I think the biggest plus of this product is just how well padded everything is! I don’t think there’s anything that could damage your floors because everything is either coated in plastic or foam!
This is very much a beginner’s set as the weights just aren’t very heavy at all. To reach the maximum 20.5 KG, you need to join everything together to make a long barbell. I found that the bar does end up sagging a little bit when this is done… It’s not a huge problem, but I can imagine that after repeated use over a long period of time, eventually the plastic tapers holding everything in place will start to get damaged and won’t be able to hold it anymore and will break. I don’t envision this happening for a while though, but I’ve still dropped a star because of the sag. Of course if you stick to dumbbells then this won’t be an issue.
Overall, I think these are a decent set of beginner dumbbells but the maximum weight isn’t really something that seems too reliable for long term use!

When i got the chance to review these I thought excellent, I am into my fitness so thought these would be perfect for home workouts and they definitely are. Ok they only go up to 20kg combined which I thought wouldnt be enough but I was actually pleasantly surprised. You can make a barbell with the weights by attaching the bars together or you can do separate dumbells and a barbell – either way its good for a home workout. I would recommend these for anyone who wants to do weight lifting and not sure where to start.

The weights total 20kg and are an octagonal shape so they don’t roll when you place the bars down.
It was the adjustable bar that attracted me to this weight set, the weights are quite a lot thicker in width compared to my cast iron weights. If I was to be picky the only thing I have really is that the bar looks chunky with the amount of weight on that I use with the plastic weights compared to using the thinner same weight in cast iron weights.
But overall for someone who wants a good set of weights that don’t take up a lot of space then this set is a great addition to your training routine.
The shorter bar makes training in a small space a lot easier to do.

I love these dumbbells so much, they’re great for an at home gym. The only downside is the screw can get a little lose when holding them sideways, but you’d notice before any weights fell. Really good beginner set.
