Great product and helpful team Purchased this product for portable, good-sounding noise cancellation instead of lugging around a big pair of headphones. Noise cancelling worked a treat on a plane – cutting out the background hum and also some noisy passengers.
Sound quality was great and the pairing easy and stable. After some time a fault appeared with the left earphone but after discussions through the EarFun UK messaging service on Amazon, their team were able to provide simple diagnosis tips and tricks. When these didn’t work, EarFun UK sent me a replacement pair which I am just as happy with as the original pairs.
Great value, great sound and great customer and warranty support – I would highly recommend purchasing EarFun products.
Good value These are great for listening to music. They are comfortable to wear. They are not great for making phone calls out in public as the other side find it hard to hear what you are saying. Better than other more expensive earbuds so still good value.
Excellent. These are comparable in quality to the top branded Samsung. And very comfortably. I would say the only letdown is there is no volume control, but I just use the phone to control volume, or pc whst ever the are connected to. Also noise cancelling and active ambieiant sound works great, something that is never mentioned is the ambient sound actually uses the built in mics to help with this. There is also normal mode as well if you don’t want either on. Very easy to use. Very well recommended

Spend time with the interchangeable ‘gels’ to get the best and most comfortable fit – time well spent.
I had an issue with the left ear-bud not responding to ‘tap-control’, but Freya at the Support Team could not have been more helpful. A replacement set was sent out straight away.

I Really Like These! I have had these now for over 6 months and I really like them. The sound is good, they look stylish and the controls work well. They block outside sounds quite well with the inbuilt software. The mics are adequate, the person on the other end of the call can hear me but they can also hear the ambient sounds outside (cars, kids etc) which i guess is difficult for any mics to totally block out. Indoors the mics perform very well and the connection has always been stable. My only gripe is that for the price i paid (60) there is no wireless charging for the case but i knew that when i bought them. Good product.
Better than the Pro 2's IMO For the price, these are unbeatable. For everyday use and even in the rain, these work totally fine.
You need to pay a lot more to step up Sound quality. ANC is also better on new/more expensive earbuds but they do a good job anyway of blocking out unwanted noise with it off.
The fit is good, the battery life is usefully long, & can recharge from the holder.
Bose Quiet Comfort 2 are the best out there, but you can buy 7 sets of these for that price (currently 280)
Great ear buds If you’re thinking shall I buy these or AirPods, as I thought, then buy these little beauties and get a cracking pair of buds and loads of cash still in your pocket. Absolutely nothing wrong with them, sound is great, connection is great, noise cancellation is great. I recommend them to anyone who asks and to you too.
Revised review. Company sent a new pair to replace defective uni I wasn’t expecting them to replace the originals but after my bad review they got it touch and replaced them without me having to ask them to. This is unusually good service. New buds work fine- if anything happens will update but happy for now
Premium sound, bargain price My first wireless earbuds and what a pleasant surprise.
I took the buds out of the magnetised charging port and they linked seamlessly with my iPhone 12.
Build quality is great, I think I will have to get used to the touch controls for receiving calls and controlling music as my tapping wasn’t always recognised. But the more I use them the better it gets.
I have a 110 pair of Sennheiser wired buds and 300 pair of Sony over-ear noise cancelling phones. The sound quality of the EarFun (in my opinion) is amazing for such an inexpensive item. Noise cancelling is adequate but of course they are never going to be able to compete with the Over-ear Sonys which are just amazing.
I sometimes struggle to understand the reviews that are put on Amazon. Maybe I have been lucky and quality of products vary greatly, but the sound and build quality of this product could not be brought into question.
Whether they last the course is a matter I will find out in due course.
Top Notch Read the What Hi Fi review and thought I’d get them as needed some decent wireless ear phones. For the price, they are phenomenal. Hip hop, Rnb, Dnb, House, Grime, Techno… all my fav tracks sound how they should sound. Makes such a difference in my opinion for the music I like.
Cheap and cheerful I bought these for running.
I use them for running, doing jobs outside. They are not great at staying put. I have tried the different size rubbers. They have bounced down the road a few times, still work which is a plus.
They don’t fall out too often but never feel particularly secure. When I try and push them in it cycles through “ambient mode, normal mode” etc, very little difference in my opinion, but annoying non the less.
Very usable but I was disappointed at the fit.
Not had any similar to compare them to.
Very good Bought those on reviews , which are very good , also which hi&vision reviewed them well , but I think they lacked a little detail on music , great for watching films , and are probably worth the money , I probably had my hopes up , reading the reviews.
The battery does last a long time , and they are easy to connect , would of liked volume control ?

These were perfect for me and I was reccomending them to everyone. Until about 11 months of use, the left one went extremely quiet to the point of being unable to hear podcasts or identify the song that was playing, and then stopped working completely. I’ve tried everything to get it working again but had no luck.
Excellent People to deal with! The buds sound really good when I’m out running and stay put. Great value. But there was a problem with one of them so I contacted the company and I have never dealt with such a bunch of helpful people. They suggested a couple of fixes that had no effect, so 2 days later a replacement turned up. Once again a brilliant team.

Left earbud broke after just 5 months Worked well until 5 months in when for no reason the left earbud sound went extremely low then promptly stopped working. Tried everything suggested including resetting and blowing into the earbud with no luck. I’d use these maybe a couple hours a day so no heavy wear and tear either. Completely unacceptable to break within 5 months for the price.
Edit: they replaced my broken earbuds with the upgraded version too (after asking me) so at least their customer service and warranty is good. Hopefully this pair will last longer.

The only thing I disliked was the In-ear Detection, this is more than a nuisance than a feature. If you take them off, they will automatically pause your music but even the slightest bump will then cause them to resume playback. Would be great if you could disable this feature.
Left side stopped connecting within weeks, replaced by selle Left half of pair no longer connects to right side or phone. Still turns on (responds to tap controls), but won’t connect, so functionally useless. Right side still works fine and sounds good.
Sound quality is good, controls are easy to accidentally trigger but not the worst, connected quickly when it worked.
Edit: Seller contacted me and replaced with a better-working pair of their Air Pro 2 earbuds, a shame that these didn’t work but great customer service
Updated review 26/6/22 Earful responded to my email about issues with noise cancelling and kindly offered he new version of these headphones in replacement. Air pro 2. Theses arrived yesterday and I must say the new version has the most effective noise cancelling I’ve ever used! My other earbuds are apple airpod pro’s but the Earfun Air pro 2 are much much better than the apple pro. Noise cancelling is truly a step up and really does stop external sound. Sound quality in general is also better than I’ve experienced before. I would definitely recommend the Earfun air pro 2
Good bit of ki I’ve used it pretty much every day at my work as I work in a noisy environment, noise cancelling is fantastic and I’ve had them for over a year now but have just updated them to the pro 2

I can only just about hear the bike exhaust, im impressed tbh….
The only issue i have is the controls on the actual headphones are hit and miss….
Sometime i catch them and noise cancellation turns off etc… other times i cannot do anything with the touch controls…
Mostly not issue ill use my phone on the bars to turn up and down etc…. and skip songs.
Amazing sound quality plus great customer service Firstly, the sound quality is greater than I expected considering that the price is much lower than Apple Ipod pro. The Active Noice Cancellation is also a bonus feature which is of course not 100% perfect but you have to look at the price. Secondly, I was very impresed with the customer service after receiving a free replacement for a single pair of earbud that I lost after using a couple of weeks.

Cheap but grea Wanted some wireless headphones but couldn’t bring myself to buy the expensive ones. I did my research online and these were recommended. They were not wrong. These headphones are comfortable, well made and the sound cancelling is amazing. I wear these all the time and the battery lasts for hours, in fact I’ve never burned through the battery. The sound quality is excellent for the cash and more than good enough for me. Well worth the money.
Great value for money Opted for the original Earfun Air Pro over the 2’s as the online reviews seemed more favourable. Very happy with my purchase. These buds do exactly what I wanted them to do. Was so tempted to go the Apple way but thought I would see what Earfun had to offer & I was suitably impressed. I’m no audiophile by any stretch but to my ears these (& the Earfun Free Pro 2) are such good value for money. I will be keeping an eye on their stuff in the future…
Great product & customer care I ordered them months ago, they were doing great but started having issues in the last month. I reached out few days ago to the customer service, we tried resetting them and didn’t work to solve the issues I was having. They promptly replaced them. I have them on as I write this. Gosh I missed them! Amazing sound quality, outstanding bass (which is top prority for me); perfect for phone calls as well and very very comfortable. And, once again, outstanding customer service!

Easy,comfy, great sound and good value Looking for something to help me get through the tedium of suburban dog walking with my dog Wilf I thought Id get into podcasts. Which led me to purchase these. I like to think im a savvy shopper … so the 5*WhatHifi review at half the price of comparators got my attention even though the name “Earfun’ sounded a bit naff – like something I might buy from a toyshop. Just to say also that my standards are reasonably high – I once had a pair of Shure SE535s which were totally amazing albeit weird to fit in your ear … but at over 300 quid, replacing them was a no-goer what with gas prices as they are … anyway I ended up leaving those on the tram and went in a state of mourning for a week. So … essentially these are perfect. A bargain …easy and quick to charge, speedy pairing with my phone, click nicely into the case and the sound is amazing. It suggests high range might not be to everyones taste but i found it spot on. Theyre a nice off white colour and the case is like a lovely smooth pebble in your hand. Theyre perfect for teams meerings too – noise cancelling and vol controls are easy. They arent a well known brand ….Id add a big ‘yet’ to that – be an early adopter and you can brag about it later. (I just hope I dont lose them …)
Sound performance is remarkable I bought these early 2021 and for any months they were brilliant. In the past few weeks though the volume has reduced to the point where it was really difficult to listen to anything. I did everything suggested in terms of repairing and cleaning but nothing seemed to work. I reported this to Earfun via Amazon and the support I have received has been amazing. I raised the problem last Thursday, I was contacted on Friday and received a new set of earphones today, Monday.
Just paired them up and remembered why I bought them in the first place, they sound incredible and I am really happy to have them back.
Close to perfec Nice quality, nice sound, and great presentation. Sadly the touch sensors are a bit clunky and the feature where the music stops when you remove one or both earphones is straight-up unreliable since it sometimes starts playing again randomly again.
They do the job The noise cancellation is ok but the tap method for the various different activities does not always appear to work. I can turn the sound off and on easily enough but trying to change volume is less straightforward. However, overall very pleased with these
Updated review Update- after my review earfun got in touch to try to resolve the situation, they were very quick to respond and have swapped my broken earbuds for a new pair after as they were faulty, hopefully these ones last a little longer!

Worked well the first couple of weeks, then the right earbud stopped working so well, sound was very quiet and sometimes it was distorted, this was followed by the left earbud a week or so later, messaged Amazon who said it’s been over a month so nothing they can do and I will have to contact the manufacturer, I did that and haven’t heard anything since….
Superb battry life If you’re listening to music all day long. You should be getting this cuz the battery on this thing never dies trust me . since I bought it I’ve never heard battery low and I use it as much as I want . I’d recommend this

Happy with these! I bought these as a present for my girlfriend who likes to listen to music while she is out walking. Her standard earphones used to come out of her ears, had poor sound quality and she could hear traffic around her over the music.
I’ve been informed these are great. They don’t fall out, the sound is good and the noise is greatly reduced from cars etc.

Great Earphones With a Few Minor Flaws I currently own a pair of EarFun Air and EarFun Air Pro earphones, so I would like to start off by saying that both are very good quality and the company really seems to care about their products.
Now to be specific about the Air Pro’s. Overall, I think the earphones are great.
The noise cancelling is very effective, it will easily filter out people and cars when walking around urban areas. The left earphone can also be tapped twice to toggle the noise cancelling effect.
The sound quality is also amazing. I’ve found music, videos, and films all sound great through these earphones. I’ve used some earphones of a similar price from other manufacturers and the audio was nowhere near as good.
These earphones also feature an interesting control interface. Instead of having touch sensitive area like other models, these earphones can detect sudden movements (i.e. you tapping them with your finger). Although it took me a little while to get used to it, I have come to prefer this method over touch sensitive controls. It is a lot more difficult to accidentally trigger (although taking a jumper off has triggered it quite a few times) and once you’ve found the right technique it is very easy to do.
My only real complaint is with these touch controls. As far as I can tell, each action can only be activated on one earphone. I’m sure this is probably to keep the controls simple and it is fine when using both earphones, but it can be annoying if you are only using one.

Works well with an Ipad Air 4 Has some expensive Jabra ear buds that would not pair with my Ipad Air 4 so bought these as a good value alternative and no problem paired straight away and good sound quality, not perfect but good enough for long journeys in the car or train.
Great customer service These earbuds are great value – the noise cancellation isn’t perfect (outside sounds still creep in), though there are three options which is neat.
Unfortunately my earbuds stopped working after just a month – but the customer service team replaced for free with no fuss. Thank you!

Great quality earbuds and great customer service I have a OnePlus and found these the best earbuds i have had. the sound is slightly more base than a bose, but gives nice warm tones. Bose has better noise canceling, but makes me feel like i am under water! The earbuds reduce the outside world right down so its off in the distance. making a phone call with them is a breeze, and the sound for the listener is like you are on a clear land line.
However…..after 10 months, one of the buds developed a problem. the volume was a lot lower in one bud than the other. reported to earfun UK, and within a couple of days, a replacement pair of buds was on my doorstep. It really is a no quibble, 18 month warranty.

I normally struggle to fit this type of device into my ears as they usually fall out. Luckily I’ve had no problems with these. The sound quality is surprisingly good and the controls seem to work fine. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong with these. Good value for money.

Amazing Quality I’m writing a very belated and overdue review. I’ve had these amazing Earbuds for 8 months now and they are absolutely the best Earbuds I’ve ever had. ANC amazing, while playing music take an Earbud out of your ear and the music pauses put it back in your ear and the music plays again because of infrared technology wow just wow sound quality is so amazing and then there’s the big kicker the price it puts the big named brands to shame. Then there’s the customer service team (especially Freya) which I’ve just had the pleasure of dealing with and sorted my matter out quickly and professionally and there service is second to none. Would highly recommend.
Amazing Quality I’m writing a very belated and overdue review. I’ve had these amazing Earbuds for 8 months now and they are absolutely the best Earbuds I’ve ever had. ANC amazing, while playing music take an Earbud out of your ear and the music pauses put it back in your ear and the music plays again because of infrared technology wow just wow sound quality is so amazing and then there’s the big kicker the price it puts the big named brands to shame. Then there’s the customer service team (especially Freya) which I’ve just had the pleasure of dealing with and sorted my matter out quickly and professionally and there service is second to none. Would highly recommend.
Earful ear buds These are brilliant, my husband and I are really impressed with them. The sound is excellent and the way they work on songs and the sound effects going from one ear to another is brilliant. Thank you for an excellent product.
Great for ASD I bought two sets of these specifically for my daughters, both of whom have ASD and find the corridors and break times at school really difficult because of the noise. They didn’t want to wear ear defenders as they didn’t want to stand out so I thought I’d give these a try, and of course they look just like any other child with ear buds. Both have said that the noise cancellation has really helped them, one of my daughters who has had experience with air pods said that these are even better. I am not sure on the sound quality as we didn’t buy them for that, but neither daughter has complained! These have literally made the school day more bearable so I am very happy Mum. Also, there is a little card inside the box saying that they offer a return for absolutely any reason, so it’s worth just trying these out as there is a no quibble returns policy (not that we have had to use it, so I can’t review that). I wish I had thought/heard of these before as my daughters wouldn’t have had to suffer for so long at school.

I love them! Got my first one couple of months ago. But the left bud stopped working for some reason! Contacted customer service who tried every solution to solve the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t. But they ordered me new replacement in a matter of no time. Big thank you for the Costumer Service. Earbuds are nicely responding for taps for pausing, skipping forwarding and receiving calls. Noise cancellation is good. A decent battery life and reliable connectivity. I do recommend this product as a reasonable alternative for expensive earbuds.
Trying to do Too Much For a Budget Item Some decent reviews and as a tight Scottish bloke I thought these would be worth a go. I like my bass in my music and these were meant to be decent.
When these were working I was impressed. Excellent bass for 60 and some other great spec including noise cancelling, one touch pause, mic and lots of other stuff that usually come with higher end ear buds.
However, they didnt seem to hold a blue tooth connection for very long. My left ear bud in particular was always dropping out. Turns out that this was faulty. After a period of time it stropped working altogether. Unfortunately despite having an 18 month warranty EarFun didnt want to know and refused providing me with a return address. Amazon’s 30 day return policy had expired and as Ear Fun was a 3rd party seller it wasnt their problem and I was to contact EarFun directly. And this is where the seller’s customer service is very poor. After many messages they eventually offered to refund me 70%. Really. I take a hit for the faulty goods?
At the end of the day Amazon stepped in as it was clear I wasnt going to be fobbed off between EarFun and Amazon. I got a full refund and assume that Amazon will pursue EarFun for this.
In summary, if you are buying these and they work you wont be disappointed. If they are faulty then you are going to have to fight your corner to realise your consumer rights under law.
UPDATE by Reviewer Jan 22 : Earfun contacted me after this review and apologised sincerely for this initial response. They advised that this shouldnt’ have happened and will endeavour to ensure this remains an exception. They couldnt have been more helpful so hats off to Earfun for following up and seeing how they could improve their customer service. More companies should adopt this approach!

What ever track I play, I close my eyes and I’m there. Just don’t scrimp on the download quality, to get the real benefit of your tunes. Tidal App all day long.
Great product and helpful team
Purchased this product for portable, good-sounding noise cancellation instead of lugging around a big pair of headphones. Noise cancelling worked a treat on a plane – cutting out the background hum and also some noisy passengers.
Sound quality was great and the pairing easy and stable. After some time a fault appeared with the left earphone but after discussions through the EarFun UK messaging service on Amazon, their team were able to provide simple diagnosis tips and tricks. When these didn’t work, EarFun UK sent me a replacement pair which I am just as happy with as the original pairs.
Great value, great sound and great customer and warranty support – I would highly recommend purchasing EarFun products.
Good value
These are great for listening to music. They are comfortable to wear. They are not great for making phone calls out in public as the other side find it hard to hear what you are saying. Better than other more expensive earbuds so still good value.

These are comparable in quality to the top branded Samsung. And very comfortably. I would say the only letdown is there is no volume control, but I just use the phone to control volume, or pc whst ever the are connected to. Also noise cancelling and active ambieiant sound works great, something that is never mentioned is the ambient sound actually uses the built in mics to help with this. There is also normal mode as well if you don’t want either on. Very easy to use. Very well recommended

These ear-buds give wonderful sound-quality on all sorts of music, and excellent comfort.
Spend time with the interchangeable ‘gels’ to get the best and most comfortable fit – time well spent.
I had an issue with the left ear-bud not responding to ‘tap-control’, but Freya at the Support Team could not have been more helpful. A replacement set was sent out straight away.
This is the kind of absolute first-class service that many other Companies should seek to emulate – very many thanks, and 10/10 to Freya!

I Really Like These!
I have had these now for over 6 months and I really like them. The sound is good, they look stylish and the controls work well. They block outside sounds quite well with the inbuilt software. The mics are adequate, the person on the other end of the call can hear me but they can also hear the ambient sounds outside (cars, kids etc) which i guess is difficult for any mics to totally block out. Indoors the mics perform very well and the connection has always been stable. My only gripe is that for the price i paid (60) there is no wireless charging for the case but i knew that when i bought them. Good product.
Better than the Pro 2's IMO
For the price, these are unbeatable. For everyday use and even in the rain, these work totally fine.
You need to pay a lot more to step up Sound quality. ANC is also better on new/more expensive earbuds but they do a good job anyway of blocking out unwanted noise with it off.
The fit is good, the battery life is usefully long, & can recharge from the holder.
Bose Quiet Comfort 2 are the best out there, but you can buy 7 sets of these for that price (currently 280)
Great ear buds
If you’re thinking shall I buy these or AirPods, as I thought, then buy these little beauties and get a cracking pair of buds and loads of cash still in your pocket. Absolutely nothing wrong with them, sound is great, connection is great, noise cancellation is great. I recommend them to anyone who asks and to you too.

I wasn’t expecting them to replace the originals but after my bad review they got it touch and replaced them without me having to ask them to. This is unusually good service. New buds work fine- if anything happens will update but happy for now
Premium sound, bargain price
My first wireless earbuds and what a pleasant surprise.
I took the buds out of the magnetised charging port and they linked seamlessly with my iPhone 12.
Build quality is great, I think I will have to get used to the touch controls for receiving calls and controlling music as my tapping wasn’t always recognised. But the more I use them the better it gets.
I have a 110 pair of Sennheiser wired buds and 300 pair of Sony over-ear noise cancelling phones. The sound quality of the EarFun (in my opinion) is amazing for such an inexpensive item. Noise cancelling is adequate but of course they are never going to be able to compete with the Over-ear Sonys which are just amazing.
I sometimes struggle to understand the reviews that are put on Amazon. Maybe I have been lucky and quality of products vary greatly, but the sound and build quality of this product could not be brought into question.
Whether they last the course is a matter I will find out in due course.
Top Notch
Read the What Hi Fi review and thought I’d get them as needed some decent wireless ear phones. For the price, they are phenomenal. Hip hop, Rnb, Dnb, House, Grime, Techno… all my fav tracks sound how they should sound. Makes such a difference in my opinion for the music I like.
Cheap and cheerful
I bought these for running.
I use them for running, doing jobs outside. They are not great at staying put. I have tried the different size rubbers. They have bounced down the road a few times, still work which is a plus.
They don’t fall out too often but never feel particularly secure. When I try and push them in it cycles through “ambient mode, normal mode” etc, very little difference in my opinion, but annoying non the less.
Very usable but I was disappointed at the fit.

Bought those on reviews , which are very good , also which hi&vision reviewed them well , but I think they lacked a little detail on music , great for watching films , and are probably worth the money , I probably had my hopes up , reading the reviews.
The battery does last a long time , and they are easy to connect , would of liked volume control ?
But it’s all there if you read the specs .

Great customer service
**Update: customer services emailed me after I posted this review to offer me a full refund or a replacement pair. Replacement pair came within a few days. Genuinely impressed – there was also no request to amend review. **
These were perfect for me and I was reccomending them to everyone. Until about 11 months of use, the left one went extremely quiet to the point of being unable to hear podcasts or identify the song that was playing, and then stopped working completely. I’ve tried everything to get it working again but had no luck.
The buds sound really good when I’m out running and stay put. Great value. But there was a problem with one of them so I contacted the company and I have never dealt with such a bunch of helpful people. They suggested a couple of fixes that had no effect, so 2 days later a replacement turned up. Once again a brilliant team.
Buy from them!!!
Worked well until 5 months in when for no reason the left earbud sound went extremely low then promptly stopped working. Tried everything suggested including resetting and blowing into the earbud with no luck. I’d use these maybe a couple hours a day so no heavy wear and tear either. Completely unacceptable to break within 5 months for the price.
Edit: they replaced my broken earbuds with the upgraded version too (after asking me) so at least their customer service and warranty is good. Hopefully this pair will last longer.
Great sounding and good value for money wireless buds. Well made good quality too.
The only thing I disliked was the In-ear Detection, this is more than a nuisance than a feature. If you take them off, they will automatically pause your music but even the slightest bump will then cause them to resume playback. Would be great if you could disable this feature.
Left side stopped connecting within weeks, replaced by selle
Left half of pair no longer connects to right side or phone. Still turns on (responds to tap controls), but won’t connect, so functionally useless. Right side still works fine and sounds good.
Sound quality is good, controls are easy to accidentally trigger but not the worst, connected quickly when it worked.
Edit: Seller contacted me and replaced with a better-working pair of their Air Pro 2 earbuds, a shame that these didn’t work but great customer service

Earful responded to my email about issues with noise cancelling and kindly offered he new version of these headphones in replacement. Air pro 2. Theses arrived yesterday and I must say the new version has the most effective noise cancelling I’ve ever used! My other earbuds are apple airpod pro’s but the Earfun Air pro 2 are much much better than the apple pro. Noise cancelling is truly a step up and really does stop external sound. Sound quality in general is also better than I’ve experienced before. I would definitely recommend the Earfun air pro 2

I’ve used it pretty much every day at my work as I work in a noisy environment, noise cancelling is fantastic and I’ve had them for over a year now but have just updated them to the pro 2

Had to return in the end as one was faulty. Customer service very good and upgraded to Air Pro 2, which are just great.
Great headphones tbh
These i use on my motorbike while riding (very loud bike)
I can only just about hear the bike exhaust, im impressed tbh….
The only issue i have is the controls on the actual headphones are hit and miss….
Sometime i catch them and noise cancellation turns off etc… other times i cannot do anything with the touch controls…
Mostly not issue ill use my phone on the bars to turn up and down etc…. and skip songs.
Amazing sound quality plus great customer service
Firstly, the sound quality is greater than I expected considering that the price is much lower than Apple Ipod pro. The Active Noice Cancellation is also a bonus feature which is of course not 100% perfect but you have to look at the price. Secondly, I was very impresed with the customer service after receiving a free replacement for a single pair of earbud that I lost after using a couple of weeks.
Higly recommended earbuds you can get in the market if you are searching for best earbuds under 100.
Misleading instructions, annoying interruptions
Instructions were inadequate and wasted time.

Cheap but grea
Wanted some wireless headphones but couldn’t bring myself to buy the expensive ones. I did my research online and these were recommended. They were not wrong. These headphones are comfortable, well made and the sound cancelling is amazing. I wear these all the time and the battery lasts for hours, in fact I’ve never burned through the battery. The sound quality is excellent for the cash and more than good enough for me. Well worth the money.
Great value for money
Opted for the original Earfun Air Pro over the 2’s as the online reviews seemed more favourable. Very happy with my purchase. These buds do exactly what I wanted them to do. Was so tempted to go the Apple way but thought I would see what Earfun had to offer & I was suitably impressed. I’m no audiophile by any stretch but to my ears these (& the Earfun Free Pro 2) are such good value for money. I will be keeping an eye on their stuff in the future…
Great product & customer care
I ordered them months ago, they were doing great but started having issues in the last month. I reached out few days ago to the customer service, we tried resetting them and didn’t work to solve the issues I was having. They promptly replaced them. I have them on as I write this. Gosh I missed them! Amazing sound quality, outstanding bass (which is top prority for me); perfect for phone calls as well and very very comfortable. And, once again, outstanding customer service!

Easy,comfy, great sound and good value
Looking for something to help me get through the tedium of suburban dog walking with my dog Wilf I thought Id get into podcasts. Which led me to purchase these. I like to think im a savvy shopper … so the 5*WhatHifi review at half the price of comparators got my attention even though the name “Earfun’ sounded a bit naff – like something I might buy from a toyshop. Just to say also that my standards are reasonably high – I once had a pair of Shure SE535s which were totally amazing albeit weird to fit in your ear … but at over 300 quid, replacing them was a no-goer what with gas prices as they are … anyway I ended up leaving those on the tram and went in a state of mourning for a week. So … essentially these are perfect. A bargain …easy and quick to charge, speedy pairing with my phone, click nicely into the case and the sound is amazing. It suggests high range might not be to everyones taste but i found it spot on. Theyre a nice off white colour and the case is like a lovely smooth pebble in your hand. Theyre perfect for teams meerings too – noise cancelling and vol controls are easy. They arent a well known brand ….Id add a big ‘yet’ to that – be an early adopter and you can brag about it later. (I just hope I dont lose them …)
Sound performance is remarkable
I bought these early 2021 and for any months they were brilliant. In the past few weeks though the volume has reduced to the point where it was really difficult to listen to anything. I did everything suggested in terms of repairing and cleaning but nothing seemed to work. I reported this to Earfun via Amazon and the support I have received has been amazing. I raised the problem last Thursday, I was contacted on Friday and received a new set of earphones today, Monday.
Just paired them up and remembered why I bought them in the first place, they sound incredible and I am really happy to have them back.
Close to perfec
Nice quality, nice sound, and great presentation. Sadly the touch sensors are a bit clunky and the feature where the music stops when you remove one or both earphones is straight-up unreliable since it sometimes starts playing again randomly again.
They do the job
The noise cancellation is ok but the tap method for the various different activities does not always appear to work. I can turn the sound off and on easily enough but trying to change volume is less straightforward. However, overall very pleased with these

Update- after my review earfun got in touch to try to resolve the situation, they were very quick to respond and have swapped my broken earbuds for a new pair after as they were faulty, hopefully these ones last a little longer!

Worked well the first couple of weeks, then the right earbud stopped working so well, sound was very quiet and sometimes it was distorted, this was followed by the left earbud a week or so later, messaged Amazon who said it’s been over a month so nothing they can do and I will have to contact the manufacturer, I did that and haven’t heard anything since….
If you’re listening to music all day long. You should be getting this cuz the battery on this thing never dies trust me . since I bought it I’ve never heard battery low and I use it as much as I want . I’d recommend this
These are the only earphones you need
I purchased both the EarFun Pro and EarFun Pro Air (one for me and the other is a gift) – the quality in both is simply 10/10
Both fit extremely well and are perfect for any situation – working out, working from home (even in the office, as there is little sound leak).
Simply put – there is no other earphone anyone could ever want or need but these. Top quality, a price that can’t be beaten and the best customer service team who are ready and willing to help with any questions or queries.

And I’ve not been disappointed. The sound quality is exceptional. I find the sound is best on noise-reduction mode, in my view. And don’t worry about the fact there’s no app (which seems to have bothered others). You don’t need an app. If you have an iPhone, then you can play with the EQ section in Settings. It didn’t take me long to find a sound profile that suited me best. There are loads to choose from. You simply don’t need to drop 100-200-300 on a pair of earbuds. Seriously. Highly recommended.

Great affordable ear pods
Really happy with my purchase, couldn’t afford the official air pods and these do a great job. Did have an issue with one ear bud a few months down the line, but customer service was excellent – they replaced the full set!

Happy with these!
I bought these as a present for my girlfriend who likes to listen to music while she is out walking. Her standard earphones used to come out of her ears, had poor sound quality and she could hear traffic around her over the music.
I’ve been informed these are great. They don’t fall out, the sound is good and the noise is greatly reduced from cars etc.

I currently own a pair of EarFun Air and EarFun Air Pro earphones, so I would like to start off by saying that both are very good quality and the company really seems to care about their products.
Now to be specific about the Air Pro’s. Overall, I think the earphones are great.
The noise cancelling is very effective, it will easily filter out people and cars when walking around urban areas. The left earphone can also be tapped twice to toggle the noise cancelling effect.
The sound quality is also amazing. I’ve found music, videos, and films all sound great through these earphones. I’ve used some earphones of a similar price from other manufacturers and the audio was nowhere near as good.
These earphones also feature an interesting control interface. Instead of having touch sensitive area like other models, these earphones can detect sudden movements (i.e. you tapping them with your finger). Although it took me a little while to get used to it, I have come to prefer this method over touch sensitive controls. It is a lot more difficult to accidentally trigger (although taking a jumper off has triggered it quite a few times) and once you’ve found the right technique it is very easy to do.
My only real complaint is with these touch controls. As far as I can tell, each action can only be activated on one earphone. I’m sure this is probably to keep the controls simple and it is fine when using both earphones, but it can be annoying if you are only using one.

Great headphones & great after service
I purchased these headphones in August and they’ve been absolutely great in terms of sound quality and also for making phone calls. I’m working from home and shift seamlessly from music to call and back again.
However, the standout item was their service as I recently had a connectivity issue. Great headphones & great after service
I purchased these headphones in August and they’ve been absolutely great in terms of sound quality and also for making phone calls. I’m working from home and shift seamlessly from music to call and back again.
However, the standout item was their service as I recently had a connectivity issue. I got in touch with their service desk and went through a couple of checks over email to see if we could resolve where they got back to me straight away on each occasion. Works well with an Ipad Air 4
Has some expensive Jabra ear buds that would not pair with my Ipad Air 4 so bought these as a good value alternative and no problem paired straight away and good sound quality, not perfect but good enough for long journeys in the car or train.
These earbuds are great value – the noise cancellation isn’t perfect (outside sounds still creep in), though there are three options which is neat.
Unfortunately my earbuds stopped working after just a month – but the customer service team replaced for free with no fuss. Thank you!
My second pair have worked fine, no issues. Overall, great value for money.

Great quality earbuds and great customer service
I have a OnePlus and found these the best earbuds i have had. the sound is slightly more base than a bose, but gives nice warm tones. Bose has better noise canceling, but makes me feel like i am under water! The earbuds reduce the outside world right down so its off in the distance. making a phone call with them is a breeze, and the sound for the listener is like you are on a clear land line.
However…..after 10 months, one of the buds developed a problem. the volume was a lot lower in one bud than the other. reported to earfun UK, and within a couple of days, a replacement pair of buds was on my doorstep. It really is a no quibble, 18 month warranty.
giving 4 out of 5 because one of the buds broke after 10 months, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating

I’ve been using these in my workshop and they provide reasonable noise reduction. I normally struggle to fit this type of device into my ears as they usually fall out. Luckily I’ve had no problems with these. The sound quality is surprisingly good and the controls seem to work fine. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong with these. Good value for money.

I needed a new pair of wireless buds and looked everywhere. These are great. Fit and build quality are spot on. The case is great pop them in and they charge. Case can be a little fiddly to open but then again I do have large hands. Used them every time I go for long walks with the dog. Just blown away with the sound quality. Wish they were a little more louder but then again that is not a bad thing. Fit is great and so easy to wear. These do not fall out. Bought 2 year warranty also as you never know. Hey 10 is not a lot to spend on something that was 60 in the sale.

Earful ear buds
These are brilliant, my husband and I are really impressed with them. The sound is excellent and the way they work on songs and the sound effects going from one ear to another is brilliant. Thank you for an excellent product.
I bought two sets of these specifically for my daughters, both of whom have ASD and find the corridors and break times at school really difficult because of the noise. They didn’t want to wear ear defenders as they didn’t want to stand out so I thought I’d give these a try, and of course they look just like any other child with ear buds. Both have said that the noise cancellation has really helped them, one of my daughters who has had experience with air pods said that these are even better. I am not sure on the sound quality as we didn’t buy them for that, but neither daughter has complained! These have literally made the school day more bearable so I am very happy Mum. Also, there is a little card inside the box saying that they offer a return for absolutely any reason, so it’s worth just trying these out as there is a no quibble returns policy (not that we have had to use it, so I can’t review that). I wish I had thought/heard of these before as my daughters wouldn’t have had to suffer for so long at school.

Got my first one couple of months ago. But the left bud stopped working for some reason! Contacted customer service who tried every solution to solve the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t. But they ordered me new replacement in a matter of no time. Big thank you for the Costumer Service. Earbuds are nicely responding for taps for pausing, skipping forwarding and receiving calls. Noise cancellation is good. A decent battery life and reliable connectivity. I do recommend this product as a reasonable alternative for expensive earbuds.
Some decent reviews and as a tight Scottish bloke I thought these would be worth a go. I like my bass in my music and these were meant to be decent.
When these were working I was impressed. Excellent bass for 60 and some other great spec including noise cancelling, one touch pause, mic and lots of other stuff that usually come with higher end ear buds.
However, they didnt seem to hold a blue tooth connection for very long. My left ear bud in particular was always dropping out. Turns out that this was faulty. After a period of time it stropped working altogether. Unfortunately despite having an 18 month warranty EarFun didnt want to know and refused providing me with a return address. Amazon’s 30 day return policy had expired and as Ear Fun was a 3rd party seller it wasnt their problem and I was to contact EarFun directly. And this is where the seller’s customer service is very poor. After many messages they eventually offered to refund me 70%. Really. I take a hit for the faulty goods?
At the end of the day Amazon stepped in as it was clear I wasnt going to be fobbed off between EarFun and Amazon. I got a full refund and assume that Amazon will pursue EarFun for this.
In summary, if you are buying these and they work you wont be disappointed. If they are faulty then you are going to have to fight your corner to realise your consumer rights under law.
UPDATE by Reviewer Jan 22 : Earfun contacted me after this review and apologised sincerely for this initial response. They advised that this shouldnt’ have happened and will endeavour to ensure this remains an exception. They couldnt have been more helpful so hats off to Earfun for following up and seeing how they could improve their customer service. More companies should adopt this approach!
