The app is easy to use and great to go back to see what it has captured if needed.
Every door should have one It’s a good quality and solid doorbell, you can change so many options to suit you. It also let’s you know if someone is near your house and you can quickly look and see whats happening without leaving your home. You can adjust the distance so it doesn’t keep going off and that’s a good thing. Easy to take out and charge or you can have 2 more batteries to put in already charged which is what i do. I’m so pleased with this device.
Great piece of ki After shopping around, I decided to pull the trigger on this over the ‘well known’ brand which was about 30 quid more expensive. The reviews did not lie as this does exactly what it says on the tin, great picture and motion detection, no faffing about with wiring, just drill, screw, attach and you are good to go. I have the unit set to the most sensitive setting and after a week it’s used less than 10% battery, less sensitive settings will increase the battery life. All in all a great piece if kit, no complaints

Talk through is a little hit & miss depending on phone signal out the house but i think thats more a phone issue not sure. Great value product with free cloud storage! Not sure what more expensive smart door bells do that this doesn’t but it’s a well thought out device, the app’s intuitive and picture quality is excellent. The battery does suffer if set to the highest motion sensitivity so would recommend hardwiring it if you need that level of surveillance but it’s a minor point. We just charge ours over night when we don’t want anyone ringing our doorbell!
Affordable camera video door bell It is a good door bell, does the job. You can easily stick it to the door frame with attached sticker. Picture quality is good, it has a 1-2 sec time lack between movement and app notification, but that is not a major issue. You can communicate with the visitors via app, so when I am away from the home I still can let know to the courier what to do with the parcel.

Fab device I purchased this as there have been some attempted break ins in my area. This is a fab little device, easy to set up, aesthetically pleasing & does the job. The motion detector could be improved slightly but overall great product. The app is also fab.
Very Pleased Only managed to get this put up today and am very pleased so far. This is my first Video Doorbell so I will need to get used to it. The daytime picture quality is very good so will be interested to see what it will like after dark. I sm sure it won’t disappoint. I just need to sort out delay in ringing the bell and it contacting my phone. Am sure I will get used to it. Very pleased customer.

It is pretty good at detection of people without pressing the bell, but doesn’t seem to pick up people at night time, which is what I really wanted it for.
Charged it fully but had to charge again a week later.
The picture is great quality, and the app works well.

Product itself is very good and even at lowest detection levels which saves battery, it still detects movement outside my house gate (about 2m). Night vision is great, general picture quality is great and battery life itself seems good (only used 10% in 3 days). Excellent Doorbell Camera This doorbell camera exceeds expectations. Along with the plug in chime and the mobile app, it forms a really good setup. Motion detection, sensitivity, notifications from the doorbell to your mobile etc are all easily set up via the app. Access can be shared with other family members etc. The rechargeable batteries last well, especially if the sensitivity is reduced. The battery level information is relayed to the app and the app also gives reminders when power is getting low. Video clarity, both day and night is excellent when viewed live or from the free cloud storage. This is a nicely made unit and very good value for money. No subscriptions. Very pleased.
Cheap but good quality doorbell. There is multiple good things about this doorbell , such as picture quality and good motion detection. Conveniently There are warnings if you are running out of the battery. Few issues i had was with the app setup as the camera did not want to read QR code from app screen and it happened multiple time on Android devices, i found a workaround for this and used iphone to setup camera and then logged in my android phone with the account setup. Depending on usage i would say battery lasts for 2-3 weeks, atleast the pair which was provided in the box does , and you start to receive emails about when you need to charge it , it all really goes down to how much you are using it and motion detection/ humanoid detection settings/ live view. In general i think free cloud storage free pair of batteries and good of picture quality for under 60 was a bargain in December.

Motion detection is good and it records faces rather than just the background. It’s quicker in operation and live view than the ring was, so all in all a good buy.

Well built and impressive performance for the price. Well built, solid and an excellent picture. Night vision is great as well. Easy to install and to fix to the wall/door. My only concern is how often it needs recharging but there are options to reduce the use by changing the sensitivity of the motion detector.
All in all I am very pleased with this product and it is great value for money when compared to the many pricey makes on the market.
Great doorbell Great doorbell, I was quite sceptical buying initially as reviews for the non branded doorbells seemed poor however after reading many good views for this brand I decided to buy and very glad I did, works brilliantly and easy to set up. Like it comes with a chime and free cloud storage which the leading ones did not and pushed the cost up massively. Picture quality is excellent and lots of chimes I choose from even Xmas ones which will be fun. Fully recommend I am sure it is just as good if not better than the leading brands.
It works grea This video doorbell is great & works just as well as any I’ve tried in the past. It’s simple enough to set up, battery life is really good (many weeks) & the video quality is right up there with the best. Can seem a little fiddly at first when trying to initially set it up but no more so than any other so if you feel like you’re struggling just take a deep breath, let it out slowly & keep going. You’ll get there & the results will be worth it. Recommended.
Overall OK, but battery and picture quality pretty poo An easy to setup product that is a good cheaper alternative to Ring, but there is a reason it’s cheaper, and not for good reasons.
1) Picture quality – Even in full day light, the picture quality is really bad when it is meant to be HD. A common misconception about HD is that it doesn’t have to relate to quality, simple resolution. Although yes HD is typically of good quality, I think this product is a bit rubbish. You can make people out clearly when standing at the front door, but don’t expect to pick out details that have a great distance. Obviously night vision is even worse, but did surprise me as it’s better than I expected. The quality is almost as good as day time.
2) Responsiveness – You need their app to connect to the device. Sadly connecting to the live feed can be painfully slow (at least 10 seconds). This is really bad when someone rings your door bell and you want to talk via the app. Forget being able to talk to a delivery driver, they’d have made their next delivery by the time you’ve connected!
3) Battery life – Battery life isn’t great. Same for the battery status, which although is stated as a percentage which is nice, can fluctuate both up and down seemingly by random. I’ve literally fully charged the device and 30 mins later is down below 90%, but the next day it’s above 90%! Basically the battery only lasts roughly 2 weeks per charge. Another issue is that the functionality of the device degrades as the battery gets very low. It will stop detecting movement or stop recording. You also don’t get notified by the App when the device is low. So you have to manually check! What is this 1998?
4) Sensitivity – other people have complained about this and I mostly agree with them that the sensitivity is pretty bad. One thing to point out is that yes you can change the sensitivity of the doorbell via the app, and it does a good job at only getting notified for real events, but there is a major flaw. My doorbell is in earshot of my living room. Yes I said that right, it’s in earshot. What I mean by that, is I can literally hear the device detecting movement. When a potential “detection” is made, a click noise can be heard (assuming this is the camera shutter opening). Then (another assumption but a good one at that), is their machine learning algorithms kicks in and then figures out if what the possible detection is a real thing to alert the user to. The reason this is a flaw, is because it’s very consuming of the battery to open the shutter and run its prelimary detection checks. I have some bushes in the FOV and any slight wind will set the thing off and so you can often hear the clicking of the door bell. So yeah, during storms the battery gets depleted very quickly!
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product really unless you’re in a pinch, where you think better solutions like Ring are too expensive, but really need a device like this. Basically there are too many quite appreciable issues with this product, that I only noticed slowly over time. If I’d have noticed sooner, I might have tried to get a refund!
Honestly, like with most technology, it’s very much dependent on how much you care about it’s feature and performance. There’s a reason why iOS or the high-end Andriod devices are worth the money when buying a phone! The same can be applied here. If you care about features and performance, probably just get a high-end doorbell instead!

Motion detection is 100% and so is the picture quality during day and night. It allows upto 5 devices to access the camera via App. Battery life is excellent!

Works perfectly Really easy to install and download the app. Easy to link the chime. Picture quality is good. Motion sensor picks up bushes moving in the wind! So had to turn distance down. All very positive so far.

A really great piece of kit for the price Absolutely perfect picture quality and sound. Only criticisms are the motion detection is very sensitive so you could have 200+ activations a day if there’s heavy traffic near your house as there is with mine. There’s a small lag on the bell being pressed and the notification coming up. I find delivery people don’t wait for an answer anymore. They just leave the stuff on the step as they know you can see it from anywhere.

Absolutely 💯 fantastic Recently purchased this Camara door bell due to the fact I live in a very rural area and had my car stolen from the drive [thankfully I got it back] I can’t find any faults with this product one bit! You can zoom in on your videos and on live. Brilliant that I can talk to people through the Camara when somone is at the door. Another thing I find so sweet my son when he leaves for work he looks in the Camara and says “love you mum have a good day @ work I see you when I’m home ” All in all its a great product to the point I’m going to purchase another. Easy to set up and does the job I initially bought a Ring doorbell but sent it back when the chime didn’t arrive with is and was told there was a month’s delay. This doorbell had good reviews and a fraction of the cost so took a chance. It was so easy to set up you don’t need to pay for cloud storage unless you feel it’s necessary. It’s managed through the App and the only thing I needed to work out was the movement settings, so it only picked up what I need.
I also recommended it to my neighbour who bought one and is very happy with it.

Excellent value for money video doorbell. For the money I don’t think you can go wrong! Video quality is excellent and the app is easy to use. Comes with free cloud storage too, something few other video doorbells offer.
Installation was very straightforward, although watch out for the grub screw as it’s very small and easily dropped.
Battery life is good and recharging is simple. Just plug the USB cable in and wait!

It lags a lo This lags a lot, it was hard to connect as it wouldn’t scan/read the code… it’s a nightmare, when their costumer service is contacted they just tell you to restart the router and disconnect and connect the camera again, to make sure the wifi is strong and to reposition the router if necessary. When this doesn’t work then that’s it, you’re left with a laggy camera.

Good but not the bes The night vision is pretty poor for anything that is not up close to the doorbell. The item has lost connectivity quite a few times also.
But I would recommend the item for its look, ease of use, capabilities and cost.
This item is good in every aspect. It includes a chime which you can keep anywhere in the house. It is simple to use and set up and extremely good for the price. Can be accessed from second mobile phone. Quality picture as well.

You can make people out clearly when standing at the front door, but don’t expect to pick out details that have a great distance. Obviously night vision is even worse, but did surprise me as it’s better than I expected. The quality is almost as good as day time.
2) Responsiveness – You need their app to connect to the device. Sadly connecting to the live feed can be painfully slow (at least 10 seconds). This is really bad when someone rings your door bell and you want to talk via the app. Forget being able to talk to a delivery driver, they’d have made their next delivery by the time you’ve connected!
3) Battery life – Battery life isn’t great. Same for the battery status, which although is stated as a percentage which is nice, can fluctuate both up and down seemingly by random. I’ve literally fully charged the device and 30 mins later is down below 90%, but the next day it’s above 90%! Basically the battery only lasts roughly 2 weeks per charge. Another issue is that the functionality of the device degrades as the battery gets very low. It will stop detecting movement or stop recording. You also don’t get notified by the App when the device is low. So you have to manually check! What is this 1998?
4) Sensitivity – other people have complained about this and I mostly agree with them that the sensitivity is pretty bad. One thing to point out is that yes you can change the sensitivity of the doorbell via the app, and it does a good job at only getting notified for real events, but there is a major flaw. My doorbell is in earshot of my living room. Yes I said that right, it’s in earshot. What I mean by that, is I can literally hear the device detecting movement. When a potential “detection” is made, a click noise can be heard (assuming this is the camera shutter opening). Then (another assumption but a good one at that), is their machine learning algorithms kicks in and then figures out if what the possible detection is a real thing to alert the user to. The reason this is a flaw, is because it’s very consuming of the battery to open the shutter and run its prelimary detection checks. I have some bushes in the FOV and any slight wind will set the thing off and so you can often hear the clicking of the door bell. So yeah, during storms the battery gets depleted very quickly!
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product really unless you’re in a pinch, where you think better solutions like Ring are too expensive, but really need a device like this. Basically there are too many quite appreciable issues with this product, that I only noticed slowly over time. If I’d have noticed sooner, I might have tried to get a refund!
Honestly, like with most technology, it’s very much dependent on how much you care about it’s feature and performance. There’s a reason why iOS or the high-end Andriod devices are worth the money when buying a phone! The same can be applied here. If you care about features and performance, probably just get a high-end doorbell instead!
Easy to set up
This is a great product and arrived next day. Installation is super easy and DIY. Provided with instructions for set up.
Motion detection is 100% and so is the picture quality during day and night. It allows upto 5 devices to access the camera via App. Battery life is excellent!

Works perfectly
Really easy to install and download the app. Easy to link the chime. Picture quality is good. Motion sensor picks up bushes moving in the wind! So had to turn distance down. All very positive so far.
Good device… much better than Ring
Easy set up if you follow the instructions which I didn’t and the customer service on the app were excellent and talk me through it again over chat.
Battery lasts 4 weeks even with motion alert on

Very easy to download to photos.
Only downside is the very very tiny screw that holds the device in place I lost mine the first time a charged it.

A really great piece of kit for the price
Absolutely perfect picture quality and sound. Only criticisms are the motion detection is very sensitive so you could have 200+ activations a day if there’s heavy traffic near your house as there is with mine. There’s a small lag on the bell being pressed and the notification coming up. I find delivery people don’t wait for an answer anymore. They just leave the stuff on the step as they know you can see it from anywhere.

Recently purchased this Camara door bell due to the fact I live in a very rural area and had my car stolen from the drive [thankfully I got it back] I can’t find any faults with this product one bit! You can zoom in on your videos and on live. Brilliant that I can talk to people through the Camara when somone is at the door. Another thing I find so sweet my son when he leaves for work he looks in the Camara and says “love you mum have a good day @ work I see you when I’m home ” All in all its a great product to the point I’m going to purchase another. And it’s not so expensive eithe

Easy to set up and does the job
I initially bought a Ring doorbell but sent it back when the chime didn’t arrive with is and was told there was a month’s delay. This doorbell had good reviews and a fraction of the cost so took a chance. It was so easy to set up you don’t need to pay for cloud storage unless you feel it’s necessary. It’s managed through the App and the only thing I needed to work out was the movement settings, so it only picked up what I need.
I also recommended it to my neighbour who bought one and is very happy with it.

Excellent value for money video doorbell.
For the money I don’t think you can go wrong! Video quality is excellent and the app is easy to use. Comes with free cloud storage too, something few other video doorbells offer.
Installation was very straightforward, although watch out for the grub screw as it’s very small and easily dropped.
Battery life is good and recharging is simple. Just plug the USB cable in and wait!

Really excellent doorbell for the price very clear picture and real easy to install and the battery life is very good its been in use for nearly a month now and I’m yet to charge it I’d highly recommend this to anyone I’m wheelchair bound and struggle to get to the door in time so I just need to answer via the app and it is no longer a problem I wish that I had of purchased this a lot sooner 2 big thumbs up
It lags a lo
This lags a lot, it was hard to connect as it wouldn’t scan/read the code… it’s a nightmare, when their costumer service is contacted they just tell you to restart the router and disconnect and connect the camera again, to make sure the wifi is strong and to reposition the router if necessary. When this doesn’t work then that’s it, you’re left with a laggy camera.

brilliant product , so impressed shown it the brother in law , who asked us to order him one straight away also my daughter got one , picture does not do it justice ( no very good at screen shot ) so east to install and easy to charge up and easy for sharing to other mobiles . if i can do it any one can that easy ( 68 yrs old )
Good but not the bes
The night vision is pretty poor for anything that is not up close to the doorbell. The item has lost connectivity quite a few times also.
But I would recommend the item for its look, ease of use, capabilities and cost.
This item is good in every aspect. It includes a chime which you can keep anywhere in the house.
It is simple to use and set up and extremely good for the price. Can be accessed from second mobile phone. Quality picture as well.
Strongly recommend.
