Easy to assemble, but not sturdy enough.The foot rest supports bent and one snapped clean off. The cente console also started to split apart the more it was used. This happened over less than 3 weeks of use. Very disappointed as I had a good look on Amazon, comparing machines and the other reviews were very impressive for this model.
I didn’t expect it to be good as it was. Good and clear on build instructions. The machine works really well for a machine at this price. The only downside is that the display unit feels a bit cheap but having said that it works really well and the readout is clear and large enough to be read as you exercise

Delighted with this rower. Very compact yet still does the job. Just what I needed as it fits in the bedroom very unobtrusively. Straightforward to construct with clear instructions
The rowing maching generally sturdy and failry easy to assemble although the packaging is obviously bulky for something of this size.
My only real issue are the foot rest bolts which are impossible to fit with the included “spanner” and required a 19mm Socket & ratchet and even then they don’t screw fully into place. Zooming into the photos on here shows nice rounded heads whereas the supplied bolts are standard hexagons. This would have been a 5 star review without this problem and time will tell if it causes any issuses or not.
You have to put this together when you get it but this only takes minutes and is a simple matter of bolting the easily marked and simple to understand pieces together.
It’s made of a good strong steel and can handle up to 25 stone,(159kg)in weight, which is good. With a height restriction of about 7ft without having to contort in order push the seat back and pull the rowing handles.
The seat is pretty comfortable, even after having rowed a fair few miles in one sitting.
It has what is called a magnetic resistance which seems to make this much quieter than some rowing machines I’ve used, which is good, especially when using in a room above those watching BBC 4 downstairs. (other TV channels are available)

There’s a small shelf like holder on the top of the main body which is designed to put something like a tablet on so you can watch something whilst you’re rowing away, without getting anywhere.
This is great for most muscles in the body, upper arms — Biceps & Triceps — Stomach (core), shoulders and legs, which is most muscles in the body.
There are 8 levels of resistance going from easy like rowing yourself in a boat over the calming waters of Derwent water on a clear, blue-sky day. Up to a level akin to crossing the English channel from Dover to Calais during a hurricane swept sea blasting the saltiness of dripping sweat into your face.
These levels are chosen by simply turning the black dial on the front of the main body. The dial has the numbers etched around it showing how far to turn the dial in order to get the number setting you want.
The LCD screen isn’t filled with information you need a degree in mathematics to understand, you simply get the information you need your distance, time rowed, calories burnt, times pulled, and others using the large ‘Mode’ button to click through the options.
One good thing about this is that it folds into itself and has a couple of small wheels to help push this into a corner or cupboard without having to pick it up and carry it.
In all, if you like rowing but don’t want to get wet then this is ideal for you. It helps keeps you fit, build muscles and keep you fit, all whilst sitting down and binge-watching your favourite shows on you tablet.
I would recommend using a 19mm socket and ratchet as the multi tool is pretty much a chocolate fireguard. It works and fits what it needs to but it’s a bit of a faff to use.
The build quality for the price is very impressive, the whole machine has a very solid feel to it. I’m a large man and felt comfortable using this rowing machine (maybe this will help me slim down).
The seat is very comfortable, the handles have light padding (I would add some more for comfort), but. The feet rests are very large so would fit even the biggest of feet. The Monitor is basic but covers all you need. When not used the transportation wheels enables you to move it very easy and you can fold the long part up to reduce the amount of space it takes up when you are not using it.
Using this rowing machine is very quiet, this is down to the magnetic system which provides the resistance that and the 10lbs flywheel which gives several levels of resistance. I can use the rowing machine while watching TV which is perfect.

Received the machine earlier than expected. The instructions really are very clear. I also contact their customer service and they sent me the installation video, which is more clear for me. From start to finish, the process took me about 30 mins, with no cursing, no injury, and not a huge amount of stress. All the major components were top quality with an excellent finish. Really smooth and quiet! Top marks here
This exercise bike is one of the best purchases as we transition to the hybrid work model – really helps to clock in the daily exercise during meetings and the workday. Easy to assemble as well. Small and can fit under any desks.
I bought this machine for my dad because he loves to watch TV and now he can exercise and watch TV at the same time! He loves this gift!
