Coating lifted after a couple of uses and had to keep tightening the handles. Definitely would not recommend. Very disappointing.
I have a new induction hob and found myself with a lot of unusable saucepans. I bought these and have no regrets at all. It’s taking me some time to get used to using the induction hob and I keep accidentally burning my cooking, but even welded on boiled dry potato cleans off these pans with such ease, no need to soak them for hours.
I purchased these pans for my daughter as a gift they look good and if you suffer with holding heavy objects? Have no fear very light for a frying pan, I was quite impressed and they look good too
These weren’t the most expensive pans. And I am not sure how long they look nice and new. However it is the first set of pans I have bought where the smallest pan actually works on the induction job. Normally the smallest pan is just that and the induction doesn’t pick it up. So really pleased I can use this one.
Look great, but would not recommend. One year on and the big pan has broken. The other items are all chipped. Do not buy

Im extremely disappointed I used the frying pans today and the paint has bubbled on the inside of both pans I could not believe my eyes, the saucepan I’ve used is fine.
I purchased these on the 30th December 2019 After about three months the handle on the smallest one came loose. no matter how I tried to tighten the handle with a screewdriver it was still loose. I used some glue but that did not last long. I did not want to send the whole set back, would be nice if the smallest one could be replaced.

Great quality, very nicely made. The only thing to be aware of is that the coating scratches extremely easily with metal utensils, but wood and rubber tools are absolutely fine. This was not a surprise as this is what the manufacturer recommends.

Lightweight, look good . Have an electric hob , they take slightly longer to heat up but not massively off than my other pans. Have had for three weeks and used often so far no issues. What I love most about them is how easy they are to clean!

Purchased primarily for looks, these pans are suprisingly nice quality and the slightly rubbery handle is much nicer than the cheap wood I was expecting. So far the non stick coating has held up well.

Not just that they look fantastic, a very Scandinavian design that screams to be never used just looked at adoringly, but they are very nice to cook with and clean as easy as you please.
The wooden handles and pot lid nobs make it a comfortable cooking experience as they naturally do not conduct the heat, the very smooth ergonomic design of the pans themselves leads to an even heating area that reduces slightly towards the top of the pans allowing for a faster heating process and also makes cleaning them an absolute doddle, despite them looking beautiful I would recommend using them for a much easier and more enjoyable cooking experience.
I’ve been very impressed with how well these perform as well as look. The non-stick finish works excellently and heat distribution is very good and does not affect the handles, which stay cool. The lids fit tightly. They stack reasonably well without the lids or stand happily in a taller stack with the lids inverted in between the pans.
So far these have proved to be excellent pans. They look great with a cream coloured interior and a grey exterior. The non-stick is excellent, and so far has been very durable. Nothing at all sticks to it. The pans are quite heavy and feel well made from quality metal. The handle is plastic but looks and feels like wood. There is no heat transference up the handle, and the grip is very comfortable.
All in all 5 stars for an excellent set that looks good, works well and provides good value for money.
You receive 3 pots from small to large, and two frying pans, one small and one regular. The cooking surface is a light brown colour, and is very effective as a non stick surface – I have had no issues with sticking while cooking. They seem to spread the heat nicely, and warm up quickly. I have only used them on a gas hob but I gather they also work with induction cookers. The pans have glass lids, and all have a “wood effect” handle so they are actually fine to use in the dishwasher. They clean very easily, and feel robust and well made but aren’t too heavy. Overall I have really enjoyed using these pans and would highly recommend them to anyone looking at this price point.

These pans worked well, and the non-stick surface seems very good. They were easy to clean, and the heat distribution seemed even over the cooking surface.
The light colour was unusual and quite pleasant, and the soft-touch handles were very enjoyable to use.
Although they’ve only been used a few times, I’ve encountered no significant problems so far, and would be happy to recommend these as very decent frying pans.

Awesome set of 5 pots and pans. The lids have a very soft wood handle that has been attached very well. These don’t feel cheap at all and the non stick works excellently when stirring food. To clean is very easy as it just runs off straight away under a warm tap.
Honestly, photos don’t do these pans justice. They’re so pretty. I love the coating on them and the “wooden” handles. Swapped out my old, worn out Russel Hobb ones for these and I don’t regret it at all!
They’re induction friendly, which is great news for when I finally upgrade my hob. But right now on my electric one they seem to heat up quicker than pans I’ve used in the past.

I am a fairly light user of frying pans though when I do it is essential that they have a good non-stick coating so I can use little to no oil (a few squirts from a spray bottle). So far I have found that these pans perform well and cook easily and evenly on my gas hob.
The handles are very easy to grip and both pans have a good weight and feel sturdy and well put together. I don’t have a dishwasher and have found them very easy to clean by hand. I also don’t put frying pans in the oven so no issue with these not being suitable for the oven.
I am a bit nervous about paler coloured kitchenware though so far there has been no problems with staining and this white and cream colour combination goes with everything.

These look, feel and act like a premium quality set of pans. They’re easily the most stylish pans I’ve ever had. They’re a good weight without being heavy and the non-stick is genuine. I boiled milk and it didn’t weld itself onto the pan like it does in my stainless steel range.
This would make such a great gift for someone setting up on their own for the first time. It’s quality and style and function all rolled up into one superb product (well 3 pans, buy you know what I mean.)
This is a really nice little three piece set. They look nice and fit in really well to my kitchen and they are light and easy to use. Not very big so good to put away and perfect for a small kitchen as they dont take up too much room. Really good little set very happy with them.
I’m incredibly impressed with this set of saucepans and if I had the money I would love to have a kitchen with everything from this company. I love the wooden handles and knobs. They are so scandanavian and stylish! What’s more they don’t get hot. As for the pans themselves they are non-stick and I had no problem in reducing a raspberry coolie in on. In my old pans, than can be a real struggle to clean, but these were easy to wipe off. I don’t know what more I can say except these are the classiest saucepans I’ve never owned.
These are a very stylish set of pans which look great in the kitchen in my flat. The wood effect handles look good and a comfortable to hold. The grey colour and light interior work well together and they look and behave like a quality set of pans and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Nice retro design that is also good to use. I had saucepans with metal handles and was getting fed up with having to lift them with oven gloves because they got too hot. These wooden-style handles remain safe to touch, even which they’ve been on the stove for half an hour. The saucepans heat up very quickly and it took a while to find the right temperature – rice tended to overboil and the small vent in the lid didn’t let enough steam out, but once I got used to it, it was fine. Easy to clean too, so five stars for looks, functionality and price.

I have been home cooking for over 50 years so I am not exaggerating when I say I have “been through quite a number of pan sets”, so I feel pretty qualified on this subject.
When you look at these pans, the first thing is that you notice the ‘different colour scheme’.
My first thought was that this odd grey colour doesn’t fit with anything in my kitchen. Obviously that odd cream interior will not be as good as that Black Teflon out of space stuff we have all been using for years…so I put them to the test.
They are actually quite sturdy and well made….so feel the quality straight away.

Again the little ‘naff’ wooden lid handle doesn’t look as aesthetically pleasing as my metal handled lids but at least it doesn’t burn me.
The test was two chillis… a hard core meat one with onions, garlic chilli…lots of sauce…Also then a veggie one with Quorn mince and similar….
Had a bit of sport to watch Sunday afternoon, those two simmered away for nearly 2 hours…
The result was truly remarkable, nothing burnt, scarred or stuck to either of those pans, The debris left behind simply rinsed away under a cold tap.
The next day I tried to cook baked beans within an inch of their life…again spotless inner.

The pans feel of a decent weight and the thickness of their bases ensures that food cooks evenly without hotspots on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs. I’ve been using mine on a Neff induction hob and am pleased with the performance.
The handles are “wood effect” and feel slightly strange in that they have the appearance of wood but a rubbery feel to them — the practical advantage being that the handles aren’t slippery. I also like the fact that the fixing screw can be tightened.
The inside of the pans features a non-stick finish which is cream rather than traditional black in colour but nonetheless is very effective. Also, because of their good non-stick properties, you’ll get away with using very little cooking oil in these pans which is healthy.
In common with most non-stick pans I’d avoid using metal spoons etc. to protect the non-stick properties in the longer term — a silicone spatula is ideal. Also, you should periodically “condition” the interior coating by wiping it over occasionally with some kitchen towel impregnated with vegetable oil.
The transparent glass lids are well-engineered too and feature a metal rim and steam vent with simulated wooden handles, which, like the pans, you can tighten if necessary. I like the metal edging to the glass as it prevents chipping. The steam vents also work effectively and prevent the lids from steaming up too much so you can see what is going on in the pan.
The set is dishwasher proof although hand-washing is encouraged and, because the non-stick coating is effective cleaning is easy, cooking debris just floats off. I do wonder in the long term how the wood effect finish on the handles will fare, but that’s only a feeling, there’s no evidence so far to suggest they aren’t durable.
In summary, this is a well made/finished set of pans that can be used on most types of cookers, which cook food evenly with a minimal amount of oil thanks to their non-stick coating plus feel durable — I like them a lot.
Seriously stylish pans. Comes in three sizes 16cm, 18cm and 20cm. Pan and lid handles are wooden so you can’t burn yourself. They are lovely grey outside and cream inside. They are a really good weight so not cheap and flimsy.

I absolutely love this Tower Scandi saucepan set, I love the white glossy matte finish with the wooden effect handles, they look incredibly smart. The handles are cool to touch during cooking!
These work incredibly well on my ceramic hob and don’t move about or cause any scratches. They heat up really quickly and retain heat well also. These defenitly have reduced my cooking time compared to my old pans.
The non stick is fantastic, and the pans are great for cooking an aray of stuff such as sauces etc. They’re great. I’d recommend using wooden utensils to protect the longevity.

These frying pans are both attractive and appear to be very practical – an unusual combination in cheaper ranges.
I’ve now come to terms with buying inexpensive pots and pans, keeping them a couple of years and then getting replacements. I use a gas hob so this is very doable.
I have to say that most of my frying pans are not very good and getting them to last a couple of years is starting to prove difficult in some cases. However, I only use them once a day so no-one minds spending 8!
These were a little dearer and a little heavier than those I normally use and I sincerely hope I’m still using them for some time to come.
The handle which looks like wood but is rubberised something is especially comfortable to hold and these pans are especially attractive, something I’ve not cared about in the past, but it’s nice.

These pans are excellent quality, they hit all my personal check points, the handles are firmly attached with no wobble, the lids fit securely but are still easy to put on and get off, the handles don’t get hot ( both on the lid and the pan), the lids have a steam vent and the non stick actually works.
On top of the practical stuff the look really smart, these are smart enough to leave out on the job as a kitchen decoration if cupboard space is a bit sparse.
I have an induction hob and these work perfectly on it, they have no noticeable hot spots on the base, instead they have an even cooking temperature across the base and even the scrambled eggs I cooked in it were fine but I did follow the advice of using a little oil on the base sides to ensure that it would not stick.

I never wash non stick pans in a dishwasher as it is just too harsh for the non stick and dramatically shortens the life span of not only the non stick but the whole pan so I am washing these by hand and it is no problem whatsoever, probably because the non stick is good.

First impressions matter and this Scandi 5-Part Pots & Pans set from Tower certainly catch the eye with their dark grey and cream colour scheme, it looks really fresh and different. The handles look like blonde wood but are actually dishwasher safe and cool-touch material that’s pretending to be wood and has an unusual ‘soft touch’ texture. This set consists of small, medium and large saucepans each with glass lids and they’re pretty much perfectly sized for a family or keen cook. You also get two fry pans, sized at 24cm and 28cm which doesn’t sound like much of a difference but they’re well sized for a single fry-up or a (small) family one. Note that neither fry pan has a lid, the saucepan lids don’t fit, and they have quite a soft curve around the circumference which I find is easier to deal with than a steep deep curve, especially when you’re trying to flip things over.
The instructions warn you about using metal utensils in case of damage and they’re all dishwasher safe although hand washing might prolong their lifespan. The interior non-stick surface is very effective and I haven’t found cleaning them by hand to be much of a chore. I did notice that the interior non-stick coating on these looks to be thinner around the inner rim of the saucepan than it appears on the bottom – that shouldn’t matter much in general use because the upper sides don’t get the wear and tear, but I wonder about the long-term durability of the finish. I’ve also got a set of ceramic non-stick pans and find the surface on them to be tougher (metal utensil friendly) and just as easy to clean but you’ll have to spend quite a bit more to get a ceramic finish, so the value here is still good.
The overall weight of the pans is good but they’re not the thickest or heaviest, the bases seem very sturdy while the sides feel a little bit lightweight, but I’m probably being really picky here. You can use them on most hob types, including induction, and they heat quickly and evenly so no complaints there. Overall they make a great set of everyday pans at a fair price and the Scandi-inspired styling gives them a unique and attractive look. They’re of medium weight and good quality and the price seems quite competitive to me so if you like the fresh styling then they’re a great value set.
They are in a matt grey aluminium finish, which is best preserved by hand washing rather than putting them in the dishwasher, but the cream insides are so wonderfully non-stick that food residue slides off with no rubbing.
Tower recommend that you condition the insides with oil and wipe off excess before use, and use non-scratch utensils.
I love the rounded design of these pans and the contrasting wood handles, which don’t get hot and are nicely shaped. The pans are well-balanced and not too heavy for lifting and draining. My old pans did not have vented lids, as these do, and I used to find that without vents there was always spluttering, so I was pleased to find that these don’t do that.
The base is made of high mass steel which provides even cooking with no hot spots and so far, thanks to that, I haven’t boiled anything over! The steel base enables you to cook at a lower heat which is economical, and if you are using gas, it prevents flames spoiling the appearance of the aluminium exterior. These are suitable for almost any hob, although Tower recommend that you check the instructions with any induction hob, and also ensure you use a big enough pan to cover the element. They are not suitable for putting in the oven.

You need very little oil to fry in. The non stick surface is really non-stick.
The food moves easily, slides around the pan and is then cooked properly and easily.
They wash easily, she hand washes because she doesn’t have a dish washer but said they were very easy to clean. Not a big deal at all.
The pans are lightweight also making them easy to move around the kitchen.

These two pans are attractive in colour and well balanced in the hand or on the hob. They are heavy enough to be stable but not so heavy that it’s a struggle to lift the larger one when full of food. I liked the curved side. Unlike my old pan which has a steeply sloped angle at the edge, this design makes it easy to slide food from the pan to the plate. It cooks well without sticking and I found the smaller one particularly useful for scrambling eggs. I’m sure the big one is too, but I never need so many eggs scrambled at once. A well-priced and useful set of pans.
These pans are very attractive, with a lovely internal very light pastel creamy sort of colour inside, and grey outside. The handle is said to be wood effect, but it looks just like the real thing, and I have no idea what it is really made of. It certainly does not transfer the heat, so no danger of the handle getting hot. The handle is very securely fastened to the body of the pan, said to be riveted and it appears very strong and likely to last. Cooks very well, heat transfer is excellent and cleans really easily. There is a five year guarantee which astonishes me on a non-stick product. One guarantee I can give is that they will not survive exposure to my wife for that period; she subjects non-stick stuff to far too high temperatures and we go through many of them. The bigger pan has a nice gentle slope from the side to the floor of the pan, and its quite deep, I think this will definitely cut down the splashes. Tower have been around for ages and ages, so I have little doubt this is a quality pan. It certainly feels that way and these pans do look as if they will give good life- and its great to have a set of two, you are just that little bit more in control when cooking breakfast for five!
I adore these pots and frying pans more than I thought I would. So well built and such a lovely muted blue, muted but so gorgeous, a sort of deep powdered metal blue. Lovely sizes, love the wooden handles on everything inc the lids and such good coating and quality. Everything heats up fast and with ease and cooks like a dream. Ideal set for a gift.
2 good sized frying pans from Tower, 24 and 28cms that will cover all our family’s needs.
The pans have a grey base and cream interior, time will tell if that discolours, and the wood effect handle that I thought might look a bit naff actually looks fine.
The pans are quite light, but look well made, and on initial use are very non-stick. I cooked some very lean bacon without any oil, and the eggs and mushrooms were OK too.
They can be used on all hob types and the instructions state best to hand wash, but they can go in the dishwasher.
If you like to pop your pans in the oven to finish off a recipe, these are not the pans for you, I never do, so am still happy to give 5 stars.
