The pendant is perfect but I had a few issues. Firstly the ashes would not filter through the funnel. I cut a little off the tip (twice) and then had to force it through with a needle (messy!) It would be better if you included the Allen key in the package or, at least, state in the listing that one is required and the size needed. Success eventually and I’m delighted with my purchase.
