arrived within time. excellent piece of kit. manual a bit “hit and miss” on some aspects of setting up. customer support very good and get back quickly. to be honest the system can be used straight out of the box, however some of the cameras may need tweaking due to outside conditions eg trees, cross line conditioning or masking areas. haven’t tried to use over the internet yet but will when i find my internet over mains adapters.
Excellent product but suffered from the manual on the CD not matching the software interface also on the CD. However when I contacted Customer Support via email they responded very quickly and helped me to configure the product to work as I wanted it to. The product itslef is excellent value for money.
Great value for money. Just having a problem with mobile access
Chose wired over wireless because I do believe it was much easier to install than wireless for where I have put it, which is in the loft. The wires simply run around the loft, out the eaves to the camers on the walls.
The first camera was a bit of a faff to install, the rest became easier with the last taking less than an hourfrom start to finish.
Pro – for the price you get HD cameras and a HD recorder and everything you need to get going
Pro – it comes with software to install on PC and mobile which work – some have said that it didnt work, but it did for us after a little thought. It didnt work automatically and a manual would have helped. This from a guy who generally passes the manual to the wife and says “thats for you”
Cons – the instruction manual is not great but its pretty common sense to set up – that is except the software where a good manual would do wonders to improve the system. The system has been designed so that you can just click through the default menu options and it works, all very easy. However stopping the system from triggering when it shouldnt is not so easy. Ours gets triggered by rain which is a tad annoying and headlights.
Cracking little CCTV system. Installed in 3 hours, basically plug and play. camera quality is very good during the day, slightly less at night but still good enough. Had a slight issue with one camera as the night vision cut in was not working. Emailed annke and they had a replacement out to me the next day…royal mail tracked!!! A+ for customer service. The software is tricky but once you figure it out its does work well. Synced with the app on my phone and accessed through my PC via the router. Quick tip…anyone on windows 10…you will need to enable internet explorer..the cameras will not play in edge. Just access the DVR from your devices menu…log in to the box and open the window in IE. It will play fine then.
Def recommend …as good as systems twice the price
I was unsure about setting the system up but after watching several reviews on you-tube , switched on and found it simple. Cameras are adequate in both daytime(colour) and at night (monotone) with fairly good definition. Definition suffers when the zoom control is operated. I am pleased with purchase to date .Product appears well made for the price.

Bought this to cover my home and garden after a few minor thefts. So easy to set up – the cables only connect one way, so easy to work out! Bought some longer cable too, this covering a garden over 100ft long. I am NOT a technical person and have never set anything like this up before!
Works brilliantly in all weathers and in pitch black too – connected up to an old TV rather than buying a monitor and it works perfectly.
Very happy – also works perfectly with the additional two Annke cameras I purchased to add to the set. Annke customer service second to none – hugely helpful and on-hand at all times. Most impressed!

Found the system easy to install and operate. Instructions were a bit vague/ poorly translated but use the website FAQ and the answers are there!
Now any movement generates an e mail alert with photos and can even watch live stream when out and about. Worth the extra for the 1.3MP cameras. Picture quality is great even at night.

Had mine set up at home for a while now. Works as it should. Quality of video is fine for home use or small business. Night picture quality is good again for home. I’m happy with it. Mobile view app is spot on. Bit laggy sometimes but overall really good and easy. Some nice features on the system. I struggled to get my picture to fit on tv properly and had to use a computer monitor first to select 1080p before it would work on my tv.
few little teething problems but once sorted all was fine quick response to my question which solved my issue. THIS product is a must have the quality of pictures is so clear easy to review footage and easy to install. would recommend to any one.
Good unit , clear picture even at night. Software isn’t the best to use and does take a while to sort out web and mobile access but their support helped. Manual is useless but its so straight forward you don’t need it. One problem I had is a day after installing one cable developed a fault in the power connector, so I had to replace that. Like the fact you can connect IP cameras that is very useful.
Great value for money, great quality images for the money, and easy to set up. Yes it is cabled, so you need to run the cables. Love how expandable it is, and it can cope with two IP cameras in addition to the 8 analogue cameras! The cables are super long, so perfect for my small flat. Shame about the email notifications (needs to have a localised SMTP server to work), but the app alerts and monitoring is great. The cameras don’t have great definition (can’t zoom in and read number plates) but you can make out everything else quite well.
This product is amazing, very helpful seller, product arrived before estimated date , and this is hooking me up every morning to see what happened through all night, highly recommend this product ,even in the night still has perfect image and the motion record is very sensitive, even if you set motion detection record 1TB HDD will much last longer.
Fantastic piece of kit, only drawback was the length of cable from the individual cameras as it has to go through the wall at exactly the point of placement to connect inside (i didn’t want connections vulnerable to the elements). I use the phone app to view live feeds and the hdd to review any prior events.

Set up in 2 hours, fully working on the screen, recording and playback available. I can not get this to pair onto my phone or iPad so can’t view remotely. Tried time and time again. If you can offer any help please let me know.

Pretty easy to set up. Had a bit of a game getting password sorted at first but probably more me than the equipment. Got it working on I pad and phone no problem. For the money you can’t really go wrong. I have not got a separate monitor connected which would definitely be handy as you need one to alter various settings but you could say that about any system. I’ve not had it long enough to comment on reliability but so far faultless good quality system.
Neat DIY product, Emailing from the Device on motion detection did not really work first time, had to contact customer support and after a firmware upgrade it worked well. Giving 4 start because:
— iPhone App is bit fiddly, does not always show Playback currectly
— Camera’s are hard to fit some instructions on how to adjust various angles would be bette

The camera’s are up and working, I’m recording and can do basics like playback……setting this up via the network so I can view on laptop or mobile and I’m lost! Outstanding quality throughout from equipment to picture quality. More than enough cable to allow the cameras to be fitted anywhere on a standard semi-detached house.

For some strange reason the screws supplied have heads that fit through the fixing holes in the camera so aren’t any use. THey are also poor quality.

Remote view and playback on iOS is handy too.
There are quite a few ‘challenges’ with the firmware interface directly on the device, which varies from the experience on the windows app or by accessing direct over home network, so some of the finer options can be a bit hit and miss to configure successfully. I’ve still only managed to get intrusion detection to save on one camera only, but motion detection works just fine.
Email support is good, when they reply, which is a bit sporadic…
All in all very happy though.
Very happy with this. Bought for general surveillance of my property and also for watch int wild life in my rural garden. Easy to set up and manage. A good product at a good affordable price with the option of upgrading to a more cameras later. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the system – plug the cameras in and away you go – remote viewing took an hour to sort out but works well. insturctions can be a little tricky but overall ok – most info on the net – picture quality day and night is acceptable
You need to spend some time reading the manual to configure it properly but at the end it works fine.
The configuration of the email servers was not working but, after contacting the customer service I got a very quick reply and following theor suggestions now everything is working fine.
Cameras work perfectly and movement detection is accurate.
I can see from any cameras using a monitor or remotely on my PC and even on the android application the video is quite fluid

I’m certainly no professional when it comes to diy installations but after waiting a month for a friend to install them for me I decided to have a go myself, so after a read on line and seeing a few YouTube videos I did exactly that, they were really easy to install,even linking them to your phone is easy, and in my opinion they are really good quality,thus far I’m very pleased with the quality and the price was really good too.5 stars from me
As most with most people who have also reviewed this product i found it to be of good quality and construction for a budget system. I had no problem installing the system as i found the manual and on screen menu easy to follow . For any one needing a cctv system to see whats going on around their property then this product is more than capable of putting security worries at ease.
Good system, had a bit of bother connecting it to the TV (not a monitor) had to use a VGA lead not an HDMI as I planned as the screen size was wrong in settings, just glad TV had a VGA connector! And good pictures. Other than that pretty straightforward, just a shame there is no zoom facility on the camera’s unless you playback the recorded video via a PC, (windows only though as IOS is NOT supported 🙁 ) but all in all a good cheap system.
Just bought (August 2016) and had this fitted by my son-in-law. Really pleased with the quality and functionality of this item. If the cameras are placed correctly you can achieve excellent facial recognition which is essential to help the Police (assuming the faces are not covered) to prosecute. The night time picture is black and white and, is very clear without a light source. If there is a source of light nearby e.g. a street light then the picture is excellent. My only problem was with a passageway view at night where the camera picked up light reflection from the side wall it was mounted on, even though it was not a lit area, and left the forward view shadowed. Resolved this by angling the camera outward a little and the night view improved considerably.
The remote control is a little limited being line of sight to the dvr and only operating over a short distance. Using the supplied mouse overcame this limitation. I had contact with customer services on this issue and I found them (Hanna) to be very helpful and quick to respond to my issue. Overall for the price the system is in my view excellent value for money.
Follow up – June 2019: The system has worked brilliantly until a week or so ago then I experienced a loss of images on the screen. I tried different configurations/settings to no avail. The system was out of warranty so I thought that’s it.
As a last resort I contacted ANNKE Support for help and even though the system was out of warranty they came to my rescue (thanks Kate). After the exchange of a couple of emails and following the advice given by Kate she ascertained the power adapter had failed – I immediately bought a replacement from Amazon (7.99, no postage and same day delivery – good old Prime!!). I replaced the faulty one, plugged it in and hey presto problem resolved. Couldn’t ask for a better support service.
It works well ,image is good and only had one niggly issue that annke has resolved.
Bought these as had a few incidents recently, read the reviews and seemed good. Easy to set up after reading the instructions, loads of cables which we’ve managed to hide. If I were going to buy cctv again would go for wireless option. Picture quality is amazing night and day, the movement detection is great saves recording space. Added app to iPhones and iPads which is great as you can login to your account and check your property. Abit of time to login to app on first set up, instructions are in broken English but once done it’s great. Would recommend this set up especially for a first time CCTV buyer and novic DIYer .
What can I say,I bought this in 2014 when our neighbours algidly had there car broken into,it took myself and my mate around two hours to fit the four cameras below the fascia board viewing all prime positions in our garden,over looking my sheds and over looking the drive,couldn’t ask for a better reasonably priced cctv package.only thing you have to remember is you have to by law display cctv signs and inform your neighbours if it views part of there garden or property,and if the cable connectors don’t reach into the fascia a weather proof electrical box works well

Very easy to use and quick to install. I now view the camera images on my phone and have peace of mind . Only draw back is the night vision quality. Need security lights as well for good night time image but for price of system can’t complain.
I had this system professionally installed (I’m an elder citizen) but the task could easily be accomplished by any reasonable handyman. The picture quality is excellent and the system is very easy to use, the addition of a mouse makes navigating through the menu structure very easy. There are many advantages with this system over my previous setup. An obvious one is the addition of a USB interface. Therefore I would certainly recommend this CCTV to anybody that wanted my opinion.
Full installation took me around 3 hours with all 4 cameras set up on each corner of the house feeding the cables through the loft. Its then just a case of scanning the onscreen QR code to download the app and then the next QR code for the app to recognise the system settings id.
The picture quality is quite good but not that sharp.
Night vision isn’t fantastic but its ok once the house security lights are activated to brighten the scene up.
The system has various playback options for each individual camera and also the ability to cut/edit clips and save them to an external drive.
The XMeye app works of but drains my Galaxy S6 battery considerably. My phone was showing 58% of the battery usage was from this app. I therefore force close the app everytime i have used it to save battery.
If anyone has used a better app that consumes less battery power i would be glad to know about it.
Overall a very good system fot the money.
Update:
I have changed the camera resolution from 720p to 960H which seems to have inoroved the picture detail.
It is very seldom you come across a product as good as this for the money, if you bought Swann or other products like this you would pay well over 500 pounds. It is very easy to set up and works perfectly the remote software on your phone could do with some improvement however this also works. The cameras are excellent value for money and because of the front dome shape do not allow insects to adhere to them.
If you are looking for a CCTV system then have confidence in purchasing this system.
One final thought if you do need there tech support you will get a very quick reply

The set up is ridiculously easy, the app that you can run it on it pretty good (freezes up sometimes though). The remote is junk – try to avoid it for anything other than basic functions and use the supplied mouse for other things.
I have also bought my brother a sannce 2 camera set up which he is over the moon with!
But mostly my main praise goes to Hanna in customer services who has dealt with all my questions and problems with great aplumb! I first encountered a problem with the internet not reaching the dvr. Turned out the ethernet socket on the dvr was defective. Within days my dvr was replaced with a smaller but more effective one – with a much better remote!
One of my cameras started flickering at night recently which was very annoying. I sent them a clip of this and they agreed it had gone defective. I emailed Hanna / Tech support and No Problemo – new camera in the post!
Getting into cctv was alien and a bit scary to me as a novice, and Sannce / Hanna has made the experience a pleasurable one. Although there is probably almost certainly better kit out there (and when I have spare cash I will invest) there is nothing to beat sannce for value. And certainly nothing beats Sannce for quality of customer service. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
PS all cctv cameras attract moths and consequently spiders. I can recommend a product I have been using called Spidex. Just spray it liberally on and around each camera (avoiding the glass bit – I use a stick with a pringles lid glued to a stick to protect it) Works great – no spiders for weeks!
Still works, but quality became a little bit worse after a year, I just hope it doesn’t get worse.
Many reviews already regarding this unit but here’s mine. Managed to install the cameras under the eves of the house so no cables can be seen and the connectors are sheltered from the weather. A 20mm hole saw was needed to get the connectors through. Routing the cables through the lagging and into the loft was a bit tricky but using a draw wire and a hook on a stick I managed it ok. The unit is located in loft so there is little chance of it being stolen in the event of a burglary. A network connected laptop is used to playback any video we need to see and the mobile app XMeye is loaded on to our mobile devices for viewing convenience which works very well. Just make sure that you have a big data allowance from your mobile operator when viewing away from a wifi connection as it eats your allowance like no bodies business. Only had it installed a few days so cannot comment on the longevity of the system, but will edit this review if problems are encountered. So all in all very happy with the system especially considering the price.
My son is setting this up, we have installed two of the cameras so far and they are working perfectly. Connected via the video recorder to a tv immediately and also remotely to my android phone. Easy to follow instructions and have replayed video ok, I am quite computer wise though.

My biggest problem was feeding the camera feeds through the loft and down through a plasterboard interior wall, easy after that just connect it all up and switch it all on, no problem at all, I have still got to learn how to use it to its full potential but that will come with the use, Later on I will probably fit a fifth camera or more as my needs require, my unit can take up to 8 cameras, result very pleased with the system all in one box, I could do with an outside warning stick on poster, IE, SMILE YOUR ARE ON MY CCTC CAMERA, saxon Chatham
The system is relatively easy to install, anyone with basic DIY experience, a drill and a ladder could put this up in a few hours if you want it done right.
This is a very good value product i have had it for a few months now and the only problem i had was getting the remote access working and the lovely support guys remotely patch the unit with a update that i could not download and do my self there very helpful and friendly.
What you get is 1 dvr box with 4 cameras and a lot of cable i think about 30 meters. The instructions are clear and simple to follow and i had the unit up and running in 30 mins install the cameras was easy ,worst part was i wanted to run the cable in my walls i recomand getting a cable pulling rod helps a lot.
And a good drill to make the holes .the quality of the picture in daylight is very good upto about 15 meter after that is a bit harder to make out faces .at night this drops to about 8 meters as the cameras have whats calld spot light ir lights.
They switch to night mode when it gets dark .there is a limeted zoom function on remote play back and i used my andrios phone to review and down load images video.The unit has allreay helped catch some kids vandal some tree in the park i had the police knock on my door asking if we had any footage and if i could help win win.

I bought this mainly for the DVR as my old one broke I’ve been using it for a few months now and its done me good but there are also some negatives about it. The first one is that I could no t connect the DVR to my internet as it did not allow me the option also the cameras which are provided are not that very good therefore I’m using much more expensive cameras which I bought privately. I would recommend this to other customers though as it is very good!!!
I have had this system about 4 weeks. I have found it very good value and for a cheaper end of the market CCTV good quality. Easy set up to the hardrive and app… Although the App seems a little hit and miss with connecting, could be down to user error. 1 camera did stopped working but spoke to the helpdesk and they sent out a new 1 within 2 days.
I don’t usually bother to write a review, but there were so many mixed reports of this system, I thought I would give it a go.
Really easy to set up and the picture is perfect. At night time , it is still very clear. Easy to operate the menu and to download footage onto a memory stick.
The whole thing it very good quality. My only criticism is the remote control which could be better.

Decent home CCTV system I have had it installed for around 6 months and captured someone trying to break into my car already! Highly recommended!
This system is up to yet very good, there were a couple of teething issues but after going through all the settings it now works fine, the camera’s work very well in the daylight and as good as any others in the dark, only glitch is if you have them near to a wall or similar looking down it as I have it does pick up the IR light off the wall.
I would recommend this system it is better than my neighbours one that cost double and it has 4 cameras (not 2) but can accommodate up to 8.
I can even keep an eye on my house while away from home and that is a good thing.
I purchased this system after looking at many different CCTV camera bundles, and I am very pleased with it.
Arrived quickly, and everything just as described.
I opened the case of the DVR unit and found a 1TB Toshiba hard drive fitted.
Quality of all the items appears to be very good.
The system is easy to assemble and I had no problems with the instruction booklet and CD provided.
I tested the cameras / system before starting fitting and everything worked perfectly.
On turning off lights the CCTV cameras instantly switched to night mode and the picture in my view is exceptional for the cost of this system.
The DVR has option for up to 8 cameras so options to update if more needed etc.
In terms of getting properly up and running – it has taken me 3 days to fit the system inside and out.
Depending on where you want to put cameras I would say the cables provided should be suffice for most, ( My installation fitted to 4 bedroom detached property without any problems, and with cable to spare on all 4 runs. )
The cable runs actually presented the biggest challenge as I wanted system to be neat and tidy and not seen.
Thankfully my walls have internal cable ducts through which I could feed all of the video leads to where I wanted, but it was tricky!
I also made my own external wall mounts onto which I fitted each camera.( *By doing this it allows the full rotation of cameras on the mounting cup spindle and also up /down elevation to place camera viewing angle exactly where needed.)
I also fitted external weatherproof cable junction boxes to house the video cable connectors, to prevent any water getting in etc.
Once fully up and running I am very impressed with the functionality of the system – easy to use and I have personally found no problems with it.
I fitted the DVR unit by HDMI to a flat screen 24inch TV / Monitor and the picture is very clear.
Playback equally clear and quite easy to use.
Online: – Connecting to the Sannce web browser – I found this very straightforward – I am using Windows 10 home desktop and my laptop / pad – Login is secure and I can view my cameras without any problems – absolutely delighted with this feature.
I haven’t tried motion detect as I don’t require this feature – I have set my system on record 24/7 and it will just overwrite data as required.
Time will tell how this system fairs and how well external cameras stand up to the weather, but at this stage all in, I rate this system as 5 star for value, quality and functionality.
Picture quality is excellent to about 5 metres both day and night. Lens is 4.2 mm and so not wide angle but wide enough for most areas.
All in all everything you need including hard drive pre-installed in dvr. I would highly recommend even to the novice DIYer.
Good for the price but the quality of the cameras is reflected in the price. The picture is good but the cameras can only be adjusted vertically for position. There is no sideways movement so you have to choose your mounting location carefully. A second hinge for sideways movement, or a ball joint would help immensely.
Good product works as it should but be warned it does not work on all TV’s and certainly not on my computer, the CMS program corrupted my computer had to buy a separate monitor to use the gear, but once working it’s fine good clear pictures, good at night try to avoid any nearby lighting does affect the clarity, handbook useless, needs a general setup manual I doubt if everybody could get this working satisfactorily, and on the computer well I’m very computer literate but this is a nightmare which may be down to there programs not liking the new win10 – possible – if it si then they need to address this asap.
Had to contact Sannce re the issues they do answer it seems in two days? but there helpful that’s the main thing.
Overall with a separate monitor as a stand alone unit it’s good.

Easy to set up but a bit complicated to work out all the advanced settings as the instructions are really bad – some settings are not even explained. Also be aware that the day to night mode causes a clicking in the camera (presumably the infra red filter clicking into place) so if you use it indoors it might be a bit off putting – but that’s not a fault, just an operational ‘feature’!
ow i waited a time to review this product as i installed it a few weeks ago and wanted to see if it was any good.
its brilliant, easy to fit and as soon as its plugged in it starts recording, picture quality is good and night vision too.
it is installed at my company Data Day Shredding and we are very happy with its price and value for money.
Had some probs getting display on, some slightly helpful emails from their customer service. IF YOU WANT TO CONNECT DVR TI TV VIA HDMI USE A DIRECT CONNECTION not through a theatre surround system. Also, picture intermittently goes to black and white at night is this.normal?

Certainly does the job it was purchased for the only problem is that it did not come with a cable splitter for the camera power plug and there was no mention in the advert that we would need to acquire one of these separately. We have now ordered one but it has delayed being able to use all the cameras togethe
I have recently purchased a new Sannce CCTV system, everything is connected fine and I have no issues with the system itself, however late last night a small black square (perfectly formed) appeared on cam 4. Its happening on both day and night vision modes — anybody got any ideas on what this is and why it suddenly appeared? I have had the system installed for 4 days and its only just appeared. I’ve tried looking at forum’s getting nothing, I’ve emailed support – had no response – the service to take my cash and deliver the product was excellent – the after care at the moment is leaving me very disappointed.
anyone got an idea’s what the problem is or how to get a response from Annke?
Great delivery time( 3 days) installation easy , images as good as a more expensive dvr, having difficultly viewing on my phone, this may be me not understanding the strange instructions! Overall very good.
Realy good no problems with it the inferred is great, but kept on getting cobweb like things on the lens but when i looked on the lens there was nothing there but then it diapered in the day and been fine since. The motion detection is for indoors as when it rains it sets it off. But all in all great product for a great price. Also great quality on the picture unless you have a big garden. You can pic-out a face from 15m ish. Sorry for going on!
In theory this product should be great!!! In theory! This product is a nightmare !! Badly translated English! No instructions online, if Your Chinese it’s fine you’ll understand all the Instructions provided online, nothing much of any use on YouTube either! And also if any one out there has brought one of these and has worked out how he’ll it works then please contact me and help I have achieved nothing but connected the cameras! The app was easiest thing and a day later it stopped working! Fml!

Easy to use and install. From an amateur perspective I found it quite easy to get this up and running, the picture quality is good don’t know about sound yet as I don’t require it. Only draw back for me was having connecting leads outside but this may be the norm I really don’t know. I just masked them up with black tape and the camera’s are high so not really an issue for me. If your looking for CCTV and not fussed I recommend these strongly. Very happy with my purchase, does the job straight from the box, ladders may be required!!!! or stick em below the upper floor windows like I did.
A good piece of home/work CCTV equipment. A good price also. Does what it says on the tin, the manual is quite ‘basic’. There are a few features that this system can do but the manual does not explain all of them. The phone app is a ‘hit and miss’ is the best way to describe it, if it works for you great, if it doesn’t it’s not a total loss. Overall a good product, a good purchase.
The cameras themselves are very robust and one of mine has survived being taken out by a ladder with only a few small scratches. The cables you get are plenty long enough for a standard sized house, you may want to consider this before you decide where to place the DVR though as running the cables along the outside of a house usually uses up the majority of the length.
I have only tested the online viewing feature a few times, it’s fairly complicated to set up if you don’t have an ethernet cable going directly into it but once it’s set up I’ve found this easy to use. I even have the app on my phone and tablet so I can view my CCTV whilst at work.
I read so much in the reviews that this item is hard to install, I found it very easy. Only issue I have is if I can have the backup on cloud?
The video quality is great.It is easy to connect the cameras up to a monitor or TV.
You do have to drill some holes, but once it’s in place, that’s it.
The setting of parameters, emails and saving recordings to another hard drive is not well explained.The manual is pretty guff.
I’ve tried finding out more about things on line, but there isn’t much.
If you are computer savy, then it shouldn’t be any problem to set things up.
I have managed to get most things the way I want them. Mostly by trial and error.
Over all, I think this is a very good product, and I have recommended this product to friends.
My family can use it, and it does help making you feel more secure.
Very good system. Packaged well, delivered on time, quality feel. Setting up is simple enough to get basic video on the four channels.
I’m knocking a start off because a) the documentation is quite hard to follow – feels a bit rushed – although is mostly there (I’m not convinced the documentation provided is for the same version of software that the box has), b) the setup for motion sensing and record is very difficult to get right and the documentation doesn’t explain what the different settings do, so it’s trial and error. Finally, c) the mobile app needs some work as it’s a bit temperamental. Great when it works but it crashes a lot.
Overall though, the cameras are of high quality, they work in the dark too and are still clear, the general recording is good. I also set mine up to FTP files to a remote server on sensing motion so I can access after the event remotely. I’d recommend this product to others.
This is an excellent product. I’ve got all four cameras installed at all four corners of my house so have complete 360 degrees monitoring of all possible access routes. Can go back and view recordings by date/time and zoom in if required. It’s piece of mind and really a deterrent at the end of the day. Would a thief risk accessing a house illegally with four cameras recording 24 hours a day?
Also I just want to say how impressed I am with the technical support. I had an issue with one of the cameras kept switching to black and white at all times and would not switch back to colour. The support sent out a replacement camera (after double checking it was not the cable) in a couple of days. Fitted new camera and now all sorted! Very impressed with the speed of service and level of technical support from this company. Would definitely recommend this product!
Only worked for 5 hours because I had a faulty DVR box, however the company were very good in replacing the box and now its all working its a very good CCTV system for the Money.
Wow my first ever cctv system and it was so easy to fit, I just ran my wires round the outside walls and then in through the same hole as my sky wires.
I can honestly say I wouldn’t be able to do without cctv now, it is superb day or night and you will be suprised actually how many people nosey or come onto your property.
Good quality pictures but not over 120 feet of cable needs boosting if you want clearer images and if you zoom in not good at all but very good for the money !
Not enough instructions and I am struddling to get camera 3 and 4 record and play back, I only seem to get cameras 1 and 2 to play back and only camera 1 to back up to usb pen drive. So I am still slowly getting to grips with it. Even though there’s a CD with instructions its not much more and not very clear. So it could do with easy to understand and more details and maybe a video on setting it up.
Great cameras, only down side is that the XMEYE app it uses for remote viewing doesn’t support android 5.0 Lollipop. Is there any other app than can be used?
I received mine today. Just curious as to how you weather proof the video feed and power feed plugs? Other than that it looks very good value.
Good value versus performance. Lacks water proof connectors for outside use (I used a polythene bag over the connections and overtaped to keep the water out). Software sometimes a little tedious when reviewing recordings, the images are all there, just the software seems not enough processing power sometimes. But cameras good quality and remote viewing over the Internet on smart phone very good. Easy to set up and forget.
very easy to set up but have not tried connecting to internet. Good clear colour pictures in daylight but greatly reduced range b/w at night hence only 4 stars
We bought this to help provide a visual deterrent for our garage, the kit surprised us
The cables for the cameras were so long we were able to fit a camera in the workshop too the picture quality is great. I found the set up a little complicated but our lad soon had it running so it’s a age thing. Overall = impressed
they communicated very well with me and were quick to send out the goods, however I would recommend the 960H unit as a basic protection for your garden/drive – this CIF/D1 unit will be good for indoor use keeping an eye on staff/kids in small/medium rooms, at the very least you need 960H unit with 1000TV lines cameras for decent quality outside (being able to recognise a face at 10-15ft away for example)
I gave this unit 5 stars because they (SANNCE) quickly resolved my issue with it, in that I (like some others) expected it would record in D1 in all channels…but it doesn’t.
SANNCE as a company have been great at resolving any issues for me.
EDIT: now one of the cams is flickering really bad and all joins and connections are bad, Iam onto Ann at SANNCE regarding this, only been installed just over a month
