Coal affect appear unreal as too red otherwise fire fit for purpose to hide old fire place.
Absolutely perfect. Looks great, simple to put legs on, up and running in no time at all.
This is a beautiful fire, brilliant for the money. I didn’t keep mind because it was a bit big for my surround. The company was really understanding,totally my fault. The glow on the fire is so realistic it’s beautiful. I will give this fire a 10 out of 10
I like the fact I can control the heat from the comfort of my chair. It looks very nice and does an excellent job of heating my lounge.
Fire looks the part, there’s a knocking sound when lights on but can hardly hear it a can’t hear it when TV is on, and great that you can operate it with remote control. Have never used heater so don’t know how good it works but never used heater on the previous one either, only down side is instructions don’t tell you how to change bulbs when they go
Value for money and looks good heats the room very quickly. The only thing I have to say is that the fan is very noisy.
This fire looks great and warms my large dining room no problem
Pleased it’s remote controlled, the only thing I don’t like about it is you can see the settings on the right side above the logs are, a bit distracting, that’s why I have only given it 4 stars.
For the money this fire works very good. The only problem for me was they said the colour is cream.It’s not it’s almost lemon ….so I painted it. Happy with it now.

Lovely looking fire , heats room quickly & lovely flickering lights like real flames. Remote is great . Only complaint is the heater is quite noisy.
Heater a bit noisy but for me not a prob as heat not on constant. Love the look of it.

Unfortunately I WAS OUT WHEN DELIVERED AND MY SON BEING HELPFUL, UNPACKED IT, ASSEMBLED IT AND THREW AWAY THE PACKAGING BEFORE I ARRIVED HOME!
Looks great and heats room well, however the sensor for the remote is in a terrible place, you have to be very close and head on for it to work which kind of defeats the object. The fan is noisy too.
Like everything about it fire easy to use remote control good heat output and good quality
Warming glow from the log effect with 8 setting from low to bright glow although I think fewer settings would be preferable. Heating capacity of 2Kw is ample for our fairly large room. Timer is useful, it can be set in half hour intervals up to 8 hours to go off at a chosen time. The casing is plastic but looks good.
Negative – The setting are not stored and have to be selected each time.

I bought this as a gift for someone and they absolutely love it, and so does the cat. It looks great and the heat is fantastic.
It does have a funny clicking noise when you have the logs lit up but I don’t think it’s loud enough to disturb you when the TV is on. Looks nice (although I didn’t realise the front doors of it is made of plastic).

Perfect and looks great. Attach the 4 legs and plug in. Variable brightness settings, a timer from 0.5 – 8 hours.
Use the built in control panel or the handy remote. Excellent item.
Unfortunately our fire had to go back as didn’t work the second time we turned it on and couldn’t get another for nearly 2 months so had to get a refund but it’s a really nice fire and looked good.
Great looking fire but the doors are bit flimsy, overall we are very happy with it.
