I bought this as I suffer a lot in the heat. It is more powerful than I was expecting and I really noticed a difference in my room. In fact if sat too close I got a little bit too cold. The remote works nicely. It’s fairly quiet. Takes up very little floor space. V happy with this purchase
Don’t know how I would have got through the hot summer days we had without this fan. Really good put it on whilst the room was cool in the morning and managed to keep the room cool as the day got warmer.
This fan is great if you’ve got small babies on the floor that the normal fans don’t reach, highly recommend

The assembly was easy, tested it out as soon as assembled well impressed at the sleep mode very quite. The remote controler is a good thing to have as it saves having to jumping out of bed to change modes.
Great fan so quiet we use it in bedroom every night we have another 2 fans no where near as quiet as this one, easy to move about we use downstairs during day.would defo buy another once the prices drop

I also had problems with this being out of stock and having to wait two weeks for it to be delivered, maybe they don’t tell you this is the case as I certainly wouldn’t have ordered it with that wait. Having said all that when it finally arrived I was, and still am, totally impressed with it. It’s quiet but very strong. My lounge is over 20ft and it reaches end to end perfectly without loosing any power. It was packaged very well and very easy to put together. Wasn’t the cheapest fan but I would say well worth the money
This is good value for the price. Assembly took all of 2 minutes. On its lowest setting, it’s quiet but still powerful enough to make a smallish office or bedroom much more bearable in the heat. There are more powerful settings if you need them. The sleep function works as intended. I have a much more expensive Dyson Cool fan, and I really can’t see what the benefit of spending much more money is.
I have used this fan for a couple of weeks now and I must says it does exactly as was described. You can adjust the setting easily, assemble easily and the sleep mode is just perfect.

I assembled the fan yesterday and it’s been running ever since. I am really pleased with it and can’t believe how quiet it is. I am mystified that anyone would be unable to sleep with it on. Getting the black one might have been a mistake. It’s hard to see so it might prove easy to bump into. My only real criticism is the size of the remote. It’s really tiny. I can see it easily getting lost in the bedding. Providing a spare would be a really good idea. I would echo other comments about the tower seeming a bit flimsy but that will be an issue only in high traffic areas or if you need to keep moving it. Ours will be staying put in the bedroom.
This fan is brilliant, in this hot weather we’re having at the minute it’s been a godsend. It’s literally like having air conditioning.

I really like this fan and it is a bargain for what it offers. I find it it is more quiet than a Dyson fan and as cooling. I’ve put it in the kids room and it helped a lot as they slept really well when the fan was on – a good buy.

I bought this for 49.99 not a month ago. It’s now priced at over 70! This is plain and simple profiteering in the hot weather, it’s a damn good fan, but they are now taking the p*** with the price.

I originally intended to buy a cooling fan with ice or water but after reading reviews decided this sounded better. Kept room livable in the heatwave, remote control very useful.
This fan is excellent and keeps you cool, I have to say that the few days of heat I used a well known fan which was expensive so I am guessing you know which one! on the last day of the heatwave this tower fan out did the well known one…. the fan performed how it should and kept me cool, I recommend this one as it was a good buy and performed well.
Bought this fan for the forecast extreme heatwave. Kept us cool enough! Easy to attach base to fan, no tools required as finger screws supplied. Would recommend using away from young children as easy to knock over, it is a tower fan so probably applies to any make!
Powerful on highest setting. Found the sleep mode was quiet enough for,well… sleeping! Useful remote for adjusting any of the functions and a handy timer. Need the fan pointing towards the remote if on oscillating mode but no big deal. Not sure what effect the Ion function does though!

This fan has been a godsend for the recent hot spell, for the hottest 2 days it’s been on virtually 24/7 in both living room and bedroom. It is so quite in normal and sleep mode, the breeze it creates is evenly spread and you can really feel the difference. And with every penny being so important these days it is extremely cost effective. Worth every penny this fan.
I had problem with delivery as when I order it’s says next day delivery but u got my order after two weeks, that was so depressing moment because amazon customer services said, we don’t know when it would be delivered so it’s up to you if apply for refund but I was said I’m gone be waiting, I did for two weeks then DPD delivered it all though I am very happy with this cooling fan, need to order more fans for my studio unfortunately I am little bit scared If it’s gone be late that much that’s the only thing it’s not good.

I ordered this in anticipation of the July heatwave.
It coped admirably and kept the room it was in 8 degrees cooler than the rest of the house.
It’s slightly noisy on its highest setting but certainly still quiet enough to not grate on one’s nerves.
Medium setting is strong enough to ruffle hair from 6 feet away so it packs a punch.
For the price I wasn’t expecting much but this fan is great! Love the different modes and timer function to help get to sleep and the remote is great for the middle of the night to pop it back on without getting up. It has been on for 12 hours today and the air flow is still as cool as when we turned it on. Very quiet compared to traditional fan and moves the air more due to the height, definitely would recommend, great value for money

This was my first fan and the price made me sceptical, but was I surprised! This is a really good quality product. This fan does everything it says on the adverts and it does it well, simple to use and effective.
The fan was easy to set up and it has a remote control that helps regulate the fan so you don’t have to be so close to the fan to regulate and it works effectively in cooling the room.
Bought this for the bedroom as it has a sleep/quiet mode and I’m very pleased to say it’s keeping me cool and it’s quiet enough to sleep through it. Just what I wanted
This fan is great! I bought it just before London had 2 weeks on 30/35 degrees and I am 8 months pregnant. Very powerful wind and I know some people complain about the sound – I had a Dyson fan before, it’s not worse that that when you feel refreshed by the wind, the noise is just not that big a deal, it’s a wind noise so for me it helps me sleep. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend.

I’m unable to carry my large desk fan downstairs.I can’t regulate my body temperature very well so needed a fan in the living room that didn’t take up much space, I looked at all the reviews then chose this on.I’m so glad I did. Very easy to slot two halves of the base together I even remembered to put the power cable in place first. I removed the wing screws placed the plate in position put the screws back in. Took about two minutes to assemble it. Pressed the button on remote control and hey presto on high speed it’s fantastic exactly what I needed in this heatwave. I highly recommend this produc
The fan is a little wobbly but does the job. It is slim and tall, ideal for a bedroom or office.

We already own an Argos basic tower fan, which is only 5 cheaper and this fan is far superior. Love the remote control, the different options are very useful, particularly the natural mode if you’ve just got the fan focused on you. The sleep mode works well, providing you put it on with enough time for it to decrease in noise and cooling effort every half hour. However, even without it being on sleep mode, it is so much quieter than the Argos fan, so it’s a winner for us.

Operationally the fan is very quiet but produces a very strong out put in all 3 modes.

Ordered this Friday evening just gone and delivered today which was a god send. Packaged well and Simple to assemble with a base that slots together secured with 3 turn handle screws over the base of the fan and the cord of the plug.
Plug in and go and it’s that easy. 3 fan speeds, led screen, ion iser (which I think is something to do with particles and reducing dust and stuff I guess but not sure) time mode, natural mode, auto mode (which just places the fan out our and speed to reach optimum room temp which I think is set at 26) You can’t change the fixed temperature, however it blows out cold air regardless so don’t worry. Reasonably quiet and and non evasive and the oscillating tower allows the fan to spread the air around the room. It’s light to pick up and live and has a built in space at the back that acts as a handle.
It’s bringing a much needed relief to this heatwave and I’m so glad I bought one, so do yourself a favour and get one for yourselves too before they take 2 weeks from order to get to to you.
Bought this to replace a pedestal fan in the bedroom that sounded like an aircraft. The difference is massive, without compromising the power. So quiet. Very pleased.

Ordered the fan as a replacement for old and large mesh cage fan. The fan came earlier than expected – good for us. Fan was well packaged yet easy to unpack. The small amount of assembly to fit fan to base was exceptionally easy.
The fan has different power settings that go from a calm breeze to really shifting the air. The fan can be still or moving and has other neat settings.
We are very pleased with the fan[s] we bought and would highly recommend them.

Good airflow, but the device feels flimsy. The vertical part of the fan wobbles easily, it seems that if you drop it, the device will fall apart. However, it gets the job done and the airflow is good. The “sleep” mode personally seems rather noisy to me, I could not sleep with the device turned on.

The fan is very quiet at low speeds, ramping up slightly when it gets to high speed – in the living room this isn’t any sort of problem but using it in a bedroom might be.
