Ho acquistato gi 2 di queste macchine di altre Marche e modlo ed erano un fallimento dopo 5/10 minuti si fermavano per 30/35 minuti inutili ma questo distruggi documenti FANTASTICO lavoro per pi di 1 ora e non si ferma mai uno spettacolo naturalmente gli oasdoi fogli lubrificanti ogni tanto e il cassetto(forse un po piccolo) va svuotato sovente ma un prodotto eccezionale lo straconsiglio Ottimo!!!

Quite quick, well worth the expense. Had a few cheaper ones ..noisier not so smoth ..this one has done the job quickly and without hassle. .
Das Gert wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Die Leistung und das Betriebsgerusch sind richtig gut. Er steht neben meinem Schreibtisch und das Betriebsgerusch strt tatschlich nicht. Die Kraft des Motor zieht auch die versprochenen 18 Seiten problemlos durch die Walzen. Kreditkarten werden ebenfalls sehr gut zerkleinert. Auch den Schredder-Test mit DVD hat er gut gemacht. Die Discs werden dabei aber nicht in kleine Stcke zerschnitten, sowie es bei Papier und Kreditkarten der Fall ist, sonder sie werden in 3 Streifen geschnitten. Das reicht aber auf alle Flle aus, denn dort holt keiner mehr Daten raus 🙂
Nach 4 Wochen hatte mein Behlter einen Riss bekommen. Das kann natrlich immer und ber einmal passieren. Der freundliche Kundensupport hat ohne wenn und aber innhalb 3 Tagen einen Ersatz geliefert.
Ich finde es nicht schlimm, dass ein Gert auch mal denkt sein kann. Es ist dann aber unglaublich wichtig einen tollen Support zu bekommen. Genau diese Erfahrung habe ich gemacht und dafr bedanke ich mich ganz herzlich.

I have had a few shredders over the years that were inexpensive, but have been often disappointed. This time I thought I’d spend a bit more for better quality product. Very pleased with my decision as this shredder is amazing. I was able to get through years worth of built up documentation in a couple of hours, Including credit cards!! Great easy to use product and worth every penny.
I’ve never tried this shredder with the full 18 sheets as I don’t like to overload any machine but this shredder works really well an is very quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this shredder.
In the short time I have had this shredder, it has proved to be a boon and does everything it ‘says on the tin’. I am really pleased.

La macchina da un senso di robustezza, il rumore c’e, ma accettabile. Credo che sia sufficientemente raffreddata, ma guai a mettere pi di 10 fogli. Anzi lavora bene mantenendosi un po’ sotto al limite su indicato. Prezzo elevato.
Easy to use quick to cut paper but emptying box can be a slight issue into large bags.
This shredder is a work horse, I had no overheating problems for a couple hours of work. I stopped using my old Brothers 12 page now due to constant overheating issues.

This company is the best! I had an issue with the first shredder I purchased and they replied to me within 24 hours and found a resolution. The shredder is very good quality. Not loud, which is what I need in a room with 3 people on phones. Would definitely purchase from this company again!

I bought this because we had a huge amount of sensitive documents to shred and I couldn’t find a mobile shredder in our area. I was a bit apprehensive as there were some less than positive reviews, but there were positive ones also. The item took a bit longer to get here than promised “due to weather”, but arrived in good condition, well packed. I didn’t try 18 sheets at a time, primarily because other reviewers cautioned not to. I usually did around 10-12. No issues with jamming or overheating at all. It is very quiet! I probably shredded 2 hours at a time and in two days filled up 8 1/2 33 gallon trash bags. It does have a small 6 Gallon receptacle which others complained about. It didn’t bother me. I just brought my 33 gallon garbage can in, lined it with garbage bag and dumped shredded paper in. Very little mess that way. The one thing I do not like is the difficulty in getting the receptacle seated properly. I found the best way was to snug it up against my knees and pull unit forward until it snapped in. Not sure if it is just this unit that has the issue or if they all are difficult. If there is a weak point this is it, otherwise great product! What did I do with all that shredded material? Found a neighbor who does shipping and he took it all! And another neighbor offered me a job shredding her stuff . I declined, love this shredder but don’t need another job
This shredder is excellent. I shredded 2 boxes of different grade paper and had no problem getting the job done. Everything in the description about this shredder is correct. Very glad I made this purchase. I have had 2 other shredders and never got the durability that I received from the Wolverine 18 Sheet shredder.
I was skeptical about it being quiet while running and how quickly it would shred paper etc. I am extremely pleased that it does what is advertised.
This shredder is powerful, easy to move and easy to empty. Pretty quiet compared to other shredders, especially when you consider how powerful it is.
We were nervous spending the money on this shredder but it has so far exceeded expectations. I shredded (3) 13 gal trash bags full and not even a hiccup!!
Performs exactly as stated. Really quiet. Easy to dump shredded paper. Only suggestion to improve this item is it should come with a bottle of lubricating oil to keep cutting blades sharp.

The shredder itself is amazing. Fast, efficient, quiet and can do large stacks of paper with ease. ALTHOUGH the Credit Card slot is pretty much worthless, it merely cuts it into 3 pieces ridiculousno security there. I guess you could run them through the paper shredder slot and destroy them properly.
Would have given 5 star, but clearly the credit card shred feature doesn’t work to destroy the card.

It has a nice slim design and looks great in my office and the white color fits in my office color scheme well. I am disappointed that the card slot does not shred but only cuts the cards into 2-3 pieces. It is quieter than my old shredder and I love the size and it is working great shredding 10 or more pages with no problems or overheating.
Loads quieter than the smaller units we used before. We haven’t had this nice looking unit for long but have done about 1500 sheets so far, up to 10 sheets of 80gsm paper at a time. Manufacturers state 18 sheets of thinner 70gsm but most of ours is 80gsm so quite understandably we can’t do as many sheets – no problem as is what you should logically expect. Unit is very sturdy and easy to move about thanks to its 4 small castor feet. We bought the white version and it looks good. Overall we’re really impressed and very happy we chose this model.

I love this shredder! It does a lot in one time! It doesn’t burn out! It’s small ! It works great. The cards it doesn’t really cut but I do that by hand but it really is great I approve and use it daily.
Seeing that I returned the first one, after a broken old shredder, but this one is quiet and perfect for my small office. The paper is demolished with no evidence of anything but shredded paper. I believe you will be happy with the produc
The first day I filled a very large trash bag with shredded paper. I work GREAT!
Compared to my last shredder, it’s like switching from an old Fiat Punto to a brand new Porsche Cayman. This beast can consume any amount of paper and keeps asking for more. The only (slight) disadvantage is that the bin is not as easily accessible as in my last model. But on the other hand it is way bigger so it balances out.
It shreds credit cards, hard cardboard, basically anything I throw at it – all without breaking a sweat. I love it!

I admit I passed the Amazon 30 day window when I finally got this opened to my office( totally my bad). The item indicates you have a 90 day warranty though with the company. Good luck getting a hold of anyone from Wolverine. I tried. I am down the cost of this device without ever using it. I tried every way to get this to work and followed Amazon tech support at least to assist but no luck. Beware when you consider this item for purchase or at least try it ASAP when you get to to see if it has power and actually works for use.

It is a good shredder. It is a good option that is similar to but not better than the Bonsii brand I really wanted. I was hoping that there was a way to keep the blade clean and lubricated like the Bonsii. Other than that, it runs great and does not over heat. Noise level is pretty quiet in comparison to other shredders. There are no safety features on this model and the bin fills up very quick.
Holds a lot of shredded paper and easy to clean out.
I love the small clippers that can do superb cutting. A job well done.

The 60 minute run time means it eats up the paper I am clearing outdated paperwork from my office (and there was tonnes) , my existing shredder which actually cost more when I bought it a few years back, had a 10 /15 minute run time then had to cool down for 20 minutes, was taking forever to get through it, but with the Wolverine it was all gone in a couple of sessions
Would definitely recommend if you have lots of shredding to get through or just want to do it quickly

Figured out it was a connector issue. Wiggling the cable would make it work sometimes. I had Contacted Manufacturer via Amazon website After a couple of notes and emails, Wolverine called me directly to have replacement sent And not to return the broken one
Alan from Wolverine was really great and sent a new Shredder within a week. The new one came is complete packaging. And working well. Thank you Wolverine for resolving the issue.

I bought the 18pages/ 60min Wolverine in great faith. However The Shredder stopped working pretty much right out right out of the box and since I opened the box after 30 days of purchase. Amazon cannot help me and I cannot get in touch with Wolverine manufacturer/ vendor. This has been over 3 weeks now and very frustrating as all my work is delayed
It would jam with 2-3 pages and then take me ~30mins o clear it/ re-try/ clear It’s a large and heavy mshredder to flip upside down and clear jams. The power cord has to be wiggled for shredder to work. Every 10secs. This is a faulty shredder and I cannot get any product support still.

Nice machine. Very quiet to use. Agree with other reviewers that it is comfy with a lot less sheets than the number specified. I was feeding perhaps six sheets at a time and it goes fine with that. Wouldn’t have liked to try the full eighteen sheets but doesn’t matter to me as long as I have a machine that fits the job and without to much noise

This shredder is the best I have found. It takes about 10 pieces of paper at a time without shutting down. One draw back is that it doesn’t cut up credit card into tiny pieces.
Love ti compared to my last Staples cross cut, LOUD, heavy duty piece of crap.

Is able to handle many papers compared to cheaper shredders. I like the pull-out collection bin and that it doesn’t need emptying as often as my previous shredder. Will have to use it more before commenting further.

Power light not working. I almost returned it until I decided to try it anyway.
There are also no instructions about what/when/how to lubricate the cutters, only a reference not to use an aerosol spray (lubricant). So I bought a bottle of Fellowes shredder lubricant, and as it turns out, that’s just regular canola (vegetable) oil. My previous cross cut shredder manual, a Fellowes unit, recommended lubricating after every bin dump, so that’s what I plan to do with this Wolverine unit.
The unit is much quieter than my previous Fellowes cross cut shredder which lasted a noble 11 years.
