I think is really good better than singer heavy duty I brought it but it was really hard for me to use there was always problems with the thread! But im really happy with this machine

My husband brought me this for Xmas, haven’t used a sewing machine for years, I just found some of the jargon a bit hard to get my head round, but learning everyday , and love it .

So far this has been a great little machine that seems to have been happy with everything I have given it.. I started to have problems with stitch quality but that was after 8 to 10 hours of constant zigzag. Switching out the needle and a dust and I’m a few more days of use in…
And no problems.
One thing I found is some of the time it tries to pull the lower thread back in when your starting off on some types of material causing a jam but just keeping your finger on the tail ends as you start to sew then it never dose that.
Happy with the verity of feet and have tried most of them.
Think a thinner straight stitch presser would be handy in this set.

This machine is a weight that isn’t too heavy too handle, but of a sufficient enough weight that it doesn’t slide away from you as you sew. Great price, easy to use and quite quiet. Happy sewing!

My first ever sewing machine. Perfect for sewing textiles and clothes
Takes a while to get tension right, but sew s well. The instructions do not show how to put the embroidery foot on so it’s a little impossible to figure that one out. If you want this machine for basic sewing it’s ok, but what I really wanted it for was the embroidery.
Not as easy to thread up as some machines, and doesn’t automatically thread the needle.

It is recommended for beginners because the use is very simple.
So far so good really like especially how I can control the speed of stitching when using the foot pedal as I am heavy footed gives an even stitch speed. Easy to thread needle and bobbin. It has also gone through with ease 2 pieces of cotton wadded then doubled for top stitch. I am new to the machine and sewing so not tried all the different stitches yet but compared to my last machine for the money as well I am started to enjoy sewing agai

Brilliant starter machine for any beginner or someone with a basic knowledge of a sewing machine.
I used to watch my dear old mother work on these machines. I thought it cant be that hard. And right enough, me, a novice got this up and running in no time. Its so simple a 60 year old male beginner can use.
Great machine. Does what it’s supposed to and very easy to use
This machine was amazing, unfortunatly had to return it due to fault. After some time in use the foot and machine weren’t communicating and giving errors. Very easy to use this machine, was fast and the stitch settings were great. Just make sure you use your machine and different settings, to ensure all works perfect. The seller was great and understanding received my refund.
Lovely sawing machine, very sturdy and easy to use.
The only down side was that it came with just thr original box without shipping cardboard packaging and as it was for a gift the person saw it straight away on delivery which spoiled the surprise. Otherwise would highly recommend!
This is a really great sewing machine for the money. Found it easy to use and set up. Quiet compared to my old one. I was a bit unsure about buying it because it was so much cheaper than other ones but it’s well worth it. I went for this one because I prefer a front loading bobbin.
Bought as a present for my daughter as an upgrade for her still working but 20 year old Singer which she will still use. She thinks the Uten is the bees knees and fantastic value for the money.
Used for quilting for a patchwork quilt. Great for household sowing
This is so easy to use. Simple threading system and lovely and quiet. The three speeds and automatic material feed are great features . I was making bunting and pin cushions on day one and I’m a complete novice. Tiny niggle though, you have to keep removing the front base to access the spool.
I like all of it its a good sewing machine and a fair price

Front loading bobbin bit tricky to get used.
Instruction book was okay, but had a good friend who taught me the basics

I’ve always used my grannies hand turning one…which I loved.
I decided to treat myself. I found it a bit hard to grasp at first but stuck with it. Now I’ve mastered it I love it.
It’s a lovely neat sewer , doesn’t unthread it’s needle all the time.
Love the foot peddle and reverse sewing and fancy stitching .
