Purchased for my mum who has plantar fasciitis.
She gets immediate relief from the intense pain when using this massage roller. One thing that she said was that she likes the fact that she can press down onto the roller as hard as she wants to control the pressure.
Very easy to use, and extremely sturdy. Would be wonderful relief from achy feet if you stand for long periods.

Easy to use. Very therapeutic. I use it longer then the 5 to 10 minutes stated. I really don’t know if it’s helped my plantar fasciitis though.

Good chunky design, easy to use, like the colour and spiky texture.
Would need longer to assess effect, but it’s a standard PF management technique.
The build quality is good. I use the product daily since it helps with my feet pain.
It has the right level of surface spikes to massage the foot without feeling like you are doing more harm than good.
I have only just started using this roller for plantar fasciitis, And so far it has had no noticeable effect. However 2 of my friends have had the same problem with their feet, and they tell me that with prolonged use the problem has gone away. My doctor has today printed out a suggested regime for this roller, and I hope that I may, too, in time, become a success story.
Brilliant, if you’re got Plantar Fascia use one of these and do the NHS exercises. Within a couple of days the pain in my ankle had reduced considerablely.

I cannot review this Foot Massager highly enough, it gives such relief to my Plantar Fasciitis.
No, it hasn’t got rid of it completely, maybe in time, it will? but in the meantime, this bit of kit has given me such relief and I use it whenever the condition flares up.

Good product easy to use,very happy i bought it well worth the money.
It has really helped with foot/heel pain, hurts like hell to start but as your tendon starts to relax you can press harder and it has made a huge difference, combined with good insoles. Not a quick fix, stick with it, it takes a while but worth it.
Just started using…possibly helping but definitely better than a ball. Worth a try for the money and well built. Need to keep it away from the dog..he seems to think it is his toy!
Fantastic aid to alleviate my plantar fasciitis pain. It is well built with a good weight to it, and so easy to use.
I haven’t been using this for long but it seems to be working. It eases the pain I’m having in my heel.

Works just as designed. To help with foot exercise and plantar fasciitis
I was recommended to do this exercise by my GP using a small frozen bottle of water. Well I did as I was told but it rolled everywhere and wasn’t east at all; but well done him for trying to save money! So I was then recommended this and it does the trick.
Works best on a hard surface as the carpet pile seems to make it wander in all directions but this is doing the job.
Suffer with Plantar Fasciititis, also awaiting knee surgery, so should help with recovery.
You can feel the relief after using for 10-15 mins a night. Regular use and it makes it easier getting out of bed in a morning

I purchased this product after being advised I needed one by my podiatrist to exercise to help with the pain from Morton Neuroma. I have to say it is sturdy and is helping as part of an exercise plan to ease the pain.
This marvellous little roller really does what it says. As a retired qualified nurse with foot pain I find this product is so good for increasing your circulation where you need it. So simple not complicated but very useful indeed.

For treating plantar fasciitis I also use a hard ball the size of a tennis ball, this works differently but seems effective when combined with stretching the calf and rear thigh muscles.

I got this as an extra product to something else I was buying. I didn’t intend on buying it. But I can tell you it works very nicely for me. I get cramps on the in side of my foot and this is just great. I can do it watching TV and even my kids enjoy using it just for the fun. I highly recommend it!
I had been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot, very painful first thing in the morning so found this very handy foot massage roller. I use it twice a day and it really does relieve the pain, i wear compression socks during the day and i now have no pain anymore, Brilliant!!

It is ok, does some massaging but not too much.
It has helped with my plantar fasclitis, it hurts a little when you first use it, but bear with it because it works, buying the insoles for the condition and this roller should sort you out. This roller is also good for tired feet, highly recommended.

This device is well made and having only started to use it regularly, I’m finding some relief to my chronic foot pain. It claims to relieve the pain from tension and plantar fasciitis, I think it might well be helping, time will tell.

Arrived on time and looks good. I’ve used it a few times without any great change to sore feet but it’s to early to form an opinion.
Good item but not a cure for sore heels. For planter fasciitis I would strongly recommend applying ice to ankle before bedtime This really helped. Nevertheless I am glad I bought this. I also bought compression socks. Compression socks good for when you have to be on your feet.
This product is well made and so far is having a positive effect on my feet. It arrived promptly.
My husband has only just started using his roller so its early days yet but he says its a nice compact unit and comfortable to use and he looks forward to reaping the benefits in the future
