I’ve had my Air Craft Powerglide 11 months and it started leaking from the bottom. Drips at first then major leaking. I contacted Aircraft and they asked me to package it up minus the handle and battery, print off a label they sent via a link and drop it off at a DPD collection point. I sent it off on the Friday at 2pm, got a text saying it was on its way. Got a text saying it had arrived at Aircraft Saturday morning. They promise your machine will be back in 5 working days. On the Wednesday morning I got a text saying, your machine will be back via DPD between 12 and 1pm. It’s back, all working fine and I’ve only been without it since the previous Friday and when you think that included a weekend its pretty good going! That’s actually only 2 working days! Was really missing it but so pleased it is back. Outstanding service AirCraft, well done. Fabulous product and fabulous customer service.
Had a problem with charging the battery but the customer service told me what I was doing wrong and really helped me. 5 stars
Great floor washer but I’m on my 3rd battery.Has any one else had this problem.
The Aircraft Power Glide is so easy to use, its light, simple to operate and effective. I have used mine on two occasions on both vinyl and tiled floors and the result is outstanding. The biggest plus is it certainly takes all the hard work out of cleaning floors.
My tiles in my hall have gone back to being shiny
As someone with little strength in the arms this is brilliant on the tiles and wood floors

I bought this because previous reviewers seemed to suggest it would do away with the need to scrub floors. It doesn’t. However, once you have scrubbed your floor, I imagine that if you use this regularly it will keep keep the floor clean and avoid the need for further scrubbing. It is very easy to use and much less effort that mopping so still a good purchase.
Fantastic mop, wish I had bought one months ago! Really easy to use, doesn’t take much effort as it tends to glide itself. My floors are spotless and have no smears! It’s worth every penny!
I absolutely love this . I have a kitchen diner and hall tiled and dreaded mopping . It was like a work out ! The power glide is so easy to get out , set up and go . Job done really quickly . Strangely it seems to clean so well I don’t need to do it as often .
I have brown porcelain tiles, I was finding them back breaking trying to mop and polish, this is so easy to use, the results are amazing…I cannot recommend this enough, it’s quiet, the battery charges in 2 hrs and you will get 2 hrs running time.. throw away the mop, this is worth every penny.
I use this from my wheelchair and it’s just want I needed. It’s a little heavy for me to lift for putting the pads on (but not unmanageable), but other than that, it works wonderfully. Cleaning my floors is a breeze! No wires to get tangled in my wheels and powerful enough to do the job! 🙂
I bought some porcelain polished tiles but everytime I cleaned them I was left with streaks. I bought this after looking at the reviews and am not disappointed. Floors are now beautifully shiny like they should be without streaks.
I bought an extra set of pads and just throw them in the wash when they get dirty.
The machine is ideal for anyone as it glides along by itself with minimal effort.
Also works lovely on matt tiles and textured wood effect ceramic tiles.
Charge lasts long enough to do all the floors in my house.
I wanted this for ages for my tiled floors. You do need to sweep and hoover first as it doesn’t pick up any bits. Not sure I have quite the right cleaning solution yet as I can see the mop marks instead of a shine. Still well worth it as it’s so easy to use, takes little effort and it’s quick for great results.
I used this product on my amtico flooring, and it works well with both the blue and the pink pads to wash the floor. One tip; I used very hot water with a bit of cleaner in it, this seems to bring up the dirt a lot better than just cold water. Another tip; to wash the pads clean, I poured detergent used for clothing onto the pads and rubbed this in really well before washing them by hand in hot water, again this produced better cleaning results. I have a large area to clean so I used several pads. The downside to this product; does not self stand and is awkward to empty as the push in handle is hard to get out, so you have to lift the whole unit upside down to empty. On the whole, have tried many cleaners and up to now, this is the best.
Couldn’t wait to give this a try and was concerned cause of the price but 100% worth every penny. Took me a fraction of the time to clean floors and came up so clean with no effort needed. Mop and bucket is in the bin.
This machine is just AMAZING. It’s so easy to use almost cleaning and polishing your floors on it’s own. I’m in a wheelchair and suffer extreme back pain so was very dubious buying this. There was no need to worry as when using like other reviews say it’s so lightweight and simply glides merrily around where you lead it. It’s quite therapeutic for me to the point that doing the floors is such a pleasure and not a chore. I couldn’t be without this just amazingly wonderful cleaner. Used to have horrible track mark’s from my wheelchair but not anymore with this beauty. The customer care is second to none and so helpful with any queries you may have. I have oiled laminate flooring throughout our bungalow so really took a chance on this but wasn’t disappointed in anyway. Don’t think about this just get it and your see for yourself what I’m talking about.
This is a great product, having change the whole of our ground floor to vinyl (Karndean) flooring, we needed something to help keep it cleaned, especially in the kitchen area. This is so much better than the mops and floor cleaners we previously had.
Only problem we had was that although ordered via Prime with next day delivery it was delayed by 4 days!!!
Not a massive problem i guess, but the reason we bought it via Amazon was specifically for next day delivery. The communication was poor as to when it would actually arrive and no explanation of delay.
Good job it was worth waiting for.
