After looking around for an exercise mat for our home workouts, we were disappointed with the quality of exercise mats on the market.
No mat we could find was big enough, they slipped around on hard surfaces and cut up when wearing shoes. With all this in mind we decided to design our own exercise mat to solve all these problems! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This is a massive exercise mat that will job the job whatever exercise you’re doing. I used it on a parquet floor, which it gripped perfectly, protecting the floor while giving a firm but flexible surface to stand/sit/lie/jump on.
Very chuffed with this large mat that I can use on my carpet and have room for hitt workouts. Easy to roll up and put to one side.
Thick and durable. Easy to clean, roll and put away in its own bag
The Mat is spongy enough to absorb jumps etc. Easy to wipe clean. Only had a week but looks built to last.
I have a small space in my house for my gym equipments and this mat fits perfectly. It is great for cardio as I can do all the exercises on it. Sturdy abs durable material. Beautiful colour and modern design. Comfortable to step on it without shoes on. Easy to clean and disinfect.
Beautiful mat. The mat is not the usual yoga type mat. This one is meant for all kind of exercises. I was able to lie on it and spread my legs and arms wide, still being inside the mat. There is strong friction and grip from the bottom of the mat and floor. So the mat stays in position even with vigorous exercise. The quality of the material is good. It’s not very cushiony.
The mat came with straps, storage bag and a cleaning cloth. Easy to store away after use. Very good mat, helped me with my exercise!
I have used this mat to transform my spare bedroom into a home gym. As can be seen from the photograph, the far end of the mat sits under the Concept 2 ergometer, protecting my carpet from splashes of sweat during a challenging workout. I then follow my workout with a range of bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups and planks.
I have been really pleased with the way that the Arc Mat has put the finishing touch to my home gym. It is an ideal size for my spare room, which helps keep it in place. It is thick enough to offer plenty of cushioning: it has the same feel as using a mat on a specialist gym floor at my local gym. In the current pandemic, it has been so helpful having my own cardiovascular and calisthenic area at home during times when my local gym has been closed. I have also found that the Arc Mat creates a very inviting area to do a quick daily exercise even when there is not enough time to get down to the gym.
The only downside to this mat is the cost as there are cheaper alternatives available. However, you usually get what you pay for when it comes to exercise equipment, whether it is applies to ergometers, trainers or other equipment. I feel confident that this mat will do a good job of protecting my joints whilst exercising and it is a pleasure to use.
My mat will be left down on a semi-permanent basis, unless we need to use the spare room for guests, in which case it can be easily lifted, rolled up and put in its enclosed carrying bag. This is useful for those who wish to use the mat in an area such as a lounge.
This large exercise mat from Arc is the perfect size for working out at home, i got this for my wife, who has recently started following along with home workout videos online.
Rather than scuffing up our wooden flooring in the living room, she can roll out this mat and do her workouts on it instead.
The material is thick, it feels strong and robust, and has the added benefit of giving a bit of a softer feel under foot compared to the wooden flooring.
Its really easy to keep clean too, just wipe with a moist towel gets any marks off it with no trouble
This is a thick and large exercise mat suitable for many types of exercise. It comes with a carry bag and straps, although this is not a type of mat that you’d be carrying around to classes due to its size and weight. But the case is great for keeping the mat dust-free when not being used. The thickness of the mat ensures good cushioning properties. Overall, it is a great and versatile mat but it does take up a lot of space and might not be suitable for everyone.
This is a big exercise mat. You could put a piece of exercise equipment on it and it will both protect the floor and even out any minor wobbles. Or you could use it for HIIT Sessions as it’s much bigger than a yoga mat and gives you lots of opportunity for movement, this is what I’m using it for as it doesn’t move around on a hard floor.
Overall it’s a good BIG mat.
This is an extremely good mat. I use it for working out but my grand daughter dances too so uses it when she is here and loves it. Gives her an extra little bounce to her step lol.

I got this for my son to use. He really is super fit and exercises every day. No matter how hard he works out on this it stays in place and gives not just stability but protection for his joints too. The mat is large making it much easier to do fully stretches and still have room left. The mat is quite heavy and dense while offering stability in what ever he does.
It is easy to clean after a good workout and can be rolled back up and stored using the straps to keep it secure. Excellent quality training and workout mat.

This exercise mat is a great size- 145 x 220cm. It comes rolled up and boxed. It is a good thickness and it is anti slip on both sides of the mat so it can be used with/without shoes and socks. It would make a great mat to practise yoga on as well as high intensity exercises as it cushions joints when jumping around, and also stops the noise on a hard floor. This really is a premium mat and it is worth the price tag. Would be great in a home gym as well as in a lounge as it can be rolled up easily.
The Arc premium mat is a brilliant idea, it’s larger than any mat I thought you could get for home use.
The mat rolls out easily and does not curl on the edges. It stays flat , then when your done roll it back up, put the provided Velcro straps around and into the bag provided.
So far I have used the mat for yoga, skipping, weight exercises , stood my exercise bike on it (indentations of the bike disappeared straight away ). My son loves to roll on the mat and do head stands on it.
The mat gives you a soft landing every time when skipping,stops my feet landing heavy.
It is great for yoga and other exercises it is the perfect thickness and so comfortable to lay on. It does not slide around on the floor.

We usually had simple, smaller yoga mat for indoor exercises but when I saw this I had to order it.. This mat is mules better than the small ones we have. Its heavy, thicker, high quality-you can see and feel in touch that it’s not some basic mat.
Apart from higher price I feel like seller took right care of customers experience with this mat. We got large cleaning cloth, storage bag, velcro straps keeping the mat folded. I do appreciate that nice touch.
Mat is durable and anti-slip, on both sides. Its comfortable, spacious for stretching and flipping.

I’m very impressed how great quality this mat is. it arrived neatly rolled up in storage drawstring bag with fluffy cleaning cloth, all wrapped in clear plastic packaging and put in fitted box.
Mat is big in size, strong and reliable to exercise on it. It’s also perfect for kids to sit on and play, rather than on hard flooring. Thickness of this mat is beneficial in every way..comfort, extra padding, durability.
Mat takes space when rolled up but hopefully will be more often laid on the floor

Mat can be washed by the cloth provided and additionally bucket of soapy water or antibacterial wipes alternatively.

I’ve been using it almost daily for boxing and HIIT training and it’s handling the workouts very well with no signs of wear – I have no doubt it’ll last me a while.
The size is great for different workouts, and the mat doesn’t move about on my wooden parquet, even when I’m running or continuously pivoting my feet. The edges are well-made, don’t fray, and are perfectly level so I don’t have to worry about any accidental tripping.
It’s a breeze to clean – it doesn’t collect dust quickly and can easily be wiped down if needed.
The mat would also be a great option to use under exercising machines. It’s cushiony but not too soft to make a machine uneven. would be an ideal choice to floor a home gym or a child’s room.

My youngest granddaughter has only started sitting up by herself on this is ideal for her to play on.
We had a party and this was perfect for the little ones to play on. One little one even fell asleep on it.
Comes in a carry bag and straps which is great if you want to take it anywhere or for easy storage.

Rough concrete garage floor so I cna stretch and do intensity training in there. It works very well for that. It takes all the hardness out the floor and makes it very comfortable to train upon. I can use jump rope to skip, do burpees, press ups, sit ups and loads more on this in comfort. It has the right amount of thickness to be a proper surface yet protect the user from impact or stress injuries.
It’s so grippy too it just doesn’t move.
It looks to be very durable and I think it will last me years.

This is a very good mat and I love that it can be used or any exercise. It is much bigger than any I have had and I can lie fully down if I wish too. I have done a HIIT class this morning in my garden and doing high knees, but kicks, mountain climbers were a joy planks and crunches were no problem. The mat was soft and comfortable did move at all. This evening I did a pilates class in the kitchen with vinyl flooring. Again I was comfortable and it was definitely non slip
Excellent gym mat, unlike smaller yoga designed mats that slip around and cut up when wearing trainers. It’s massive so you can jump around doing burpees and be supported by the mat at all times. It’s thick and padded, providing cushioning for impact and dampening noise, but at the same time it isn’t mushy and you don’t sink into it.
This mat seems like its designed for HIIT style workouts unlike the mat I was using previously which was a yoga designed mat which I used for HIIT.
I also used the mat with a bench on top and heavy weights. The weights make a slight indentation but this recovers back to normal within a few seconds.
Also the free microfibre towel is a great touch and I’ve used it to wipe down the mat as it gets sweaty. Overall I highly recommend!!!
