Very stable ladder, upgraded to these having used a domestic set, these have proper treads so save the pressure on feet, I use these to access loft spaces in domestic homes, have to be careful maneuvering them about with the extended base bar and the are considerably heavier, but a solid set of ladders.
This is a beefy bit of kit. Although 12 1/2 kg doesn’t sound much but this ladder works from the bottom so you have to push all the rungs up and I can assure you that you don’t need to go down the gym after you’ve used that two or three times a day. It’s very good
