Very well packed, delivery guys were brilliant, took it to the room I wanted. Easiest way to unpack is lay it on its side, open bottom, stand back up and slide the cardboard over the top. Quite a lot of thick expanded polystyrene foam, protecting it, which as a bloke, I shall store for some time until I can find a use for it! Plug it in press the buttons and it blows out a lot of very warm air. We have seen same model for over four hundred pounds, so at 306 including delivery, very pleased.
Came well packed, looks gorgeous when on, remote control easy to use, love the way you can turn the mood light off and still have the flames going, when it’s just the flame it’s quiet but once you turn the heating on it is a bit noisy. Color is off white but I’ll probably change that at a later date, certainly value for money as this is 400 plus in most shops so was a bargain at 300. Very pleased
The fire was very well packed. It’s easier to lay the box down, open the bottom flaps then upright the box and slide it off the fire. The fireplace had some cosmetic damage to it despite its good packaging so must have left the factory like it. Amazon we’re very helpful about this. All in all a lovely fire though.
It comes all assembled all you need to do is plug it in.
