I like how you can pick different temperatures for times where you don’t necessarily want boiling hot water. I use the non-boiling function when I’m sick and drink hot lemon tea because I don’t want the lemon to lose its vitamins. its sleek, and looks pretty with its lights.

Different temperature settings if needed but best feature for me is it makes a sound when it boils. The lights inside are not the brightest but who boils kettles in the dark anyway?
Love this kettle – the little beeps that tell you it’s booked so you can walk away and get in with something else whilst it build. And the keep warm function is great for those days when you need more than one cup of coffee first thing!

This kettle is brilliant. Very stylish, very quick and easy to use. The temperature control is a very handy feature. The price was very very reasonable and yet it is the most stylish and best kettle I’ve ever has.
Why did I never buy a kettle with temperature control before? This one allows me to heat water for instant lattes, hot water bottles and so on without having to stand by in order to turn it off at the right moment. Seems well made, attractive to look at and so far without any problems. A good buy for the money!
I like this kettle because it heats at different temperatures. I like the lid because you open & shut it yourself instead of a button that does it, which invariably breaks or stops working properly. The colours are good and it pours fine.

Works well but the button cover didn’t last long before it cracked. It still works fine though.
Issues I have experienced:
if using the tea diffuser kettle isn’t easy to fill from the spout
When pouring the water out of the kettle it can be difficult as you have to angle it sometimes to an awkward position to pour the water out. This happens when only filling to minimum or emptying the kettle.
If your remove the diffuser mechanism steam comes out from the entire top.
Due to the glass design if you live in a hard water area, limes scale is spotted very quickly.
Would I buy it again? No because of arthritis in my fingers and wrists it can be a bit painful to empty the kettle. If it wasn’t for that probably would.
Good for a few months then it cracked while boiling water everywhere lucky I was not burned .
My old glass kettle have up the ghost after 3 years of use, so I splashed out on a new one. I don’t like boiled water so I tend to do my coffee and tea at 90 degrees, which is 4 presses on the right then one on the left.
Getting used to the always on was more difficult as like other men I had refused to read the destructions, but a long press got me started on using it. I wanted the water to stay hot while I waited for my daughter to come back from luck boxing class so it world be faster for me to cook the pasta and it worked. The LED’s work correctly although they are very feeble , just about see them in daylight if looked at closely.

A smart looking kettle. The coloured LEDs are very small and hard to see in daylight. Boils quite quickly and using the lower tempertures certainly does make coffee taste better. Not sure that I like not having the lid release on the handle. Overall, so far, a good buy.

I got this kettle to replace our old one which was a basic kettle and was certainly past its best days.
The kettle arrived packaged nicely in a branded Bonsenkitchen box. Upon opening the box, the kettle looked really nice just like in the photos. I had never heard of the Bonsenkitchen brand but was really impressed with the look of this product.
This was such an upgrade from my old kettle, I was so surprised with what this kettle can do! I love the temperature control settings which lets you heat the water to a range of different temperatures. This is perfect for when you don’t want to use boiling water and normally would have to let it cool for a bit. The kettle also has different coloured LED lighting for each temperature setting which looks really cool when boiling.
Furthermore, I love the height adjustable tea strainer. Me and my partner drink lots of loose leaf tea, so to be able to to strain tea in the kettle is so convenient for us both.
I use this kettle everyday – morning, afternoon and evening. It is perfect for making tea, coffee and I also use the lower temperature setting when making porridge.
Overall, this is an amazing kettle at a very reasonable price. It looks and works like a very expensive kettle but is at such a great price. I’m so happy with this product. I would recommend this kettle to anybody looking to upgrade their current one, or someone looking to buy their first. It really out performs other kettles at the same price range. Great product!
This is a great kettle, good value for money, well made and with a flexible boil control you don’t know you need until you’ve got it. But more, almost, than all that is the first class service from the seller. We had a slight problem with our first kettle and they sent a replacement instantly, without quibble. You can’t ask more that that!
In my experience of it this is a great kettle. It is simple to operate and the temperature selection function seems to work really well – I haven’t tried to verify the temperatures with a thermometer, but making green tea using the 80 degree selection makes good tea!
Some of the other reviews indicated that the buttons and lid were too flimsy. I haven’t found this though I do treat the kettle with care. So far I have found the kettle easy to clean and I think it looks good – most of our kitchen appliances are silver or black so it fits in well.

This is a very pretty kettle, I love the glass so I can see the water boil and I also like the shape of it. The beeping is another story, I can easily do without that.
There is a different colour light for each temperature, there are 5 different Temps, 100 degrees, 90 degrees, 80 degrees, 70 degrees and 60 degrees. Each temp has a different colour light, green blue purple red.
It has a press button start on the handle not the usual lever under the handle.
The lid is opened by pulling a slider on the lid itself and not via the handle like others.
When you put it on the stand, turn it on or when it turns off it beeps at you twice.
It boils fairly quickly but not as fast as our Russell Hobbs one.
For me the Temperature control is a bit gimicky and to be honest we only use the 100 degree temp anyway, the others are far too cold for hot drinks I dont care what the description says, the colours of the different temps are different from the description too.
The beeping is annoying!! Very annoying I could do without it
It is slower to boil than our other kettle and when it boils you dont think it will ever turn off and steam escapes from all around the lid, if it is fuller than 1.5 lt the water sloshes from the spout and spits from around the lid and it wobbles too! Very dangerous!
Opening the lid is hard for me with long nails and anyone with weak hands wont be able to open it either, I asked my Mum to make herself a coffee while I popped to the loo and when I came back downstairs a few minutes later, she was still trying to open it!
I wouldnt buy another one and will probably go back to the trusty Russell Hobbs after a few more weeks as we are all getting annoyed with the beeping. The kitchen is directly under my bedroom, I am at the top of the stairs and can hear everything that goes on in the kitchen and so every time one of my sons makes a cuppa in the night if they cant sleep it wakes me up! If only the sound could be turned off.
This is a really great efficient kettle. It boils quickly without too much noise. Personally I really like the different temperature light colours and the ability to vary the temperature setting. I use the lowest one to give my dog’s food some warm water and the 100deg for my tea. It’s a very chatty kettle which might annoy some people as it beeps when you operate it and twice again at the end. This might be irritating for some but not me. All in all a great purchase
Yea not a bad product. I found that if you put a metal discaler product in the kettle it slows descaling on the bottle of kettle.
This glass and stainless steel kettle works very well for me.
The time that it takes to boil water is surely quicker than any other kettles I’ve used before.
I love the feature that when the kettle is boiling, it lights up like flames. The light colour changes can indicate the chosen water temperature, and when it’s boiled, a short, clear beeping sound will appear to notify you.
However, the different temperature setting doesn’t seem too accurate to me; nonetheless, it’s still a handy and unique feature to have.
One thing to watch out for is be careful while cleaning the kettle. The glass material means you have to clean it with care, making sure you don’t break it, since it’s more fragile.
I like the clean, simple and modern look this kettle has. Although if you live in hard water area, this kettle doesn’t come with a filter at the pouring part like many other stainless steel and plastic kettles do, it could be a problem to consider before purchasing.

Beautiful kettle, looking very nice in my kitchen. Love the different colours. Also I able to see how much water it is in the kettle without opening the top lid. No dripping. Perfect size for family of four. It looks very well made, the plastic looks firms and strong. Doesn’t have any nasty plastic smell while it is new.
Quickly boils the water, Just in couple minutes. Keeps warm water for hour. Easy to clean.
The only con – the wire lead could be a slightly longer.

This is a stylish kettle in which it’s fascinating to watch the water gradually heating and convecting around.
Two buttons: Just press the power button, it heats the water to a rolling boil and turns off. Doing some cooking or washing up and don’t need boiling water? Press the other button until the LED indicator shows the temp you want (50c, 70c, 90c…) and then press the power button. The water heats to your selected level and then the kettle goes off. Want to boil it after all? Just hold down the power button for a couple of seconds.

This kettle has surprised me, it looks fantastic with its glass and colourful lights that change via different temperature settings.

Unlike other kettles Iv had, this one actually has settings. On the handle you’ll find them, when you pop the kettle on its stand, it’ll beep and light up for a brief moment. The temperature settings can be changed via buttons on the handle, I felt like they may be a little difficult for someone that may struggle with pushing buttons (my mum for example with arthritis in her hands)
You can alter how hot you want your water to be which is fantastic, especially if you need the water for something else rather than drinking. Also energy saving. But you’ll still need to press a button (even without a temperature setting) to start the kettle.
I found the kettle to be so much quieter than other bigger brands Iv used in the past which surprised me the most.
Overall I’m so impressed by this kettle, it looks so sleek and modern, the temperature control is amazing and it’s not loud at all! Winner!
This is a great kettle, the functionality works great, one thing they have wrong is the recommended temp for tea, tea should be made with boiling water ot 70
The only problem I had was the lid did not close properly, hence just 4 stars. I wanted to get a replacement but that wasn’t an option, the only option was a refund and repurchase but as it was 10 more exspensive than when I bought it a week earlier, I decided not to buy again.
As I said I would have preferred an option to get a replacement sent.
As we drink black coffee this kettle perfectly makes it at 80degrees and gives a lovely light show too …would recommend

Nice looking kettle .It feels like an upgraded feature with the temperature control although I don’t think I will be using it .I use the kettle most for coffee in the morning and with half eye open,I just want to press the button 😀 Also is nice that the kettle is made out of see through glass ,looks fancy with the colour ,however if you have problem with the water tab ,limescale will deposit on the bottom of it ,and won’t look as great anymore .Also ,once reached 100′ it does not stop ,keep going for a bit which from my perspective is a waste of energy.
Just started using we followed the instructions to boil a full kettle a few times to get rid of any residue from manufacturing.
You can hear the water bubbling as it gets to boiling but it is not unduely noisy.
Personally my favourite thing is how easy it is to fill it has a large lid,with a good sized handle .This makes removing and filling the kettle really easy ,that because of the large lid you can get your hand inside for cleaning.The spout pour water without dripping and have a smooth edge.The different colors of the LEDs depend on the selected temperature.Also with the keep warm function.
The kettle looks modern and stylish and is very easy to keep clean both on the inside and the outside. Being able to see into the kettle is really handy.
A stylish kettle, watching the water boil is strangely relaxing! The LED light is nice but your not really going to notice it bright if your kitchen lights are on. The spout pours nicely and you can heat the water to different temps with the controls on the handle
Once heated to the correct temp the kettle makes 2 beeping noises. If it had a button to flip the lid open that would have been better.
A smart and efficient kettle. I already have a varied temperature kettle so it was easy to compare. It holds the same amount of water and boils in exactly the same amount of time, the kettle is also a good few ounces lighter which is ideal for me as I sometimes struggle with a full kettle. I love the appearance of the kettle especially the lights which are different depending on the setting, also the temperature buttons on the handle are easy to see. I dont think I will be changing back to my old kettle any time soon, I am very impressed with this kettle.
There is a lot to like about this kettle. It boils quickly, is transparent so easy to see the level and has a variety of temperature settings from 50 to 100 degrees.
What makes it so useful is if you are making up formula for a baby’s bottle you can boil the kettle to 70 degrees, which means you don’t to boil a kettle and wait 30 minutes for it to cool down to 70.
The kettle does beep a lot when you change settings or it finishes boiling, so not ideal for midnight feeds but otherwise very useful.
As for the lighting up, I can’t say I noticed it being particularly bright or effective but that’s not a deal breaker.
Overall a great kettle with some good features.
Let me start off with aesthetics.I like the overall look of this kettle.The transparent glass with different coloured led lighting depending on selected temperature,looks stylish.This further complimented by the colour selection of chrome and black on the lid,handle and bottom of the kettle.
Given that the body of the kettle is transparent,it is very easy to see your water fill level.The kettle capacity is a minimum of 0.5 litres and a maximum capacity of 1.7 litres.The kettle is rapid boil and is not that noisy either.The spout on this kettle is excellent,enabling you to pour your water seamlessly and without dripping.The base has a section that enables you to hide any excess cables,acting like a makeshift cable tidy to intensive purposes.
The temperature control setting is interesting and enables you to be more energy efficient,allowing you to boil/warm water at different temperatures,rather than just your regular 100 degrees centigrade.
There are some disadvantages though.Firstly,the lid is quite flimsy and does not have an auto open feature via button ,which is a real pain and has smaller capacity than I am accustomed to.
Another disappointment is the lack of a cool wall feature.
So taking all of that into consideration I am going to award a total Amazon star rating of 4.

I like this kettle. It’s sleek, stylish, light weight and best of all, it gives you the option to choose your preferred water temperature. I don’t like boiling water when making tea, or coffee. Anything over 70 degrees C is perfectly fine for dissolving your coffee granules, or extracting the flavour from your teabag.
Heating to 100 degrees C is not only energy intensive, it means you have to wait for your beverage to cool before you can drink it comfortably. Worried about bacteria? Don’t be. I can tell you that water temperatures above 65 degrees C will kill even the most stubborn of critters. At 70 degrees and higher, you really have nothing to think about and will have a lower electric bill as a result.
The lights are a nice visual indicator of the temperature and in low light, it looks really cool against nearby vertical surfaces. The flat base of the kettle makes it easy to clean. A couple teaspoons of vinegar will eat up and limescale deposits.
The one negative aspect is the lack of a mesh filter. It has been years since I seen a kettle with no mesh filter and this brings back memories of scale forming at the top of my tea. Keeping the kettle clean will prevent this, but a mesh filter would have been a nice addition.
Update after 7 Months:
The kettle has been working great, but after a couple of months, I noticed the power button started to feel a little rough. Then a few days ago, the power button cover just fell off. It’s a thin plastic cover and over time, the plastic became fatigued and just popped off. The kettle still works, but the exposed power button makes me question the ongoing safety of the kettle and I will soon look to replace this. I have included a photo of the damage. The kettle probably gets used an average 4 times per day, so this shouldn’t have happened, as the button has been pressed less than 1000 times.
A really good kettle. I love the keep warm feature on it as it means you don’t have to boil it again should you need more hot water. I love the LED that changes according to the temperature. My only worry is the fact the kettle is mostly glass, and could easily break. Other than that it’s very good and great value.
