Bought this as I need to try control the foot pain I get.
Using this device is definitely helping me control but not eliminate the pain completely.
It is good for stretching the tendon before trying to stand up.
Bought it for my dad who has diabetes.
I also use it after a long day on feet.
It does the job.
Husband suffers from Cavus Foot and finds this little roller a great help to relieve paint and discomfort. He keeps it under his desk and uses it daily now. Highly recommend it for anyone with this or similar foot condition. Seems good enough quality and robust, has survived our children messing about with it regularly lol
fabulous little gadget. Having foot neuropathy I have a lot of pain in my feet. I have tried all sorts of gadgets to limited to no help at all but this one has helped tremendously. Also my husband works on his feet all day and finds this relieves his aching feet of an evening. Its sturdy and sturdy would recommend it.
It helped me a lot, mostly when my legs get numbed.

Iv purchased two , one for a lady with poicemans heel,& one with pains in the groin & leg area, they asked me to say that its helped them a great deal already they can feel the benefits.

Good quality. It’s very helpful for the pain relief and it’s easy to use.
Feels nice on the foot relieved the tension in my arch. Only issue is I had to keep dragging it back as it starts to move further and further away from you as you roll it other than that great item.
I love this foot massager, I used it for 2 days as I have arthritis and I used it for 10 mins on my feet and knee and there was a massive reduction in the pain. I found that it didn’t do anything for my hands and arms, maybe the ball would be better for them. It’s well made and strong only thing is I can’t get toe to heel in one roll forward.
My dog started chewing it thinking it was a new toy for her lol.

I bought this to massage my foot because I have a mortons neuroma and it can be painful at times. Its great. You can just sit reading or watching tv while rolling this gadget underneath your foot.
There is a small chart to show what exercises and areas of the body you can use it. I have tender gluts at the moment and yes you can even use it on your bum!!!
Love this massager. I roll it under my foot and use second foot on top to put extra pressure on it. Doesn’t roll away from under your foot like the massage balls do. Stretches the arch and deals with the pain. Sturdy item.
Bought for plantar fasciitis on husbands foot. He finds it. Help. It I no easy fi though, you have to do it every day.
It works well to ease the pain and itchiness on the sole of my feet.
Having plantar fasciitis for 4 years I will try anything to relieve pain. Excellent quality, sturdy and great price. The best thing is it works. Use it while sat watching tv for a light massage or stand up when using it for a deep massage.
It’s easy to use. Thought it to be little bit bigger but it’s good for quick pain relief. Might want to stand up for foot for better pain relief.

This is great. I’ve been using it every few days since I got it and it helps hugely. Really pleased as my feet muscles were painful after long shifts.
Better than a massage ball for the foot, this wonderful small roller means you can put more pressure where you need to without the fear of the ball shooting off in any direction it chooses! It is well made, and has a series of pronounced raised edges which allow for a deep and penetrating massage of the foot. Recommended.
Every evening, I rub my foot over this and it assists as instructed by a physio, in stretching out my sole. Seems to be of some worth. I think this was a good purchase.
This is a nice massager and helps relieve tension in the feet. My son uses this mostly as a fidget toy to keep his feet busy. The bumpy texture also helps. I like to use it for massage which you can make as deep or soothing as you make it as you control the pressure

I use this after a hard days work or if i’ve been on a long walk to help loosen off tight arches that i get. Its not always easy to get a foot massage this is a close second and it wont say no!

Takes a little time to get used to if, like me, you have sensitive feet. But I use it most days and so far so good
Very basic but you get what you pay for. Its nice on the feet at first but can be a little awkward to use. The leaflet you get has some pretty ambitious suggestions for where you can use this lol

I use this for plantar fasciitis. I’ve only had it 2 days so can’t give long term use of how good it is. It is a Great design, feels good underfoot and does seem to ease it. Anything is worth a go and this seems to be a good product.
