Very happy with this fire . We wanted a larger size to fill the gap in the tiles left when we had the old gas fire taken out. You have instant heat & a warm glow which makes the room seem very cozy. The only minor thing i would have changed is, although the ‘LED’ flames look nice, the light under the ‘fake logs is static. If you had a light that undulated this would improve the fake logs effect.

We love our fire looks very exspensive, we looked at lots of fires as we need a large fire to look good in our fireplace they were all very exspensive and didn’t look much we found this 1 and it’s perfect ! So pleased with it and excellent price

Bought this for effect not really for heat source as all fan heaters are expensive to run so not used heat function but I know it’s there if needed. It’s bigger than average stove effect heater & I like the panoramic view of 3 sides , excellent for visual effect .

Brilliant heat output, good thermostat control. The fake fire effect is pretty good. Measure your space before buying, as this is a large stove!
Looks lovely but it’s a shame it’s not put together with any care. The doors aren’t straight and neither are the handles which can’t be adjusted. I would’ve sent it back if it wasn’t so big
