My husband works from home and we needed a better internet connection at home. This wireless extender are perfect for a big house and a big family. The internet connection works a lot better now, very easy to assemble and to install. Compact and durable material. Now everyone have a great connection at the same time.

200m range using good indoor antennas as a pair on the 5.8GHz band. 4K HD transmission which is very high quality and worth every penny of its price. 4K @ 30 Hz and offers a loop out so local display is possible. I really like the remote IR extender feature which returns the 20 to 60KHz IR signal back to the TV monitor, projector etc. This product is very well designed reflected by seemless integration of complex setups made effortlessly and without complex menu options/ configuration pages. It truly is plug and play. Handling all the complexity from you, you just pick the location of the extenders and plug the HDMI cables in and tge power supplies. Truly is that simple. These are complex well manufactured u its and highly recommended, Andrew

I have installed two of these devices for friends who both live in the same development as I do. In both cases the aerial outlets installed by the developers were not situated close to where the owners wanted to install their TV and moving the outlets would be difficult and expensive as the buildings we are in are Grade 2 listed. In the first case the TV and the outlet were on different walls within a large living room and the unit was used to connect a Freeview Receiver to the TV. The installation was straightforward and because all was in the same room it was not necessary to use the infra red link. The only problem so far has been that the link suddenly stopped working and after a lot of plugging and unplugging cables the cure was the old chestnut of powering off the HDMI receiver and powering it back on again! In the second case we needed to transmit from an aerial outlet in an upstairs bedroom to another bedroom on the same level that was to be used as a snug. This time it was a Freesat recorder connecting to a TV. I had enormous problems with the first unit that was delivered and could not get any picture at all on the TV. After installing the units in my own home within the same room with no success either I came to the conclusion that one of the units was faulty. I returned the units, reordered and got the replacement units working quickly including the infra red remote connection. As I said in my headline the leaflet that comes with the units is very sketchy, if the connection is not working a diagram appears on the TV screen but there is no explanation of what the various elements of the diagram mean. For example it includes two measures of signal strength but doesn’t make it clear that one is actual and that the receiver is actually picking up a signal from the transmitter unit.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersI used these 4K wireless HDMI extenders between my pc and my projector on a short and long-distance, and the results were amazing. The received signal was excellent, the image was crystal clear, the delay from transmission to reception was not very noticeable, and the sound was great, but only when used in open space without obstructions or
walls and keeping the doors open all the time. The receiver and transmitter quality seem to be very good, but the antennas look cheap. If the walls obstruct the signal, or the receiver is located downstairs, and the transmitter is on the first floor, then the signal is not very good, and the image quality is a big disappointment. I do recommend these 4K wireless HDMI extenders for home use, offices, schools, and many other businesses, but for best performance, they should be used in open spaces and avoid obstructions as much as possible.

Excellent performance if the signal is not obstructed

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersInside the box you get a wireless HDMI transmitter, HDMI receiver, four antennas, two EU plugs, two UK to EU plug adapters and the IR sender and receiver. I do wish they had just included standard UK plugs, but it should be easy enough to find suitable replacements, and I personally had some old ones lying around that work just fine. The ones that come with the product do of course work, but with the adapter and EU plug it gets bulkier than I would like for the price of this product. Paying close to 200 for a product should at the very least have dedicated plugs for the market it is being sold in. There are also no provided HDMI cables, so you may end up needing to purchase some to get this up and running if you don’t have any spare cables.

There are no included paper instructions, though the setup and use of these is practically just plug and play, so I had no issues getting them up and running. There is an online video manual and also a PDF manual if you happen to have issues or get stuck, access to them is via a provided QR code on a small slip of paper inside the box.

Setup is easy enough once you’ve attached the antennas, just power both units and then press the pair button to pair the two together and supply an HDMI input to the transmitter and then link the receiver device with your TV or projector. If you need to send an IR signal you can also plug in the 3.5 mm based IR signal sender and receiver and then your remote will work from the receiver end of the HDMI extender. You can also use the loopback output on the transmitter so that someone can view the same output in the original location and the other room with the receiver can also view the same output.

In a normal house sending the signal from the living room to a bedroom doesn’t seem to show any degradation of video quality or audio, the introduced lag is almost imperceivable and is well within what you would expect for a wireless extender. As a bit of a test I decided to try out sending the HDMI output of my Nintendo Switch to another room and was able to play switch games quite comfortably without any major indication of delay, there was a little which is to be expected, but no worse than say playing an online game with 50 or 60 ping. Depending on distance, usage and building construction you may have better or worse performance, but I was surprised by this honestly. The unit is happily able to pipe 4k content around my house and regardless of where I tested it out the result was always the same, a nice picture with clean audio and very little delay.

The build quality is fine, both units are made from metal and feel quite sturdy. I do wish that the transmitter and receiver had a method for wall mounting them, as they look ideal for hiding away behind a TV or unit, but there is no provided method for mounting unfortunately. The product listing also shows using extension cables with the antennas and mounting them closer to each other to reduce the odds of interference, but there are no provided cables for doing this in the box.

Overall this is a good product that works well, it’s expensive for sure, but a high quality wireless HDMI extender will always cost a good bit of money. This product regularly has coupons and price dips and can be had for anything between 169-200. If you are in the market for an HDMI extender, this is an option for anything up to 4K@30hz.

Good quality HDMI wireless extenders. Easy to set up and good range without loss of picture quality.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI ordered this to be able to stream audio and video from any of several devices that I have in my living room and then to watch them in my bedroom, I do have a FireStick 4K in my bedroom but sometimes I want to watch a recording from my TV recorder and videos from my Shield TV unit which are not on the fireStick.
On opening, this comes with everything required to set the wifi streaming up between two rooms and the main units look to be of a good quality. Along with the two units comes two power adapters which have continental plugs fitted however there are adapters supplied for UK 3 pin sockets, these are a little bulky but they do the job. Also supplied is a magic eye unit for using an infrared remote control in a different room to the device and four aerials that attach to the sender and receiver units, these aerials even match those on my Asus AX11000 router, so that pleases my OCD, lol.
Setting these up was very straight forward and I had them up and running in about 20 minutes. I attached the transmitter to my HD recorder and the receiver to my bedroom TV, the little magic eye I stuck to the side of the TV so that the remote controller could see it in an unobstructed line.
I then turned the recorder on from my bedroom using the remote which worked without an issue and then once I had the correct input selected on the bedroom TV the video and sound came through clearly and was in total sync with each other.
I have only tried this with 1080p and 720p as thats how my HD recorder works but the video at those levels was lovely and clear. I have a fairly high end wifi setup in my home with a great router and two mesh nodes but every now and then I did still get some artefacts on the picture and a little crackling on the sound but that cleared up as quickly as it started and it only happened a few times during a two hour film. This might be down to the shear amount of devices that are on my network so I intend to put this HDMI wifi kit onto its own VLAN to see if that makes it more reliable but I just haven’t had the time to set that up yet.
On the whole this kit works surprisingly well and much, much, much better than a similar set that I had tried and returned several years ago. I would have preferred the power supply to have had UK 3 pin plugs but they can be changed or rewired at some point in the future. Time will tell as to how reliable this kit will be but so far so good and it’s still working well after three weeks of nightly use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis 4k wireless HDMI extender comes in a nicely presented box. Inside the box, you will find 2x base units, 2x power supplies, 2x European to UK plug converters, 4x aerials, and 2x IR blasters. The power supplies are standard European power supplies with the two prongs so the included adapters must be used for it work in a UK plug socket.

The base units themselves are lightweight and are easy to set up. You use one of them as the sender unit and the other as the receiver. You just connect the sender unit to your source, in my case my PC, via HDMI and plug in the power supply. You also do the same with the receiver unit and plug your HDMI cable into the receiver unit, in my case was a TV in the shed.

You also need to have a fair bit of space for them too as once setup, they are quite big due to the antenna. You can adjust the angle of them, but they will be spread out so don’t have a small footprint.

Using them and they do exactly what they say they do. Mine were going through an old house wall, 12 metres down the garden and through a new build with insulated walls and the picture came through with no problems. I couldn’t see any degradation with the picture and there were no problems with the sound. I was only using the PC on the desktop and tried a couple of movies and it all seemed fine. I tried a couple of games and there was a slight input lag, but I don’t think this unit is intended for gaming since it maxes out at 30hz.

Moving the receiver unit to a different TV was easy enough by unplugging it from the wall and disconnecting the HDMI cable and reconnecting the cables to a different TV. There were no settings to change, and the picture came through straight away. There was a little less lag while gaming, so the distance and strength of the signal do impact the performance of the units, but I think I was really pushing it with my first test down the shed.

In conclusion, this kit is an easy way to send a signal to a different room over a distance. You could use a longer HDMI cable, which would be cheaper, but there is a limitation on how long a HDMI cable can be before degradation occurs and this kit is a good solution to that. The included RF blaster will also be beneficial if this is going to be used with a TV box

It is easy to install, but the interval should not be too long. If there is a wall, the signal will be weakened and the picture quality is OK, but it cannot reach 4k. Reverberation often appears. I don’t know how to solve this problem!

I got these as I was very hopeful that it would be able to transmit from my virgin box in the lounge up to my bedroom. The wireless transmission does work excellently but each wall it goes through reduces the signal. Unfortunately for me the the amount and thickness of the wall stopped the wireless being 100%. I instead switched to network cable wired and it was again again perfect. The signal is perfect on the receiver and audio and picture are perfectly in sync.

Worth a try, but depending on distance and materials used in construction of your house, the wireless may not work. In more modern houses, it will likely be more successful as the interior construction is far more light weight.

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersThis set is in reality replacing a long HDMI lead. There may be cases where it’s impractical to have a physical connection, and that’s where this comes in.

You get a simple transmitter that you plug your video source into, and then use the pass-through port to go to your usual monitor (if required). Once plugged in it will transmit the video signal.

The receiver just plugs into a second or remote monitor via HDMI and the video is relayed to that in what I can only describe as perfect clarity, with no lag.

You get a small I.R. receiver and transmitter too, and if the transmitter is pointing at your source device (such as a Sky box) then the remote can be used at the other end to pass the signal back. It’s all well and good having a remote video, but being able to control it too is key.

I’ve used this to send signals to my projector that I sometimes set up at the end of the garden. From the T.V. in the lounge it goes through an outside wall and goes a good 100ft (33m) to the projector, with no issues at all.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersLittle disappointed no instructions ( so you have to refer to order page) bearing in mind the price point is 199. It does come with a QR code but nothing beats having a visual guide to read at your own pace.
They don’t seem to be made for the British market as they come wired with a two pin plug so you need to use the adapter plugs which are included. Make the wall socket a bit chunky.
Once you have followed the instruction which are relatively easy to follow little patient and your all good and they really do work Petty good.
Reception is good and picture quality is ok question 4K but very happy with.
Dropped a star due to the lack of instructions.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersUsing these gave me good results in terms of high definition steaming at 4k resolution. I found no problems with it and it connected really well from my laptop to my TV for good quality streaming as my TV Supports 4k resolution. The extender itself feels alright as the design is flat instead of being thick which is nice as it would avoid it from not being able to fit into tight spaces; yet there can be some latency problem at times when connected and may drop out some times but so far it is doing well for me. I also like how cost effective compared to other markets that are really pricey, so I’m happy with the pricing as well. overall, had no problems with streaming and the cables itself, works perfectly good!

Golden Review Award: 30 From Our UsersA really helpful device for those who don’t love to see cables hanging.
It’s been quite easy to install, however it will need some space for each device as it’s not really compact and flat so it wanted to keep it behind the TV on the wall or something, it’s going to be a bit hard to find space for it. It’s not huge, but in my case I had to think how to hide it better.
Picture quality didn’t differ from one transmitted by wired connection, even through a wall and also with both devices in the same room so I have to say that signal is transmitted and received very well.
I’d love to try another one for 4K HDR but so far this one is very good, good enough for FHD.
Price is fair, hopefully devices will work for a long period of time, to make it more price worth.
I’m happy with it, no wires hanging, good picture quality and everything goes well.

I spent a long time reading reviews of HDMI senders, and it felt like there were no reliable options out there that didn’t cost a fortune. I didn’t have high hopes for this, but it worked really well. It worked right away. I plugged a Freeview box into the sender and connected the receiver to an HDMI mixer that feeds into my projector, which is on the other side of the room to the Freeview box.

I noticed that a lot of reviews for other HDMI senders say that they are extremely sensitive to positioning and don’t work with any obstacle at all – even just standing between the two boxes. I’m happy to say that this one doesn’t seem to show any such issues. I see no effect on the signal if I stand between the two boxes, hide one box behind an old TV, or even move them around the room while they’re in use.

I knocked off one star from the overall rating because this still feels quite expensive as a way of replacing a single cable.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersPREMESSA

    – 1 x trasmettitore HDMI;
    – 1 x ricevitore HDMI;
    – 4 x antenne da montare al ricevitore e trasmettitore;
    – 1 x cavo IR per il trasmettitore;
    – 1 x cavo IR per il ricevitore;
    – 2 x alimentatori a muro;
    – 2 x cavi per estendere l’antenna.
    – 1 x foglietto con codice QR per scaricare la guida (solo in inglese, giapponese e cinese)

    CARATTERISTICHE, INSTALLAZIONE E MIE IMPRESSIONI

All good apart from it drops audio signal after every half hour or so. Just need to switch off and on the sky box.
Its a little hassle but I guess we can live with it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDas Set ist sehr schnell installiert und einsatzbereit.

L’utilizzo davvero semplice, cos per come servono a me.

    Bene

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThis plug-and-play wireless HDMI extender provides a solution to so many problems caused by the distance between the input and output device. With live streaming of events becoming more and more popular and necessary (thanks to the pandemic), this product gives you greater flexibility where to position the USB HD webcam, whereas before it had to be reasonably close to the laptop or PC. Everything works perfectly and smoothly. I don’t know if the image transmitted is as lossless as the manufacturer claim but it looks good enough for my purposes. Yes, it is on the expensive side but if you are looking for an HDMI extender that works, this is one to consider.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersHier meine Testergebnisse:

    lunga gittata chiara e cristallina

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersExtender wireless per segnale hdmi offertoni dal programma Vine.
