Great watering filter, easy to set up. Glad we got the year supply of filter. The lid has a handy reminder to let you know when to change the filter. This can hold quite a large volume of water compared to our last one, so we not having to refill it constantly. The spout where the water comes out is slow. Still a keeper.

The carbon filters last a very long time I think longer than stated and are very cheap.

Very pleased with this water cooler which was bought to replace a previous one that broke ( different make and model).
Followed instructions and water was absolutely fine, no after taste whatsoever. The water is nice and cold and much cooler than my previous chiller. It is also quite a bit bigger so doesn’t need topping up every five minutes. Motor is quiet. Would recommend.

So easy to set up and the water chilled within one hour. If it helps, the dispensed water is really chilled with condensation on the outside of the glass. The taste is as good as bottled water. I wish I’d thought of buying one of these units a long time ago. I really recommend this.

Very happy with this purchase, we have it for almost a year now, and it has worked flawlessly during this time. Simple to use and install, you just need to plug it and make sure the filter is well placed and keep track of the calendar on the lid of the cooler (every 2 months). From there all is left to do is to refill water whenever you need it.
In my family, everyone is happy with this purchase. We have saved a lot of money rather than buying bottles of water plus also contributing to the world.

Still a hint of chlorine but for the most part I’m very pleased with my purchase.
This water cooler is just amazing, the water comes out very cold , doesn’t do any noise.
I refill it at night before we go to sleep, so In the morning the water is cold and ready.

The unit has quite a loud fan which comes on for about 30 minutes when you first load the water, once it’s cooled the water it’s completely silent which is great.

The initial set up is a little time consuming, but I understand the point of cleaning the unit thoroughly before use.
The filtered water tastes much better in my area, the chlorine taste is removed, which was why I used to buy so much bottled water, so it’s a win in that respect. The chiller works well, the temperature is adequately cold for a glass of water. It runs very quietly when the chiller kicks in.
Up till now I have no negatives with the unit or the filters, overall very pleased with it and happy to recommend it for anyone wanting to ditch the plastic bottled water.

As intended this has increased my water intake, you can put a pint glass under the tap with about an inch clearance. Having a cool water dispenser so close and convenient to me is great. I’m not sure the filters need to be replaced as often as 2 months as it says, as I’ve had mine a lot longer and not changed the filter and the taste hasn’t noticeable changed at all.

Just pour in the tap water and out comes a really refreshing and clean drink.
There is a good amount of fresh clean water, which is needed in our house as we used to go through so much bottled water, so the unit will pay for itself in no time.
I like the fact that it save money as I dont need to buy bottled water, it help the environment and I have cold filtered water on tap.

Prompt delivery, several days before stated day. Easy to set up. Filters require a good soak and rinse to get rid of black filter powder but do clear eventually. Water tasted of plastic for a couple of days but perfectly OK after that. We are very pleased with this product.
Delighted with this water cooler. Grandchildren are now choosing to drink water in preference to fizzy drinks. We have already cut down considerably on our use of canned and bottled alternatives.

The only thing I will say is If you have wall cupboards where your work tops are then check the height, it fits under mine but I have to pull it out each time to fill it up but it only takes a minute to do so but wanted to make people aware

You might want to fill a bottle of water and put in fridge in summer if you like your water extra cold but it was ok for me

The filter soaking process initially is a bit alarming – with the water in the bowl you have to soak it first going black – then once all the loose carbon filter is clear – then water is brilliant tasting. Will know the next time we have to change the filter….
