La casa esta bien hecha y todo encaja bien, aunque las instruciones son bastante mejorables. Ha venido con algunas rozaduras en el tejado.
El sistema de guias del ascensor no es bueno y cuesta deslizarse. Una nia de 4 aos no lo mueve a pesar de panerle un poco de aceite.

La maison est difficile pour le montage comptez 2h mais le rsultat est superbe pour notre petite fille 4ans nous avons pris les petits bonshommes en bois avec elle s’amuse elle fait des jeux de rles c’est un trs ludique.

Gros bmol la construction, mis environ 2h30 pour la construire. Achat effectu pour les 3 ans de ma fille, qui a actuellement 5ans et la maison n’a pas bouger et ma fille l’adore toujours. Lors de la livraison le livreur a l’poque l monter devant ma porte ( 4 tage sans ascenseur) vraiment apprciable.
While the instructions could have been a bit clearer, I found it pretty easy to put it together even though I expected it to be a pain. The imagery is nice and my daughter is super excited and plays with it all of the time. The elevator is a bit tough to move up and down smoothly, but not a deal breake
We ordered this as a Christmas gift. Once it came in it was missing a piece. We reached out to the seller and had NO issues returning it and receiving the replacement shortly after. I will say it was definitely time consuming putting it together as it has a lot of pieces but overall it’s a cute medium sized dollhouse. My child loves it.

The only weird thing is the toilet has a speaker but there’s no sound or batteries????
I bought it for my daughter and she loved it. It’s really good. the only problem is the instructions! It doesn’t explain how to assemble and takes hours to fix it.

Love this doll house and can’t wait to see my daughters face when she opens it.
Really impressed with how easy it was to assemble. All the pieces were clearly numbered (although a couple of the numbers were wrong, just to keep me on my toes) and I was able to put it together myself. (A third arm would have been handy on a couple of occasions, but I managed!)
Couple of little niggles…. the lift was very stiff – but resolved with some silicone spray. The top of the stairs was not secured to anything – so used the glue gun to attach and stop it moving. And there is a big wrinkle in the sticker on one of the floors – although annoying, it shouldn’t be an issue.
Overall, really happy with the doll house and would recommend to others.
There was a coupon on it so ours ended up being $80. Large, sturdy dollhouse for that price. It took me 2 hours to assemble, you need only one Philip’s head screwdriver. Definitely follow the directions carefully, I crossed off each step as I completed it with a highlighter, just helped me to stay on track. There is an instructional video available, which sounded like it helped a lot of reviewers.
One woman gave advice about the staircase which was very helpful to me:
When installing the THIRD floor, attach the “wall” to the floor FIRST, then set the whole thing in place onto the building, MAKING SURE THE TOP FLAP of your STAIRCASE is on TOP of the FLOOR. It doesn’t specify that, but that reviewer saved me a headache. That is what stabilizes the staircase.
ELEVATOR: Many complaints that it is not smooth, hard to move, and the round handle breaks off because of the force required.
I read those beforehand and mine was the same. I took a piece of sand paper and sanded the inside edges of the plastic track a little bit (not too much, or it will fall out of the track) Then I rubbed just a very little bit of Vaseline inside the track, and worked the whole thing back and forth several times- this helped A LOT! You might have to apply that again later on once in awhile, but not a huge deal.
VERY STURDY, pretty large, artwork is adorable as are the little furniture pieces. We ordered a 4.5 inch handmade doll from Etsy, Wildflower Toys and it is PEEFECT! Our 6 year old granddaughter is loving it and has spent hours playing with everything. And her brothers, 5 & 3, drive cars through it .
Das Puppenhaus lie sich Problemlos in knapp einer Dreiviertel Stunde von meinem Mann aufbauen. Es war alles vollstndig. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Unsere 3 jhrige Tochter liebt das Haus. Einzig der Fahrstuhl lsst sich kaum nach oben oder unten schieben und ist so schwerfllig das die Funktion nicht zur Verfgung steht.
Maison de poupe achete en prvision de Nol anniversaire. Le montage est dans l ensemble simple et clair par contre les finitions sont on le voit fragile et la dco des mrs en papier ce qui est dommage au vu du prix j espre qu elle tiendra dans le temps nanmoins.
Das Puppenhaus bekommt meine Enkelin zu Weihnachten. Habe es aber bereits angeschaut und war angenehm berrascht. Made in China…. sehr stabile und gut verarbeitete Teile, sehr farbenfroh. Die Mbelteile, Badewanne, Toilette und weitere Teile sehr hbsch und auch recht stabil fr Kinderhnde. Da werden die Kinderaugen aber leuchten .
Ich war zuerst verunsichert als ich die negativen Kommentare ber den Aufbau & Bedienungsanleitung gelesen habe, aber anscheinend wurde entweder nachgebessert vom Hersteller oder manche Leute haben es einfach nicht mit Bedienungsanleitungen. Das Puppenhaus war sehr einfach aufzubauen. Meine Kinder haben sehr viel Spa und ich bin froh, da ich mich fr dieses Puppenhaus entschieden habe. Ich habe keine Mngel festgestellt. Das einzige was man bemngeln knnte, ist dass das Holz nicht die aller beste Qualitt ist, die Schrauben lassen sich schnell mal durchdrehen wenn man nicht aufpasst, aber fr den Preis trotzdem vllig in Ordnung, ich bin ehr zufrieden.

The dollhouse once assembled is very lovely and sturdy.
The instructions were ok. They could be clearer with bigger pictures and illustrations.
The only issue we faced when putting together was the screws. The ones for the plastic accessories did not fit very well. It was hard to screw them into their holes and we had to improvise.
Otherwise, a good dollhouse and my daughter loves it.
If you aren’t good at putting things together, or find Ikea furniture to frustrate you, look elsewhere. Instructions makes some leaps, if you aren’t used to doing this sort of thing, may be frustrating. Engineering husband didn’t have any trouble, but that is literally his wheelhouse.
Other call out, the furniture, the oven and toilet indicate they make noise, take them apart to put in batteries, only to find there is no noise making part inside. I suspect these furniture pieces were made for another brand, then the manufacture offered to Top Bright that decide to leave out to save money, which is annoying. I would have paid $$$ a little more to have it.

Wir haben das Puppenhaus fr unsere Enkeltchter gekauft,als Weihnachtsgeschenk. Zunchst haben wir es erst einmal aufgebaut. Es ist recht stabil und schwer. Umkippen drfte es daher so schnell nicht. Da lassen sich noch, je nach Fantasie, Mbel oder Kleinteile dazu kaufen. Die Mbel, die bereits dabei sind, wirken nicht zerbrechlich und knnen einiges aushalten, falls diese mal herunterfallen.
Uns gefllt das Puppenhaus sehr und wir sind gespannt,wie es bei den Enkeltchtern ankommt.
Le carton Amazon tait impeccable mais le carton du jouet pas scotch. C’est 1 kdo de Nol et j’espre sincrement qu’il ne manquera pas de pices au moment du montage!

Notre petite fille s’amuse bien avec sa petite maison. Nous avons complt la srie pour qu’ elle puisse se cre ses petites histoires. Prendre le temps pour le montage, bien reprer les diffrentes pices. De plus elles sont numrotes ce qui facilite l’assemblage.

OLD: Missing part. Assembly is time consuming. The part below roof was missing and we reached that stage after hours just to realise missing part. There is crack on couple of parts
ottima casetta in legno, abbastanza facile da montare (basta un cacciavite a stella). Carini anche i mobili. Unico problema l’ascensore un po’ duro da spostare. Sembra abbastanza solida. Comunque la bambina la adora.
Esta casita de muecas es preciosa! Nos divertimos un rato en familia montndola, y mi hija de 6 aos juega un montn con ella. Le gusta porque puede jugar con cualquier mueca de otros juguetes. Un acierto! La recomendara sin duda!
After having to order a second dollhouse because the first one got lost in transit, I started today annoyed at this one. I quickly changed my tune.
The box came in good shape and the handle on the side was much appreciated! Kuddos to whomever added that detail. House was packaged nice and neat with NO styrofoam! Again, much appreciated. Directions were mostly easy to follow, but if done thoroughly, will take you over and hour. Once together it is adorable and I can’t wait to surprise my daughter today! Easter Bunny is going to bring accessories, mommy wanted credit for this one. lol

Took a bit of time to build Xmas Eve, got through most of Die Hard, but instructions are straight forward enough. Good size and sturdy, should last a while.

Ascenseur un peut dure mais je vais mettre une goutte d’huile histoire que a soit plus fluide. Le seul point ngatif c’est qu’il y ai pas d’effet sonore mais sinon elle est magnifique !

Kind of a nightmare especially at first but I later got into the solving a puzzle part of it and it became kind of fun. Do not attempt the night before Christmas and be sure to have a second set of hand so help hold it in various positions to enable you to do the screws, I was by myself and felt like I was doing yoga:) Use the picture on the box to help out.
It seems very sturdy and included furniture is great I’ll buy some more to augment. Fits 4″ dolls, my 4 year old granddaughter is still into Little People and it is perfect and will grow with her. Also doesn’t take up the whole living room LOL!

It looks very nice and sturdy. I like it very much although my 5 years old daughter who chose it has not started playing with it after 2 days from arrival. It does take long time to assemble it, I am not good at it at all, but I asked a friend who is good at it and it still took long time. I love the way it looks and I hope it will last long.

Aber: die Teile sind mit Nummern versehen (kleine Aufkleber), die den Zusammenbau erleichtern. Das Unschne ist aber, dass sie auf den Pappteilen im Sichtbereich sind und man sie schwer von der Papierflche abbekommt. Das htte schner gelst werden knnen. Die Funktion ist damit nicht beeintrchtigt, aber die sthetik schon.
The dollhouse itself is lovely. We give it to our 3 year old granddaughter today for her birthday and I know she will be so excited and want to play there all the time. The elevator is a bit difficult to move, but I am sure she will find a way. Overall I would recommend this dollhouse. It is a little girl’s dream house. . .
She loved it and played in it the rest of the night. The next morning she was back at it before breakfast. Can’t beat that testimonial .
What I like:
1. It is pretty big and fits most figures under the size of a barbie.
2. It is sturdy enoigh that it should last years. There are several solid wood cross braces.
3. The paint and decals make it look real enough to be fun for the imagination.
What I dont like:
1. Assembly is a pain. There are quite a few pieces that need to be assembled correctly to avoid damage. We found 2 people were required.
2. Not all screw holes line up. This was not an issue as I was able to put screws in at angles but the heads of some screws stick out as a result.
4 stars because some holes didn’t match up great so had to use a little force to get screws in and a part of the stairway doesn’t attach to the floor above leaving it to move freely rather than be stationary.
Overall, cute doll house that my 3yr old enjoys.
