I run dog services, boarding, and daycare, out of my home. You can imagine my carpet sees high traffic regularly and potty accidents on occasion from the poppers. Love this Tower!
It picks up a CRAZY amount of deeply embedded debris, dirt, stains, and hair. The difference in how much cleaner my carpet is after using it is OUTSTANDING!
I regularly vacuum and spot clean with other carpet cleaners and couldn’t fathom the filth I was actually living in after using the Tower. It’s easy to assemble and lightweight too. You can’t deny the results when cleaning out the dirty water tank either.
Finally no more “spots” on my carpet from spot cleaning stains. And my new regular go-to when cleaning my carpets and area rugs throughout my home! Very Impressive!
I live in a bungalow so don’t have any stairs. My carpet is a thick grey carpet that was looking dirty. I had paid someone to clean it but it doesn’t last. This hoover is brilliant. I use it once a week to keep my carpet looking pristine. I am very happy with it and it has paid for itself rather than getting a professional out.
The hoover is easy to use and light enough to push and pull along the carpet. Using it in slow motion achieves brilliant results

Fantastic carpet cleaner. Easy to use and does a great job. You need to screw handle in with screws provided. You get cleaner to use with it and off you go. Does a fantastic job and is a little embarrassing what the water colour looks like afterwards. Highly recommend and good price.

This machine does a good job of removing stains from carpets. I’m also impressed at this carpet washer’s ability of removing dog hairs from the carpet.
This machine is nowhere near as heavy as other carpet washing machines, I’ve found it reasonable easy to clean carpets upstairs as well as downstairs … although stair carpets prove to be a bit of a problem, I have COPD and there was no way that I was able to manoeuvre this carpet washer on each step of our stairs … it would be so much easier, if this machine had a stair carpet attachment to it or if you could even buy one separately.
My husband did manage to wash our stair carpet with this machine but still found it bulky and awkward and not a job he enjoyed.
A quick notes on the supplier cleaning solution … this is very concentrated and it is suggested that you add 100 ml of the solution to 900 ml of warm water. This amount of dilution works well when your carpets are pretty dirty, however if all you are after is a quick clean and refresh of a ** lightly soiled carpet ** then I would suggest ‘halving’ the solution to 50 ml to the same amount of water. I’ve done this and it still does a very thorough job.
One final note … If you are after a quiet machine, this isn’t it.

When we got this carpet cleaner I decided to do my daughters bedroom carpet after she moved out and after reading the easy to follow instructions I fitted it together and filled it with water and added some solution.
Proceeding to clean the carpet it did quite a good job, but the water tank soon ran out and we had to fill it three times which for such a small room was a bit extreme.
After seeing the results of the bedroom carpet we washed the rug in the conservatory. This gets quite soiled and took quite a lot of cleaning heavily but did eventually come clean.
This product wouldn’t do for carpets that get quite soiled but for a carpet that just needs a freshening up it is perfect so long as you don’t mind the refilling of the tank.

Absolutely delighted with this carpet cleaner. Did a great job washing the carpets and is so easy to use. Fill the tank turn it on and clean. My carpets are so clean and fresh. It is such a simple design that Works. Easy to clean out after use. I cleaned 3 full room sized carpets in 2 hours and the results were like new again.

his is a carpet washer from the british brand tower, it’s a rather lightweight carpet washer when compare to other carpet washer, but the trade off is smaller water tanks (clean and dirty), that means i have to change water more frequently
it needs a bit assembly before use, very straightforward and easy, i could get it up and running from box within 15 minutes
however, the user instruction is poor, it may expect everyone knows how to use carpet washer like vacuum, but i’m totally new to this kind of machine, i searched online but surprisingly there is nowhere i could find video tutorial on using tower carpet washer even tower’s own website
anyway, i just followed instructions from other brand in similar style, seems no problem using it; filling and installing the tanks were easy, i just used it like a steam mop, but it’s a lot heavier
honestly i couldn’t see big difference after cleaning my carpet, but i believe it works as the dirty water tank were filled with filthy water and carpet fibers, so i guess it washed to deep inside the carpet where normally i couldn’t see how dirty it was
the motor sound is not as loud as expected, a normal upright vacuum has similar noise i believe
however, this carpet cleaner has no way to clean stair carpet effectively, as it’s too big and it couldn’t reach the corners, it will be perfect if it got also the upholstery and crevice tool
there are cord wraps for cable management, so the long cable could stay nice and tidy when unused
my only complaint is that the nozzle and dirty water tank were a bit hard to clean after use, some dirt residue couldn’t be easily removed, they will stay in some hidden corners (the shell is transparent so i could still see them), and hard to rinse away, also the design of the clean water tank couldn’t release all water when unused, so it will always keep a small amount of water (50 to 100ml, not so sure) inside the tank, which i don’t think it’s an appropriate design
lastly, i suggest that it’s better to use this machine in hot, dry sunny day, as the carpet will still feel moist after the cleaning, need a day or more to dry
all in all, i’m still happy with this product, would recommend

Having used more expensive brands of carpet cleaners I was excited to compare the two. This one comes with a three year guarantee, which is amazing if you intend on washing your carpets regularly. The most important thing, is that the screws must be secured in order for it to work, failure to do this will leave them out and the device is unsteady and the water will not come out.
Once I had that worked out I was flying. It comes with its own carpet cleaner, which would do one quick clean rather than a deep clean. Although can buy alternative carpet cleaners and use instead. This is a lot more light weight compared to most home hoovers. It is easy to set up
With three pieces connecting together and a couple of screws to hold in place. Until I realised the screws where there I thought it was very flimsy, the screws just tighten everything together.
It has a large tank to hold the solution and water (2.3ltrs) larger than other brands available, meaning you only need to fill less.
It has a long electric cord making it easy to navigate when using. I love the fact this one has a brush attachment at the base, I find this gives a thorough deep clean as it is brushing the carpet cleaner rather than just wetting and sucking back up. The wheels on the back allow you to tilt the cleaner and move with ease to where you require.
As you can see from videos I only did a small amount of carpet, not only did it lift the dirt and crumbs but it took so much dirty water out as well. In the filter (which can be removed, used to be black) was covered in red carpet fibres.

Be warned the washer comes in a large box, but it is well packed with a simple to follow set up leaflet including 3 year guarantee.
Not being good at putting electrical things together, I was really pleased that the washer only came in three pieces with three screws.
Once assembled with the cleaning detergent in, I would say it is easy to use, not too heavy to push but a little heavy to lift. I don’t like the back lever/foot pedal, it felt a bit flimsy as if I was going to break it when stepping on it, and I’ve docked a star for that.
Initially the cleaner did not work and no water was coming out, this was because I had put the long handle in wrongly and not lined up the holes, but once pushed down and correctly screwed in it all worked excellently.
I have used other carpet cleaners and I would have to say that this works really well, good price, well made and definitely lighter to use than other cleaners. Would recommend.
This is perfect if you own pets. Works great at removing hair and odours. The suction power is really good and it moves along the carpet easily. Good grip handle making it easy to push. You get some shampoo included to get you started. Easy to empty and change the water. Afterwards the result is very good. Super impressed.
This AQUAJETPLUS carpet cleaner is surprisingly and light to use and easy to transport around the house, so no back ache using it! I really like the twin water tank idea, keeping clean and dirty water separate, as previous carpet cleaners we’ve used have just the one tank which has to keep being emptied a lot more frequently, this is no longer a problem with the twin tanks.
It definitely made our carpets look more clean and fresh and just by looking at the dirty water tank it’s obvious the cleaner is very effectively removing a lot of dirt and grime. My only criticism of it is that it has no separate accessory for cleaning the carpet on stairs, so the whole carpet cleaner literally has to be placed onto each stair and cleaned one by one, which is fiddly and a little awkward given the size of the carpet cleaner.

Out of the box there are only really 3 parts to this and then 3 long screws taped to the handle.
The base unit containing the motor, the back panel that also holds the clip in water container.
This pack also comes with a 250ml bottle of concentrated carpet cleaner.
Assembly is straightforward although you will need a crosshead screwdriver – the back panel clips into the base and is secured with two of the screws. The handle then slots into the back panel and that is secured with the final screw.
Whilst this seems quite heavy in the box its actually quite light to use.
Simply top up the removable clean water tank with hot water (manual says not over 40C but I simply used hot water straight from the tap.
Put the tank back on the machine, plug in & turn on – the on off switch is on the side of the base of the machine.
There’s a trigger on the handle to release the hot soapy water as you need it.
The motor socks up the soapy water from the carpet.
OK – how did it do? It was ok – just, in reality it would be better with a rotating brush – not reliant on you pushing & pulling to scrub the carpet with the fixed bristles.
And I actually think its a little too lightweight especially to start as the weight is all in the back so less downforce where the bristles & suction head are – as the bottom tank fills it seems to get better.
The motor does a good job sucking up the dirty water.
So all in all it was OK & did an ok job, be ideal for cleaning up fresh spills but unlikely to be up to any heavier work in my opinion.

I’ve used alot of other carpet cleaners over the years ranging from little home VAXs to big industrial/professional extraction cleaners and I can honestly say I am very impressed with this very cheap machine!!
My only real criticism is the handle could be 3/6″ longer and the trigger button could be a softer plastic as after a while depressing it starts to hurt a little
Cleans well, just find it a bit heavy, and the switch quite strong to make it wash, so hands were quite painful after doing 1rug
Works well for a cheap machine. Bough to clean up after our puppy’s accidents. Doesn’t get carpet too wet and good suction leaves it only slightly damp.
Bought thus for my daughters xmas havent seen her due to covid…but looks good so hopefully it is. Good service on delivety
Brilliant for dealing with spot cleaning. Light and manoeuvrable with a long lead. Easily stored. Leaves carpet touch dry after application. The only criticism is that the application button on the back could be easier to use
