La prima esperienza con questa tenda non stata buona.
Primo giorno: tutto ok
Secondo giorno: le maniglie della sacca restano letteralmente attaccate per un filo
Terzo giorno: in fase di chiusura una folata di vento (non un tornado, una brezza!) fa piegare la base spezzando il punto di congiunzione e facendo uscire le due stecche della base strappando il tessuto.
Ho segnalato il tutto nella mia recensione al prodotto e sono stata immediatamente contattata dal servizio clienti (splendido!) che mi ha chiesto i dettagli dell’accaduto e fotografie a sostegno di quanto riportato e in pochi giorni mi hanno rispedito una nuova tenda riconoscendo verosimilmente un errore di fabbrica.
Per quest’anno vacanze finite,sul campo la prover l’anno prossimo, ma al momento in salotto sembra funzionare perfettamente!

Man kann problemlos mit 2 Erwachsenen oder 2 Kindern in dem Zelt liegen.
Die Luft zirkuliert durch die Belftung unten, sodass es keinen Hitzestau gibt und man ganz entspannt darinnen liegen kann. Toll finden wir auch, dass wir ganz ungestrt und unbeobachtet am Strand liegen knnen.
Der Aufbau ist durch die Pop-Up Funktion simpel und auch das zusammen falten ist mit dieser Muschel einfacher als bei den kleineren.

Things I love: lightweight, easy to set up, great sun protection.
Things that aren’t perfect: folding it up is a bit of a challenge. We’ve used it a handful of times and still struggle a little bit with folding it up. Not the easiest, but this con is outweighed by the pros of this tent.
It’s big enough for two adults to sit side by side comfortably. There is room in the back for bags and accessories and one other person, a child perhaps, to potentially sit. Saying it will fit 3-4 people is a stretch, but it works well for our small family.
I have loved using this tent at the beach and can see myself taking this to other outdoor events to escape the sun.
Would definitely recommend.
Eine Strandmuschel, die perfekt auf- und abzubauen ist, und zwar jedes mal, ohne Anleitung. Dazu ist sie gut verarbeitet, sehr gerumig und clever aufgeteilt. Allerdings hat sich beim ersten Model der innere Draht nach ein paar mal verzogen, so dass die Muschel wie ein Ei aussah. Der Hersteller hat ohne Beanstandung den vollen Preis erstattet. Die zweite Muschel ist bisher in Ordnung.

Seriously though, I love this! I got it over the summer when we had our baby and was able to take her outside and lay under it and have shade but still the breeze. It’s been amazing! It’s so easy to fold and it is flat so I leave it in my trunk under the stroller and take it with me everywhere! The bottom is a very thin material so if you are somewhere that might not be extremely soft I would bring an outdoor blanket or towels so sticks or whatever doesn’t poke through.
Overall very pleased with this purchase.

I really like this tent even though it’s a little on the small side. You can definitely fit two adults in it no problem. Maybe a small child and a super easy to set up which I love. However. Good luck getting it back into the bag. Which ends up being a huge project. Hopefully I will get better at figuring it out. I have watched numerous videos and it’s just very difficult to do.
This top feature of this sun shelter is how it pops open in seconds. Folding it back up takes a little practice. Watch the video.
Calling it a 3 or 4 person shelter is a stretch. Size is ideal for a small child or two and 2 adults.
If using on a windy day, built-in sand pockets are nice.
But, if it’s really windy you’ll need to secure this by putting an ice chest or bag of gear inside immediately after opening or it will tumble down the beach.
I bought this to take baby and puppy to the beach. Now, I can’t imagine not having it, even just for myself.
Its collapses down into a very flat circle. Super easy to travel with and to carry down to the beach. Set up was easy! Just unfold and it pops itself into place. Bags are attached so you can put sand in. The reason I chose this tent over others is because it didn’t have poles. This tent does come with small (yet sturdy) long tie ropes and stakes to keep it upright (if you need to). It’s easy to do, and not required on a calm day. With a decent breeze (like we had) just turn the tent into the wind so the wind blows through it, not hitting it from the side and you probably won’t even need the ropes and stakes.
Sand will get in, but not too bad! Vents are super nice and I like that you can open the back end, keep it closed and vented, or just completely close it. Because of this tent, we really could make beach day an all-day event because it kept baby out of the sun and everyone cool when needed. Everyone ended up taking a nap in this tent. Comfortably fit 2 adults, baby and a pup.
For anyone with small children or a pet, this is a must!
It’s a really good size plenty of space for 2 adults and baby plus toys etc. easy to put up and fold down, except for when on a windy beach which made it a little harder.
It’s a little awkward to fold down but what it folds dove to with the easy carry case it’s worth it.
Tenda molto ben fatta, resistente anche in condizioni di vento forte, se ben ancorata al terreno con gli appositi picchetti. Si piega…ma non si spezza! Comodissime le tasche interne e le finestre a cerniera. Si apre facilmente e, dopo un po’ di studio, si chiude altrettanto facilmente. Perfetta per 2 persone. Abbinata ad un ombrellone, a fare da veranda sul davanti, eccezionale.
Se abre sola y para cerrar es muy fcil y rpido, solo cogerle el truco al ltimo paso para plegarla sobre si misma que es lo que ms puede costar. La uso para mi beb de 5 meses y su padre y yo tambin nos metemos dentro cuando no queremos estar ms en el sol. Si no hace mucho aire solo basta con llenar los bolsillos de arena para que est estable en el suelo. Me encanta que tiene unas ventanitas y una “puerta” trasera con cremalleras que si abres entra ms aire y se est fresquito aunque fuera haga calor. Para lo grande que es no da la sensacin de que ocupe mucho espacio en el suelo, como cuando vas con una toalla grande a la playa. Lo mejor es que no se necesita ayuda para montar o plegar, yo voy a la playa sola con mi beb muchas veces y me llevo la tienda y cuando se plega es muy fcil de transportar con su bolsa con asas (lo que la bolsa se bos descosi a los pocos das del peso pero se puede volver a coser). La mejor eleccin.

Have used this all through the summer for our weekly visits to the beach paddle boarding. Stored our kit in this – sheltered from sun, drizzle and wind in it. Bit fiddly to fold first couple of times till you get used to it but it’s been worth every penny !

Utilis 15 jours en Corse, cette tente est super. Elle se dplie en 2 secondes et se replie trs facilement. Elle est grande et bien conue. Rsiste assez bien au vente (dans la limite du raisonnable. Pensez ne pas fermer compltement et ouvrir les volets latraux, ce qui permet au courant d’air de mieux circuler). Je n’ai pas eu besoin des sardines fournies, les poches de sable seules suffisaient la maintenir en toute circonstance. Je suis satisfait de mon achat.
Pop up funktioniert super. Zusammen legen geht nach 2-3x auch ohne Schwierigkeiten. Viel Platz innen. Leicht zu tragen. Es ist nicht billig, aber jeden Cent wert.
L’ho acquistata per tenere al riparo dal sole mia figlia di 8 mesi. Prima di tutto molto comoda, si sta agevolmente in 2 persone pi neonato e borse. Quando l’ho comprata temevo che si trasformasse in una serra ed invece tutt’altro! La tenda ha due “finestrelle” laterali chiuse con una cerniera che in aggiunta al tessuto bucherellato (alto circa 20 cm) sulla base della tenda permettono un’ottima ventilazione senza per far passare la sabbia.
Si trasporta bene, la chiusura inizialmente pu sembrare complicata ma dopo un paio di volte il movimento diventa automatico.
Sono presenti dei sacchetti sull’esterno da riempire di sabbia per zavorrare la tenda in caso di vento forte. Tra l’altro presente anche un’apertura con cerniera sulla parte posteriore che permette sia di creare un doppio accesso sia di limitare l’effetto vela.
All’interno ci sono anche delle “tasche” in cui poter inserire oggetti. Strasoddisfatto! La super pignola di mia moglie che solitamente trova sempre qualche difetto alle cose contentissima. Studiata e costruita con un attenzione certosina ai particolari. Veramente complimenti per l’eccellente prodotto.
Ogni volta che la uso, nel momento in cui vado per chiuderla sento gli occhi dei miei vicini puntati su di me e leggo nel loro pensiero:” adesso vediamo come farai a chiuderla”.
E puntualmente i 3 mosse la tenda gi nella sua custodia.
Davvero comoda, robusta, leggera e facile da richiudere.

Super easy to pop up and easy to fold down (instructions a little confusing for the last step but just apply a bit of force and it seems to just find it’s own way into the correct shape) corners have little bags to fill with sand to weigh it down which could be a little better as they face the tent but a very minor gripe. All in all perfect for a day at the beach or if just out for a picnic.

11/6/21 edit to add: I cannot tell ya’ll how much I really love this tent. It’s holding up great after many uses and is so easy to use; very thankful they sewed folding directions right on the case!

Literally pops right open.
As long as you watch the video, follow the instructions (printed right on the tent itself), and fold gently without forcing anything, this is easy to fold up once you get the hang of it. I have sun visors very similar to this for my car, so it wasn’t difficult for me to learn.
I love the shade and privacy it provides; since it would get too warm if I folded up the one side, I simply hung a light muslin blanket at that entrance when I needed more privacy.
Fits two 5′ people and a portable floor bassinet very well, but not sure how anyone taller would feel about sitting in it.
Lightweight, takes a bit of mastering to pack it back into the bag but like anything else it’s simple once you’re used to it. Spacious, I can fit two low slung chairs into it to shield from wind.

Super. Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und eine mittelgroer Hund) passen gut in die Muschel rein. Lsst sich leicht reinigen und wenn man wei wie (mit ein bisschen bung) super schnell wieder zusammenbauen bzw. falten.
Pens que era ms pequea pero est enorme! Cabemos como 6 personas. Para el precio es un muuuy buen producto y para el tamao an ms. Sper recomendado.

I had my doubts as to whether this would stand up to the wind at the beach but it was absolutely perfect. I actually bought four additional little sandbags and threw them in the tent case and used those instead of the pegs that it comes with because I couldn’t see them holding very well in the sand. This worked out perfectly. I honestly may not have even needed them though because it’s a very sturdy tent with the four sandbags it comes with. I had the tent open and all eight sandbags (4 attached to tent and 4 I bought separately) filled within just a couple of minutes and was relaxing in the shade. It’s also a piece of cake to take down and fold up. If I hadn’t watched the video several times at home I’m sure I would have had a hard time getting it folded back properly but the video made it easy. I 100% recommend this tent and told my daughter to also buy one for our mother/daughter beach trip coming up soon. I had planned on us being able to share this one but I honestly was stretched out in there like a queen and had my bag and drink and book and towel all over the place so I really can’t see 2 adults sharing this..2 kids – yes. Or an adult couple…yes. But not 2 people that want to spread out and have their own space. Love this tent and can’t wait to be stretched out in it again with the waves and a good book
Good size for a young family with lots of openings to allow a breeze through. Very easy to put up and the video to pack away works well. One of the main reasons we bought this one was for the 50+ sun protection for our young granddaughte

We have 3 kids, 2 under 2, so having a tent this year felt important especially with our 10 year old’s baseball games. I wanted something that folded easily and was compact so I could keep it in my car next to the stroller and foldout chairs we have for baseball and soccer season. But also wanted something that didn’t require a lot of effort to build.
This tent has been so perfect for us, it doesn’t require much effort to build — it literally unfolds itself right out of the bag — so it lets me spend more time giving the kids attention.
The only thing is that after the first few uses — it unfolds a little wonky now so when you look at it, it’s like lopsided. However we have literally used this thing about 50 times in the last couple months. My son has baseball games 2-3 times a week and we also have taken it to the beach on numerous occasions. (It’s still working!) Also sometimes it doesn’t wanna fold, and you have to really force it, the bag is also ripping now, but that’s an easy fix. With the wear and tear we have put it through, I am incredibly surprised it hasn’t broken yet.
It’s really been a lifesaver.

Eine tolle Strandmuschel. Grer als ich erwartet habe, aber dadurch fr uns zu Dritt sehr gerumig. Zur lngerfristigen Verwendung kann ich noch nichts sagen. Auf den ersten Blick sieht sie aber sehr stabil und ordentlich verarbeitet aus.
L’abri de plage est trs lger, trs facile ouvrir et ais refermer.
Je l’ai trouv pratique et agrable utiliser.
Den Aufbau habe ich ein paar mal gebt, da ich die Rezensionen gelesen habe. Mit Geduld und Ansicht der Bedienungsanleitung (die perfekt in der Hlle platziert ist) funktioniert es super.
Im Urlaub (ich liege gerade am Strand in der Muschel) hatte ich gleich den Hrtetest-> es war windig! Der erste Versuch die Muschel zusammenzuklappen ist gescheitert, aber zum Glck ist die Bedienungsanleitung (wie anfangs beschrieben) dabei. -> es funktionierte super.
Somit ist der (fr mich) wichtigste Punkt zu diesem Produkt Bestens bestanden.
Wir verwenden die Muschel jetzt seit 10 Tagen am steinigen und windigen Strand, die Qualitt des Materials ist erstaunlich gut -> es ist bisher kein Riss oder sonstiges entstanden.
Die Gre ist auch echt gut, wir haben hier den Kinderwagen reingeschoben, worin unser Sohn dann sein Mittagsschlaf am Strand gemacht hat.
Dabei sollte man natrlich beachten, dass sich hier die Hitze doch ein wenig staut!
