    Great radiator. We have an office in a very old building with no gas, only electricity. We needed something that was energy efficient and could pump out some serious heat. This is perfect.

    This is an excellent product, especially when using the APP to control this. You can easily set up and control the radiator from the app. Temperature can rise quickly by this radiator. The item looks really beautiful.

    Had the heater for a month or so now, it was fairly easy to set up and connect to the wifi. Can set times it comes on and also prepare it for when you’re on your way home. Will be buying more to fill out the rest of the house.

    I like the slim design, not in the way in our garden bar . Connected to Wi-Fi . Heats up quickly , lovely and warm , overall a lovey heater.

    Heater was intially difficult to connect to Wi Fi but excellent help was received from the supplier and all working well. Also works with Alexa. Heater itself very good.

    Was hesitant when purchasing but this is a mighty heater. So easy to use with it being paired on the phone.

    It warms up the room with in 30 minutes approximately. I have 12/12ft living room and it has a draught issue but this heater still works really good in that room.

    Quick warps up the room

    Brilliant product. Much more efficient than the existing panel heater we had. However, the thermometer does not match the app so slightly annoying when adjusting the temp.

    I purchased this heater to replace a faulty heater. I was unable to connect to WiFi but this does not deter from using the heater. It is easy to use, I set the desired heat setting and the heater warmed up instantly. It automatically stops omitting heat when the room has reached the desired temperature – saving electricity. It looks very stylish and would fit into any home/office. I would highly recommend this heater.

    The product looks great and is pretty easy to setup once connected to the WiFi. Generates heat extremely quickly. We have a 20m2 garage conversion and on a cold day it heated the room up adequately with 30-45 minutes. So far so good!!

    Heater is absolutely brilliant, I have 3 of these now. Love the WiFi connectivity makes it easy to manage and program and warms the room really well. My house had other heaters installed previously that cost twice as much to run and produced 50% less heat. Would highly recommend

    Used in a well insulated office mostly with the ECO Mode, this works out nice and cost effective. If you’re not good with the tech side of things, adding the rad to the Wi-Fi could probably be fun, but luckily I know my way around these things and it was a doddle. Hanging the radiator takes a bit of time, but get someone with the right tools (tape measure, spirit level, drill and screwdriver) and its fairly straight forward Would definitely recommend.

    Very impressed with this product, easy to install and to operate with the smart life app. When I turned it on, I was very impressed with how quiet it is when it runs. There is basically no noise at all, but the heat output is really good. It turned a cold room in the comfiest of the house. It also has a very stylish look. Highly recommend this product!

    I researched and debated over this for a while but finally but the bullet when an offer price came up. I have not been disappointed! Very stylish looking , easy to use and great heat output. I have it in a converted garage 15 meter squared. Within half an hour it was more than comfortably warm at 20 degrees. Only time will tell how energy efficient it is but very impressed and would definitely recommend this product. Very sturdy and option to stand or mount on the wall. 🙂

    So we have been using this product for a little over a week. It heats the room up rapidly and the benefit is felt massively. It looks nice and has a very useful display. The app takes a little bit of time to get used to but once you have got your head around it, it is a great way to program the heater. It is pretty efficient and doesn’t add much to our electricity bill.
    Overall, great purchase and I would recommend to anyone!

    This heater is ace!

    It connects to your phone so you can set the temperature of the room remotely – including putting it into eco mode.

    It’s easy to install, easy to set up and easy to use.

    It looks great in the room too. Slimline and very modern.

    Great purchase b

    As you can see my dog really likes it hahah. I bought this out of desperation as my boiler broke and my insurance wouldn’t cover and had to wait five weeks for heating and hot water during snow storms. I bought cheaper first and wasted my money with useless little things. I then jumped in to this and was not disappointed. It heats up really quickly, and heats a large space no worries. It is easy to set up and use and the wifi option to control is fab so I can set timers and turn it on ready for coming home.
    Once my boiler is fixed I’ll be putting it in a less conspicuous place but I’m glad I have it now.
    It isn’t too bad on the electric either although what is cheap these days….

    Amazing heate

    I am really happy with this heater. We have it in the kitchen and it can heat the room really quickly. It is not so easy to understand all settings and remote control would be a massive bonus but you can connect it to Alexa or use it through the phone.
    I would pay attention to the size of the heater before buying because heater is dso efficient I could go for a smaller size(1000w). Great product, definitely would recommend!

    I was so impressed with the first heater I bought for the lounge that I bought a second one for the kitchen. Both rooms are 6.5m x 4m and these heaters raise temperatures in both rooms 5 degrees in under 20 minutes. Using the free Smart Life App these heaters can be controlled from a smart phone before you get out of bed or like I have just done, turned the heaters on and set individual temperatures from 500 miles away, before setting off from Scotland where we spent New Year on holiday. I shall be ordering another heater soon.

    I have a really long bedroom (ca. 7.75m x 2.79m / 25’5″ x 9’1″) and this is the only heater we have in that room – it’s more than enough, and heats up the room very quickly – very energy efficient as well, because it switches on and off depending on the temperature in the room and the temperature you set it for. Extremely convenient to control via the phone app, too, and the open window feature is ace, as sometimes I forget it’s on and open the window to air. It switches off by itself if it senses a fast temperature drop in the room.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Really powerful heater & energy efficie

    Golden Review Award: 11 From Our Users1 month of use review. This heater is to replace inefficient, aging electric storage heaters and after reading a lot of website and Amazon reviews I decided to purchase one of these to see if it would be up to the job. First of all it was delivered MUCH quicker than the original estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Unpacking was a breeze, fitted the floor mounted feet as I didn’t want to wall mount it until I knew I was happy with the performance. Downloaded the Tuya Smart Life app (you can use the generic Tuya app or the manufacturer app, which is identical but with their branding on it, I used the Tuya app as any updates will appear on that first). Connecting to my WiFi network was simple and literally took under a minute. The heat output from this is great, my rooms are quite small but they’re literally roasting hot within 5-10 minutes and controlling the heater is really simple using the app. I particularly like being able to turn it on (ahem!) remotely and set the temperature for me coming home. I’m now about to replace all my storage heaters with this as I’m extremely happy with it.

    I bought this to heat my log cabin office and am extremely pleased with it.

    It heats up my 36 m^3 space very well.

    There are sometimes slight pops and bangs as the heater warms up, but they are subdued and I don’t really notice them. I write this because some reviewers complain about the noise, but I have it right next to me as I go on calls etc., and it’s never an issue.

    With the wireless connection I have never had any issues, although it is 2.4 GHz only, so I did have to split my WiFi into dual band just for this product – everything else I have is 5 GHz.

    The app is okay. It’s usable and I didn’t have any issues figuring it out. It’s probably on a par with most of the central heating IoT apps I’ve seen. My main complaint with it is that the app doesn’t update to show the current temperature unless you interact with it (I turn the physical display on the heater on and off to force a refresh). Really it should refresh when you switch to it, or at the very least have a button. Another issue is that it doesn’t display clearly if you are in daily or weekly mode, so you have to double-check in another menu to make sure you aren’t leaving the heating on all night, if you’ve just turned it on for a quick heat blast outside of your program.

    Overall I am extremely happy with this product and would definitely recommend.

    I bought a couple of these for my flat. One in the bedroom & one in the lounge and not only have they enhanced the warmth of the rooms significantly, they have also cost me a lot less in energy. In fact, early inspection of my energy consumption suggests that I’m saving around 1-1.50 a day compared to my old oil-powered electric radiators. So these should pay for themselves over a couple of years. I found the app easy to use and I use the weekly program. Most of the time it’s on eco and then I have it on comfort for 4 or 5 hours a day. Makes it a lot easier to get out of bed on a cold morning when the room is nice and toasty. In terms of noise, they don’t make any noise most of the time, it’s just when it adjusts the temperature to suit the mode and it’s really quite insignificant. You can also turn off the temperature display on the heater if that bothers you. All in all, it’s a good solution if you’re looking to save on energy over the winter months, although I should point out that the oil-radiators we used to have were very old so most options would have been an upgrade, but I’m really pleased with these for the price.

    The Good Things; love that this has saved me so much energy. Especially keeping it at eco-friendly. The programming took quite sometime but after it was easy to setup with the functions and controlling from your phone.
    * Energy saving
    * Convenient
    * Attractive/Modern
    * Good source of heat
    * 24/7 function is great saving time switching it on and off

    The Bad Things; there are a few bad things I find on this. First installation was difficult because it had two hooks which you need to put 15cm apart and quite difficult to have levelled if you have a short leveller. Also there is clanking noise that is so loud when temperature changes. Which sometimes give you a little jump (scare) as it’s quite loud.
    * Difficult to wall mount
    * Loud
    * Takes time to heat as its dispersed through top so it all just goes to the ceiling.
    * It’s still fairly bulky
    * Settings is difficult on the control panel. Easier from the App.

    Summary: It’s a great piece of kit in terms of technology, energy saving, and modern look. It is having the patience to get it all setup, wall mounting and reading the guide throughly to set on the actual control panel. My biggest annoyance is the loud banging and clanking when it changes temperature. Luckily is just in the sitting room but sometimes you hear it in the bedroom and you think someone is in the other room.

    Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersFirstly unlike some peple I bought this to go in my Bicycle workshop to enable a fixed heater for insurance purposes. I went for a black finish as that will not show any grease marks.
    I could have gone for a white one but, this looks very slick and with WiFi you never need to touch it! Fab.
    1. Setting up.
    Okay this was not easy manually. Yes I could get the heater on and off and change the temperature but, setting up the timer was tricky. ANSWER. Get the WiFi version working.
    WIFI. Please note: You need to adjust your router to 2.5hz. If router is set to ‘Auto mode’ or set to ‘5hz ‘ you need to change it for the initial set up. Once done its brilliant. This was so simple to do, locate the heater using my iPhone App and away you go. I am in heaven now. This worked so well, so easy to set up wireless.
    I switched the Router back to Auto afterwards and all is well.
    Incidentally this is not unusual. I had to do the same for my new central heating wireless widget.
    Warme, please update.
    2. Heating.
    Wow this is truly amazing, quite running, super quick to heat up and actually having air coming out of the top and bottom is really comfortable whilst working. My feet are toasty now. I believe this is saving me a fortune in heating bills as it automatically knows when my workshop door is open and takes only seconds to heat up again. Running at 17 degrees sounds coldish but its perfect as its directing heat to my standing feet. Yummy.
    3. The build quality.
    Very well built, glass front feels safe and strong. Fixings worked really well. Note: I believe in a working environment and also households many insurances would be invalid if these heaters were free standing due to a fire risk. Having an option to wall fix or stand free is great.
    4. Value for money.
    No question, its great value. Looks and feels great in use and although pricier than some I think its efficiency will save in the long run.
    FINAL NOTE. Buy the WiFi one and set up that way.

    his is a really nice heater and looks very stylish and it doesn’t take to long to heat a room or garage.
    There is a couple of things I dislike about the smart feature.
    I don’t like the fact that you don’t know if the device is working when using the WiFi app turning it on. There is no light on the radiator and nothing other than a ambient temprature screen which is always there. Another small pointless feature is the clock as my display won’t always show that and in manual mode the child proof lock takes over and puts screen in standby. One more thing about the WiFi smart app is that the unit has a bit of a thing for frost mode so much so you feel pushed out if you want to use other heat setting such as eco mode comfort mode etc. Which gets very annoying. I would like to see a on off for frost mode and permanent clock or on off feature for that. Oh and you cannot select minutes for scheduling for on off temprature or running times this strangely is capped to hourly ratios.

    I will say that the smart feature is very good minor the above aside. Google picked it up and easily let me use my voice to control it. In the smartlife app you can set days and records and I believe heat settings and temperature for that day time week etc. I think with a update in future the above cons can be fixed and become a perfect radiator.
