Outstanding colour night vision and excellent vision quality.
Zoom is very good.
Motion detection is much too sensitive as it responds to the slightest movement even being triggered by insects or rain so I do not use motion detection.
Brilliant App that you download onto your smart phone via Playstore. You can view through the camera and move the camera around to where you need to view via the app.
We have had extremely helpful support from the customer service team at Hiseeu especially Jason who has helped us when my husband changed his phone and was unable to get the app working again. Very efficient and friendly. Cant thank them enough.
Really recommend buying this camera system. We are considering buying some more camera’s to add down the side of the house and front of the house to give us 360 degrees of viewing.

I finally got around to fitting it to my garage .very easy to fit although I did have to get a third party junction box as Hiseeu could not supply one . Easy to connect to me NVR but I still can’t get it to connect to the easecloud app. UPDATE I finally got it to work with the eseecloud app both on my Iphone and on my PC .No one told me to connect it to my wifi route
I purchased this camera to add to my NVR kit and it’s a great addition. It’s got practically 360 adjustable viewing direct from the App and the NVR. Good high quality picture at day or night. Very pleased
Does exactly as it says on the tin. Only improvement I would make is that the ir light is slightly too focused leading to quite bad tunnel vision when you zoom right out.

I was skeptical about this item being as good and as clear as some of the more expensive ones but for a fraction of the price you get the same quality. The build feels solid and was so easy to set up and use. Very user friendly and simple. The zoom feature is great as it automatically adjust to give a clear picture. Comes with a 5 metre extension that I ran into my loft and powered from a socket i fitted up there. I have added an ip rated junction box to all my cameras to keep the connections clean and free from water. It paired well with my existing sytem from Hiseeu (PTZ CAMERA AND NVR). Would definitely recomment.
Great camera worked well for about 6 months then memory card became corrupted and had to keep formatting it then the camera sorted up and would no longer move but video still works and detection like a fixed camera But still zooms and alerts just doesn’t pan around as it should anymore
As I ordered this 30x optical zoom CCTV camera, I thought it will be relatively small like all others, but, oh boy! This is a PRO camera that should be used for filming industry and I LOVE it!!! It is very well built, great 3Mp video quality and a breeze to pair with your existing Hiseeu wireless system (I didn’t check as alone, via App through modem, but I saw the simple manual instructions). I’m very happy and highly recommend it, especially if you want a PRO product!
After having some problems initially I was in contact with Jason who provided me outstanding customer service and managed to solve my initial issues. Now everything is pretty much spot on. What can I now say about the camera. Firstly Amazing picture quality, Superb zoom at 30x. Optical, it has motion tracking with auto zoom that zooms into the subject, follows any motion. I wouldn’t however recommend using this camera from the inside of a window tho as unable to turn the IR lights off permanently which will cause a reflection and unable to see a picture. Outside tho which is this cameras purpose night vision works great. In order to using motion tracking, auto zoom and cruise functions please look at the code section at the back of the instruction book, it also. tells you about this in the listing. Please Note [Transfer] in the book now refers to [Goto] button (you will understand this when looking at the codes and the app). Top Marks to Jason, outstanding help and advise. Love the night vision my adt camera isn’t as good
This camera is well worth the money I’ve paid. I can’t fault it. The night vision is amazing. I’m able to read vehicle number plates from over 100 yards. Replay is very easy, and with a 128g sd card it will record over a months worth of viewing before it starts to overwrite. I can’t find anything negative to say about this camera. Now I come to after sales service. I am very impressed with this. When I’ve contacted them, even with a minor issue, I’ve had an immediate helpful response from Jason. I am totally satisfied in all respects.
I would strongly recommend make the antenna removable instead of fixed. It would provide much extensible signal range.
Cannot fault this camera, does everything it says. Easy to setup and straight forward app. Customer service is brilliant, also responds within 24 hours and has a solution.
I bought this camera to keep an eye on our French holiday home, as Brexit has forced us to spend less time there due to the stupid 90 day rule. So, I thought I would set it up at home first to get used to using it and to get familiar with the various settings. I must say that I was very impressed with how easy it all was to install the app on my phone, connect it to our WIFI and to get it all set up, had it all working in 20 minutes. It is a very clever piece of electronic engineering for the price and packed with great features, I can’t imagine how much this would have cost a few years ago…probably more that I could afford for such a smart camera with only half of the functions. At night, its amazing to see just what visits your garden whilst you are blissfully unaware of the dramas happening…cats, rabbits and herons for starters. The only downside so far is that it is a bit sensitive in the motion detection department, even on the lowest sensitivity setting it spends a lot of time alerting me to vegetation flapping in the wind. Apart from that, and the spider who insists on building a web in front of the lens every night and sending the camera into apoplexy, I am thoroughly satisfied with this camera and would recommend it for those who need to keep an eye on things when they are absent. Can’t wait to get it set up in France to see what happens when we aren’t around.
I bought this camera to monitor my vehicles, cats and the local scallys and for this it has been great. It is mounted on the fascia so I can see the front drive and the side of my house (although the side has limited range as stated below) and is backed up by a second pan and tilt 1080p Yi home camera.
What I like:
Picture quality is great in the day and passable at night.
What I dislike:
No app for windows (unlike Yi) as I use a pc for 12 hours a day so an app is easier to access.
The cables coming from it are ludicrously short and you cannot disconnect the cables you don’t need – like LAN – which means whatever breakout box you buy will have to have 3 thick connectors pushed through any glands (unless you groove 3 notches out the top edge of the box with a drill bit a little bit smaller diameter than the cable, so when you close the lid with the cable in the groove it seals it)
I also don’t like that the only barrier between the internal electronics is a terribly fitting piece of foam that is supposed to seal and cushion when it is screwed down (but doesn’t do a great job)
The 5x zoom which is pretty much useless as towards the edge of its limit it starts to pixelate the picture.
Lastly this isn’t anywhere near 360d as it’s more like 300d as it can’t do a full rotation.
All in all I’d rather be with it than without it but I wish I’d ponied up for the 30x zoom version as the 5X on the one I have is pretty useless.
Got this to go with the Hiseeu Wireless nvr System with 4 camera’s very nice camera the Ptz 5x Optical Zoom is great very easy to add to the nvr and the customer service is excellent they answered all my emails very fast the zoom on this camera is fantastic look at the pictures really glad i got this
The set is very easy, it took me less that 2 min to add it to my other system and the image and video are a amazing

Great camera with all the great features needed for home security, full remote access livestream and control, with two way audio, and a microphone that can pick up the ring of workman’s tools 60ft away clearly.
Can run standalone or easily paired to a DVR/NVR with minimal problems, 5x optical zoom is great to have just in case too. And it Will automatically track people around its viewable area and even follows my car to the end of the street clear as day.

Highly recommend this as an expansion to your system or just as a standalone camera. With a dome the size of my head the presence the camera has is strong and the floodlights are almost blinding in the night. With a very loud siren too that will drive away someone sneaking around
Easy to set up but connected via both wi-fi and cat5 cable but don’t know which of the connections are operating at any time.
OK here we go. At first the camera worked flawlessly for a while then just stopped working. Kept disconnecting and restarting. It was past the return date so I contacted the company. Immediately they sent put a replacement but when it arrived it was already damaged through no fault of theirs. They sent out yet another replacement which now works absolutely perfect. I have now ordered another camera from them to go on the other side of my house knowing that if I have any problems at all they will sort them out quickly and efficiently. Best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. As for the functions….Crystal clear images; excellent night vision and awesome motion tracking. May I suggest you connect it with an ethernet cable for excellent app control.
I am very happy with the camera. The 30x Optical Zoom is great for picking up number plates. I love the fact that you can view remotely by eseecloud app. I also like the fact that the app is available on windows so I can view on my PC. Group function is brilliant for viewing my 4 cameras at once. Customer service is excellent by both email and WhatsApp I have used both. My system is connected by Lan connections and works really well. Again the App is very good and easy to share cameras with family members. I love the fact you can select which features of the cameras you wish to share. Very happy customer.
Brilliant camera we upgraded to the 5x zoom after having the 2mp ones the video and sound are so clear even in night vision mode and even better when the camera light comes on turns darkness in to daylight .the 2 way audio is also great to let people know were to put parcels ect and so easy to use and check on the house from the phone and at a amazing price you can’t buy better and super fast delivery 5 stars and other family members have now also brough
I recently bought the HiSeeU “NVR Kit – 8WK-4HBC23-1T-UK” 4 camera wireless security camera system and decided that I would add the HiSeeU 5x optical zoom (model WHD602Z), in order to have a zoom facility.
The WiFi system is so much easier to setup than my three previous wired security systems, requiring only a small power plug to each camera. The WiFi signal from cameras in the rooms around the house is good with no reception issues. The 5x zoom WHD602Z camera comes with a 5mtr power lead extension and a short R45 network cable if needed during setup. It also includes wall plugs and screws for fitting if required.
Once again I found that the new camera was quickly and easily recognised wirelessly by the HiSeeU NVR by simply selecting “add camera” from the operating menu on the NVR and then pressing the reset button on the camera itself. Once the system detects the new camera a voice from the camera “tells you” that all is working. This takes about 30 secs in total.
The 5 times magnification on the zoom enables me to see detail when required. The focus is automatic but it can be manually adjusted.
The camera is set up inside the house so it is looking through double glazing and it works without any problem. I have set it so the camera works in “daylight mode” during the nightime allowing me to see through the window’s double glazing at night without the infrared or LED glare that would ordinarily be reflected back when setup behind glass. The immediate area outside my house is lit by a single street light so it isn’t totally dark, even so the night images are really good and in colour, albeit muted. If the camera was to be mounted on an outside wall it could be set to use the built-in “white” illuminating LEDs (full colour mode) when detecting movement or infrared LEDs (black and white mode) or the intelligent system. The camera’s view position (pan, tilt) can be stored with a number of saved position settings and moves very quickly between each one when required. The camera also works via my iPhone using their free app which allows remote viewing and control of all the cameras on my NVR system including playback of any recorded events when I’m away from home. The system displays via HDMI on my Samsung TV giving a large view of the cameras’ images.
I was initially dubious about buying a WiFi based system but the HiSeeU setup has been a very good experience. All areas of my property are now covered to help identify any unwanted intruders (and a few badgers!). Help is always available from HiSeeU and in my experience any queries are quickly replied to.
I am very pleased with the camera.
I wanted to add an additional camera to my existing wireless Hiseeu system because i needed to have a PTZ to cover a larger area. For the price this is a great camera and the movement is smooth with a great zoom function at x5 which works great.
The best thing is i added this additional camera in 5 seconds from the Quick guide and my NVR recognised is straight away, i now have a great 6 channel working system that i can control from home with 2 way voice communication and Alarm feature to deter any intruders.
I bought this PTZ camera to work with our NVR from the same company. Adding this to the NVR as an additional wireless camera was extremely easy, following the instructions on the included paperwork.
Picture quality is very good and clear in HD on both the NVR and on iPad/iPhone, the Pan and Tilt works well. Zoom works well when using from the NVR’s screen and controls, but using the EseeCloud app on my iPhone I could not locate the zoom controls all the time. This seems to be a software issue with the iPhone app, not the camera.
From what I tested of the motion detection it works, but as this is not something we would use, I didn’t really spend much time on this.
Overall this is a very good camera for the price. We had a wired PTZ camera on a previous system, and things have really moved on – this modern one is far superior to what was available even just five years ago.
I had a low quality solar powered camera that I replaced with this one.
This is much better quality and has great colour night vision.
It can be a bit tricky to set up with your WiFi but once you know how then it’s simple.
Great long power cable extension included.
Only requires a 10mm hole drilled through the wall and no other wires need connecting.
I used a little square waterproof junction box to put the wires in just to keep them out of the way and protect them from the weather.
The best app to use is called IP Pro which is free to use and you can add a number of cameras. You can view live stream from the camera as well as review all recorded footage.
This can record 24 hours a day and mark the timeliness where it detects motion or just record motion only.
You cannot buy a cloud subscription though but using a micro SD card works perfect.
If you find you can’t get audio on playing back recordings. Delete then re add the camera to the app and format memory card.
This item is so much better than expected! Night vision is monochrome until it detects movement then changes to full colour. Night vision range is one of the better ones on the market, a lot better than other cameras I’ve tried. The 5x zoom is perfect zooming into car number plates or the wildlife. Installation is easy, it has the bonus of a SD card slot to record onto.
The Camera was really easy to install and the mobile software connected straight away without keeping you hanging, which good as soon as you are notified of any movement, you can connect straight away. The human tracking is a good feature as it makes people think that you are there watching them as it follows them around. All in all a good camera with excellent features that work and easy to operate and install
Another great addition to my CCTV set up at home. The zoom function works very well. I was able to zoom in on the registration of my car (parked 30m) away. The pan function is smooth and silent. As soon as I got the camera, I paired it to my system and mounted it to the wall on the front of my house. The power lead is very long (a good thing). Installation was a breeze. An it was all up and working in 7 minutes.
Makes me feel so much more secure in my own home.
I have been having a play with this camera for a week now. I had been looking for a PTZ camera with a decent zoom for a while and this had some good reviews.
The camera itself feels very sturdy and the extra long power cable is a great addition. Both wired and wireless connections seem to work reasonably well too. I have the camera at the top of my house and the wireless point is several meters away, and appears to work fine. Wired connection is definitely more responsive but still seems pretty good as wireless.
The picture quality seems good, and the app has some great features such as storing 6 favourite positions so you can move to them quickly which I use a lot. The zoom is also excellent (both optical and digital zooms seem good).
There are a few issues that need resolving, mostly with the EseeCloud app, which Jason at Hisseu has been very help to pass onto their technical team.
Firstly moving and zooming via the App work well in SD mode (which is *always* the default when re-opening the app), changing to HD can cause the app to become very sluggish or unresponsive if you try to move/zoom, resulting in having to shut and re-open the app. Apparently the app has trouble with the amount of data from the camera if using HD. I am assured this will be fixed soon, as this is a big issue (no one wants to remain/view in SD mode when using a 3MP HD camera!).
There are some other niggles like the zoom buttons not being available when in wide-screen mode on your phone, so you have to go back into portrait mode to zoom. Again I am assured that the technical team are fixing this shortly. The width of the picture is not super wide either so doesn’t quite cover the width of my driveway, but not a big issue for me.
Overall I am pleased with the camera, I’ve only had it a week and so time will tell. Customer service seems responsive and if the issues above are resolved I think it is seems a good buy. I will update this review as new things come to light or are fixed.

Quite impressed tbh, only negative is that it always reverts back to SD when I want it constant HD!
We originally bought a reolink at 289 which took a sim card & had a solar panel, which was an ok camera and the only one that had that technology, but this is an amazing camera when you compare the two & the price difference. So we have had to review our set up as no power supply, so we have gone for large solar panels and leisure batteries and a wifi hub which have all solved more than one problem. We’ve decided to go with their nvr four camera system as we are so impressed by this camera and add this to it as we want the optical zoom, which is better than digital zoom, to be able to view the road and any vehicle number plates. And it’s going around livestock so the humanise alert setting is a must. We haven’t fitted it yet but have tried it at home and so far we are impressed.
Bought this camera to go with my 4 bullet cameras from Hiseeu. Setup was very easy and connected the the NVR in seconds. Nigh vision is excellent and was surprised how good it was considering the camera was so reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this camera to anyone.

Simple to set up on my Hiseeu NVR system , easy to install and just works , brilliantly. Excellent video quality fantastic zoom and tracking. I love the Automatic cruising , the camera automatically rotates and scans my area I want to cover. For me this is a very impressive camera. Looks fantastic and is so functional. Had a problem with the original camera in that it lost connection to the network – contacted Jason of Hiseeu who helped diagnose the problem and decided it wasn’t “user error”! Replaced the camera in quick time and now back in action again.

Thus is 99 out of 100. The 1 point loss is the picture will not remain in HD mode when set and you come ot of the app. Apart from that it’s fully satisfactory.
I decided to go for the higher end of the spectrum for hiseeu’s range of cameras. I already had quite a few of the midrange and pan tilt cameras already on my system. This one being more on the higher end I expected the same thing – exceeding my expectations.
With the optical zoom it’s now easier to see things up close, but the image quality was already good – even with the lower end cameras!
With the colour night vision, led lights, pan/tilt and optical zoom, this was the ultimate camera set up on my DVR. So I placed it in the darkest and most exposed to the elements part of my building, and safe to say it’s working fine after the recents storms and snow in my area!
Set up was simple, the seller is very good with helping with any issues (setting up motion detection in my case!) and overall no worries when purchasing from this brand!
Very good camera. The picture during the day very clear and crisp at night good when the spot lights come on and becomes colour vision. Very good motion detection picks up person a fair distance away and the tracking is good.
Good quality CCTV camera, night vision is great and sensitivity for the flood light at night is also perfect. I don’t even need a separate flood light for this camera. It covers a wide range and zoom quality is also good.
Had a problem initially and played email tennis for a while but sorted in the end. Having installed the unit and connected it via Wifi only, I am really pleased. The pictures are really sharp and can be HD or SD. Zoom works very well and range covers my whole large garden or street. It is very easy to add and run software on Android device or my PC. I cannot find anything to say that’s adverse and if you contact the UK support email its pretty quick to respond.
I love everything about this 5x Optical Zoom Security Camera, pictures and videos are crisp and clea. I was extremely surprised zooming in fully at the quality of it all. Like all the other cameras I have bought for my Hiseeu box it was plug and play out of the box and had great range. The quality was excellent and optical zoom is a great addition to my other digital zooms. 5m mains extension lead included which was really useful. Would highly recommend.

We bought 2 of these cameras and are very happy with them. It was relatively straightforward to connect the cameras to the app (EseeCloud), which is well designed and easy to use. We have installed memory cards in the cameras as we didn’t want to pay extra for cloud storage. Overall, i would recommend this camera and I think it is good value for money
We are extremely pleased with our upgrade to this 30x Hiseeu Security camera. It’s so powerful, we can read car number plates from 3x further than our previous cameras, giving a much more clearer in image/video clips. It also has image motion function which is a superb function to catch that all important capture. This Camera is highly recommended, a must buy.

I brought this camera to replace a previous camera. It was easy to install and easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow. The night vision is excellent and when in intelligent mode you get night vision in full colour. I really like the human tracking mode, which follows people. Definitely a good buy and will buy more
This camera is a great feature it has five stars due to the five times optical zoom and also floodlight it lights up the whole garden I cannot fault this camera and it’s worth every penny. I also had no problems whatsoever Linking it up to my NVR system literally two clicks of a button and it worked. As you can see on the pictures it has a full turn on left or right side and underneath so you can cover a large amount of area. But to me the best thing is the flood light that picks you up at a good distance and lights up my whole drive it’s very bright and makes things clear to see well looking at things at night on the camera.
Good, motion detection an issue keeps rehoming and can only see the house wall, contacted help several times and no response, very frustrating.

Aftersales help excellent can’t fault it ,updated more indepth manual just come out brilliant much better than what comes with the product. Camera has just been updated,which is good to see there still improving it.the only downside I have at the moment is the picture quality is not great compared to when you switch to HD this makes a huge difference to quality, unfortunately this configuration resets itself back to SD when you come out of watching live.would be great if it could record in HD.i realize HISEEU are aware of this and are working on this,so hope they can fix this
If I had any criticism it would be that the back plate could do with being a bit bigger to give easier access to the screw but that is just a minor point. Installation is straight forwards and one powered up the camera goes through its own checks. A big advantage with this camera over a lot of others is that it talks.yep, that’s right, it talks to tell you what it is doing. If you’ve ever used the cameras or any other device which has indicator lights you will know how frustrating that is, with this one it tells you exactly what its doing. The app for these is a dream to use, within the app is a code reader, just point the phone camera at the QR code on the camera and its connected. A bit of advice, connect the camera before you fit it, this saves trying to balance on a ladder whist holding your phone to take a pic.
Once connected to the app everything is very simple and obvious. Pan tilt and zoom can be done on the picture touch screen or by using the circular (on screen) control which gives a much more accurate control. One of the big issues that people seem to have with other cameras is a delay between asking the camera to move and it actually doing so, no such problem here as its almost instant and that is at a remote location with very very poor internet speed, the camera responds perfectly.
Next thing night time vision. At our remote location there is no background light at all, no street lights as it’s a house boat. With this camera there are 3 options, infrared, full colour or intelligent, all work very well. The infrared black and wight picture is very clear with a good amount of depth of vision. The full colour mode enables some white leds on the camera that act as a flood light and in this mode the picture is exceptionally clear and the lights are a great deterrent in their own right.
The optical zoom makes all the difference and it offers complete control of the lens and is so easy to use with the app, picture quality is maintained right the way through the range something that is just not available on many other cameras.
The range of pan is very good, so much so that the camera will rotate enough to be able to see its own mounting, ok, that’s not something you need but it does demonstrate how far it rotates. Its still early days, but the camera has been installed in an exposed position through recent storms and downpours and its performed well, the sound is so clear that we are able to hear the rain drops and bird songs..and of course the sound of any intruders.
All in all this has been a god send, it saves me having to visit the site every day as with this camera I can have a good look around and being able to manually zoom in for a closer look has given me great peace of mind.
The app allows multiple cameras and you have the choice of viewing them all on the same screen as a group or individually very useful indeed
Great camera, very clear and easy to set up. This is the second one of these I’ve bought as was so happy with the first one. Great picture quality, can zoom in when need to as well. Leds come on at night if anyone walks into view. Pics 3-5 I’ve added show how clear it is at night. Pic 4 is the leds coming on when walked passed it. Pic 5 is the same camera from a higher angle. Seems a wider angle than standard camera too.
This is really easy to install and great image quality with 3 MP. I have added this with my Hiseeu NVR it does pair automatically. When you are away from home It’s easy to monitor from mobile app.
The customer support for this brand is very good. If any issues came up that were not in the manual (very well written) then an email to their customer support person would resolve the technical question very well,thinking of purchasing another one,the night vision is superb and the motion tracking is nice and smooth,wo up of definitely recommend.
The digital zoom on camera is far superior to the optical camera glad I added this to my system it’s so clear and precise, I’ve added a couple of pictures to show how good even at night see pics, recommend this to all

As our house backs onto a field, we had a terrible blind spot which we have been worried about with our dog. Now the boundary is clearly covered & gives great peace of mind.
Straight out of the box it was easy to pair with our existing Hisseeu system which we also highly recommend. Comes with a 10m power cable which was perfect length as we wanted to place ours quite high up.
Coverage is great & the sweep function is a really useful feature.
We have set up to watch this on the TV & mobile phone & picture quality & features are clear to see & use.
Night vision is also excellent & as wildlife enthusiasts we have also enjoyed watching what the camera has caught during each night. Setting up motion detection has greatly helped with this so we don’t have to scour through hours of footage.
Do not hesitate to purchase this camera. As a stand alone or for use with your existing Hisseeu system. I wish we had done this sooner. A very confident 5 stars.

I purchased a Hiseeu security system (PTZ Camera+Bullet Camera) a month ago. I was so impressed with the system that I purchase a PTZ auto tracking camera. It was easy to install and connect to the main NVR. Superb video and audio quality. Good product.
Well-made camera, easily added to my existing Hiseeu CCTV system. Provides good quality pictures. Responsive PTZ control. Would happily buy again.
Bought this to add to my 4 camera Hiseeu set up and it is so different to having the fixed cameras. You can move the camera automatically and focus, zoom etc. all from the app. In the video you can see the camera rotating when on auto cruise. The night time colour recordings are of a good quality and has three settings giving a choice of Infared / Full Colour / Intelligent. May well add another in the future.
Picture quality is amazing.can’t fault it 1 bit.really impressed with the night vision it’s crystal clear…

It arrived the following day, well packaged. I am very impressed with the build quality of the camera. It didn’t take long at all to install and set up to my existing system.The picture is crystal clear and the function of the 8 x optical zoom is fantastic with superb quality images. I wanted to fully protect my property and with this camera I am confident it will. With the use of the free eseecloud app I can monitor my home wherever I am at any time.

It works really well off my phone app. I originally had the wrong app on my phone, but technical support is excellent. Iv fit 3 of theses systems and will be definitely using in future
