Fitted this to my front UPVC door as existing had failed. Pretty straight forward instruction with plenty of fixing screws. I had some snagging on the keep when the rollers tried to run in the locking channels. I removed all “4” keep channels and refitted one at a time and adjusted individually to suite until all working correctly. Would definitely order this product again. Fast delivery also from the company.
Super easy to install having removed a very old/worn locking mechanism. Didn’t even follow the instructions, simply cut down the sections for the top/bottom hook mechs, offered up to the door and screwed into place. Door jambs needed minimal adjustment and existing frame holes required minimal elongation to accept top/bottom hooks. All in, took about forty five minutes to install.
Friend bought a pvcu door from a well known DIY retailer but the multipoint locking mechanism provided with the door was poor quality. Purchased this to replace it, easy to fit, good instructions, all necessary accessories provided. Took under an hour to complete changeover.

Bought this to repair my tenants door. Arrived on time and good quality. Unfortunately it was just slightly the wrong size which was not the fault of the manufacturer, it’s just there are loads of different types and makes. I returned it with no problems at all and was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again.

This was just the job. Instructions were clear, and the unit fitted into my uPVC door a treat.
A good replacement lock. This was used to replace the broken mechanism on a set of double upcv doors, everything is working fine, but need need a decent amount of adjustment to lock correctly (not to be blamed on the lock)
Initial impressions not great from the packaging – something that should probably be improved (all parts there, but barely given the damage to the box).
Instructions mostly good. Worth following. If using with upc doors, you may also need to adjust the hinges themselves on the door to get a good fit. e.g. You might notice the door closes, but you can’t lock the handle – the door might need moving towards the keep. I also needed to do a bit of adjustment with a saw to let the main latch go into the frame.
Very good replacement lock. Top end security. A bit fiddly to fit and adjust.
Superb door lock, no need to get a new door when you have this to buy.
Perfect. Tried changing just the handle gearbox but couldn’t get one to fit my existing door strip so I bit the bullet and bought this product and with the help of a couple of You Tube videos managed to fit it with out too much trouble.
Replace old lock,did the job but is not lock what you can do it by your self I had to call the lock smith out for fittings.
Came upon this product which matched all the dimensions etc. Delivered and fitted within 2 hours at a massive
saving over getting someone in or replacing the french doors. Had to fiddle with fitting the latch plate due to the
width of the door and found that removing the mushroom / roller keep plates and fitting and adjusting them one
at a time helped.
Cannot comment on longevity yet but being Yale and coming with a 10 year guarantee can’t envisage any issues.

This item replced my existing broken mechanism. It was simple to fit to the door in a few minutes and then a little time was spent adjusting it to get it working right.
End result was it worked better then the original one ever did and the whole job from start to finishe took less than an hour.
Its a bit expensive, but easy to install and adjust. Works like it should. I’m not a locksmith….just diy
Fitted in about 20 mins but took anothe 20 mins doing ‘minor ‘adjustments to the keep, which is what I expected. Overall a great product and saved me a lot of time trying to find original replaceme
Only problem i have is that the gearbox doesn’t lock from outside, it locks from inside without problems, but from outside it doesn’t lock with the key, i will try to contact the seller.

Update: I have changed the lock cylinder and this seems was the problem, it locks perfect from outside and inside without any problems
Used this lock unit to replace very old existing lock on front door. Took a few hours to install but satisfactory product when completed. Hope it lasts as long as the old lock. Recommend that the lock unit is installed by someone who is experienced in DIY.
The item was as described and easy to fit. Making it function properly required some time.
