I have had my system 11 months now and had no problems at all until a couple weeks ago. One camera started dropping signal, I contacted Hiseeu and was put in touch with Jason. He quickly sorted the problem and sent me a new camera, customer service is very very good and the quality of the sytem is amazing for the price. I would definately reccomend this Camera System. Very pleased with the Hiseeu CCTV System it was so easy to setup picture quality very good its replacing my 7 year old wired system witch had fixed cameras . This CCTV has Pan Tilt and Zoom you can have up to ten cameras on this unit and will be adding a few more cameras
If your looking for a good cctv system for your home office or small business I would highly recommend this product. The picture quality is excellent at night its easy to set up its just plug and play. The only thing I would say is you have to have patience trying to get the correct angle for each camera. If you have any issues Jason at customer services is absolutely excellent just ping him a text and he is straight back with an answer to solve any questions. Can’t fault the customer service 5 star’s.
Good camera for the money, the resolution is good enough to recognise the faces and see the details. 1TB of storage is more than enough( approximately 2 months of stored data from 4 cameras). The only drawbacks to it is the camera angle of view could have been wider and the strength of the signal from the router to the cameras is also pretty weak. Overall it’s a good camera for the money and would recommend it.
The product is well made and good quality. Very easy to install and comes pre-configured. Jason was on hand to help with some of the questions I had when setting up the app. Very happy with it.

Quality bit of kit. Easy installation with good instructions. HD vision and colour is excellent and playback is easy once you get the hang of it. Very easy to link numerous devices to it after downloading the app. Linked my ipad and phone with no problems. Was worried about the range of the Wi-Fi but using my TP-LINK had no issues. Jason in tech support was great when I became slightly stuck during installation and question was answered promptly by e mail. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent cctv system.
When I first ordered these cameras I had my doubts that they would work; once I sent them up all doubts were gone. I have found them easy to use with the software which you get from app store or Google play. Unlike other cameras there is no need to pay for subscriptions as they save t

The System was easy to setup.The cameras was very easy to setup. The HD vision was excellent. The night vision in colour was very good.The play back facility was easy to operate.
I did my research and this is a fantastic system for the price and the quality is so good. I recommend downloading the app for your phone but also the desktop version and video player as I found this was the easiest way to download large amounts of CCTV. I have 4 cameras I’m definitely adding more to the collection.
Fantastic piece of kit for the money. The flexibilty of competely wireless cameras cannot be overstated. You think you might have the best position, but afterwards you find a better one and its a couple of screws and moved. I have the BT Home Hub 2 system and I’ve added 6 hub extenders which means my wifi extends to beyond 250m. This cameras connect seamlessly anywhere along the chain. I had a couple of questions before purchase and Jason at Hiseeu was quick to respond. All in all highly recommended. I live in a very rural location and we have had some burglaries in the area. This has given me a great deal of peace of mind for not much money. Can be set up from unboxing in less than half an hour.
Design of cameras are lovely very sleek. They are very well priced and easy to set up. Good instructions in the book. very clear images and good colour quality. The security motion detectors are very good.
My main concern at the time was my router was in another room from where my monitor was and and I did not want to hard wire the 2 together so I plugged in 2 of the TP-LINK 500MBPS and this worked well.
The receiver is very slim line.
Very impressed with this CCTV kit which includes 4xPTZ 3megapixel Cameras together with NVR and 1GB HDD included. The wireless cameras link effortlessly with the NVR and I had it set up in a matter of minutes. When I say wireless, I mean there is no cable required for Audio/Video. Great value for money, ideal for homes and small businesses. Highly recommended for anyone who has never tried setting up CCTV themselves.

Having fitted this system I was surprised of the quality of the CCTV system for the price and how easy it was to set up.
The customer service was brilliant when I had a question about certain items about the system.

The quality is perfect, as well as the playback, my Sister and Brother and myself can see the cameras on our phones and with having two way audio is a bonus.

Fantastic do not be put off
I purchased this Hiseeu CCTV system to replace our old system that was over 10 years old. It was very easy to install, just need to ensure you have a power sockets near to where you want to place the cameras. The wifi range is excellent, one of our cameras is a fair distance away from the NVR unit and goes through two walls, and still gives good signal, The daytime picture attached was a very dull dark cloudy day, but still a good image, the night time picture was in playback mode, night time image attached shows small areas of glare from security lighting. With security lights off the night time image is still great and covers a good range, the gates in the image are some 50 feet ( 18 metres ) from the camera. Replay of footage is easy and can be done on the NVR unit or remotely from anywhere using a smart phone or tablet/PC and the EseeCloud app.
Worth mentioning the after sales service from Hiseeu is excellent too. I am not technical minded on these type of things, so sent an email to the address given for support in the system kit to clarify a couple of points on the set up and operation. Justin replied very quickly and was really helpful.
All in all a great CCTV system for either home or business. Recommended.

It’s easy to use and the app allows remote viewing real time
I’ve added a bigger HDD and more PTZ camera’s, so easy to expand with additional cameras, you then just place where you want
Has built in repeater if there’s cameras out of range but the range is very good

Yes you could buy a system which is more expensive and maybe has a slightly higher picture quality but to be honest is shelling out another 200 on the top of this price worth it? Probably not.
Pretty easy installation. Wireless so not much in the way of messy wires except the power cables for each camera.
You can also use each camera as its own WiFi extender for those hard to reach WiFi areas in the house. This is something I suffer with purely due to the length of the house and double bricked ewardian design which kills WiFi signals.
I have waited until I have given this system a full road test before reviewing.
It does sometimes suffer with a bit of lag but I put this down to my terrible WiFi. Picture quality is good. When the camera goes into night vision mode, the camera outside displays a menacing red ring around the lens, a fantastic deterent.
Comes with a mobile app which can be used to look at the cameras, I have yet to figure out how to get alerts on my phone but this is simply down to me not giving it enough time to figure it out.
Additional cameras can be added as there are 8 slots available. 4 cameras provided which I think is spot on to give a decent coverage. I have 3 of the 4 outside. I have waited to see if rain would wreck these cameras but after 3 months it doesn’t appear to have caused any issues. I live in Cumbria so uts constantly wet so take this as a decent road test of being waterproof!
Overall its a decent system for a good price. You can read reviews and people will high both good and bad points. I fully expected for this to be terrible as its the cheaper end of the market…. I was wrong
I have fitted/helped to fit, more than one of these systems. Even when I have left the system with the customer? These people are not customers, they are friends/family, that want a cctv system, and come to me for advice and for assistance to install. I leave the system with them, tell them to set it up in a room inside, play with it, to get to know the system. Then I ask them where they want the cameras installing? A couple of customers have bypassed me and done the install themselves. That’s how simple these systems are.

1 slight issue but easily rectified – the signal it sends out to the cameras is huge and can interfere with normal WiFi in the home but a simple fix with a WiFi channel app you can separate the signals so there is no interference. Customer service is exemplary, quick response and will sort anything out. My disc needed replacing – all sorted via a few emails and able to help with rotating a signal with an additional camera within 1 day. I would recommend the product, additional camera if needed and the service provided.

Not often compelled to write reviews however spent many hours researching wifi CCTV systems. The are obviously better systems out there but the value for money with this package is outrageous. This is the 4th system I have had now. Unfortunately we have been visited several times by unwanted guests and we totally unaware as I turned the alerts off on previous systems due to the number of false alerts. It was only the fact neighbours told is we found the footage. Anyway on to this product. First the cameras are extremely well made and feel very solid. They take some brainpower to adjust them in to the right position using the three screws to rotate. They come with excellent fixings etc but you may need to ip55 rated water proof boxed to house any connections. I had previous holes to use for the power cable. I’m not great with heights but with the viewing angle the higher the better with these. It is VERY easy to set up. When you follow the instructions, don’t be tempted to skip. I really was surprised how is it was to navigate the system and set up once you get a feel for it. The repeater function works brilliantly but I did purchase a booster as one of my cameras skipped every now and again but it was really far away from the box and another camera. The booster has stopped this and it works flawlessly. The app set up was easy and you can playback, set up notifications, send footage etc. There is a huge amount of adjustment available and can take some time to fine tune to your exact requirements. You can edit out areas for plants etc to reduce false alarms. You still get some, but I don’t mind these as I tend to mute them through the day, stuff like a sudden change of contrast when the sun comes out, and birds wandering round my driveway etc. I have it set to medium, I could try low but I am happy for now. Spiders webs are the real issue for false activations but I am yet to find a solution to these. The customer service with Jason is probably the best I have come across with online purchases, due to the time zone difference the replies are overnight but I have never waited long for a response. This system came in to its own when it captured 4 lads on my driveway last week. I happened to be on nights and noticed the alert immediately and the Police were alerts quickly. In summary I think this system offers excellent value for money in terms of imagine quality, functionality and usability. You just need to take time to set it up to suit your needs and have some patience with it. I will be adding another one or two cameras at somepoint.
