Bought these to top up a previous set of Ingenio Pans we’d bought. They are really great pans that stack and store easily saving space in the pan drawer. (Only downside on the old ones was Teflon coated frying pans didn’t last as long as we’d hoped, even though we only use non metal utensils on them and one of the removable handles on the old set had to be replaced under warranty too as it stopped gripping/releasing from the pan, so hopefully these will fare better). Other than that, both these ones and our old ones cook great on induction hob and they clean up really well, very happy with them!
Bought ours in a sale as a set, as it was much better value than buying replacements individually!

I`ve had Ingenio items for a long time, and the convenience of cookware that can be moved from hob to oven with the great bonus of removeable handles is not to be sniffed at. However, with an induction hob, I get error messages with my old set. They have their uses but, alas not on that. So a new set to slowly replenish the old is a good idea, and these are far more beautiful, as I`m a sucker for new stainless steel. There is nothing to dislike about them!

A tiny kitchen must have! Love having these around especially that it doesn’t take up much storage space as regular pans would. Still adjusting with the detachable handle but my partner (who says he doesn’t cook) finds it more enjoyable. The only caveat would be I wished they included another lid for the midsized pan. Other than that, I give it 5 stars.

I have been using these for a few months now and must say I am very impressed. I have always been a bit cautious with pans with detachable handles but this design is first class – solid and stable. They heat quickly and the non-stick surface is excellent. I use plastic and wooden utensils which I think should keep the non-stick surface in tip top condition for years to come. A little pricey yes but you only get what you pay for as they say. My only beef is there is only one lid – for the money there should be one for each in my opinion. Happy cooking!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ve been using these pans almost every day for six months now and they’re still in fine fettle and scrub up clean in the dishwasher. In the set you get three pans, one of which has a lid, and a detachable handle to use with all of the pans. The handle is easily attached and detached with one handed operation and the pans can be used on the hob, in the oven and even un der the grill. They also be taken directly to the table too. The lid (it would have been nice if there were three) has a fold flat handle so even easier for stage, and it can be used as a trivet for any of the pans if you do decide to take it to the table. They’re not cheap at 140+ but they should last a long time so consider them an investment.

A brilliant value and super convenient pan set – tough, durable and easy to store as they stack perfectly. The lids are excellent, and the removable handle is genius. I love that I can use these pans from hob to oven to fridge thanks to the brilliant design and accessories. Storage space is always an issue in the kitchen, so these pans are absolutely fantastic. The pans are well made, with a heavy gauge stainless steel, so cooking is even and the pans should last a very very long time as there is no non-stick surface to degrade. Of course, they’re also completely dishwasher proof which is a bonus.

I’ve been using other Tefal pans for years now, these continue and refresh my collection and are a touch nicer to look at, bit heavier and generally a good improvement on previous models. The pans are super heavy so you can get a lot of heat into them, you can also use them in the oven which is really handy. The detachable handle is genius and the non stick nature of them is just great when cooking. I simply won’t use any other pans anymore.

This is pure nonstick cookware nothing ever sticks to it I tried the pancake, omelet with very little oil and ever anything sticks to it. The handle is the magic for space-saving for all three sets I can use the same handle quite easy to attach and remove. Although I am scared to use the handle on when the pots are full but it does seem to work very well.
So the final review product is really good but I feel it as quite expensive so if you are keen on space-saving and giving modern cookware set look to your home this would be a good choice.

Amazon sent me a set of these very nice pans in return for an honest review.
I have had them at home for three weeks and managed to get a good use of them.
As you know the pans are separate from the handle and it makes it easier to store, which can be a great advantage when storage space is at a premium.
The handle attachment mechanism works well and it is easy to attach and detach, however I found that, in my units, the was a very small gap between the handle and the pan, which is prone to cause a little vibration and movement during use.
The pans are made of top quality metal and the heat distribution is excellent. The lid for the small cooking pan fits perfectly and is easy to clean afterwards.
In summary this set offers a clear advantage in terns of storage and also excellent cooking capacities.

    Top quality set of pans.
    Easy stackable to.
One handle clips all the pans.
This set will suffice for all your pans.
I personally love the big fry pan.
Altogether brilliant idea and brilliant pans.

This set was made for wedding and housewarming gifts.

The pans, lid and handle are all top quality but its a competitive market so enter Jamie Oliver, endorsement complete and a few photos later… the perfect gift.

So its a great set, because the handle is detachable you can leave dishes heating in the oven while other dishes on the hob catch up. Once you get used to the detachable handle you start to notice lots of fringe benefits like storage is less, less dishwasher space is taken up.

These pans are just fantastic! They look nice with there stainless steel outer and non stick inner on the fan pan and the saut pan. The saucepan is stainless and the glass lid that comes with it is handy.
The whole range is handleless meaning that they can go from hob to oven and they look good enough for the table too. The handle that comes with the set can be used on any of the pans.
I love how versatile they are and the added bonus is that this set are for induction hobs too!

This is a really good set of pans that is made out of higher-grade stainless steel, and with Tefal non-stick that carries a 10-year guarantee. They are really well made and, despite my initial worries about the three pans having just one detachable handle for share, it works really well.

I had been concerned that the handheld would be tricky to attach and detach, or perhaps not secure when in place, but there are no problems in either area. They are an excellent set of pans suitable for an induction hob, and it’s a good bonus that they can even be placed in the oven (without the handle attached). Very pleased.

This is a very good set of pans. It consists of
a 20 inch uncoated sauce pan with a lid
a 24 inch coated saute pan
a 28 inch coated frying pan with red spot centre
Avery secure handle which fits these and other pans I have
Since getting my induction hob it has been a constant trial of finding pans that work with it. One manufacturer who I turned to for help even said although it said it worked on induction hobs it often did not!!! All these pans worked with my hob
I think more though could have gone into making up the set. I never use a sauts pan when I am sauting meat and I don’t know anyone who does I use my frying pan so I would rather have had perhaps a 16 inch coated with lid. I would have likes the 20 inch sauce pan to have been coated. However there was no trouble with cooking or cleaning these gorgeous pans

    Frying pan
    24cm saute pan
    20cm sauce pan
    1x 20cm glass lid

With the removable handle saves storage space as the pan stack neatly together due to not having handles. Removable handle is also great if you what to put pan inside oven. Also good idea if you wish to take the pan straight to the table.
Suitable for all heat sources included induction.
    Dishwasher safe
    Titanium non-stick coating
    Tefal 10yr guarantee
    PFOA FREE coating
Comes in recyclable , with instructions on how to attach and remove handle
Would make a great wedding gift or someone purchasing there first home
Excellent quality and value for money
    Would highly recommend

I’ve been using ingenio now for a couple of years and needed to add more to the set.

These pans really are a game changer! They heat well and work just as a normal pan would, until you remove the handle. You can easily fit multiple pans on the hob, in the dishwasher, in the fridge, without having to worry about the handles getting in the way. Storage is superb and you can fit pans inside pans inside pans to stack them and not have to worry abour the handles.

My biggest concern was the handle being too weak to hold a full pan but that’s nothing to worry about. It’s very strong and you never feel like it’s going to come undone.

The nonstick is fantastic and comes with a lifetime warranty I believe, the handles also has a 10 year warranty. They have a heatspot on them which is so so, as its not the easiest to see but it’s there and the lid had a funky cutout so you can still use the pan with the lid on (saves you burning your hands. Clever tefal!)

They work with all types of hob, including induction which is also very cool. I’m not posh enough to have an induction hob though….. Yet.

They’re not cheap but they really are a game changer in the kitchen. I’d never buy any other style of pan again.

Oh and you can even get a thermostat handle! It tells you when meat is cooked etc. How cool is that?!

Pans in pans in pans........ Game changer pans!

We’ve had some of these Ingenio pans for a while having bought a wok and some frying pans some years ago. We also bought one of the deep casserole pans which takes the steamer insert. What you need to take care of when selecting is that some have different gauges of metal. The wok for example is not as hard wearing as the other pans we have.

This set is of the higher quality. Stainless steel outside and teflon inside except the small saucepan for which there is a supplied lid. The really useful feature is of course the detachable handles and it does save space. What you do notice however is that over time, the rims do get a bit chipped and the inside of the pan will show a line where the handle has been.

All ours have been in the dishwasher many times without issue. I’ve also put handles in which you are advised not to but again, there has been no damage at all.

I find these good products. Robust but not heavy either. Not the cheapest but good value as they can be used in the oven and this set has some deep pans which I haven’t got with some of the others we have. Well worth putting on the list if you are looking for a new set.

I was eager to get a look at these pans and see if they were really worth the price tag.. I had doubts but it may have been the pics of Jamie Oliver that did that so here goes..
In the box you get 3 pans, one lid (for the smallest pan) and ONE handle.. (which is very sturdy and strong and can apparently carry up to 10kg).
I would prefer a handle for each pan and this would not have made a difference to the claim of the pans being easy to store as all 3 handles would have fit inside the smallest pan. I can see it now, me screaming at my teenagers “where’s the saucepan handle please!?”.. it’s gonna be fun..
That being said the pans are of great quality , very thick, and when cooking with them the heat does spread very well.
They are such a massive difference to my other pans, which i’m afraid are of a budget line and these new ones show them up for what they are!. even the fact that I have a terrible cooker!, electric and the only way i can describe it is vicious.. with my other pans it’s just a misery to cook on, burning things on one side, or lack of any sign of heat in other area’s of the pan.. These new ones are the exact opposite of this and i’m guessing my old ‘faithfuls’ are hanging their heads in shame right now.. if not they should be.
Even with the price tag, which if you are on a budget is a lot to be honest but still I would say if you can then do buy them, they are a dream to cook on, they also wash up really well just using a soft sponge.
The pans, a 20cm with lid, 24cm and 28cm and a good set of instructions and the handle arrived well packaged in a box with Jamie’s face all over it, which was lovely… but my future preference would be a nice picture of Aqua man or some other such magnificence.. that would be pukka..
Keep up the good work Tefal. I Will be ordering more as they seem like they will last a super long time. Excellent.

    excelle

I already own a set of Tefal’s Ingenio range of stainless steel pans, I’ve had them for over three years and they are used daily, so I knew these Tefal Ingenio Jamie Oliver beautifully designed pan set would be excellent. I have Tefal titanium non stick frying pans too that have withstood my family cooking with them. This set comes with a 28cm titanium non stick frying pan, a 24cm titanium non stick saut pan (great for stir fry’s and curries with its deeper sides), a 20cm (2.6L) saucepan with 20cm glass lid and the star of the show, Tefal’s Ingenio removable handle. Now if you’re unfamiliar with removable handles you’re probably thinking, ‘shouldn’t there be 3 handles in the set?’ Well I thought that with my Tefal Ingenio saucepan set when I first saw them on Amazon, but, trust me you do only need one. The handle is designed to come off the pan when the pans are hot, leaving the handle on could cause it to become brittle if it’s near heat for any length of time. I find it much easier to put the pans on the hob more evenly without worrying about the handles sticking out and knocking them (or a small child grabbing one). This amazing design does make cooking safer on the hob and gives the pans more space. Clipping it onto the pan is easy, just press the side buttons to open the handle, put the open metal part over the side of the pan and attach securely by pressing the lever upwards on the handle, please see my video, though I attached the handle using one hand (the other was holding my camera) but you can see it is very easy to do.

The frying pan and saut pan are both titanium non stick with Tefal’s clever Thermo-Spot design in the centre. This shows you the optimal temperature for cooking when the lines around the outside of the Thermo-Spot disappear, it’s ready to start cooking your food. I find this very useful for cooking meat in the pan so the meat is cooked quickly and stays juicy.
The saucepan is a decent family size pan, all stainless steel with a handy litre/quart gauge inside the pan, I would have liked to have seen pints instead of quarts if I had to say anything negative, but it’s a small detail.

The other great design with handle-less pans is space saving in the drawer or cupboard as they stack within each other so well (please see my photo) even the lid is designed to lay flat for easy storage, even in the smallest of spaces. They are all dishwasher safe, aside from the handle which must not put in the dishwasher or it will jam the mechanism, I find a quick rinse under the tap gets mine clean.

They can be used with all hobs including induction, the thick stainless steel base is perfect for even heat distribution and longevity. The pans are oven safe too, (when using the lid, up to 175 C (350 F)), you can even bake a cake in them in the oven, just don’t use anything metal when getting the cake out of the titanium non stick pans. They come with an impressive 10 year guarantee and that includes the handle.

I genuinely recommend this Jamie Oliver designed Ingenio pan set, they are well made, a great space saving idea in the drawer, cupboard and dishwasher and they look beautiful in shiny stainless steel on the outside with a classy brushed stainless steel design around them. They are designed to last, if treated with care and will look like new years to come.
