SSD whole copy function without PC
SSD copying (cloning) is possible at the push of a button without using a personal computer.
To access NVME with a PC: Once you attach power and Type-C USB, you’re ready to go. Carefully insert the NVME SSD into the slot(s) of your choice and push the power button on the back of the dock. Wait a few seconds, and the dock should enumerate in Windows. Depending on the state of the SSD, you’ll either need to go to Drive Manager to initialize and format the SSD’s, or they could just pop-up in Explorer, ready to use.
For Standalone Duplication: Plug the target SSD into Slot B (the front of the dock, closest to the clone button), and plug the source SSD into slot A (the end were the power adapter connects). Target SSD capacity must be ≥ Source SSD capacity. Press and hold the power button for ~3 seconds to begin the clone process. LED’s on the front top of the dock indicate clone progress – 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

1. Do not connect to the computer during use.
2. SSD condition: If there is a bad sector in the SSD, copying may stop. Scan the SSD once before copying to make sure there are no bad sectors.
3. Make sure that the two SSD disks can be recognized on the computer when plug in our nvme enclosure.If not, it could not clone.

I’d been putting off replacing the NVMe drive in my laptop… but when down to my last 4gb and windows complaining I had to do something… My Sons laptop was in the same state and my daughters gaming system… three NVMe drives needing replaced.
This afternoon the ACASIS arrived along with 3 1Tb NVMe drives and a ram upgrade…
I was impressed with the ACASIS out of the box… a solid metal(?) case and a USB-A/C cable allowing the device to be connected both to USB-3 type A or type C.
We use Acronis to do backups on our systems and so used it to clone the system drives to the new NVMe’s
My Dell Laptop took 17 minutes to clone from a 256gb Western Digital to a 1Tb Crucial P2, USB-C
My sons HP laptop took 8 minutes to clone from a 256gb Samsung to a 1Tb Crucial P2, USB-C
A quick pop off the case and swap over of the drives, and bing within an hour two laptops upgraded.
The ACASIS performed exactly how I wanted it to… and will become part of my toolkit for PC upgrades.
My daughters gaming rig is up next – and will be more challenging… AIO and GPU need to be pulled to get to the NVMe.
I would never use something like this for day to day storage – my use case is for upgrading systems.
I have (and use) a USB chassis for repairing bare SATA disks… again not appropriate for day to day use… but great for a maintenance use case.
A cheap and effective device for temporarily connecting an M2 NVMe SSD. Used it successfully to initialise a new Samsung 2TB M2 970 EVO plus and then clone W11 operating system to it from a 1TB 970 EVO Plus. Then successfully cloned a 128 TB M2 SATA SSD to the 1TB drive. NB – I used commercial software for initialising and cloning; no software comes with the ANYOYO. My only disappointment was with the very short length of the connecting cable supplied.
I used this to create a copy of my nvme drives and was amazed that I was able to clone my drives in under 10 mins. new drive didn’t have any errors. The drive was a 256MB drive.
Dislike that it over heats to the extent you can burn yourself. Easy to use and does copy at a reasonable rate
I bought this for work.
It’s fast, small and stays put thanks to the weights in the bottom.
On/Off button is uncommon on these types of devices so if it doesn’t work, first check that you turned it on!
The USB type C cable it comes with (type C on both ends) is a tad short for my liking. With the NVMe sticking up in the air, I prefer to have it away from where I’m working in case I accidentally hit it (which can cause it to become dislodged from the adapter and could damage or corrupt it).
Overall, a good buy.

Schnell und gut verpackt geliefert. Erster Eindruck nach dem Auspacken: ups – ist das ein Mini-Teil. Der Anschluss erfolgte mit einem extra bestellten USB Kabel. Das Original ist seeehr kurz. Kurz um, anschlieen und einschalten. M.2 (Samsung mit aufgesetztem Khlkrper) rein und los gehts. Benutze das Teil hauptschlich zur Datensicherung. So einfach und perfekt habe ich mir das immer vorgestellt.Einfach nur klasse!!! Klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

Sehr gute Dockingstation, sie ist nicht ganz billig aber erfllte ihren Zweck sehr gut.
Ideale Erweiterung fr Laptops die nur einen NVMe Steckplatz haben und ihr System Clonen wollen.
Mit einer geeigneten Spftware funktioniert das problemlos.
Ein kritikpunkt ist die Erwrmung des Gertes und der SSD, was aber systembedingt ist und durch eine geeignete Khlung verhindert werden kann.
Used on a MacPro 5.1 12-core, 3.46Ghz with 80Gb RAM, I paired this with a 3yo 512Gb Samsung NVMe M.2 stick, and connected through a Sonnet Allegro PRO 3.1 Gen2 4-port USB interface on the MacPro. It instantly DOUBLED the stick’s speed from 370Mb/s WRITE to 741Mb/s WRITE.
Well made too from MacPro-grade Aluminium, it comes with USB-C output to USB-A input cable. Has a nice, non-slip base too, and took me just a few minutes to install the M.2 NVMe stick.
I’ll be buying more of these as I use them for Disk Cache / Media Cache Previews within Adobe Premiere CC 2019 and Adobe After Effects CC 2019. Am delighted with doubling the speed of my USB 3.1 on a 9yo MacPro. A really cheap way to get really fast, usable external drives with any old NVMe stick. No brainer at this price.

It comes with a USB3 to USB-C connector, which is great as I can plug it into my MacBook pro as well as My PC. Obviously the speed is dependent on the drive installed, the speed of the drive you’re copying from and USB, but I’ve had 500MB/s transfers rates on this already. The case is very solid and keeps the drive at a good temperature when it’s busy shuffling things around.
I had to contact the seller over a slight delivery issue (no fault of theirs) and they were really quick and friendly in the replies. Very pleased with the purchase
