I have had 3 carpet cleaners , I can honestly say this the best one I have owned.It easy to use and easy to clean.
Easy to use may not get puppy wee stains out of wool carpet.
The dirty water collection tank is full at the full line which is about 1/4 full and when full it no longer works, once you work this out it’s easy to use.
