Both my partner and I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and so have tried a number of different types of shoe inserts, arch supports and insoles in order to minimise and/or eliminate the disabling pain which is associated with the condition.

These orthotic insoles slip easily into place and fit well. They are comfortable to use and, if primary importance, are effective in eliminating pain. My partner’s posture is improved and he is walking confidently.

The price is good as these are well-constructed and will last.

    Highly recommended.

Anyone with any leg condition should wear orthotic insoles. They ensure your feet are in the right position when you walk, and prevent worsening or injury.

There are lots and lots of corrective insoles out there. There isn’t a golden rule which one will suit you best, as it depends on how delicate your feet are, what your weight is, and the severity of your condition. Size is obviously quite crucial, so make sure you check and order correctly.
I already have a set of Topsole orthotic insoles. They look very similar, have the same price – they are basically almost the same.
These insoles are full sized, as opposed to some ones, which only spread up to the ball of foot.
Therefore the best thing is to remove the existing shoe insoles before inserting these. Otherwise your shoe may feel a lot tighter and have an impact on comfort.
They have a firm shape, as in they don’t bend down much under your foot. The arch support is very good. They will definitely work for all conditions the manufacturer listed, with the main being plantar fasciitis. There’s also additional heel support. The previous version also had some padding for the ball of foot pain, as the rigid arch support was spreading over the whole length of the insole. Here it ends at length and the rest is just standard Eva material and some memory foam padding. So the focus is aimed more at the back of your foot. Finally they don’t slide in the shoe thanks to the anti-slip surface at the bottom.

These insoles are in addition to the previous pair for my mum, who is using them after suffering from a broken leg. They are comfortable, although someone with over pronation may feel a bit of discomfort in the beginning. The 19 price looks good however went up by 2 for both versions. It is still competitive in the busy orthotics market. The bonus is they come in a nice and solid foil, which can be used as storage. I like the quality and comfort, so I’m happy to recommend these insoles.

Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

Good quality insoles, firm arch support and soft padding, price could be lower but ok

My partner has Plantar Fasciitis so was keen to evaluate these orthotic insoles and she has found them a huge help. She uses them in her trainers for her daily walks and they fit extremely well and significantly ease her heel discomfort, both when walking or jogging. The material also allows her skin to breath and remain relatively dry, they’re a now a must for her walks.

I’m a dog walker, so it is literally my job to be on my feet all day

    I loved these.

It took about an hour of walking to get used to them..

my feet are still happy after four hours of walking.

I really love the support, and they were true to size for me.

My shoes were a little tight with them, so I’d go a half size up in the shoe if you’re planning on wearing these with a particular shoe that’s low on the sides or in the back.

These insoles seem well made, they come in nice packaging and are comfy. It is really easy to put them in your shoe, no messing about needed the size exactly fitted perfectly in my shoe.
The heel has a cushioned part underneath it which gives a little bounce when you walk. The arch support is there but it is not too aggressive, you can feel it but it is not as supportive as some insoles but for me this works as it gives subtle support.
The material that the insole is made from seems pretty thick and it is consistent, it is not thin at one but and thick at another, it is a decent thickness. It also has a solid structure underneath and the insole does not give way when you put it in your shoe.
The most important thing from me along with support is comfort and these are really comfy, I tend to walk long distances and have had no issues at all with my foot hurting or comfort problems, they are a really good insole if you are up and on your feet a lot.
I do think they are expensive at 18.99 as of June 2022 but they are good quality and they are also very comfy.

    Comfy and supportive

I received this item trough the Amazon Vine programme.
The shoe insoles are very well made, stiff, and comfortable.
They have really helped with my recover from a sprained ankle, where I was developing some tendinitis flaring over my ankle and through my arch.
Be aware that they are quite thick, and I needed to permanently remove the original foam insole that was glued into my shoes in order to make these fit.
They are very easy to trim to size at the toes, and I would recommend them to anyone suffering from arch pain or looking for some more support.
Priced at 18.99, they are around market average on Amazon and well below the High Street market leader.

Gave these to my husband and he thinks they are great.

He a size 11 and they fit into her size 11 shoes perfectly.

Its hard to buy half sizes so my wife got half size up.

Now with this inner sole its much better and closer fit to my feet and they are really comfortable even if you wear it all day.

So I’ve recently taking up doing a fair amount of running and going from zero to lots has damaged my heel and I have suspected planter fasciitis every morning I wake up and have to really slowly get into to moving and warming my heel up before I go about my day. Even a 20 minute car trip leads to pain when I get out of the car. I have fitter these to my trainers and the difference is night and day. They literally just slide into your shoe. Yes I still have pain it’s not a cure but my foot feels so well supported in my shoe I think I walk better leading to less pain. The arch support is really nice and the heel has almost a pocket to sit in. I am Super happy with these thank you Topsole. I highly recommend these to anyone wanted comfort and extra support on their feet!

These insoles are a great fit! Fitting the shoes perfectly without adjustment needed! These are for plantar fasciitis and so far helping. A good purchase but the price a bit steep compared to others. Time will tell if the quality is consistent.

Help with plantar fasciitis- great fit!

Good quality insoles which are true to size, so didn’t need cutting. Very comfortable in welly boots with a breathable upper sole so your feet stay feeling dry. The top has a good non-slip surface too. Cheaper than buying them on the High Street.

I brought these top sole arch supports as recommended by my physio. They work well. As I spend half my days in slippers I have put them in there . They are light and very comfortable. I am pleased to say they are also and doing the trick of relieving the bad pain under my arch . A good buy and a quarter of the price of the physios one.

First impressions do not disappoint I had to trim the sole a little bit to fit into my shoes I I use my old sole as a template for the new sole and the Arch on the sole is dramatically changing the way I walk and the pain of heel from my planter facilities. These have to be the best I’ve yet to try it and a reasonable price point of 18 and I’m very happy so I have placed them in my golf shoes as that’s when I do most of my walking brilliant way to relieve pressure they still look good inside my shoes .

I bought a size larger than I needed and I am glad I did as they turned out to be a perfect fit. Very sturdy well made insoles which are the type that I now choose to wear all of the time to help alleviate foot pain. A very pronounced instep takes pressure off other parts of the foot and they immediately felt comfortable. These look as though they are going to be long lasting and for the price I feel they are very good value.

I have had terrible heel pain in one foot for the past couple of months (probably plantar fasciitis) and so turned to these insoles in desperation, not really expecting much but hoping for the best. They’ve been nothing short of a revelation – I took out the insoles of my Nike trainers and replaced them with these, which fit well and provide great support and comfort without being too bulky. The foot pain I very quickly eased and it can only be down to the use of these insoles. They are not cheap but if you’ve experienced foot pain, where every step hurts, then it’s a small price to pay. I will be getting additional pairs to save me from having to keep swapping the insoles around when I wear different shoes. Highly recommended.

These orthotic insoles were a snug fit in my shoes. They don’t slip around like some other insoles I have tried. They are comfortable to wear, even for long periods. They give good, firm arch support and cushion your heels as well. They appear well made and rugged, and should last a long time. Yes, they are on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I am very happy to give them a full five stars.

Material is of high quality, easy to fit my shoes, very comfortable, feels like those Nike AIR. The interior of the shoes becomes thicker, and their life can be extended. Save money, highly recommend it.

The TOPSOLE Orthotic Insoles fit perfectly into my size 8 trainers. Please note, these are not the sort of insoles that you can cut to size, so make sure you order the correct size.

The insoles consist of memory foam, hard arch support material and a shock absorber heel pad.

The insoles feel comfortable, even after wearing all day, and fit comfortably, with no movement (remaining in place all day).

These are as good as any of the insoles I have tried, The heel spur padding is a comfort and it holds its supportive shape.
    Got to be five stars..

My partner and I are on our feet for long periods at work, and rely on comfy insoles like these to take a bit of the strain/ache at bay. This pair is very supportive but comfortable, and the difference at the end of the day when the boots are removed is palpable.

As someone who suffers from shin splints and inflammation while walking and running, I thought I’d give these and try to see if they help.

I’ve had insoles in the past that I didn’t get on with but these feel of good quality and a good fit straight away. I ordered a size 8 and they fit my size 8 shoes perfectly.

After wearing them for a few days, they offer additional support and comfort, they’re no miracle insoles, but they do make a bit of a difference.

All in all, they’re good insoles but higher priced than other similar insoles on Amazon at 17.99 for a size 8, which was the cost at time of writing.

Good insoles but expensive for what they are
