The sprayer is great, really fast and leaves a fantastic finish, there is more work required in the covering and prepping of areas as there is with the actual spraying. Ensure the paint is well stirred pre use and the machine is well cleaned at the end.
Great entry machine. Can run more attachments.
Remmber HEA And Airless Sprayers use around 30% more paint. That’s a given, however it still saves time, time is money. Pre your way well.
I’d reccomend trimaco floor masking heavy duty and tape to floor. Masking paper or film for windows and hardware and off you go. Gives a beautiful finish with some practice.
Prep is .
Make sure to tighten hose end to unit and hose end to gun with a wrench to minimise tail ends on spray pattern and less chance of miss firing and low pressure.
Today i decided to try out the new tool, after years of roller work and having been a painter for a few years I wanted to try it for speed more then anything. So first off I DID NOT dilute and used dulux Matt white not trade. I primed the pump with water then poured out the water. Next filled up to the max with white and primed again then pressurised the hose. At this point I should have sprayed a scrap bit of material as I started straight on the ceiling and it spluttered rookie mistake after this it worked perfectly painted 3 ceilings in what felt like 5 minutes.
Clean up was a bit of a pain
Reliability will be judged in time. I think the only downsides are hopper size, noise is a bit loud but this was echoing due to no carpets so may be better in a house with carpets.
Easy to use and very quick at job thank you
Good price, arrived on time. Very easy to set up and use. Great paint finish. Very easy to clean. Overall excellent produc
The Wagner 150m is ideal for small projects, I’ve just painted a bedroom in grey and magnolia it took me less than a week to complete the project, the sprayer is easy to clean use and refill, it’s my second sprayer I’ve the larger 250m for larger projects, the smaller 150m allows me to use old tins of paint and after filtering them of rubbish have a professional finish at half the price of paying someone to do it for me with a roller and brush.
Likes: Compact stores inside itself, easy to clean, operate and refill.
Dislikes: the filter in the hand tool is stuck I cannot unscrew it to get the filter out for washing, I think it’s cross threaded but a little WD40 should let me get it off and replace the filter or a replacement hand piece if no
Superb machine but the user needs to understand what their doing before getting to work. This cuts decorating time to a fraction of painting with a roller and brush which I hate. However preparation is key and if you’re patient before getting going with the sprayer then the results are fantastic and only requires 1 coat..
Cleaning can take a while but again if you’re well prepared then it’s a breeze.
If you hate painting with a roller and cutting all in with a brush then this is the machine for you

I’ve been using this for ceilings and mist coats of fully plastered rooms provided that you water down by 50% For mist-coats on new plaster and water down paint by 20% water on non mist coats and filter your paint and use the correct nozzle head then you have no problem and a rolled ceiling looks rubbish compared to a sprayed ceiling but if you ever have to touch up then you will always see the patch unless you backroll while spraying. I’ve just finished spraying my uncle’s large dormer bungalow X2 coats with Johnstone’s water based masonry brilliant white paint x130 ltr with no problem water down by 20% and used a 317 nozzle it was not this model shown in the picture but the previous model I must have put through this close to 500ltr so far I sometimes have to jet down the inlet to get it to start as the pump tends to get rusty and stick I remove the hose line and fill with wd40 and when I need to use again I fill hopper with warm water and rinse out the wd40 let the first 10sec of paint spray go to waste just in case of wd40 contamination so far so good .
I painted the whole house with it and I am happy. More time consuming is the masking part, but when everything is set the paintung process is easy and quick.
Please note use a quality paint for better finish.

I like everything about this sprayer very easy to use and clean. Leaves a great job.
Very good and quality product. I am extremely happy about this sprayer and highly recommend it.
Amazing product
Will never use a brush or roller again the Finnish is sublime undoubtedly the best finnish I have seen or done myself
This the second Wagner I’ve bought. I had the hand held Wagner 590 and although a superb sprayer for the money, I found it restricting as you had to stop and fill the paint pot too often. I researched for an alternative and set my sights on an airless system as you have more control on use due to the spray tips available and, most importantly, they can bulk feed the paint. I decided to try with the Wagner 150m as I have never used an airless setup before. My reckoning was that if it worked for a few properties, it will have paid for itself and I will look to invest in a more professional machine. I have since painted 3 properties with it. That is walls, ceilings, window frames, door frames, doors and skirting!!!
It is so quick and flawless.
It is a plastic diy unit but it gives a truly professional finish. Practise with it and it will not disappoint. Overspray is minimal so long as you thin your paint to the correct viscosity and take time to mask sensitive areas.
I have included a couple of pics to show the finish on paintwork using water based eggshell. By the way, that carpet was there when I sprayed and not a mark on it!
Definitely worth the money, skirting and doors in an average room – 2 mins max. Try that with brush.
I hope this helps with your decision

After viewing a few videos and seems lack of review of the 150M , decided to give it a try. Ad I have just completed spraying a single bedroom 4 walls and the ceiling.
Setting up is easy, you tube have a few and follow that can’t be wrong. Good points, really easy to use, quick to coverage, tried non trade paints also OK.Im glad I did ad it is more economical. Just makes sure when water down it is not too thin.
Bad Points: Paint holder is 5l and too small. Constantly filling up and mixing as it consume a lot of paint hence why not sure it is economical. To complete one coat of primer or paint of the room I need to mix twice and this is the smallest room in the house and it is not a mansion either! 7.5 L undercoat (Crown Contract Quick dry undercoat) x2 and 20L (more than 2/3 used) Dulux Silk Emulsion non trade DIY stuff). In comparison to rolling I it would use 30% less paint. Non able to adjust flow and fan width. (Although this is a selling point for ease of use)
Overall I’m happy as this is a entry level spayer. If you planning. On small jobs this 150M is Great. If you are renovating a house I would suggest to consider the 250 range or up although this get more expensive on initial outlay but it is capable to get paint direct from tub although still need dilution.

Took a bit of getting used to but once we got it set up it was great for covering large areas. It even went over new plaster in one coat with a very even coverage. Getting the paint texture right can be a bit tricky at first especially depending on the paint you’re using, if you’re using masonry paint make sure you sieve as you put into the hopper as this prevents it clogging constantly! It’s definitely worth investing the time with the preparation of masking up and sheeting as the fine spray does get everywhere. Overall good value for money, good coverage and fairly easy to use would recommend.

After using cheaper sprayers in the past I wasn’t expecting miracles. I purchased after watching numerous videos online…My trepidation were totally unjustified, this thing is nothing short of a revelation.
10 mins setting it up, mix and dilute the paint, fill the hopper and away you go. I covered the majority of a 3 part bedroom in about 20 mins with a finish that simply isn’t possible with a roller. Less mess than using a roller, no flicks of paint all over me and the adjacent walls. There is over-spray but its mostly caused by technique rather than the machine, onto bare plaster and the coverage is excellent, 1 coat and 95% coverage, a lighter top coat of emulsion will have the room ready for furnishings.
Clean up was just as awkward as cleaning paint trays and rollers, warm soapy water and plenty of it, I cleaned the hopper, then filled with clean and ran the prime function, emptied and filled again and then set to spray to clean the hose. disassemble the gun and clean and that was it.
Thoroughly satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Easy to use – I used it to spray a garage with masonry paint (it wont do textured paint i.e. sand) – quick and easy – does need filling frequently as it sprays alot of paint – this also means its quick. Its pretty accurate so doesnt need lots of covering up, but that does depend on the user.
Downside is that this model has a bucket you put the paint in – so extra cheaning, and with the 7.5m hose it does contain quite a bit of paint.
all in – if you need to paint rough walls or want to do it quick – buy it – it really is easy to use and does a lovely job.
