Bought this for dog walking this winter, I wanted a torch to really light up the area this does it admirably, it’s a bit bigger than I imagined but has a wrist strap when I need two hands all in all a very effective torch.

I have only had this torch for a few weeks but so far has proved to be an excellent purchase and good value for money it gives a good bright light is not too heavy and feels robust I just plug it in to my USB port and seems to keep its charge very well

A good solidly built torch which is as bright as advertised. I am a delivery driver that often ends up in the middle of nowhere at night where its literally pitch black, this torch is an absolute Godsend believe you me ! It has a good belt clip on it so it fits on my belt which allows me to see where I am walking when carrying goods too. I use it on the brightest setting which is what it comes on at when you first switch it on, when switching the torch off to save going through all the other settings i simply hold the on off switch for about 2 seconds and it switches it off. User friendly and highly commended 🙂
Brought this torch mainly for our daughter’s trick or treating at Halloween and I have to be honest I was a bit sceptical about the light claim. All I can say is..WOW, it is like walking in daylight, the reach of the beam is incredible. Although it seems expensive for a torch (when you consider the cost of a maglite torch) it isn’t really that bad. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This product gives me a good outcome in terms of brightness and the battery last very long.
I bought this to replace my existing dog walking torch when it failed. I thought the old one was bright until I got this. It’s super powerful on max and on narrow beam you do see the four LED pattern but that disappears if you widen it slightly. You don’t need it on maximum brightness all the time it’s that good. I would buy another one of these if I needed to replace it for some reason.
Bought for my sister who has to negotiate dark paths through woods to get home. She loves it it like walking in daylight. Its also big enough to fend of wild foxes!!
i was looking for a replacement bright led torch for walking the dog. well, it is certainly bright and the switch is easy to use. the focus was a little stiff at first and I’m sure it will get easier with use. my only minor disappointment is that the focus is good and has a good reach but the beam is rather too wide however I’m sure i will get used to i
Seems like good value for money so far. Only charged it once and it’s still going two weeks later. Used daily for up to 30 mins. Would recommend. Nice and bright for such a small unit.
eally nice flashlight very well made but after turning it on there are 2 of the leds that are not comeing on so could just be a faulty wire waiting on customer service to get back to me to fix the issue

Dont buy from SuperHelius. Very bright torch. Really happy at first but now having to charge daily for 2 x 20 minutes walks. Total rubbish. Can’t contact seller. I see why they are now unavailable, probably too many complaints. I really don’t expect to buy a new torch every 3 months
What an excellent torch, great size and it clips onto my rucksack so its hand free. I like the 3 light brightnesses, it is still still working of its 1st charge and the replacable battery pack is very good too.
Cannot comment on the battery life at the moment. Torch is durable and very powerful bright light. Pleased with purchase

very bright very sturdy I guess the battery has a long run before it needs charging because its still on its first full charge after over three months since I have had the torch , granted the days are getting longer now .
My first torch some years ago had one cree LED giving 600 Lumens max. It cost 40 pounds. This new one has 4 LEDs – giving 2500 Lumens and was a little over 10 pounds. Its a cracking little torch. Its almost unbelievable how much light it throws off. Feels nice in the hand – good weight feels quality. So chuffed with it.

With a large garden and a number of trees, a torch is essential for night trips there with Lexi the Yorkshire Terrorist. This is an ideal bit of kit. Zoomed to a point or broadband light it is perfect. Holds a charge well, easy to use.

I’ve dropped it a few times and it still works! Still the brightest torch I’ve ever owned.
The only downsides are:
The battery life could be better. It will last between 1.5-2 hours on full beam and becomes considerably dimmer after 40 mins or so.
The light at its most focused point has a cross shape in the beam, this is caused by the 4 separate LED’s. Doesn’t bother me but is good to know before purchasing.
A great torch all round, very rugged and robust, could do with a spare or higher capacity battery.

What a great torch very sturdy well made with great area illumination originally turned up quickly but was missing a battery holder informed the sender and very quickly sent out another torch which was complete and must say i am very impressed with the service the response and obviously the torch many thanks indeed
Havent properly tried it, But very sturdy looking with a bit of weight to it. light is bright, but when getting narrower beam was hoping for better. A little oversized for putting in pocket. Not sure about battery time, but reading other reviews, will unscrew bottom cap covering battery to stop it perhaps draining it when not in use.
Very happy with this purchase. It’s a good size and provides fantastic light, with several options of beam. I like the fact it has a rechargeable battery, via a USB cable, and feel it was good value for money. Also convenient that it has a belt strap.
I’d chosen this model as it looked to have reviewed well and the inclusion of the rechargeable battery was a plus also.
I’ve used it regularly now for the better part of 6 weeks so feel able to report my findings.
The torch packaging was adequate and it is well protected by the durable heavy plastic case. Very easy to set up though I have to say, charging the rechargeable battery provided is a slow process.
The torch itself is well made and feels sturdy. It’s bright and has several modes (God knows what the cross hair one is all about). I liked the fact the power button lights up when in use. Also nice to have the paracord lanyard.
Two gripes: the rubber cover over the usb port is not the best and will often pop out.
My main issue though is the battery life, this thing is thirsty. After first charging this up I thought I’d get some good usage out of it. I made the mistake of leaving the rechargeable battery in the torch. Even though the torch was turned off, this depleted the battery really quickly. It also does this if you use the AAA’s.
I know you should remove batteries from devices rather than leave them in over a prolonged period of time but leaving them in over a few nights should not be as draining.
I’ve just taken to removing the batteries when I get in which works well enough.
All in all, I’ve been quite impressed but felt compelled to mark down because of the battery consumption. There’s an easy enough solution but I can’t help feel it should still have lasted longer.
Good solid construction, the adjustable beam size is very useful as are the different light settings. The only negative factor is that the product does not come with a USB power charger included.
Charge last long. We are using for evening walks. My kid loves it. Good quality and light.
My wife purchased this for me as a present, although I have a expensive torch, this one is much better,I like the fact that if you can’t charge it, you have the option to use standard AAA batteries, it lights up the whole room when you use this function.
Good handy size, not too big, powerful light adjustable. only slight downside is the battery life dims after a few hours but this is acceptable. really lights up the pathway when walking and you can direct the light to a longer beam.. would recommend.
Great torch, I’m a paramedic and use it for work, great I can also recharge my phone on the go. Had a power cut recently and placed torch upside down on breakfast bar and it lit up the wonderfully

Brighter than I’d expected for the price, had been looking at far more expensive brands but couldn’t part with upward of 80 for a small torch for dog walking. For the price it’s difficult to fault. Battery life isn’t greatest but tbf I used it straight from delivery so it likely wasn’t fully charged.
There are multiple settings, which can be scrolled through, however, after using for 2.5 minutes on any one setting, the torch can be switched off directly, saving the need to scroll through all the options. Unit has a belt clip attached, but I would have liked an option with a pouch ( hence only 4 stars ). Otherwise met with my expectations. Bought a second as a gift.
It has 4 bright LEDs in the lens, which make a cross head on the lighthouse zoom. The flood setting is wide enough for easily flooding country lanes and pavements. You can seamlessly transition from lighthouse to flood.
There are a few brightness options, a flash and SOS. You can turn the torch off on any setting by flicking through the options on a cycle, or by simply holding the on button. Turning the torch on defaults to the bright light.
The brightest setting is great for spotting fish in the river at about 15 metres and also rabbits from a few hundred metres away.
I have generally been using the flood setting on the lowest brightness for walking country lanes in the dark. I reckon the torch lasts about 5 hours on this setting, although I like to charge it after 2 hours so the bright light is always max performance.
The torch comes with a hard case and USB cable for charging an internal battery. You can use normal batteries if you want but there’s no point as the rechargeable works out way cheaper!
I’ve been out in the rain a few time with no issue. Probably won’t survive a dip in the river though.

Nicely built out of aluminium and feels reassuringly heavy but not too heavy. It has a power indicator light and comes with a lanyard which is handy when you’re picking up dog mess.
It is very bright and more than what I need but to he honest I don’t think it’s 2500 lumens. I have a Moon 2500 lumen light for night riding and it is definitely brighter. This torch still is very bright and also doesn’t RRP at 270 and need an external battery pack so to be honest I didn’t expect it to be anywhere near as bright.
It’s for general use. Zoom function is telescopic, not twist. Telescopic is easier to adjust both intentionally and unintentionally. Push button on the side to operate. Push repeatedly to cycle through 3 solid levels and 2 blink modes. Hold down button to turn off. 160-177×33.5×40.5mm, 267gr. Beam is reasonably uniform. Beam cone is 70 degrees at zoom out, 13 degrees at zoom in. The beam spot shows outline of the 4 beads at full zoom in. Does not get warm. The intensity at highest level appear only little higher than that of another flashlight with half the lumen at its highest intensity. Charging port on the side thus no need to remove the battery for charging. It’s perhaps a little heavy and big for pocket carry but otherwise alright.
