Product works very well but the interchangeable ends feel very cheap

Only used the once so far, so can’t say about the battery life, but cut and feel of the clippers is far higher quality than my last set looking forward to the next trim

The -ve is that it’s a bit bulky as a cordless trimmer buts that’s the only negative. You get a mountain of different attachments for every length of cut. Much better range of attachments than any other device. Takes a fair bit of time to charge but I’ve done three cuts and still shows a full charge so that’s a big plus. Other battery trimmers struggle to cut – not this thing, it cuts your hair like a 230v wired cutter. If I get a couple of years out of this trimmer, I’ll be 100% happy. So far all I can say is.. Buy one. You won’t regret it.

This is an impressive clipper. I have been mostly using an older and basic Philips model and this is a noticeable improvement. I normally stick to a number zero and it does an excellent job with that. The noise hair trimmer is a little painful but it does get the job done.
The other attachments are good and it charges easily and of course it looks great!

Very good machine would definitely recommend this product! If you want a good quality trimmer with all the essentials this is the one to buy. Can’t fault it!

It’s all you need in a trimmer and more, the only negative is it snag a little bit when shaving my head but having said that it’s by far the best Iv had, covers everything, from close shave on neck to trimming eyebrows, sae one review mention the nose trimmer attachment pulls hair a bit which is true but it sure does the job, for 75 it’s a winner for me

A fantastic trimmer. Comes with a charging base and 15 accessories including kipper guards. Would have been nice to have a taper and a hard travel box though for the premium price. But at time of review at 72 it really is a bargain. Powerful motor. I would recommend.

There’s an avalanche of this type of product currently and this one tries to be pretty much a one stop solution to trimming hair, wherever it grows. whether you are controlling your stubble or beard, cutting your hair, trimming your body hair, tidying your eyebrows or removing your nose and ear hair, this does the job and does it very well. The unit itself is of very high quality – it’s trailed a sprofessional quality, which seems apt. In use, its easy to hold and manipulate, the 4 heads interchange easliy and fit very securely and a single charge lasts a very long time. The only issue is the price, which is much higher than some of the competition, but if you want quality you have to pay for it, this is well worth it.

This is around the 5th different trimmer I have tried and tested and it’s the most expensive by a long way. Does this mean it’s 2x as better as a 40/50 shaver? well it’s not as simple as that and really depends on what you want from a razor. With razors like manscaped now market at 75 and Phillips and Brawn around the 40-50 mark I really do struggle to justify the price so I have tried to break it down.

Premium Quality – The razor itself feels solid, I love the weight and feel of it and the light that shows the battery level is a nice touch and it’s certainly the best-looking razor I have owned. The on off switch is stiff and takes a bit of effort compared to those with buttons on the front, the counter argument is that you won’t be switching it off accidently or it won’t turn on easily when travelling. The magnetic interchangeable heads work well but they are certainly more premium in looks rather than feel. These are in fact plastic with a chrome style coating that I have seen scratch and come off other models. They are fairly light weight and attract fingerprints.

Inside the box
4 MagFix cutting heads all lightweight, magnetic and have a chrome style look to them. Easy to snap on and off and won’t come off while in use.
Japanese steel precision – probably my favourite of the bunch. I have a beard which I trim and the razors I have had in the past won’t get a close enough shave so I tend to use a wet shave with it. This close shave does a fantastic job and I would use it more however, I do tend to get spotty with them which is something the wet shave never does so it’s with regret that I still won’t use it. If you don’t suffer with electric close shaves though this does a great job.
Nose Trimmer – It’s way too powerful and you can feel it pull at the hairs rather than cut them. I disliked this attachment. It does work however, which is more than I can say for other brands but like I said it’s just too powerful and uncomfortable. I also had some black stuff coming out of the trimmer on first use (see picture).
2x Cutting heads with attachments. There are two different length cutters which the attachments will fit too. The higher numbers use the bigger cutter and the smaller use the smaller. Each attachment clicks easily into place and won’t come off easily. My previous one had a movable attachment which was gear for travel however, there have been times I pressed too hard and shaved a bit too much off. You don’t have that issue with individual attachments. To get them off you press the sides and lift.
Also in the box is a eyebrow attachment with a slider for 2 different lengths which works very well and a 6 length struggle guide for those who like to style their stubble. All attachments have the length on the inside (pictured).

A change stand – This looks better than it feels. It’s has a very plastic feel to the top but it actually looks okay and the different attachments easily slot on and off. The cable provided is a USB-to-USB mini which I don’t get on a new product and should have been a USBc. The Razor sits on the end and charges each time you put it back. Should you not want to use the adaptor than there is also a USB Mini port at the bottom of the razor. In the box also comes with a Charging Adaptor but the cable is detachable and will work if you have a USB socket.

Extras Include – Small Oil, Storage pouch, Brush and Information Booklet. The pouch is a bit poor for the price of this set and easily found in most razor packs.

The Shave
Gives a really good shave/trim, personally I wouldn’t use it for my hair as I have clippers. I like having the attachments, although this is more to carry, they are more secure and will stop any change in length. For the most part it gives a clean easy shave, the razor is pretty quiet compared to competitors and it has a nice glide to it. I have used it on chest and used some manscaping and it’s okay, works well enough. The razor struggles with grey wire like hairs and you may have to keep going over them at different angles. Around the gentlemen’s area I had an easy clean cut and let’s say that this was a brave move when you read my next point.
At the time of review there is only one other review and he hasn’t mentioned it. I would be interested in anyone else who experiences this issue when they try/buy their razors but I did experience a lot of hair pulling. I haven’t experienced this with any other brands I have tried and tested and like I said at the start this is my 5th different razor. I have Oiled it again to be sure and I still get the same issue. I have to be very careful when gliding the razor when in use but even than I still got the off tug. Now as I mentioned before this is giving me a better cut and might be finding some hairs that my previous razor has left a bit longer and they just get caught up. I have noticed the difference after and my beard does look better. Other things to take into account is that I have a lot of grey in my beard and is it the grey’s causing the problem. Either way it is an issue and can be a painful one (anyone who has plucked a hair will tell you). It’s my biggest flaw and one where I will have to deduct a point until I can find out the reason why. I didn’t get this when doing my chest and I only got it once when manscaping but in one shave of my beard it happened around 7 times. I would be interested in anyone else with a similar beard type having the same issue.

Verdict
A premium priced razor that mostly delivers. Some cheaper parts and the pouch than I would expect for a razor of this price. I am pleased with the lack of plastic in the packaging and the box and presentation is spot on. Biggest let down has been my beard trim experience although other areas the razor has shone through. I did get a better shave with this product over cheaper ones but not double the price. It will come down to personal preference for each individual.
