Delivery service smashed the bajeezuz out of the shipping box. Box containing plates appeared to take direct impact. Not a single piece broke. Looks identical to advertised coloring, nice and heavy feel. Theyre pricier, but all content here with product. Impressed the survived the looks of whatever impact UPS put on it.

These are so beautiful and much more sturdy than they look through the pictures. They are fairly thick as well, tough to break. You won’t regret the purchase!

None of them were damaged when they arrived. They feel pretty solid, like quality dishes. Much heavier than the ceramic plates they are replacing. These are the black and blue ones, obviously. They look as expected based on the Amazon picture.

…bei der ersten Lieferung. Kontakt zum Service war jedoch einfach, kurze Zeit spter kam die Rckmeldung. Die kaputten Schsseln wurden dann ersetzt. Nicht mal eine Woche spter war der Ersatz da (Weihnachten lag dazwischen). Klasse!

We looked for a long time for a large plate size, that was durable and beautiful and this set has checked every box! The dinner plates are large and stylish, while the salad plates are stylish and the perfect smaller size. The mugs are very classy to perfect the look of the entire set. I ordered a set of 12 in the green and love them. The set was a little more blue/green than I expected, but they were gorgeous. All 48 dishes came unbroken as they were very well packed. One small plate had a chip of glaze missing (probably a manufacturing issue). We contacted the company and they replaced it immediately. The replacement dish was a little more green and less blue than the other plates, but this is a factor of hand glazing and it still looks beautiful. I love the fact the set comes with no mugs. I didn’t need matching mugs. The plates are dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe. Definitely would order these again. Excellent customer service. These would make nice gifts too!

Ordered the Stern Blue color, within 10 minutes customer service let me know they were out of that color which was fine. They sent me the Blue Green and they are beautiful! None were broken on arrival because they were packaged really well. Will order again if I ever need a new set 🙂

These are just down right gorgeous dishes. Love the square shapes. The blue hues are mesmerizing. I had one little problem….a broken bowl, but never have I had a seller so quick to respond and solve an issue. Thank you Vancasso.

I received the box of dishes and realistically expected one or two to be broken. At the bottom of the soup plates was one broken dish.. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement which I received 4 days later. Super happy at their responsiveness. The dish quality is great. They are beautifully glazed and feel like good quality. Already ran them through the dish washer with no issues.
