I have wooden floors and felt like I needed something quite thick for an area for my baby to play and roll around, and something to make it more comfortable for me to sit on too. A couple of my friends have this mat and I liked it. It was more expensive than I was looking to spend but I think it is worth the money. It has great designs on both sides, it is easy to fold to make smaller or put away and it is easy to clean. Unfortunately my dog has punctured the mat quite a lot with his nails but that is my fault for not keeping him away enough and it hasn’t impacted it’s usability.

Product is so nice. Padding thickness great, I didn’t check size before buying but its great, really big. Easy to wipe clean, and easy to fold up and store away. Colours very eye catching and it really has my baby interested during tummy time. Also had another design on opposite side which is lovely for a wee change. Could use folded up ( in half, in smaller space) but obviously makes mat thicker so I only used like this whilst watching my little guy as would be worried on his rolling over if he rolled off edge and bumped face/head. Overall love this mat, will be used for a very long time and think quality of it will withstand time, would purchase again and recommend.

Really recommend this mat, I was a bit unsure with price but so worth it, quality is brilliant and folding up is so easy. I previously had the foam abc puzzle and did my head in cleaning, this is so much better. Nice and thick for baby, been using for my yoga too!
Absolutely brilliant playmat. Most of our downstairs has stone tiles so is really hard for our baby who is crawling and just started standing. Last week he fell and banged his head on the playmat, then got up like nothing had happened, it’s so cushioned. We are so impressed we’ve ordered 2 more mats

We bought this when it was on offer (c. 40) as our baby was starting to move around more and we wanted something that he could fall over on and not get hurt. It’s a nice size and pattern, easy to wipe clean and the cushioning is good. However, after only a few weeks use it is starting to tire around the joints and edges. I think it’s fair enough value at c. 40 but for full price I would expect something more robust.
Absolutly love this product. The padding is great, its easy to wipe clean, super easy to fold up and store. I use fully expanded in kitchen and half expanded in sitting room. My daughter loves the colors and there is tiny raised letters that helps her to get a grip and stop slipling when trying to crawl

Everything about this mat was great until the top layer of plastic started to peel and once it came off the colouring on the mat went everywhere and I had to throw out the mat. The colouring could easily be licked and swallowed by a 6 month old teething baby.
Delighted with this playmat, it’s the perfect size for babies to really spread their toys out and roll and crawl on. It also folds up really neatly, this has been so useful for any little trips we’ve taken, we just pop it in the car. Very comfortable and thick and easy to clean too.

Really nice thick playmat. It folds up nicely and easily fits in the car so we’ve been able to take it with us when visiting grandparents, and nice and easy to wipe clean. Relatively attractive pattern and it’s a good size. Does seem to scratch quite easily which is a shame however, and it was a bit slippy for baby when he was learning to crawl, but it’s been used every day since we’ve had it so worth every penny! Wish we had got it sooner.

I bought this for my little daughter. I was concerned there might be bad smell, but surprisingly there is none. good quality.
I got this one for my son, he loves it even I haven’t opened the inner package. I think the bear pics on it attracted him. This is a very lovely product, easy to fold, easy to use. The size and thickness is very adorable to me. It gives my son enough space to play on it and softness touch.
Also it is quite good to stand by its own after cleaning. I think this is most important to me. And since it is one piece, it is much better than the puzzle ones which my son loves to take them apart….This one don’t have this problem.
Best playmat! Lovely design, I got the lion one, firm but also soft to the touch, cleans easily. Exactly what I needed. I, for one, am happy that I spent more on something that meets all my needs considering I will be having this for a long time(or until baby destroys it somehow, but I doubt this will happen)
I putt the play mat in the living room for my little boy. He could enjoys the TV when he is sitting in there. Also he could play his games and cards.
The mat is perfert in my living room. It is double side with colourful animals and train tracks. My son was very excited when he saw this mat. Because he can recognize the animals and he love train toys.

I really like the size, colour and thickness. Packs away easily. My daughter can safely sit and crawl and I’m not worried about her hurting herself.
The embossed alphabet is actually really annoying to clean if you spill something on it. But I like that you can vacuum it easily

he plastic upper layer is starting to peel off, I only used a bit of water and detol to dry wipe it once, so I was wondering if there was a better way to clean it or it is the product.
Great mat for my 7 month year old to play on. Colours are great and vibrant. Groves and indents do make it slightly more time consuming to give proper clean. I also have a 2 year old who has scuffed the mat in a few places.
I don’t know if I would buy it again. Think it may be slightly overpriced but we are enjoying it.

I was really frustrated with the jigsaw type crawling mat i had bought and was also skeptical of spending 50 quid on another play mat. Actually this is the best money i have ever spent. He LOVES crawling around on it, the surface is reallly spongey and safe, and he has fallen over several times with no tears as a result of the thickness. its easy fold which means i actually pick it up off the floor too. Im totally converted.
I had ordered some sponge squares in the past but weren’t thick enough. Although pricey I think this is worth the money. Fills half my lounge and is very thick so no bumps. Baby interested in the pattern too. Easy to scratch but if care taken it’s ok

Absolutely love this for my daughter and really helps with her crawling. Great how easy it is to fold away when not in use, also waterproof so easy to clean after any spills.

So far so good. Folds away really easy and it’s absolutely huge for when baby starts to crawl around. The only thing I would say is it can make baby a bit hot and sweaty if the weather is hot due to the material of the mat. It’s not a huge issue though as we don’t get many hot days in the UK
I have this on the floor inside a playpen and my little grandson loves it. The alphabet letters are slightly embossed and he follows them with his finger. So easy to clean and folds away in a jiffy. Very happy with this product.

My baby is 10 months and just started crawling. Because we have tile floors it is really cold and rough on his knees and I needed a pad large enough to cover the area I made for a playroom. This way he can join his big brother while he plays with his kitchen and car table and it’s the perfect size and color for the room. Other options I looked at were smaller and more expensive plus the way this folds up is a huge space saver and easily portable to take with you. She loves it and thanks us almost every day for it. Works well for the added protection and fun at the same time “win-win” It is a durable and very good size for lots of play.

When my baby drools or her bottles spills it is easy to wipe up. Also, it comes in a nice carrying case with handles to make it easy to transport and store.
Really good mat with playful double sided design. Easy to set up, and very easy to fold back down. The bag it comes in is handy for storage and transport. We had to return ours because it wouldn’t fit within our room layout, but it really was a good mat.
Larger than I expected but fits nicely in living room. My 6 month old loves trying to crawl along and she’s fallen backwards a few times but it’s cushioned her fall nicely. Also folds away nicely at end of the day.

The mat is really light and good on the floor for baby. Plus it’s very easy to clean. But it’s not for us what we thought so we are returning.
Update: the return process was very easy, just needed to print the labels and attached one inside and one outside. The company came to collect from your address so you don’t need to go anywhere. The only down side was that you had to stay at home all day. The item was really good and I did recommend to my friend who is expecting. But we returned not because the item was bad, but because we was looking something else and we have already one similar so I didn’t needed, but if we would’ve not had anything similar I would be kept definitely. The seller was very complying and the service was 100% that’s why I’m giving 5 stars for the item and the selle

Amazing, big and very soft mat. My little girl was struggling to crawl because it was always slippery but with this mat she’s doing so much better and I’ve only had for 1 whole day.
Great for babies who learn to crawl, it’s safe, their heads don’t hit the ground, and it’s fun. But it’s too expensive.
I love this mat for my kids to play on. The whole family actually sits on it while playing, so it’s really big. I just ordered a second one because I love it!
Just received mine and I’m happy. Its alot bigger than I expected even after reading the dimensions. It’s got great cushion and the design is lovely. One side goes completely flat whereas the other side has grooves/dips for folding. Not an issue but I didnt realise this would be the case before purchase. We have used this folded which is even more cushioned and still a great size.

super mat ! our baby love it ! great big play space for our rolling/wiggling/sort of crawling baby! we’ve taken to opening it up half way, with the other half up the wall for added padded safety, as our LO likes to kick the wall haha). very fun images, good texture (the slightly raised letters seem to entertain our baby at times), & easy to fold. only reason i give it 4/5 stars is that it’s not as non-slip on our laminate flooring as i would like, so i just put a yoga mat underneath & that seems to do the trick 😉
Really happy with this play mat for my 9 month old to sit and crawl on. It’s lovely and soft, padded and much thicker than I expected. The design of it is very attractive with a different picture on each side, with numbers and letter to help with learning as children get older.
Good value for money and is thicker than most playmats. Able to be used when folded in half, to make the padding thicker. No plastic smell and plastic-like surface is easy to clean. Recommended.

I bought this for our living room so I didn’t have to keep getting a blanket out for our little man. I absolutely love it, and I can rest assured that if he rolls over he won’t bang his head on a hard floor. The design is also really nice and not your standard horrible/bright colours so it actually fits in with our interior.

Bought this to help cover a large area to promote walking and crawling. Do realistic measuring and allow for a few inches around the mat. We use it at home with a few panels folded due to a narrow room shape. It’s very lightweight and folds well to a compact size.

Great large playmate. Very easy to clean and store. Perfect for our lounge. We then fold and store under the sofa once baby is in bed.
This play mat is really cute and super useful. Be careful however if your baby has teeth, it can easily lose bits.
It came in a carry bag, not a particularly thick one but sufficient as the mat is very light, so it isn’t putting any strain on the handles. It’s super light for it’s size so it can fold and travel easily, but I preferred to have a second one.
Initially the price did put me off and it stayed on my wishlist for a while, but having read other reviews I thought I’d give it a go, as like others I have had cheaper ones that interlock but just come apart as baby plays.
The size in particular is great, nice and thick, love that there’s two designs. I’m happy that it’s padded enough to support her when she tumbles and rolls. She particularly loves that she’s got some resistance when she pushes with her feet, so much so she tries to make it squeak. I’d definately recommend this.
Update: my second mat arrived. I ordered the panda design for some variation and it didn’t come with a carry bag? So I’m not sure if it is supposed to or not.

The play mat arrived today and I love it – large, very comfy and easy to unfold/fold. Unfortunately it arrived damaged with a tear and puncture marks so I worry about durability. I’m hoping to head from the seller about replacing the faulty item.

Bought it a month ago, my baby is learning to sit up and sometimes falls back and hurt his head. This significantly reduced the risk of sore heads. Easy to clean, decent thickness, only thing about durability I’m not sure I can comment on yet, so far so good but my baby’s nails are pretty sharp and made a few scratches already, we shall see.

We got this to put next to the sofa for our climbing toddler so if he does fall off it’s not onto the hard floor we have. Has worked perfectly and the designs are cute. Downside is that one side developed a good few rips in it quite quickly, no idea if they were there on delivery as didn’t inspect all that carefully but definitely developed quickly with just normal use. Have turned onto the panda side now and seems much less prone to rips but downside is the folds between the panels on this side catch all the crumbs and dust and dirt so am having to hoover it a lot. But it does do a good job, expensive but still cheaper than similar options.
It is extremely large, much bigger than most other playmats. Easy to get out and put away at a moment’s notice. Great for a toddler and will be perfect for our little one on the way.
This mat has a really nice thickness, and a pleasant design. The only downside is durability, I am thinking of putting a thin rubber play mat on top of it.
I put a jumparoo toy on it and and wasn’t careful enough, the covering layer tore and peeled away very easily, but it was my fault.
The surface layer is very thin, so if you do buy it I suggest being very careful not to drag anything across it.
I’m very pleased with this purchase. It’s easy to use and it’s not as annoying as the tiles- every evening I can easily fold it away.

This is AMAZING!! I’ve bought it for a friend as a gift for when baby comes along. She was saying how she wanted a safe place for baby to roll around. It is HUGE. The height in the photos is half it’s actual height as it’s folded in the box, but the colours and design is just lovely! It’ll be ideal for the garden or play room! Added bonus is that it actually folds away to the same size and shape as it’s packed in so no sweating and screaming at it to fit back in the box!

My baby is a roller, so this has been great as we have hard floor in the living room. She also has reflux and this mat is easy to clean. I’m not sure what I would have done without it.

This play mat is very compact, soft, nice and colourful. It is easy to unfold and easy to clean. It has two different colourful pictures on both sides and both of them are textured which makes it non slip and great for little hands and feet to develop your child’s tactile sensitivity.

I first bought one of those puzzle abc mats but it just wasn’t quite what I wanted so I searched far and wide for a mat that would meet all the needs I had and finally found this one, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. It’s awesome thickness, folds super easy, can wipe and clean it no problem and is double sided so you can switch it up for baby to have something different from time to time!
