This works flawlessly on the Mac. One note: the included stickers print rather faintly and I would discard them. UPS-provided labels (free) print much darker, though you’ll need to spool them up yourself as the UPS roll is far too large to fit inside the printer.
Seems like a good label printer, i’ve printed about 20 labels with it and have only used the labels that come with it. I’m not too familiar with the technology as far as thermal labels go, sometimes the small print seems to not come out totally on the label, but the bar codes and everything look OK. I’ve used them all. I buy labels on fedex site and can print directly to the printer (just pick printer, settings, scale=200, label size, and only print page 1). Working well so far, maybe the 3rd party labels I bought will work better.

Only knocking a star because it’s 2023, and it has to be plugged into the PC.
I’d consider myself to be a bit of a tech snob; I prefer Brother printers, hate all HP products… so my expectations weren’t very high considering that I’d never heard of this brand before. But in the heat of Amazon Prime Day I decided to roll the dice. Worst case scenario: I’ll return it and go back to the miserable experience that I’ve become accustomed to, using 9×11 label sheets and coating my fingers in toner as I try to use all of the stickers.
While my computer did not automatically recognize the device, the installation experience was very straightforward:
*Connect the device to my computer (Win10);
*Google “iDPRT driver” (lead me to the product’s download page);
*Download & install the driver (there was a warning about something potentially unsafe when I ran it, but I proceeded).
The next time I went to print something, the iDPRT thermal printer was listed as one of my printer options, and the size of the printable area was already configured and ready to go. So far so good!
I haven’t made any adjustments to default configuration, still using the included thermal labels, printing labels one at a time from 4×6 formatted PDFs. When I power on the device, the printer adjusts the paper in its feed to make sure it’s in proper alignment. Sometimes labels seem to be slightly larger than the printing area (half a line of text at the very top might get cut off, or maybe the sides will be missing a tiny portion of print, depending on the label).
While the printer and I are still in our initial bonding phase, looking at our adventures together I’d say that I’m satisfied with this printer, and that it is very much worth its price. No hassles, and ready to go when I am. What more can you ask for?
Now that I have it working, it’s a great little printer that does the job for my ebay side hustle.
That being said, downloading the linux installer from the iDPRT website and running the installer didn’t work. What I had to do was add the printer directly through Cups by using the PPD that came in the download. Then you have to copy the ‘raster-tspl’ file to the lib directory:
sudo cp raster-tspl /usr/lib/cups/filter/
and then change permissions of the file:
sudo chmod 755 /usr/lib/cups/filter/raster-tspl
That should get you going
What an amazing gadget! I’m new to the thermal printing world and can’t believe how well and how fast this printer works. I’ve used a variety of different size stickers and they’ve all been great from 32mm to 4inches. Figured out how to change the laptop settings for custom sizes, and to darken the print. It’s a fab bit of kit! I used Canva to design the stickers as the label design software to go along with the printer wouldnt load properly and looked a bit restrictive
We use this for postage labels – royal mail always recommend using a zebra printer so we did when it went bang I bought this to replace it – 200 cheaper than what was recommended works really well easy to install was set up in 5 mins and were off –
1.User-friendly: I carefully read the user manual and successfully downloaded the driver from the iDPRT website. Although there may be firewall prompts during installation, I disabled the firewall and completed the process smoothly. However, on my other computer, there were no prompts, possibly due to different firewall settings. Once installed, I adjusted the printer settings on my computer to ensure the correct paper size (4″x6″). Here are a few suggestions: When using thermal paper, make sure the adhesive labels are facing upwards and inserted correctly to avoid any skewing.
2.Compact and convenient: This printer boasts a remarkably small size, occupying minimal space on my desk. Compared to my previous printer, it is perfectly sized for my needs.
3.Print quality: While I did encounter some issues with print quality when printing other content, the printing of shipping labels is excellent and easy to read. I am uncertain whether there is a problem with my specific unit or if it relates to incorrect settings when printing other content. Nonetheless, for my intended purpose, this printer fully satisfies my requirements, and I am thoroughly pleased with it.
Overall, I am delighted with my decision to choose the iDPRT printer, and it has provided me with a delightful shopping experience. I highly recommend thoroughly reading the user manual before initial use, as it will greatly assist in saving time and ensuring optimal performance.
I purchased this in May of 2022. It began skipping lines in April of 2023. I registered through the manufacturer website for warranty support, sent in a request a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing, so the 18-month warranty appears to be useless.
While it worked, it worked well and was very easy to use. I’ve printed several thousand labels on it with no issues until it began skipping, rendering it unusable for shipping labels. I would rather invest in a high quality machine that will not add endlessly to the landfill, so I’ll be looking for a better quality printer to replace this one.
The printing aspect is SO quick, I love how easy it is to use, hook up, and print. The labels are awesome, and I cannot believe I waited so long to order one of these! Will refer to friends!
This is a compact, sturdy, simplistic printer. Enjoying it a lot. Has to be plugged in to your laptop/desktop – unsure if there’s an adapter available for mobile devices. It prints immediately, thus is speedy.
The printing is a little unclear when trying to print smaller things onto larger labels, but for 4 x 6″ (or 6.5″) eBay and PayPal labels this does a lovely job at a very reasonable price.
You need to be technologically inclined to get this to work with certain websites and/or browsers. Technical support is not good due to the language barrier with China. I can get it to work for Shopify on Firefox but it will not print correctly with Etsy on Firefox so I have to use Safari. If you’re savvy with setting up printers, then you won’t have an issue finding work arounds.
Good quality prints however not very intuitive to set up the programs with the computer for proper print size and forma
I had a tough time getting this thing to work and sometimes I have to restart it but when it can print a label in 2 seconds that still beats out traditional printing

This printer has saved me so much time and effort that after just a dozen labels I think it has paid for itself. I use this with an older Macbook Air and have no issues with print quality. I sell a lot on FB marketplace and the way I receive labels is via PDF. I do have to take a screenshot and print from Preview, but it doesn’t take much time and I don’t have to waste a full sheet of paper or tape. I am very happy with my purchase and should have bought it sooner.
I’d been procrastinating about buying a thermal label printer and finally gave in and bought this one. Took under 10 mins to set up and, after a bit of faffing with my Royal Mail click and drop account settings, managed to print all my Etsy labels and customs doc in a few minutes. No more printing on paper, cutting label out and then taping it to parcel, hurrah! Thoroughly recommended for lazy folk like me who hate making collages on postal boxes!

It works great, but it can be difficult to set up. Also, my computer won’t boot while this printer is plugged in, so I always unplug to restart.
4×6 inch labels work great it in. I had to go into printing preferences and advanced settings to darken the labels on windows. For smaller 1×3 inch labels I had to create a custom size in the printer preferences and do some trial and error printing.

I love that it doesn’t need ink and came with a few shipping labels to get started. I store it in a big plastic bin with my shipping supplies (I run my Etsy shop out of a tiny apartment and also can’t keep things out where my cats will get them) and it takes me less than 30 seconds to get it out and plug it in to print my shipping labels. It does the job!
I assumed this would be wireless and the usb cord was only for setup, but its ok. Just a little less convenient, still prints great. Also, labels do not come with the printer and you have to buy something to hold the roll of labels seperately. Just stuff I didn’t see mentioned in the product description 🙂
This printer worked with my shopify orders. I’d have to say that it is a little larger than I thought it would be dince thus doesnt house the paper. However, installation was easy, I changed my settings to be darker …then perfection. Love the self aligning!

After a less than great experience with another brand of thermal shipping label printer, the iDPRT printer has been fantastic! Easy set up, easy to find and install printer driver for my Windows based laptop. Good quality thermal printing -much better quality print job than my first printer.
It was well-packaged and came with a sample of 4×6″ labels as well as the necessary power and USB cords.
It is not wireless capable, so you will need to plug it into your computer to print. Other than that, I have zero reservations about recommending this printer. It has made shipping out my Etsy orders significantly easier,faster and more professional looking.

Had to get replacement only had used twice before it started printing unreadable but it was replaced quickly without any problems
Read into so many different types of thermal printers and was really scared to purchase one but knew I needed one. This one seemed like it had the least amount of negative reviews and worked with a mac. It was pretty easy to setup. I just plugged it in, went to the url they gave me to download the software, and updated the platform I use to create labels and updated the print format to “thermal print” and done. Took me about an hour to read everything and get it all setup. Prints good enough, could be better sometimes. There are some white spots but you can still read the information well enough.
Three months old. already stopped working. However, the great customer service redeemed them selves. I was promptly assisted in getting a new one. They were very apologetic. I will give 5 star if the new one makes it a full year.
Great price, easy setup. Every once in a while it stops working. becomes necessary to unplug everything for five minutes.
Software installation a bit of a faff, but once setup it’s pretty intuitive and easy. Seems better for quantity rather than quality printing. Prints the labels out seriously fast but sometimes with questionable quality – little disappointing. Would benefit from an option to prioritise print quality, and be able to save print options.
Had to install the drivers from the internet as the tiny cd provided didn’t work in my vertical cd drive. Easy enough to do though and the printer worked first time. It runs at lightening speed and CV yet still gives clear prints. Highly recommended.
After starting my Amazon sellers account, I was hesitant in purchasing a label printer when my inkjet printer worked just fine. But I was worried I would wear out the drawer on my inkjet printer, opening and closing it over and over between printing the customer’s order and loading the label paper to print a label.
After purchasing this label printer, not only does it make it easier to print my customer’s orders, when I click “buy shipping” on the shipping order page, the label prints almost instantly from this thermal label printer. The print is very clear (after making a few printing adjustments…speed, clarity, etc.).
While this printer did not come with the ability to print using label rolls, I found a seller on Amazon that sells the labels in a fanfold stack. These labels are cheaper than the full page labels I was using with my inkjet printer.
I can only think I am saving the life of my inkjet printer, as well as money on labels, and time using this thermal label printer. Even if this printer only last a couple of months, though I hope it last much longer, it was definitely worth the cost!

Instillation and set up took only few min. Loaded my own labels that I use daily and got on my happy way printing labels for my business. I am so glad I found this printer since it takes the 3rd party labels I have a case of. It even came with a roll of standard package shipping labels, although I don’t use that size, I am more likely to purchase from companies that do things like that.
I’ve messed with settings, used multiple brands of labels, etc. It’s just how it is. It’s random and the print quality varies from nearly perfect (relatively speaking) to straight up unusable and anywhere in between. It’s like the thermal head just randomly skips parts of the print and leaves just white. Print the same label again and it’s significantly better. Or worse. Like I said it’s random.
If you want a cheap label printer that will do the job most of the time, this one might be for you. The driver is easy to install and it works reliably. But if you want high quality prints (especially with smaller text, which generally suffers and is often almost unreadable).

Fantastic thermal printer. Once you get the hang of using it which doesn’t take long it is a beast. One of the easiest set ups for any printer I have had on MacOS easy to find and download driver, plug in open settings and the printed has been located. Ease of use is very good. The print is good and I have no complaints about that, price is reasonable comparing other brands, a really good high quality thermal printer. I can’t think of any negatives, if you are having troubles printing on the 4×6 I recommend to look at your printer settings and change the % ‘scale’ 75-80% works great for me on the labels provided. I would recommend.
This is briliant and game changer. I have to print so many addresses and use to use simple scissors, paper and celotape method. Now i can do all that in one click!

I love this gadget. I sell a few things on the auction site and so have to print mailing labels about 5 times a week on average. Not a lot but enough to make it tedious. For years I would print the labels on standard 8.5 x 11″ paper with my laser printer, cut out the 4×6″ label and tape it to the package with clear packing tape, making sure not to cover the bar code. Kind of a pain. So when I saw this on sale for about $100 I tried it. The printer is really compact–I have it on a bookshelf near my desk. I have a FedEx account so I could order a big roll of 4×6 thermal labels for free! I also bought an AOBIO Label Holder ($15). The label holder and roll of labels take up more space than the printer! If you buy fan-fold labels (some are included with the printer) you can just lay them on the surface behind the printer.
Printing is fast and virtually free. There is no ink or toner and I’m not wasting full sheets of paper. The printer spits out the label instantly. Just tear it off, remove the backing paper and slap it on your box or package. Easy peasy.
My sole complaint is the lack of instructions so it took a few tries to figure out how to print from the USPS or Ebay sites but once that was figured out, this is a great little convenience.
I don’t know how well this would work or how long it would last under heavier usage. I’ve been using it maybe 5 times a week for about 4 months now.
I’ve been using this label printer for quite some time and I absolutely adore it! The instructions are very clear and simple to follow. Despite the fact that my laptop lacks a CD/DVD drive, I was able to download and install everything I needed from the website listed in the instruction booklet, which was ideal! There are also a lot of label papers. The labels are well-printed and the printing procedure is quick. I had no issues with it when using it. This thermal label printer is ideal for my tiny business! A true lifesaver! It’s something I’d strongly suggest.
This printer is a delight to use. It has a relatively small footprint measuring around 8.5″ wide x 4″ deep x 4″ high. One of the best parts though is that it comes with the power adapter built into the printer casing itself, so no loose power bricks or whatever, just a straight figure of 8 plug that goes to a 3 pin mains plug.
Unpacking the printer you get the printer itself, a USB cable, a mains lead, a small stack of printer labels (probably around 25-30 I’ve not counted them), a ‘getting started’ booklet and a mini-cd with software and drivers on it. Although it is recommended that you download the latest drivers etc… from the makers website as I found the one on the CD supplied is older than the current download.
Setting up is simple, you unpack the printer, plug the power lead and USB leads in and connect the other end of the USB lead to your pc or laptop (I use windows so can’t comment on Apple). You then proceed to power on the printer and your windows system should detect the printer. However before you jump in and start using it you should download the windows driver from the iDPrt website, unpack the zip file and then double click on the driver file contained inside it. This will then prompt you to agree to licence etc… (this is all in the little leaflet).
Once completed you can then use windows printer manager to select the printer and properties to access the driver control panel. This allows you to check the printer status, versions, print a test label and if needed update the firmware – although as of this date there are no firmware updates available so avoid that button until its needed.
The printer came with some label tests printed in the printer already, once powered on press the blue button on the top twice to feed those test labels out and insert the provided samples (label side upwards) into the rear where the label feed guides are, the printer will grab the label and feed it through to the correct position to print from. You can then print one of the test pages yourself just to confirm it has survived it journey to you ok from the factory.
It’s at the point you find out just how quick this little wonder is, no sooner have you clicked the button and it has finished the test label, it literally prints a 6″ x 4″ label in under a second and to a very good resolution as well. The labels are perforated so you can simply tear off the printed one and the next is ready to go. The print speed is quoted as 72 labels per minute and frankly I can believe it seeing how quickly it prints a single one.
You can print to this printer from any windows application that supports printing or even print say a PDF if you wish, you simply have to select this printer (SP410) and set the appropriate parameters depending on the label size you have loaded, the driver will autosize your print to fit.
On the makers website there is also a ‘label printer’ application that is cloud based that you can use, this also allows you to access the print function from say a mobile or similar as well, although how that works I don’t know yet as I’ve not investigated that.
But there is also a dedicated windows application available for download (or an older version on the CD) called ‘Bar Tender’. This allows you to custom design a label to suit whatever you want to use it for. I’m still playing with this but it looks pretty cool offering multiple functionality such as bar codes and sequencing etc… I should also add that this printer is capable of printing graphics as well as text.
One final thing I should add, although you should know this already, you must use thermal printer labels on this machine, normal standard paper labels will not work. However these are freely available in spools or stack form and in a multitude of sizes (you can change the size of the loaded label in the driver or even configure a new type if it doesn’t have one that matches the dimensions of the type you want to use.
Overall this is a great little device and one which holds all sorts of possibilities for me over and above just printing postage labels!
Nice little printer, Ive had others which just didnt live up to this one. Print is clear and the QR codes are recognisable when scanned in at the post office. I used the disc supplied to setup on my computer and its saved as a printer so I just select that one when I want to print an address label. super quick and quiet, prints a label within seconds, simply tear off and stick to parcel. USB and power cables supplied along with some labels to get you going.
Having recently started an eBay business I am posting a lot of items. This label printer saves me a lot of time.
It’s very easy to set up and use and the driver installation was straightforward. Once installed you just have to go into your computer settings and select the printer and set the correct paper size.
I can now print self adhesive labels for my parcels that are a perfect size. You get some labels included with the printer so you’re ready to start printing straight away. The blank labels are also pretty cheap to buy on Amazon too which is great.

Ignore all reviews saying setup is hard/bad. Took me 15 minutes – and that’s only because I was on a work call while doing it. Very simple setup. Plug in usb and power, download driver from their website (small file, maybe 1 min tops to download and install – literally just click it and keep hitting “next”), then configure using their guide (maybe 10 min if you REALLY take your time). After that, I printed a label perfectly.
I am a vintage/antique dealer on Etsy. Prior to this thermal printer, I would use inkjet label sheets with 2 labels per sheet. Cost was relatively low… until my ink ran out. Was faced with $50 (offbrand) to $80 (HP brand) in ink replacement expenses. Decided to spend $80 (used like new) on a thermal printer instead and am very pleased. One major thing I didn’t realize was I could now print 1 label at a time with no guilt – no wasted half sheets that I could forget to feed back into my printer and use in the future. Also allows me to stay better on top of orders by printing one at a time and not waiting for 2 labels for 1 sheet to optimize use.
One other thing I see mentioned in some reviews is print quality. It’s not art. You aren’t printing the Mona Lisa. But it’s still great. From what I see, it prints shipping labels very cleanly and legibly. It is at the same quality as my inkjet labels (if not higher being that it avoids “low ink” fading).
If you’re where I am – wanting to offset cost in ink especially – I highly recommend. I am hoping the printhead lasts for 160k prints as it claims. That’s MUCH better than the 600 sheets (1200 labels) I would get for $50+ on an XL black ink cartridge.
Ok I won’t lie I needed help to setup because I’m awful with technology but others have seemed to do it just fine so I say that’s my problem this little machine has just saved so much of my time . I sell a lot of items on a daily basis, this means using my ink jet printer to print out address labels then cut them to size and stick them on the parcel, now I have my postage label instantly & straight in the parcel it goes. No more messing around.
I’m happy I’ve waved goodbye to a monthly ink bill and hello to a few pound for 1000 labels at a time. This is a one of larger payment for a long term financial gain.
The printer itself it’s compact with a modern design. It caught my eye over all the other styles.
I recommend this if you want to save your time cutting & sticking or even just the ink bills.
By the way your not limited to printing labels you can print what you want for example if you need to add a warning sticker & you can also buy a variety of sticker sizes for all your needs.

This is a fantastic purchase if like myself you run a small business from home and find the workload is increasing rapidly. I found due to the workload the printing off of labels on a normal printer or hand writing address details myself was becoming too time consuming. I knew that these label printers existed
and I thought I would try one of these and I have to say I’m very impressed. Very straightforward and easy to install and set up. Instructions are clear and setting up took no time at all. I can’t really fault both the quality and the overall process. Printing and finish is smooth and flawless. the process is so much faster than I had expected. It’s the perfect device for a small business working from home. Definitely affordable and great on performance. Just wish I had purchased one earlier.

After having a website for a while printing labels on a normal printer and taping them down was becoming really tedious, so it was time to move up in the world of label printing.
This little device allows me to print shipping labels off ultra fast straight onto thermal label stickers and stick them straight onto the parcels, no messing at all, it has more than halved my shipping prep time and in that itself it’s worth whatever i would pay for it.
I’ve synched it with my web orders and it’s really easy to just print them all in one go and have them ready to stick once the boxes are prepped, i do them in order and i don’t even have to think about it.

Installation is very straightforward and takes little to no time and printing is seamless and easy. The printer even comes with a stack of labels to get you start. Push the blue button on top for a blank label, or print to the Pinter with your 4″ x 6″ label. Great printer, prints a label in a second, print quality is pretty flawless and overall value for money is good.
Now that its finally working as it should its great. But expect to have to work on things because install is confusing. Spent way too much time watching videos online to fix multiple problems. In the end, out of frustration, I unplugged this from my computer and plugged it back in to start anew and BAM it printed the very 1st sample label correctly! Still not sure what I did right to get it straightened out! They need to make the instructions etc. much more user friendly. In the end, I am glad I bought it as it will save me a lot of time.
Can’t fault the quality or process of the printer. Prints incredibly clear , they only thing I’d like is to be able to do round stickers (this may be possible, I am yet to try. Used daily and haven’t had a single problem.
Can’t fault the quality or process of the printer. Prints incredibly clear , they only thing I’d like is to be able to do round stickers (this may be possible, I am yet to try. Used daily and haven’t had a single problem.
The iDPRT thermal label printer is the perfect addition to our home office. Running a business from home is demanding and sending goods without a label printer is time consuming and wasteful.
The only problem is that I can’t get our current label machine to network and when we have a few users using the same label printer it’s a mess. The solution to install this one at other workstations. Price seems very fair, love the black design to fit in with my existing workstation and overall it’s a great value for money piece of kit. Labels print very quickly and because it’s thermal it has very minimal cost associated with it.
The cd didn’t have it. The website says to download the software on their website.
I finally figured it out after several pages of labels were ruined trying to print out my shipping labels.
Also if you plan to use the printer for “Fb Marketplace” make sure you have selected “4×6” labels to print. Otherwise you’ll be wasting your time & money trying to get a proper job done.
Now that I have figured out what I needed to do I love it!

The company that owns the printer is very slow to answer your questions and I even used their chat feature to get help. But was useless to me.
The free software is only for “30 days” & I got it downloaded over a month ago and just got an email from them about using it. So any hints or uses are bill at this point.
First, I bought this for using with my 2015 MAC laptop and Shopify website, I generally use Safari as my main browser. Downloading the install driver from the idprt website was smooth, I was able to easily locate the printer in “Printers & Scanners” located in MAC “Systems Preferences”. I changed my print settings on Shopify to match the correct print settings and paper size (4 x 6) recommended in the idprt manual.
Quick tip: The thermal paper is loaded with the sticky label side facing up. When you load the paper in the back of the printer, first manually adjust the light blue plastic pieces that guide the paper, so they fit the size of paper/labels you’re using, otherwise your paper feeds in crooked.
Once setup was done I attempted to print a shipping label and… nothing happened, the print job was momentarily shown in the printer queue but immediately disappeared. I spent hours checking and rechecking settings troubleshooting, rebooting and still nothing. I rebooted my computer, disconnected and unplugged the printer multiple times, still couldn’t get the two of them to communicate.
I was so frustrated by this point, I was actually on Amazon already in the process of filling out the return request. When I realized “Wait! Maybe it’s a bug. Let’s see if any software updates are available.” Indeed there was a new browser update available for Safari, I updated, reconnected the printer and everything suddenly worked.
Long story longer, if this printer is hassling you, if you’re experiencing installation or communication issues between your computer and printer, check to make sure your computer and browser software is 100% up to date. I’ll never get those hours of struggle back but hopefully this will serve as a shortcut and save somebody else from unnecessary struggle.
Anyway, this iDPRT SP410 printer now works brilliantly, the thermal printing looks great and I’m so grateful to have shipping labels that finally look professional.
Overall I am very happy with this printer, but it took me a little while to get to this point. When I first downloaded and installed the driver for Windows I didn’t receive any of the screens that the instructions said I would – all I got was a quick flash on the screen like something loaded and then disappeared. After a few tries and no luck I tried installing the driver directly from the command prompt, this is when I found an error was occurring. I reached out to tech support and they told me to install the Seagull version instead. After installing that I finally got the screens that the instructions said I would; from there I was good to go.
However, then the print quality was awful. Test pages (printed from the separate Utility download) looked great, but my actual prints from PirateShip were pixelated and blurry. The trick was to open the Printer Preferences (“print using system dialog”>”preferences”>”graphics”) and change the quality from Halftone to None. That removed the pixelation and cleaned up the blurriness. I will say, it’s still not as sharp as I would like, but for the price I paid I am more than pleased.
The driver was easy to install even though the website took forever to load. Remember to hold the feed button after you load the labels for the machine to start fresh and the sensor to adjust your labels. I recommend playing with the settings to get better printing results.
Installing the drivers from the manufacturer’s website was a quick and simple process, though the product does also include a disc if you want to go that route. Installing everything on Windows 10 was fairly quick and easy, although it did require a bit of configuration to get everything set up, which I was expecting beforehand. The included instructions do an okay job at explaining the entire process, but I would recommend searching for the manual on the manufacturer’s website since it offers more details and includes helpful pictures to guide you through it. With that being said, if you’re not the most technically savvy person in the world, you may want to get some help with setting things up initially.
I printed some test sheets, and although I was initially worried since the test prints seemed to show faded ink on one half of the label, it turns out that this was only a problem with the test prints. Once I started printing some real shipping labels, the print quality turned out to be excellent. I don’t know if this is because of a setting on my computer or something else entirely, but everything ended up working out well in the end. The printer is fast, and the included perforated teeth are a nice touch if you aren’t using perforated labels (like the ones that come included with the printer). Overall, I’m quite satisfied with how this printer performs and for the price, I think it’s a good option for shipping things from home.
No more buying ink or expensive ink jet labels. Best part, I am not dealing with paper jams using an inkjet printer and labels. Plus, I have more room on the desk now.
Set up, was easier than I thought. Downloaded the drivers from the companies website and followed instructions. Very fast process.
I did see people having an issue with it printing labels sideways. I experienced this myself and went though all the settings, label size, etc and it was still doing it. I contact support via email and they got back to me extremely fast to help. The issue though was not the settings. I was printing a label through ebay as test labels and the print options on ebay were over riding any changes I tried making. For those that might use ebay, there is a small drop down menu on the lower right that opens up print options. Default is set to 8×11 but there is a 4×6 size and others. Once I changed that, bingo, perfectly printed label. This had nothing to do with the product. Some reviews say it prints blurry. I didnt have that issue. There is an option for Density under advanced options. I adjusted mine one a little bit and my labels print Crystal Clear!.
Overall, this is one purchase I am fully pleased with. It prints super fast. I have maybe only 100ish labels through it so far. Love it. Saves me money and time.

2. Bang for your buck;
Now it probably doesn’t work like a rollo, though I’ve never had one to compare to.. this works amazinggggg. 10/10. I believe this is just an issue with some but mine was an unlucky one and my printer does print out the labels the TINEST bit faded but personally I don’t mind its nothing too serious unless this is a major issue to you, just be aware its a 50/50 chance of you getting one like this or not. Thats my only “issue” with this printer if that’s even an issue. Everything else works perfect and fast. No issues and easy to install. It works with any labels, any sizes. Its perfect if your looking to step up your small business a bit and become a little more professional.
3. Easy to install:
Before you do anything you have to download the software to be able to connect your laptop to your thermal printer. Not gonna lie i was quite confused when I first got my printer. I decided when I ordered it to download the software before it got here because if you have a newer MacBook you’ll need to download it via their website not through the cd. After that you just connect everything up and it’ll work!
Overall im so glad i spent the money on this. This was one of the best investments in my business so far! The reviewers are what drew me to purchase this. They made it sound amazing and IT IS! Usually you get bad feelings about stuff like this but I couldn’t pass up the chance. Ive been using it for almost a month now and I made sure to wait before just leaving an off the bat review.
