service . Nice to do business with synwire. They are very reliable . Will definitely recommend to everyone .
I have tried a few brands of this product, and this one has driven all the others into the waste bin. It looks great, and comes in a cord protecting case, so I leave mine in but with both ends free so that I can use it, but also keep it tidy, with no excess cable cluttering up the other charging cables. I believe it to be really good value for money (especially when I see the price in the phone shops). I now have one for home, one for work, and one in the car. Covered!……….although I might have one for my handbag too, now you come to mention it.
When you buy an iphone you know you’ll lose a cable or two along the way. I have purchased this brand several times and they aren’t a cable for life but they aren’t bad. I think I’ve got a year out of the one I had in my car and about 9 months for the one I carry in my handbag. I use the plastic card they come with and store them on that as they last longer that way as they don’t get pulled around in the bag.
Charges much faster than other cheaper-than-apple wires we have bought, and we have been through many with a household of iPhones and the kids school iPads, so far seems much sturdier than other ones we have had too, no cracking in the wire. Very happy with this wire and have recommended it to other friends and family members.
I’ve had the SYNCWIRE iPhone MFi [Made For iPHONE) Charging Cable for a few weeks now. I bought the 1m one i.e. 3.3 feet in length. It comes coiled around a little holding square holder to give it a PREMIUM Look. (Please see attached pics).
It does look thin and a bit flimsy like the Standard USB to Lightning Charging Cable that gets bundled with most new iPhones. The connection points do appear THOUGH to be reinforced, so it LOOKS like it would LAST MUCH LONGER THAN THE STANDARD Charging Cables that get bundled with most iPhones.
ON a further note the SYNCWIRE iPhone Charging Cable (USB to Lightning Cable) does appear to do a REALLY Good Job, and I sincerely believe that as long as one does NOT pull out the charging cable from the charged device by pulling the cable, and one does not go about carelessly dumping it into one’s handbag or pocket or wallet, it should last for quite a while.
It also appears to support ULTRA-FAST Charging (2.4A Current) as I regularly use it with the YOOTECH USB-C Charger (Reviewed by me in Wed 10 July 2019) to charge my iPhone 8 and 6s with excellent results each time.
I would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Charger, as long as you bear in mind my comments in the previous paragraph.

The cable did the job at first, and seemed to be off good build quality, but Im afraid 2 months is not good enough even for the price.
After 2 months my charger began to charge only in intervals which was very inconvenient.
I got in touch with customer services explaining my issue and they were very helpful and sent me over a replacement which arrived at my door within 3-4 days.
I was uncertain whether to buy this instead of going for the genuine Apple cable especially when it was so cheap. However I decided to give it a go based on the reviews and low cost and I’m glad I did. It is better than the Apple equivalent, very good quality and solid technology. It comes with a great storage device that you wind the cable around all very neat. My phone seems to recharge faster using this cable than my previous Apple one. I don’t know how they can produce them at this price and it’s no wonder that Apple make such profits! I’ll be buying a couple more so that I don’t need to rely on the one to take with me wherever I go.
Worked for like less than two months !! Idk why it’s best seller . It didn’t break physically or anything but it just stopped charging well . Glitches my phone battery and it Disney even charge anymore . Not worth it . Although it’s cheap ,if U need a charger just like a charger that’s at least 8 pounds I recommend !!
I recently purchased a new Apple Phone but suddenly, for some reason unknown, the charger decided not to work, which was inconvenient to say the least. I couldn’t bear the thought of having to get on to my phone provider and encounter all the hassle that goes with it, so it was pleasing to order this new cable on line. It came while I was on holiday so it must have come on time. I have since used it and it charges my phone exactly as I want so thank you for what appears to be a reliable piece of kit.

Arrived on time, however, the box was slightly damaged. But it is very high quality. Charges quickly, VERY good quality. Is sturdy and not easy to break. Good length. It comes coiled around a little holding square holder to give it a PREMIUM Look.

I have in the past had to buy a few of these cables from a different supplier due to them braking , this time I bought this perticuler one and paid a little extra then I would normally do and I can see and feel the wire is far a better quality, not had it long enough to see how it lasts but on first impression can’t fault it. And this arrived very quickly from time of ordering . Yes you can buy cheaper but not with the same quantity as this one
No surprises: these cables deliver what I’d hoped: quick charging times and better durability than Apple’s own designs. Since I’ve had the first purchase for over a year now, I can confirm that the impression of better durability is also a reality. It’s not just the cable itself: I’m convinced that the inclusion of the simple cable tidy helps too – I use this 9 times out of 10 that I put the cable away, since it’s so convenient, and adds almost nothing to the space occupied by the cable in a bag or pocket. I’ve never had an “unsupported device” warning either. I use the cables with an iPhone 7 and a couple of 9-ish inch iPads.
The cables were quickly delivered and they look identical with the originals. I cannot comment on durability but I think all cables split at some stage. After all, I bought these cables to replace damaged original ones. It took me some time to realise that there is a cable organiser included and I do not find much use of it for me. The price and presentation are excellent. Recommended.
When I ordered the wrong length cable (completely my fault), I thought I would email Syncwire direct, and check what their returns policy is. After explaining the situation, they very kindly posted me the cable I was after (free of charge), and told me I could keep the one I had paid for as a good-will gesture.

Does what it says on the tin! Just what I needed. My apple cable was worn out so I bought a cheap replacement. Not a particularly good move as it was unreliable. This Syncwire replacement looks good at the moment and I am anticipating it will continue to do so. It comes with an extended guarantee of 36 months definitely a good buy. Good competitive price and delivered quickly. Definitely recommend.
The only drawback is it was a bit over packaged. Wrapped around a plastic wheel and then in a cardboard box. I can recycle the cardboard but my local authority does not take the plastic.
We are always losing ipad/iPhone cables in our household. They probably end up in that deep abyss with all the odd socks. However, the lightning cable is, well, lightning fast. I can probably charge up a 1% energy iPhone in around half an hour – maybe less. So far, 2 weeks in, this cable is durable and is working well
This cable is very light, it comes in a very small box and you can roll the cable and reuse the case which is really handing for bringing to work. For a 2m cable I’m impressed at how slim and compact it is. It was exactly what I needed to charge my phone while in bed this evening. Very nice quality cable, definitely my favourite lightning cable I’ve had so far from any third party
Great quality product, you can register for 3 years warranty for free.
But the support team do not open any attachments in emails or accept secure encrypted links for warranty registration.
To say they are a technology company this is very poor.

This particular Lightning Cable is a more durable improvement over Apples original design. The slim aesthetic is pretty much identical to an original lightning cable, as well as the overall cable shielding design and USB connector. The difference is that this cable can take more abuse and can withstand day to day wear and tear.
What is most important to factor in is that this cable is Apple MFI Certified, a programme Apple runs that guarantees the accessory will work with their devices. With any aftermarket cable you decide to purchase, you should look for MFI Certification.
Unfortunately, I know quite a few people that have simply opted to buy a cheap replacement Lightning Cable from Poundland only to find their iPhone says the accessory is not compatible. It also is not safe to use a non-MFI certified aftermarket cable, as a cheap dodgy cable can be a fire risk due to it not meeting any electrical safety standards.

A Durable Improvement Over Apple's Original Design.
Decided to go for a better quality charger cable for iPhone and chose this one as it has a 2 year guarantee! Registered with the company and they confirmed this guarantee immediately, very pleased so far no problems and if I do get 2 years I will have made great savings considering the xgeap ones last a few weeks at best!
Used for charging and operating an I pad. Connection works and holds every time without fail. Got to be one of the best leads to date and my daughters have gone though many. Even better than the apple cable. I would definitely buy this product if I needed a cable for an apple product.
This is better than my previous iPad charger, because it is longer (2m), so you don’t have to sit close to the plug if you are charging and using at the same time. It would be better if it charged faster, because if you are indeed charging and using the iPad at the same time, the battery goes down, not up, so that you can be charging but still find that the screen suddenly goes bland and you have to wait for it to charge up.
Bought this for my teenage daughter as yet another charger cable had somehow broken. I’ve always stayed away from non Apple chargers before, believing that they could somehow cause damage to your phone.
After some careful research I found out that this is not the case and ordered this cable.
It’s nice and long and does everything that it’s supposed to do.
So far, zero complaints from the daughter and pennies saved for me (as it was less than half the price of an apple lead).
I have no idea what my daughter does but we have been through numerous cables this past year and after having read the reviews for this cable decided this was the next one. I am really pleased i did because in fact, I ended up buying another for my other daughter as it was that good. The cable itself is made really well, the material around the port itself is strong which is normally where most cables start to fray from the way most kids pull it out of the plug. We have received courtesy emails from Syncwire just checking everything is ok with the cable. I have been in touch with Syncwire recently due to an issue with the warranty and customer support were amazing, could not fault them in any way and it was sorted out really quick. I’ve been quite happy with the quality of the charger. I’d say it’s been working just as well as the Apple iPhone charger. I had a slight tear on the wire after 7 months however the customer service team was great and have sent me a replacement out immediately. Definitely recommend.
It’s great for charging purposes and I have bought more than one of these. However I found that the longer one (2M) wouldn’t connect my iPhone to iTunes on the desktop properly so loses a star.
As I’ve only just received the iPhone chargers I can’t rate how they are for durability or sturdiness as I’ve not had them that long. I can as though they are certainly as described and so far have been great.
I purchased this product 3 months ago and I was very happy with it. Then it developed a fault with the coating at the point you plug the wire into your phone. I decided to inform the supplier as it was still under guarantee. I emailed them and they replied the day after, just asking for a few details. They replaced the sync-wire within 4 days. Great customer service without any fuss. Also, followed up with emails to make sure I had received my replacement. It’s not often you get this kind of service or turn around. So thank you. I’m very pleased with this product – it works better than the original Apple charger cable I had. I had problems with the original apple cable as it wouldn’t charge when connected to an android charger plug. This charger cable works perfectly and it charges fast. It also works when connected to a PC (Windows) – I had problems with the Apple cable in the past.

Bit disappointed after 4 months use the cable won’t charge anymore, although it has a lifetime warranty. Seller eventually agreed to send a replacement but 3 weeks on and it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had to buy a replacement. Great product whilst it worked. Works fine as a charger – annoying that none of these come with plugs these days so instead of arguing over chargers we now argue over plug heads
My son has been using the sync wire for 5wks and he somehow managed to damage the end of the wire.
I emailed the sync support team who were absolutely amazing and responded very quickly and agreed to have my wire replaced without any issues.

Not the cheapest, but buying cheap charger cables can be a false economy (I’ve been guilty of this in the past). I bought one of these Syncwire cables ages ago to leave in the bedroom. Bought this iPhone charger cable March 2020 but developed split. So only 3stars for this item.

Good cable though only had it for about 3 months. Use it to charge my ipad air. Cable looks similar to the original one which was supplied with ipad. It seems robust. My apple supplied cable had frayed plastic covering at its junction. Ipad accepts the Syncwire cable without problem. Charging is just as good. Cable length similar. I’m perfectly happy and expect it to be slightly more durable than the original cable.
I have bought two of these 6.5 ft cables, one in July 2018, the other in January 2020, and have been pretty happy with them up until now. I have had no connection problems and they seem robust. Recently one of the cables developed a fault……… the plastic cover protecting the Lightning plug became loose. Every time I detached the plug from my iPad, the plastic slid gently down the cable. Irritating but not disastrous, as the cable still worked okay. I reckoned that the cables should have a longer life than this so I contacted Syncwire by email. I got an immediate response. They asked me for a serial number and for a picture of the problem, and promptly sent a replacement cable, which arrived 4 days after my initial complaint. I reckon that this is remarkably good service by Syncwire, with their friendly messages and with no quibbles. I would have no hesitation buying a new cable from Syncwire knowing that their cables are good, and that their after-sales service is superb in case of any problems!
First impressions were that this was great, well packaged and worked perfectly at first. However, after just 3 months it has now completely packed in. You get what you pay for I guess, cheap rubbish that will do as a temporary cheap replacement but you won’t get long term usage out of this. The clever thing here is it will work long enough for you to no longer be covered for a replacement or a refund so you will eventually be in the same position you were in before, no charging cable and 7 worse off than you were before. A charging cable should last much longer than just 3 months. If you want a cheap temporary replacement then go for it but if you want something that will be a suitable long term replacement then I would definitely avoid this brand. I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it’s been a complete letdown, pocketed my money and only temporarily did the job it was supposed to.
This item was really good when it first arrived. I ordered it on someone’s recommendation. However, mine stopped working fairly quickly and would do that thing where your phone buzzes as if its not connected properly despite me taking good care of it. Maybe mine was faulty? Luckily this wasn’t that expensive so I didn’t mind too much
The length of the charger is good, not too long but not too short. You find with most that the outside bit splits and leaves wiring exposed after a few weeks but not with this one. They also offer 36 months warranty for free so if it damaged within this time you can get a free cable!
The Syncwire cable last longer than the original apple, plus the length of 2 meter is way more practical. The durability is still not as good as expected though, but the company offers 36 month warranty. After my cable broke I contacted customer service for replacement as my item is still under the warranty. Cassiel from the support team got back to me within 12 hours and sorted replacement straight away!
I would recommend this product as it is good value and great customer service that truly care for customer satisfaction.

No complaints with this cable. Long enough to be able to use a distance from the plug. It charges well and does the job.
An excellent charger, which has lasted me so much longer than any other non-apple lead bought off Amazon. I had it for 14 months before it started to not fully work in my phone, probably due to wear and tear, which most other chargers have done in under 6 months. Due to the warranty on the product I was able to email sync wire who responded rapidly and replaced the wire within a matter of days. Very impressed by their excellent and quick customer service (from Cassiel).
This is the second charger I have bought from this company as not only is it great value for money, but it seems to last far longer than other Apple certified chargers. I have a multitude of Apple products and lightning chargers and 2 teenagers, so you can imagine the usage and lack of care taken with them! This charger is the only one that has lasted! I highly recommend.
I’ve bought non Apple cables in the past and been disappointed but this one has been excellent. I needed an extra cable to keep in the car and this has been ideal, it’s not shaken loose with the car’s momentum, it charges the phone quickly and connects the phone to Apple play with no problems. Would recommend.
The most important thing for me however is that this is actually Apple MFI Certified, something Apple does which guarantees the accessory will work on their devices. This is absolutely key to look for should you purchase an aftermarket cable.
A lot of the cheaper Lightning Cables you can buy from are not MFI Certified, so people will tend to buy them from a discount store for a quid and wonder why it their iPhone tells them that the accessory is not supported. This is an all too common thing which I see often. It is also not safe to use a non-MFI certified aftermarket cable, as a low quality cheap cable can be a fire risk due to it not meeting any electrical safety standards.
A mention to the detail Syncwire put in as well to the box and packaging, a very nice touch and it feels great as soon as you pick the box up.

Not bad for the price. Other non-apple chargers generally weren’t working with my I-phone 6s but this one seems to do the job. Seems decent quality given the price.
These are sturdy and reliable. I was fed up of cheaper chargers breaking after a few times of use and so went for these. They have been a good purchase and I would recommend them.
I found this to be the same as the one which comes in the box.

I like the velcro cable tie which comes with it as it prevents me winding it back on its self and keeps it together in my bag. It does what it meant to, I also like the fact the USB is labelled so I don’t pull out the wrong lead when using it with an adapto

– The included cable tie is a nice touch and makes storing it in a travel bag really easy, stopping it getting all tangled up with other wires.

A decent charger, worked well as a replacement for my broken Apple charger however there was noticeable breakage around 3 months after use. However, for the price point you cannot complain and looks-wise you can’t tell the difference between an original charger and this one! Which is a plus. Overall, 4 stars, as the durability of this product has let it down.
Wire is great length and was working well. After 3 months cable at Charing point started to wear. As I had applied the free warranty contacted company and they were really helpful and replaced the item straight away

Charged good, speed of charging did gradually slow down but that may have been my phone. However did buy in September and had broke by April so did only last 6/7 months but it still charges its just broken with wire exposed around the top
So bought a charging wire for my iPhone after my old one started playing up. I’ve seen a few reviews say that after a few months, the problems start but had mine for a good few months and still working great, a lot more efficient than my old one too so can’t complain. Also. got emails about a warranty if I have problems. It cost 6 and is good value imo. So far so good.
I bought this as the kids wrecked the last one and I needed to charge my iPad. It was cheap enough for being just a wire and I wasn’t too bothered if the kids wrecked this one too due to its cost. It is lasting well with the kids plugging and unplugging it every day. It doesn’t appear to get hot either like some of the cheaper wires you can buy from discount stores. All in all does the job it is required to do and seems to do it well.

I recommend this product I have been eating pounds in a certain shop buying these. Icing on the cake is when I checked my 8 year olds iPad when she told me it wasn’t charging glad am I she made me aware as the cable and plug where very hot!!

After an unfortunate incident with the wheel of an office chair, we were unable to charge our ipad. As this is used to keep my elderly mother up-to-date on news and cat picture,s we were lost without it so it was with great relief to find such a good product that helps charge the ipad quickly and seems robust enough to hopefully withstand further domestic accidents!!
As my battery on Apple 6 seems to be fading fast, needed an additional cable to charge in car for emergencies. This is small, neat and with short cable which suits console.

There is a 2 year guarantee with these wires which I had to use when my heavy handed son pulled the wire and the casing come out. This is not a reflection in the product – my son could break anything!

Very happy with this product. Have been using for a few weeks now and have had no issues. I purchased a longer wire as I was finding it was difficult to use my phone when charging as my plug socket is behind the sofa. I also brought it to hospital with me during a recent stay and I was able to plug my phone in and use it comfortably from the bed. Well worth the money spent, not sure why I didn’t get one sooner!
Abs chargers go, this one is fine – but it only works if plugged in with the little symbol facing a certain way…. tad annoying but otherwise does the job
It’s easy to plug into my phone unlike some other chargers and fits securely in place. I’ve used the 1m version on a daily basis for the last 6 months and the wear and tear has been very minimal despite the heavy demand I put on my chargers when I’m on the move. So I expect the 2m version I’ve been using for the last month to be more of the same.
For what the product is, I must give it a five star rating all round. The only faults are with the design of typical charging wires, but that is universal. As far as this product goes, you get exactly what you pay for and quite frankly, I didn’t expect anything other than what I paid for. I am able to charge my phone, sync to other devices and use my portable charger without worrying about the wire bending too much or snapping the interior components. Tis cheap to buy in bulk too, as we all know that every wire will meet its maker one day. I bought 2 as I know the unforeseen future tends to be around the corner. So if I am clumsy enough to break one, I shan’t worry in the slightest.

I ordered two chargers. The both the chargers worked when I first received them but after a couple of weeks one of them stopped working. I had already signed up for the 3 year guarantee they have on their chargers and emailed them explaining my problem. They asked a few questions and they already have a new charger on the way to me. It’s a good cable but I would suggest using tape on each of the ends to further strengthen the weaker points of cabbie that wear over time like the micro usb tip twists up or gets pulled and bent ova time so tape electrical or cello tape does the trick if done properly giving few extra layers around those 2 ends where cable meets plastic binding both with fee windings of tape on each end…. last lot longe

It won’t always fully charge phone! I am occasionally getting 80% only but wonder if putting plug in phone upside down is cause!
I have one side with a symbol on plug the other blank.

Brilliant bit of kit, have been using it since the original one my mum bought for me lost its cover, (the bit that wraps around it), don’t ask me how it managed that, just did ok!
And have been using it ever since, and it’s pretty quick too… Put it onto charge last night, and by the morning fully charged up…
Soo yeah am pretty chuffed with this…. and considerably cheaper than others on the market….
In my experience it is far better to purchase a product that looks up to the job that you want it to do. This isn’t the cheapest cable on the market but I feel that it is one of the best made and most reliable – which after all that should be your main requirement. You only have to take it out of the box to see how well made it is.

Syncwire chargers are my go-to alternative to branded apple chargers. This one is the perfect length so that my phone’s in reach from my bed and it doesn’t get twisted or bend at the charger port on the phone like some flimsier chargers I’ve had. These chargers always last me months and months on end of use. The products come with a guarantee for exchange if faulty and the customer service is quick and reliable so I never have to worry. Definitely an essential to have for iphone users.
If you are looking for a Lightening cable then this is a really good quality one. I’ve bought loads of these as gifts to my friends and family to replace the terrible ones they bought at Tesco or Poundland or wherever. Comes with a good guarantee too so if it breaks then you can get a new one sent out.
I prefer the 2m length because it gives me more flexibility to use my device whilst it’s on charge
As every man would say it’s great having that little bit extra length over a standard one.

OK, I’ve only been using my new, official Apple Lightning Cable for a few weeks and it soon developed the same problem of dropping connection.
So, proof now I think that my old iPhone 6s Plus is the source of the problem.
I guess if this was a Lab Experiment you would say you can’t rule out the possibility of my non-Apple cables damaging the Lightning socket but I’m afraid I will leave that for someone else to investigate!

I bought my original Syncwire Lightning cable in November 2019 and was pleased it worked much better than cheaper ones I’d tried and was obviously better quality.
All well until February when the cable kept dropping connection. I ordered a replacement but was convinced the problem was my old iPhone 6s Plus.
Anyway turns out I carelessly had bought a different (wrong) Syncwire) cable but they kindly replaced free of charge with the correct (original) type I’d bought in November.
However the replacement cable also not properly working, ie dropped connection occasionally and again I suspect it’s my iPhone rather than the cable at fault.
To be certain though I’ve splashed out and bought another ‘official’ Lightning cable from Apple.
So, I will report how long this one lasts and try to pinpoint if it’s my iPhone socket causing the problem, or not.
One thing I can say with 100% confidence is that Syncwire’s customer support is absolutely fantastic!

I have my charger on the ground, fed up through the desk in work, ample length.
The quality is excellent, best around in my opinion. I always buy Syncwire products as they last and are quality made.

Good product overall. smaller than i expected. More difficult to setup than expected – only use blutooth and not the connected wifi. once it was working i could setup schedules and with the movement sensor i can turn the lights on when motion is detected.
We as most people have charging cables in most rooms of the house, kitchen, lounge and my one I use at work, so I had replaced all of our old cables with syncwire.
I noticed on one of the cables, at the phone charging end that the inside wires were showing.
I initially bought this product because of the warranty period of 12 months and if you register your purchases you bought on Amazon then this warranty increases to a total of 36 months. Amazing.
I always keep the boxes for all my phone accessories, found the box and checked on sync wire website how to claim, completed the information on the warranty claim form and waited. I didn’t have to wait long, I received and email to say straight away I will be receiving a new syncwire. I am very happy with this service
I bought this type of cables after many others fail me because they were flimsy and broke so easily or just don’t work much. I tried very thick cables but sadly they can’t fit in the tablet case hole. This one does I am very pleased, well done and will be a returning customer for other devices. I have spent many hours researching the most durable cables and this is spot on! After a couple of years of use it is finally showing signs of wear and tear. Other cables don’t last even 5 months. Be careful when you take off the cable. Hold it tight at the very base (closes to the device, far from cable) or the plastic cover will come off.
I have absolutely nothing but praise for this phone cable- I can’t recommend it highly enough. Fits into the iPhone (5C) and plug perfectly, and there have been no technical/ electrical issues at all, after having had it for several months. It seems really durable- no sign yet of any wear and tear, even though I use it every day and take it everywhere. If you need to replace your iPhone charging cable, don’t hesitate to get this one
I’ve had this charger for ages, it’s been stood on, trapped in a car door, and it’s still going strong. Really pleased with it, I have a very active job, and needed a good quality cable, this is it. I have the 1m one, wish I’d gone for the 2m as in some of the cars I use at work, my one doesn’t reach the dash from the charge port, but that’s my fault. I thoroughly recommend this, and have done for ages, 5 lads on my team now own them as well.
Arrived wrapped around a plastic disc which was impressive but with a couple of ‘kinks’ in the cable which I can’t get out – however it works just fine.
Just worried that it might split at the kinks but time will tell.
It just feels thin, plastic and flimsy but perhaps that’s because my other cables are thicker and that’s what I am used to?
Right I want to say it is a great cable even come with a velcro cable tie which is a nice touch the cable itself feels well built but the problem is Apple’s design on the way they use the ports and every charger cable I have owned has the same flaw whether it’s official or not you get the connector wet and the power pin corrodes and renders the lead useless. You can clean it but always come back.
My last cable packed up after just under 2 years use.
I thought my iPad is going funny so was really relieved when I plugged this new cable in and it started charging ok.
Looks fine, and charges fine.
If this lasts over a year, and up to 2 years then I will consider it durable and worth buying – I will report back!

These have become my go-to charging cable for iphone. I have always found that the original apple charging cables after a year or so begin to peel and even stop working (which I think is true for a lot of the charging cables for apple’s portable hardware) but I have never had that problem with these cables, despite being used the same way.
I have bought a few of these cables now for various reasons but never as a result of the cable becoming damaged or due to it no longer functioning. The earliest one I purchased was over 2 years ago and it is still completely intact and going strong. These cables are more durable and less expensive than the authentic iphone charging cables and you get a fair 1 year warranty period that can be extended to 3 years if you register your purchase with the company. Definitely recommend.
This is without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with not just on Amazon but other sites as well. I purchased an iPhone charging lead from them 8 months ago and due to a very slight fault asked them to replace it as it was still under the one year guarantee. Normally companies do their best to make it as awkward as possible to obtain a replacement but this company made the process easy. I emailed them and sent them a picture showing the fault. Within 48 hours I was asked for my home address and 72 hours later a brand new charging lead was delivered into my letter box. Can you imagine how great I felt not to be constantly sent emails asking silly questions which would cause me to just say, ‘forget it’ and go somewhere else to buy another one. No such messing from Syncwire. An absolute joy to deal with. I have bought several products from this company and would highly recommend them to others. Don’t bother looking at other sites. Their leads are as good as the original Apple leads but why spend three times the cost of one from Apple when you could buy a quality product from Syncwire. Brilliant service. Other companies need to follow their lead.
I brought my first cable in Feb 2019 and had to buy a replacement in August 2019. This has lasted longer than most iPhone cables I have brought and I wasn’t expecting this to last as long as it did. I have brought 10+ cables in the past and this is good quality for the money! It charges fast, is sturdy and is the right length for me. The only thing is with my old cable, once it came to the end of its life, the wires were exposed in a couple of days of trying to charge the phone but most iPhone cables do get like this. Really recommend this if you want a cable that lasts a couple of months!
I bought 2 iPhone charging wires in July 2019 . Syncewire provided 2 years warranty . After 8 months use both wire are not working . I have texted them on messenger as they claimed fir 2 years warranty . I am still waiting for the response
Update: received a prompt response from synwire and they immediately sent me new charging cables . Really amazed with excellent customer service . Nice to do business with synwire. They are very reliable . Will definitely recommend to everyone .
I have tried a few brands of this product, and this one has driven all the others into the waste bin. It looks great, and comes in a cord protecting case, so I leave mine in but with both ends free so that I can use it, but also keep it tidy, with no excess cable cluttering up the other charging cables. I believe it to be really good value for money (especially when I see the price in the phone shops). I now have one for home, one for work, and one in the car. Covered!……….although I might have one for my handbag too, now you come to mention it.
When you buy an iphone you know you’ll lose a cable or two along the way. I have purchased this brand several times and they aren’t a cable for life but they aren’t bad. I think I’ve got a year out of the one I had in my car and about 9 months for the one I carry in my handbag. I use the plastic card they come with and store them on that as they last longer that way as they don’t get pulled around in the bag.
Charges much faster than other cheaper-than-apple wires we have bought, and we have been through many with a household of iPhones and the kids school iPads, so far seems much sturdier than other ones we have had too, no cracking in the wire. Very happy with this wire and have recommended it to other friends and family members.
It does look thin and a bit flimsy like the Standard USB to Lightning Charging Cable that gets bundled with most new iPhones. The connection points do appear THOUGH to be reinforced, so it LOOKS like it would LAST MUCH LONGER THAN THE STANDARD Charging Cables that get bundled with most iPhones.
ON a further note the SYNCWIRE iPhone Charging Cable (USB to Lightning Cable) does appear to do a REALLY Good Job, and I sincerely believe that as long as one does NOT pull out the charging cable from the charged device by pulling the cable, and one does not go about carelessly dumping it into one’s handbag or pocket or wallet, it should last for quite a while.
It also appears to support ULTRA-FAST Charging (2.4A Current) as I regularly use it with the YOOTECH USB-C Charger (Reviewed by me in Wed 10 July 2019) to charge my iPhone 8 and 6s with excellent results each time.
I would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Charger, as long as you bear in mind my comments in the previous paragraph.

The cable did the job at first, and seemed to be off good build quality, but Im afraid 2 months is not good enough even for the price.
After 2 months my charger began to charge only in intervals which was very inconvenient.
I got in touch with customer services explaining my issue and they were very helpful and sent me over a replacement which arrived at my door within 3-4 days.
I was uncertain whether to buy this instead of going for the genuine Apple cable especially when it was so cheap. However I decided to give it a go based on the reviews and low cost and I’m glad I did. It is better than the Apple equivalent, very good quality and solid technology. It comes with a great storage device that you wind the cable around all very neat. My phone seems to recharge faster using this cable than my previous Apple one. I don’t know how they can produce them at this price and it’s no wonder that Apple make such profits! I’ll be buying a couple more so that I don’t need to rely on the one to take with me wherever I go.
Worked for like less than two months !! Idk why it’s best seller . It didn’t break physically or anything but it just stopped charging well . Glitches my phone battery and it Disney even charge anymore . Not worth it . Although it’s cheap ,if U need a charger just like a charger that’s at least 8 pounds I recommend !!
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I must say I recommend it.
Arrived on time, however, the box was slightly damaged. But it is very high quality. Charges quickly, VERY good quality. Is sturdy and not easy to break. Good length. It comes coiled around a little holding square holder to give it a PREMIUM Look.
The connection points do seem to be reinforced, so thus I assume that it would last a lot longer than the original Apple charger.
Overall, good for the price – would highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend to anyone searching for new cables. In my personal opinion I think they’re better than the cables that came with my phone.
I have in the past had to buy a few of these cables from a different supplier due to them braking , this time I bought this perticuler one and paid a little extra then I would normally do and I can see and feel the wire is far a better quality, not had it long enough to see how it lasts but on first impression can’t fault it. And this arrived very quickly from time of ordering . Yes you can buy cheaper but not with the same quantity as this one
When I ordered the wrong length cable (completely my fault), I thought I would email Syncwire direct, and check what their returns policy is. After explaining the situation, they very kindly posted me the cable I was after (free of charge), and told me I could keep the one I had paid for as a good-will gesture.
Their customer service was fantastic and I am now a very pleased customer.
As far as the cable itself goes, it feels very durable and of high quality – which is all you can ask for.

Does what it says on the tin! Just what I needed. My apple cable was worn out so I bought a cheap replacement. Not a particularly good move as it was unreliable. This Syncwire replacement looks good at the moment and I am anticipating it will continue to do so. It comes with an extended guarantee of 36 months definitely a good buy. Good competitive price and delivered quickly. Definitely recommend.
The only drawback is it was a bit over packaged. Wrapped around a plastic wheel and then in a cardboard box. I can recycle the cardboard but my local authority does not take the plastic.

Well done to the team that produce this delightful piece of technology.
But the support team do not open any attachments in emails or accept secure encrypted links for warranty registration.
To say they are a technology company this is very poor.
This is Syncwire support which has an issue not the seller or Amazon.
What is most important to factor in is that this cable is Apple MFI Certified, a programme Apple runs that guarantees the accessory will work with their devices. With any aftermarket cable you decide to purchase, you should look for MFI Certification.
Unfortunately, I know quite a few people that have simply opted to buy a cheap replacement Lightning Cable from Poundland only to find their iPhone says the accessory is not compatible. It also is not safe to use a non-MFI certified aftermarket cable, as a cheap dodgy cable can be a fire risk due to it not meeting any electrical safety standards.

After some careful research I found out that this is not the case and ordered this cable.
It’s nice and long and does everything that it’s supposed to do.
So far, zero complaints from the daughter and pennies saved for me (as it was less than half the price of an apple lead).
