I’m no CCTV expert but needed to replace our aging 10 year old system. Due to the excellent reviews I settled on this Hiseeu. Remembering back to fitting my previous system I wasn’t looking forward to the technical aspect of the installation but needen’t have worried! To initially test the system, from opening the box to having all 4 cameras working and recording took under 20 minutes, and that was with checking the contents, reading the (good) documentation and, most impressively, connecting the app on my mobile!
Picture quality is superb and the menu system intuitive, both locally and on the app.
For those concerned about distance and signal loss, all I can say is that out of curiosity I ran a 25m extension cable down the garden and powered up a camera. The camera was then approximately 40m from the NVR and had two brick walls to travel through. Signal was still showing at around 50% and there appeared to be no deterioration in picture or sound quality.

I bought and installed the system in Arlington my parents after a burglary. The support from the company was really really good and I had Jason a technician on standby through WhatsApp. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions before I bought the system. The cameras just needed power and then they linked up to the base box through Wi-Fi it was really easy to install and downloading the software to my iPhone and registering it was really easy to. So far it has worked really well and I can check on the cameras from England as I done in the video. My parents have it on their phone but as they’re older they generally check it directly on their TV which is really easy to use to HDMI lead and they also supply a mouse so they can click on whatever they want to see or hear. The night vision comes on automatically and is clear. I have it in standard mode as the quality is good enough the HD mode is even better. I’ve used the intercom system a couple of times and it’s worked okay. I did my research before buying the system and highly recommend it to anyone for the price and the product support you can’t go wrong . Thanks Jason for all your help and support 5*
I have not yet set these up on site but did set them up indoors just to check that they will operate. The result under those conditions was very good.
The picture quality was good, the ease of set up was good but I can’t comment on the night vision as I haven’t yet checked that.
Whenever I’ve had a query with the camera system, Jason has been very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any problems I’ve had.

These cameras are great, They have really great quality night vision also they provide excellent motion sensitivity. The cloud app is a great added feature that allows for you view you cctv and playback from anywhere is a mobile or tablet. The company also has a great after-sales service should anything go wrong this is known as I have recently had to use the after-sales service for a small issue that was resolved really quickly 5 stars all round from me.
Very easy to install. Would have helped if the compatible external junction box for these cameras was identified as an add on purchase with the system. Would have preferred 3 screw fixing as most cameras not 4. Penetration of wireless signal from camera outside house to control box only half as good as my old system, even with the additional antenna option. Sound quality on cameras not good.
Overall a this a very good camera setup for keeping an eye on your property. Cameras have a good picture and the nigh vision is actually better than I expected. Setup was very straight forward though i would suggest putting cameras in the area you intend to permanently want to put them with temp power so you can test connections to the NVR unit. Was literally Power up cams and the box and the Nvr and it connected the cameras automatically. Then just connect the NVr to your home internet and away you go. App for the phone/tablet to view cams when away from home is just ok. It works but can be temperamental. It would be nice to be able to log into the nvr from a laptop and view the same Ui as the nvr instead they have a cloud program that basically is rubbish. However i would still recommend the Hiseeu wireless system as a very good bit of security for your property ext.
I purchased this system because it is wireless and being disabled I could not run any cables, the system set up was relatively easy, I had an issue with one camera, but after getting intouch with there technical support team who are absolutely great, they took over remotely and found that I just needed to change the channel on said camera and it is now working great,
I am that impressed that I’m going to order a few more cameras so that I can have 100% coverage of the cul de sac a full five stars rating from me

I have the receiver in the loft and it connects to the cameras without a problem.
After about 6 weeks of no problem, the system developed a fault, which did not allow any playback. Used the email enquiry and found help to be 100% efficient, both info and speed. A new HDD was sent out to me and arrived the next day. Found fitting this to their instructions absolutely easy. Can only thank them for the support in all departments. They were very apologetic for the fault and dealt with it instantly.
I just like the hold of images and pic .sound very clear . Nite vision too very clear and easy to install.

although wireless they are not battery cameras and require power cables , really good system well built cameras and surprising wifi strength

The cameras are robust and easy to mount. The NVR recognises their signals very quickly on setup, and getting the system connected to your mobile was easy using the QR code. Day and night vision are both very clear. Recommended

Right away I noticed the quality of the camera pictures were a marked improvement on my old system. The NVR receiver found the cameras in seconds and the feed was steady and reliable. Night vision from these cameras is excellent again an improvement on my old system.

Great product. Easy to set up I had a slight issue with an extra thick wall in my house, contacted Hiseeu and got a WhatsApp call back from Jason who solved my problem in minutes. Great service.
I switched it all on before fitting anything and the whole system powered on without issue, and all the camera’s automatically paired themselves without intervention.
I have installed the first 4 camera’s and I am already impressed with the image quality. Included in the purchase price is a 1Tb Hard Disk (Already installed in NVR box). This gives weeks of storage even though it is set to monitor 24/7 and not (currently set) to trigger on movement.
The night vision is exceptional. Although night vision is in Black & White (a standard thing with IR Night Vision), the picture is excellent. The picture is like someone is shining a torch in the picture it is illuminated so well. Although, because it is Infrared lit, this is invisible to the naked eye.
One more benefit to this system is it’s ability for 2-way audio (talk & listen). This can be done from the mobile app easily at the press of a button. Another benefit of the smart device app is the ability to watch real-time in a tiled view, and also watch recorded events and save them to your smart device.
The NVR box itself is fully configurable, giving the ability to rename the channels, search for new camera’s, download files to USB in .avi format etc.
Only had it for a few months, so can’t say what it will be like for reliability, but the camera’s are all metal construction and feel really substantial and well made. All in all, if you’re thinking about this system, go for it!
Really easy to inbox and setup – a lot of auto config features and once you have power, network and hdmi plugged in you are good to go !

The equipment was really simple to set up. The description in the instruction manual was great. The quality of the cameras are awesome and with the remote app access it gives me instant notifications of motion activity. Their tech support team are brilliant I just needed a little support to get the NRV to work remotely. But that was my faul
Out of the box it doesn’t require any configuration to get going. I just plugged everything in and I could see my whole house.
Getting the app to work is a little more tricky. The link on the screen wasn’t right. You need to use the IP Prod app. but once you getting it working it’s great! not only can you see the cameras in real-time, you can also use the app to look back at past activations from anywhere. Brilliant!
I haven’t figured out how to connect the box to the wifi yet, it’s still connected via ethernet…but I believe it’s possible.
I’ve also managed to connect another camera that I already had to the system.
I did need to buy some longer cables to feed the power wires through the roof to a socket. but they’re 10GBP for a 10m wire. Which considering the price of the system I didn’t think was too big of an expense.
All in all, very happy.
Great picture quality, great to view through Your phone or tablet anywhere. Would recommend for the price over any other more expensive brands!
Customer care was outstanding I did have one camera I had problems with but a replacement was sent out to me within 48 hours and works wonderfully. I was kept informed all along the way and my happiness with the product was there 1st priority. I am happy to recommend this product for all ages and requirement needs it says and does it all you need for ease and peace of mind.

Incredibly easy to setup. Basically take it out of the box, plug it in, position cameras and switch them on – Its that easy. Picture quality excellent and the 2 way talk feature comes in handy too. The mobile app is really easy to use. If you want a CCTV system then this is the one for you. I have already recommended to friends who have since purchased this system too. The picture i have attached is only of 3 cqmeras as i haven’t been able to install the last camera due to some works im having done on my house.

Very good NVR system! Has built in wifi to connect to your router and the cameras, unlike some that only have WiFi for the camera to connect to! An then you need to plug in to your router this it better!
Picture quality it very good as you can see from the pictures. Night vision is also very good an works a long distance. Motion aleryto your phone actually work an can be set how you prefer in the NVR software! Very easy to setup an ad new cameras . I’ve added a PTZ Camera an all works great from the App and the NVR software!!

Purchased this to replace an older system. Really easy to se up. Great quality.
The camera system is good value , easy to install and set up. I have four cameras covering both the front and back of the house. A lot of dog thefts going on in lock down and the cameras give more security for my property. Any problems you have speak to Jason who gives a very good personal service.
It was actually alot better than I was expecting. Really easy to fit, all the cameras sync easily. The main DVR was alot easier to setup than the last one I did some 5 years ago. I will say I wasn’t sure whether or not the actual DVR could be connected by WIFI to the router or if it needed a ethernet cable as all the info I read online and even the instructions said a cable must be used, but there is a WIFI option and once that menu was found that was a doddle to setup. Really nice simple app IP PRO so you can then view the cameras in real time remotely on your phone or tablet. Added bonus of a MIC so you can even talk remotely to the cameras.
Nice system overall and outstanding value for money. I would definitely recommend band might even buy myself one for home.

Delivery was very fast (next day) and I was expecting to spend the day installing the system, however installation and setup was so easy. Firstly attach the screen and plug in the main unit, I then linked my phone to the system using the app, I then fitted the cameras and plugged them in, as I did this the picture appeared on the screen, I used the picture on the app on the phone to adjust the angle of the camera.
One of the cameras would not link with the system as it was too far away, in setup you can tell the network to use other cameras to act as a repeater just with a click of the mouse, no networking knowledge needed, the 4th camera then joined the team.
One difference between the listing and what happened was that in the listing it required connecting the system to the router with a cable but the system appears to have been updated and you can now connect to the network wirelessly
Overall this was very to install, very easy to setup, great picture, and value for money.

Great security system which was installed in 21/2 hours with all 4 cameras working straight out of the box. Cloud was easy to set up with QR codes supplied. All in all a great buy for the money which does exactly what I wanted. Perfect for home or small business. Night vision is far better than others I have seen and the picture quality make recognising intruders very easy.
It is easy to install just needing somewhere convenient to plug the camera transformers into to provide the 12v supply. Using the playback functions it is easy to see where there has been movement, which I required. Very pleased with the end result as able to monitor anywhere I have an internet connection. Video playback is a few clicks to select the day/time/camera to review and if required archived to a USB drive.
pictures are clear and all the features seem to be there once you master how to set it up, and that does take a little time. but now i understand it its very simple. phone app again is easy to set up and use. i got the 8ch 3mp wireless version. im using about 1gb of wifi a day but ive got it on the highest settings 24 /7 so could be that. you might need to have unlimited wifi. will be getting more cameras soon! you need to plug an audio cable into the machine if you want to listen via a screen but its something you can do on the phone app. comes with a mouse, a little small maybe but worked well. anyway a good all rounder.

I’m running this system on my 48″ tele. Absolutely clarity from cameras and so easy to set up. I did have a problem with a dodgy HDD but Jason at Hiseeu sorted it out and system now running great. Most reassuring to have a good after sales service. For the price paid I think it equals or betters some rather more expensive units. Well pleased.

Absolutely brilliant, one of the easiest systems to set up just plug in the master box and connect to the monitor then as you locate the cameras and turn them on they all connect automatically and pop up on the screen, then download the app and setup most definitely the easiest system by far that I have purchased installed and setup especially as this one is for me I will most definitely add extra cameras later.

I’m always wary of wifi connected devices like this CCTV system. Living in an old building, where hard wires are a nightmare, wifi is often the only solution. But this system connected with out too much fuss in an afternoon, and is working fine.

The Hiseeu Wireless security system arrived the day after I ordered it from Amazon, It looks great and works a treat. It was very easy to set up with the plug and play feature and the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this system to anyone who wants a system that is simple to set up and install.
Easy setup good picture and night vision caught a local badger passing by so we know what’s knocking plant pots over now.
I’m very please with the system. Setup is very simple. The cameras only need a power supply so as long as they are mounted near a socket then the rest is wireless. Good image quality in the day and at night. The app is really handy on our phones too, we had to connect the nvr through a wired Internet connection to get it fully working on the mobile app but that was easy to do.

Unfortunately we had an issue with our hard drive however they offered us support and complete replacement which was extremely prompt on delivery. communication is very prompt and efficient. This Hiseeu camera is really good quality to meet my needs. HD picture looks great. Its easy to install however i done with handyman because of high roof. I definitely recommend this product if anyone needs of CCTV .
The instalation is pitty easy.
But setting all the different features and the app takes a little sorting out.
But definitely doable.
I downloaded the app Eseecloud that comes with the instructions, Works absolutely brilliantly on my Mobile and iPad and Whilst i was way recently i was able to view the cameras, take recording and camera shots.
Its not very often i recommend anything to anyone but i am making the exception with this one it is not to missed and i would most certainly recommend this product to anyone.
