Third prong on the AC adaptor was floating around in the box when it arrived – all else looks ok. Can someone get in touch to send a replacement cable? Thanks!

Part of the product arrived damaged

This baby monitor was a great purchase. It provides a decent picture quality to two camera on one screen. Would recommend!

I love everything except how awkward it is to switch between single and double cam. Have to go through about four settings, all of which I never alter. Not sure why they would have put this setting so far down the list.

Very handy monitor with a much clearer picture than a previous brand I used. Communication with the seller was absolutely brilliant following an issue I had. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue pertaining to the monitor effectively not turning on.
I was contacted by “Ravit” (based in Ireland)
Once we started whats apping it became super quick to rectify this.
    Ravit was on point.
Real testament to the company and sent out a replacement order the following day. I sent the old one back and thats that.
Honestly I couldn’t fault this person’s customer service and after care.
If you are looking just stop and go with Babysense.

We have been using this camera for nearly a year and it’s been working great. Recently one of the cameras stopped working so I emailed support via the Babysense website and they’ve sent out a replacement within the warrantee. They were super responsive. Incredibly impressed and so happy to have it fixed so we can continue using them both!

Got this last year for my daughter so she could monitor the 2 youngest who are in their own rooms so had the split vision which was perfect.
A week ago she found the monitor was not charging. Got in touch with supplier as it is still under warranty and was very impressed with how quickly they got back to me and we followed the troubleshooting instructions they gave us and it identified that it was definitely the power cord.
A new cord was delivered the following day. I was extremely impressed with the service I got and would definitely recommend them to anyone and buy from them again. Can’t fault the customer service here. It makes a lovely change to have someone do what they say they will do with no hassle. Many thanks

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt was working fine, great to not having to bring the camera upstairs and downstairs with 2 cameras. But I accidentally dropped the parent unit, a height of 20 cm and it stopped working. There’s a green light, I can hear sounds but no picture. Not sure how to contact them either. I took out the battery and put it back but no luck. Otherwise it was a great camera!

Tried a few cameras now and wanted to avoid any WiFi ones.

This is by far best camera for range, flexibility in movement of camera etc.

Picture quality a little poor (particularly with night vision) however good enough to see what’s going on.

Sound quality is excellent, picks up everything

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent baby monitor. I did a lot of research on split screen monitors and was apprehensive to buy this one due to some negative reviews but honestly it’s just brilliant. Picture quality including night vision is perfect – a lot better than my angel care monitor. Extremely easy to set up and use. You can watch both babies at one time using the split screen or individually. The monitor is a great size. You can also move the camera using the monitor. I couldn’t recommend this product enough.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAll great appart from a couple of things that would make it perfect if enhanced:
    – The focal angle if it could be increased
    – If the camera could go down further
I found the multiple cameras option (switching from a camera to another) excellent, the split mode not so great but this is personal.

The screen is very nice looks good quality. The general ergonomic is great as well.

The charging socket on the camera is food and not one of those where it’s difficult to plug it or keep falling (yeah had bad experiences) 🙂

Monitor switches off, even when battery is full. It’s not been even a year since we bought babysense, battery life is very short and need to be plugged in otherwise its not working. At the beginning was ok, but it’s not been even a year and all the time it turns off.

I loved the video quality and all features on it.
My only complaint is about the sound capture. My baby have to cry a bit loud to it start the camera, unless you put the camera near to the cot. I had another one with less video and battery quality that capture sound very easily. But I’m still happy with this purchase.

I absolutely love this monitor, reasonably priced with everything you need it to do and 2 cameras. Great picture and sound. Lullaby function is great for the toddler.
Parent unit did play up recently, after warranty had expired but technical support helped me get it going again for a short period but when it fully packed up I was sent another screen: what more can you ask for.

My family likes this monitor for several reasons – it has good range allowing us to sit in the garden while the children sleep, the image is clear and the zoom and nightlight functions are hugely helpful. The only thing I would mention on the negative is the battery life not being long enough and the unnecessarily loud alarm beeps that go off when the parent monitor is low on power. This could easily be half as loud and still wake a sleeping parent up.

I’m so pleased I brought this baby monitor. We have a 4 month old and a 3 year old in separate rooms at night so this is perfect for keeping an eye on both together.

There are some great little features that were not on my previous baby monitor too, such as a warm amber nightlight in the base of the cameras that you can turn on or off. I also love the fact that each camera’s position can be controlled by the parent unit, which is so helpful if they move around.

However, by far the best thing about this camera is the customer service. We had an issue with 1 camera not working and straight away the company sent us a list of tips to get it working, and when they failed, they replaced the camera super quick. I was very impressed.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe’ve been through all the baby stuff, my wife can’t get enough. 15 prams, loads of car seats and all the main brand monitors.

Before this we were using the AngelCare one, full colour, very high quality screen and quite expensive. This is better.

Camera motors work quite well, screen is quite intuitive with how it picks up sound and the battery lasts ages.

For two kids where you want to reduce the amount of kit you need, this is the one.

  27. Anonymous says:

Simple the best monitor ive ever had the functions work great the video is so clear at night and the range fantastic would recommend to anyone with kids

  28. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

All round a fantastic piece of kit, bought when our second child was born.

Particularly like that you can set the screen to eco which means you can turn the monitor off to standby and when the camera picks up noise the monitor will come on. You can change the noise sensitivity too.

The panning on the cameras is great you can see most, if not all, of the room.

You can select which camera to see, or have it split screen too.

Slight downside for me is that when the battery begins to drop on the monitor it is very loud and beeps every few seconds, although this could be a great selling point if you are concerned that you might not notice the battery dropping.

All in all, I’d recommend this to anyone who needs dual camera monitoring.

Fantastic monitor. Clear picture, good sound. Able to use split screen mode to see both children on one screen. But can also view picture from one camera on the parent unit which – the picture will change to whichever child is making a noise or moving. Very clever!

I’ll start by saying we’ve only had this monitor around a month at time of writing so battery life hasn’t really been tested but at the moment it seems fairly good. The monitor is currently only used for short bursts if I need to leave the room my baby is sleeping in for any reason but I have the screen on constant rather than eco mode and the battery lasts over a week. Having the two cameras means we can have one upstairs and one downstairs for day and night time sleep which is very convenient. The picture quality is good enough, I can just about make out babies chest rising and falling and the cameras are both around 3 feet away. We haven’t really used the nightlight and sound feature but I could see how these would be useful for some babies. I wasn’t sure if the tilt was necessary but I have used it and can imagine I will use it a lot when baby becomes a toddler. Very well priced compared to others

I was so happy when I first started using this (just one camera for now until our second arrival in August) great quality picture, sound and range when taking the monitor out into our garden, which is long!

Unfortunately though, after only 2 months use the camera stopped working and wouldn’t pair back up (bring in the currently unused second camera). However, with a 1 year warranty on the product I got in touch with the customer support team and they couldn’t have been better or more officiant in helping. With only a few emails between us and proof that the camera was in fact truly dead, there was no hesitation their end to send through a replacement for me. What I was dreading being a long winded argument turned into such an easy fix.

I’m so satisfied with the product itself and would highly recommend but even happier with their customer care, after all, faulty equipment does happen from time to time.

Pleased with this purchase so far. Picture quality in the day is great and at night is good. Sound quality if excellent can actually hear my little one breathing unlike our old monitor.
Only downside I’ve found it seems quite zoomed in. It’s ok in our first borns room as it’s bigger so being on the other side of the room you can still see most of the bed. But in the nursery (box room) for our little one due soon it’s been really difficult to find a place to put it where you can see a fair proportion of the cot. It’s like it needs to be higher and further away to get more of a view of the sleeping area.

  37. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

I still feel this monitor is great for its picture quality, that you can split the screen and it doesn’t have a huge light on the camera when it’s on that the baby stares at like my old one. But a few flaws- battery life is rubbish so having to charge every night or it wakes my youngest who’s still in our room with its almighty loud beeping, I’m not sure how but it flashes up to the white noise but not to my eldest getting out of bed on route to wake her sibling. And the camera themselves don’t point low enough you do require to mount them onto the wall if you need them up high so they can’t be grabbed but still need to see the little camera thief. So in all, great monitor, just a few annoyances.

We all know technology sometimes goes wrong, a few months in and the monitor failed on ours but the customer service was nothing short of amazing. A very fast response to my issue and a few suggestions to try and resolve the problem and when they didn’t work a replacement was promptly despatched which works a treat thank you so much and keep up the excellent service.

Most reliable I’ve had. When it loses signal (very very rare in my experience) it beeps to tell you. It uses the 2.5ghz to connect device to cameras so it may interfere with other devices that use 2.5ghz wifi.

It works well throughout the house. You can watch both cameras at the same time but sound can be made to cycle between them both every 10 seconds (hold the dual camera button for a couple of seconds).

Only down side I’ve found with them is the constant white noise/whirring on the parent device takes some getting used to. Still worth it though for how reliable it is

We had a BT monitor with our daughter but when we had our 2nd we needed a second monitor and I didn’t want the hassle of having 2 screens to carry around. We had issues with the BT monitor not always picking up signal even when upstairs. The reach on this is great, I think the quality is better than the BT

I spent ages looking for a video monitor reading specs/reviews etc. Reading negative reviews for various cameras put me off buying, but took a chance with this one. I’m so glad I did, it’s brilliant! The picture quality is amazing day and night, I love the split screen function as well as the talk back feature. The night light and thermometer are also a nice touch. I keep mine plugged in most of the time so can’t comment on battery life too much. Great value for 2 cameras. I have one in the baby’s room and one in the toddlers room. No more disturbing their sleep going in to check on them!

    BRILLIANT purchase

I’ve had this monitor for around 7 months now and I have to say it is so practical for when you have more than one kid. I’ve had no issues at all with it. The wire is long enough you can keep everything well out of baby’s reach. The camera quality is decent and the noise capture is phenomenal. It’s very easy to set up and use and I loved being able to see both of my little ones at the same time. Battery life was very decent, and the echo mode was perfect for nighttime because it doesn’t keep the entire room bright. I would absolutely recommend this and would buy it again.

I am so glad we bought this monitor. The monitor battery lasts all night. No need for charging once it is fully charged before we go to bed. The night vision is very good. The pan and zoom options are great. When our little one wakes in the morning, we put on the lullaby music and helps her to relax for a few minutes before getting up. I am delighted with this monitor – and 2 cameras are included which is perfect for our 2nd baby as well.

The picture quality is great & its so useful to be able to tilt & pan remotely rather than moving the cameras manually. Perfect if you have a toddler & a baby in separate rooms, you can switch between the cameras at will or have it on split screen to keep an eye on both of them at the same time. When we had our first born a few years ago we were kindly gifted the Angelcare monitor with pad. I found the pad added to my stress when naturally going to pick up my newborn to breastfeed when he would want a feed through the night, so stopped using this almost immediately. We used the angelcare for 2 years without the pad and found that the battery life was awful and declined rapidly although we had been careful to not leave it on its charger.

Soon the relievers button broke and we could no longer switch it on. I was left very disappointed with this expensive kit.

When our second arrived, I order this monitor having done lots of research and after using our previous monitor with our firstI was more aware of what features I would find helpful with a newborn and a toddler.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the people behind this have really Pit a lot of thought behind what is really needed. From simple things like being able to use the same cable to charge that you can use to plug in your camera (helpful when I’ve needed to temporarily move cameras around without disrupting the more permanent setup), to yhe built in microphone and white noise machine, and the split screen and rotating capabilities.

I am so impressed a d truly believe that this monitor was made by experienced parents who saw a gap in the market for a product like this. Well done!

You’ve made my life easier for the transition between one to two children, and I wish I knew about this camera sooner as I’m sure it would have made it easier with my first than the monitor I was using.

Perfect camera for keeping an eye on two sleeping babies. With a 19 months age gap I needed a baby camera that would allow me to hear and see both babies simultaneously and this ticks that box and so many others. Picture quality is fantastic and provides clear images even in a pitch black room. With audio changing between cameras every ten seconds, it’s easy to identify if one of them have eooen without having to have eyes on the monitor screen. The camera pans left, right, up and down at wide angles which is particularly handy for our toddler!! Would recommend 100%, one of the best baby buys ever!

Pleasantly surprised with this product. A vast improvement on our previous baby monitor. Easy to use, good quality imaging and multi camera option is great. We did have some issues with the product, which was disappointing (intercom and lullabies stopped working, and the master unit wouldn’t switch on after a few months), but customer support were FANTASTIC. Bought this baby monitor to replace a BT 5000 series set up which broke. We have also used a few other cheaper baby monitor bands so feel like I’m well positioned to provide a review.

Honestly, this babysense monitor is in a totally different league. The picture quality is great, the sound quality is absolutely fine, ability to remotely pan the cameras is great and very responsive, the handset (quite big, but doesn’t bother me) lasts ages without charge and is easy to use. Split screen is a nice touch for if you want to see what’s going on in 2 rooms at the same time.

One thing I couldn’t work out from other reviews before buying is how eco mode handles multiple cameras when NOT in split screen mode, and it wasn’t clear whether a noise in a room would only be picked up if the monitor was ‘focused’ on that camera at that point in time.but happy to say no matter which room/camera the noise was made, the monitor clicks on and displays the appropriate camera with audio straight away. This is how we use it at night, just set eco mode, No need for split-screen, doesn’t matter which camera is selected.the monitor will do the rest when it detects a noise from either room.

Great product and well worth the investment.

Bought this as a replacement for our old Victure camera which kept resetting.
Babysense are amazing, as are their customer service. I wasn’t able to figure out the extended warranty on their website but they were brilliant through email and very fast too!
We have the 4″3 monitor with two cameras and this is a god send as our 8 month old is now rolling around his cot.
It has a good set of lullabys, which time out (very useful for nap time).
Pictures show the menu, how the monitor looks with one camera, standby mode where theres no pic but audio and split screen.
Honestly wish we’d spent the money and got this first.
Cables are really long, so plugging in shouldn’t be an issue. Only thing I can point out as a ‘design flaw’ is they can’t look down very far, so we’ve sticky padded one to the inside end of our sons cot and played one down elevated at the other end. I think this really does depend on nursery set up though.

    Best camera buy

I’m not one to leave reviews but having looked for a baby monitor with 2 cameras I went for this. I looked at far more expensive products having used and enjoyed a Motorola camera before. The previous monitor was adequate but this is so much better!

The viewer has great battery life, I can charge it every 2 days after a good 5-6 hours use. The picture is brilliant, the response to moving the camera is also very fast. Dual screen mode is epic. Yes it’s cropped but it still offers enough screen to work.

I almost spent 350+ on a dual camera setup but this is perfect.

I’d like a usb charge port for ease on the viewer but the mains charger is certainly more robust, my old setup was online viewable but I rarely used it. This is a brilliant setup and can’t recommend it more.

Don’t waste money on others. If you want a dual screen setup just buy this.

    Great product, highly recommended

I have been using this baby monitor for my two little ones since March. It’s very simple to use with high quality video and very sensitive audio. You can’t turn the camera around which is very useful when you want to see what the older one is up to without having to go in at night.

I recently had a problem with one of the cameras audio. It wasn’t as sensitive as the other camera meaning that it didn’t pick up some sounds at all. I contacted customer service and they got back to me very quickly and gave me a list of instructions to follow. I followed them and it didn’t improve the problem.

I contacted customer service again and they thanked me for trying the instructions and told me that they have sent me another camera and it should be with me within three days. It came exactly when they said with tracked delivery and the problem was fixed straight away.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ravit Shtalryd who was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this product and highly recommended the customer service. Thanks Ravit for the great customer service.

I love that this lets you watch 2 screens at once. Also really like the eco mode so the screen and sound is I’ll go off until any noise it heard from the camera. Great picture too. Lots of different settings a modes.

Two cameras one monitor. The monitor has a clunky feel to it. The controls are easy to use but not set out in a user friendly way. Volume control is for both cameras and it would be nice if you could set each independently as sometimes you only need one. Range doesn’t appear to be as good as other systems I’ve used but the pan and tilt function is very smooth and quick.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersAbsolutely DELIGHTED with this monitor! I ordered three & sent them all back before I discovered this one! If you have a toddler & baby this is the monitor for you! I wanted to be able to see them both all the time, which the split screen enables you to do! The sound can switch between the two every ten seconds or can stay on one. Being able to tilt AND pan the cameras is a godsend as I have one wriggly little baby & was forever going back upstairs to move camera OR BABY! However with this one you can move it all around from downstairs!

The one & only SLIGHT bug bare is that if it’s not in ECO mode you can hear that “electricity type buzz sound.”However, at bed time I just switch to ECO mode, as the baby sleeps next to me, so I just have it on my toddler & all is perfect!!!
I sent back the BT monitor, Motorola 5″ screen monitor and the Babysense 5” screen monitor before finding and keeping this one!

    TOP MONITOR!!!

Ideal for having two babies in two rooms. Lets you keep an eye on both of them. Only thing it doesn’t have it won’t allow is audio from both cameras at the same time. You can only select one for audio. PTZ cameras are awesome.

Needed an upgrade with baby number 2 on the way, simple to use, easy set up, great picture quality and sound is clear, maybe a little quieter than our previous monitor but can still hear everything.
We had a faulty power adapter in ours, not an urgent issue as second baby isn’t here yet but after contacting through both Amazon and email, both communications were responded to within an hour in a friendly and helpful way and we received a replacement less than 48 hours later, great to see when you have some companies that can take up to a week just to respond with a copy and paste response, so kudos all round to the company and your employees

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersIt’s almost a great product, but for the price I’d expect some of the features to perform better.
If you’ll be using this to keep an eye on two little ones whilst sitting in your lounge watching a movie or something then it’s an excellent choice. Not so good if you need to do lots of check-ins through the night.

    Here’s a breakdown of why:

Set up (with one or two cameras) takes no time. Just switch them all on.

On the bright side, the split screen and dual camera functions work really well. You scan switch between the two views (and control each camera) quickly and the split screen is also decent. Controls are intuitive and simple, although the monitor unit is quite large!

Camera quality (and refresh rate) are a lot better than other cheap cameras BUT the field of view is quite narrow. I get that you can pan horizontally and vertically, but it would be better if you could see more on screen without needing to move the camera. Firstly because it’s just a bit irritating, but secondly because moving the camera makes a slight whiirrrr, so if your little one isn’t quite asleep it might bug them.

The lowest brightness setting is still very bright, so be prepared to squint if you’re looking at it in the middle of the night with the lights off.

Same goes for the volume, the lowest setting is still quite loud.

Everything about this camera and monitor set is fantastic. Night vision is perfectly clear and the fact you can move the camera if you’ve got a bit of a wiggled is such a bonus. We had a slight issue with one of the chargers and customer service could not have been more pleasant to deal with and resolved the problem promptly and with ease.

It does exactly what we need it to and, for the money, it is excellent. We did a lot of research and we’re pleased with our decision.

We can clearly hear and see what our little one is up to in a dark room, whether her eyes are open for example (if you want to see his/her nostril hair you’ll have to spend more).

We only use one camera at the moment, but will soon be using both. We did test the 2 cameras with split screen when the Amazon box arrived and functionality works well.

    2 cons we identified:
    1. The distance from the camera at which the receiver loses connection with picture and audio – it is a good 20m less than our previous audio-only baby unit, which was powerful. We expected this so we haven’t marked our review down.
    2. The receiver unit didn’t power up. I saw on other reviews that this could happen and we followed the advice – disconnect and reconnect battery pack – which immediately solved the problem. We had to pair the cameras with the unit afterwards, but it’s quick as very intuitive.

We needed to attach the unit to the wall, about 2m up, to get the optimal view angle. You get a screw and plug in the box and all straightforward.

Great piece of kit at an affordable price

We wanted to get a split screen that would show us both our toddler and our baby. We’ve been really impressed (and we’ve been through 3 different baby monitors in the last 3 years!) – it was easy to set up, the split scree display is great and other functionality (like being able to speak to our toddler, and move the camera remotely) all work well.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter our Motorola monitor gave up I had the misfortune of having to search for a replacement, I wasn’t looking for anything too fancy, requirements I felt were simple, pan and tilt, wall mountable with 2 cameras as we have one on the way and a one year old, made or at least a distributor in the UK. After many many hours of researching and different websites I came to the end of my patience, unless I wanted to spend a silly amount of money nothing ticked all the boxes.
I had done many searches on Amazon and the BabySense monitors kept popping up, along with the VaVa one, not many reviews in the split screen BabySense with a real mixture for the other but I didn’t want to spend nearly 200 on a monitor plus extra camera, which could go either way. Well after the other half telling me that little ones sensor pads were BabySense, and being very happy with them I decided to chance my luck with the monitor and I couldn’t have been more impressed.
Price was fair and it comes with 2 x cameras and met every requirement I was looking for, plus extras. The service so far has been amazing, I ordered on a Saturday, Monday morning I received an email from them advising it had been dispatch and arrived that day. Couldn’t have been easier to set up, I’m not one for reading instructions so it was out of the box and up and running in 2 minutes! Picture quality is brilliant, split screen if I want is clear or I can have just the one camera view, if anything when zoomed out it’s still too close but that’s still a plus.
Personally I’m thrilled with this purchase, exactly what I was looking for and within the budget I was prepared to pay, probably won’t use the lullaby’s or white noise but nothing wrong with them just personal preference as baba already has a musical nightlight he plays with.

Debated for ages about which two camera system to get as we have another little one on the way and this one came up trumps in all other reviews, so went ahead and purchased it, slightly more expensive than other options, but the reviews were convincing enough and we are not in the slightest disappointed, excellent product, the colour detail in the daytime is phenomenal and the night vision you’d never know it was dark in the room. The eco setting is really effective, if the camera doesn’t pick up sound for 30 seconds it shuts the monitor unit off and automatically kicks back in if baby makes a noise so the battery life can be greatly expanded. Very very happy.

This is a great product. I switched from BT monitors as we had a new baby and needed a split screen monitor. The picture quality is excellent, sound is great aswell. The movement area of the camera is far better then expected. Great range on the monitors and the aerial really boosts that from when you go out to the garden. The only slight issue I have is that the sound does not change automatically if a baby cries or makes noise but there is a sound mode that swaps sound between monitors every 10 seconds so it’s not a major issue.

Would highly recommend these monitors. They are excellent value for the quality you get.

Very clear picture quality. Very good sound quality too. The night vision is extremely good and very useful. We aren’t actually using this for children but for our basement to keep an eye on things down there, we will use it when the grandchildren can visit again as we have a play area. We also use it at the moment to communicate between the basement and the house as my husband has a workshop down there so it saves me running down to tell him things and when meals are ready. Brilliant!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI never leave reviews but I’m so impressed with this monitor that I thought it was fair to. I have twin so the split screen was really important for me. I tried the other brand that comes up on here if you search split screen monitors and had to return it as the image quality was so poor.
You certainly get what you pay for with this monitor. The image quality is great, the sound is brilliant, all the extras are actually useful – especially the night light and white noise. We using a simple tack nail to attach these to the wall as you do need them a little higher up to get enough of the baby in (less zoomed pic if on single screen).
    Absolutely love it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese are perfect for us. A toddler in her own cot bed and a 5month old still in our bedroom but we can now chill in peace downstairs without worrying. They’re fab for the price! Can move the camera from your parent unit and also talk to them to if you need to. Fantastic buy 🙂 we did have a problem with one of the camera as they wouldn’t pair up but I got in touch with baby sense n got a brand new camera sent out the next day! Amazing customer service

This Is a good baby monitor especially if you have 2 children in different rooms and need a camera in each. Only thing is that it does sometimes drop out of connection and takes a while to reconnect unless you turn it in and off agai

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersWe’ve have video monitors for our girls (now 7 and 3) because they sleep on a different floor to us. We have an AngelCare which they both had as babies and which we will keep as a spare because it’s very good, and a Motorola (actually Binatone when you look into it) which is truly terrible in just about every respect. We decided to consolidate to just one system and chose this BabySense.

What a joy to open a box, plug in, switch on and find exactly what you hoped for. Crystal clear, bright display showing both rooms at once, excellent night vision, motorised cameras with built-in night lights, sturdy build and easy to use. It just works – didn’t even have to pair the cameras.

The range is excellent (both previous ones struggled in our house for some reason), the audio is clear and unbroken and it has a Lithium-ion battery so there’s no battery memory to worry about (again, both previous ones suffered from having NiMH batteries which needed replacement every six months or so).

This is an excellent product – assuming it lasts.

Night vision is amazing. The camera moves a touch fast, so blurry whilst panning around, but this isn’t something I consider an issue. Excellent sound quality, the microphone to talk to little one, and speaker on the camera unit, is brilliant. No complaints at all!

We live in a 1960s L shaped bungalow with all concrete internal walls. Kitchen to end bedroom is 45 yards with six intervening concrfete walls. Our wifi gives us 10Mbps. This wonderful monitor works perfectly over full distance and I cannot praise it enough. Superb.

The image isn’t quite as clear as previous monitors I’ve had but still plenty good enough for what you need. The Eco setting works well at only waking the monitor up when there is a sound but if anything it’s a little to sensitive at times.
Battery life seems really good so far and it’s great having the lullabies and white noise options on there.
Signal is fine around all of the house but doesn’t stretch as far down the garden as previous monitors have. May be down to the solid walls of our old house though.
Good value with 2 cameras included.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI have it set up for two cameras. I love the fact the cameras can be electronically moved. We use it so it flicks between the two cameras every 10 seconds but it does have a split screen function. Only problem with that is that the picture for each side isn’t a shrunken full picture but a cropped on. So depending on how high you can get the camera will depend on how much you can see. The connector to the battery plugs in really firmly. Which is great as we have been through a few other brand monitors where the charger has broken. Picture quality is not bad at all, charge is good, night vision great. Can not complain.

Good camera with added bonus of dual camera.

Initial issues which took some times to resolve bring rating down to 4 (parent unit unable to connect to cameras).
However full replacement sent (eventually) and currently working great. Eco mode very helpful as comes on if noise is made and goes to sleep when quiet. Picture quality is great. Need to actively hold communication button so no accidents like other brands.

Amazing system! Better than all the big brands and works flawlessly. Dual cameras work well, clarity is good even though not HD and pan movement are completely silent.
