Really useful to have with a pushchair. We took this to Disneyland with us and we felt much better leaving the pram unattended. We always take it with us when we go out now. You never know when you’ll need it and it’s such a good size it doesn’t take up much room.
It is a useful secondary locking device to chain multiple bikes together or loop various parts of the bike onto a permanent post. It is long enough.

Ich habe mir das Schloss zum Anschlieen meines Kinderwagen gekauft und bin zufrieden damit. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, da ich den Begriff “ultrasicher” im Titel sehr bertrieben finde. Mit einem einfachen Drahtknipser wre das Stahlseil wohl trotzdem durch, da mache ich mir keine Illusionen. Dennoch ein handliches Teil, das immer unterwegs dabei ist. Und wenn der Kinderwagen ausgedient hat, wird es wohl weiter Verwendung finden fr das Laufrad oder hnlichem.
Super Schloss um mal schnell den Scooter, Ruckscke oder die Strandsachen zu befestigen. Der Schutz ist zumindest, dass eine Abschreckung geboten wird und sich potentielle Langfinger lieber woanders bedienen. Praktisch ist der Aufrollmechanismus. Auf Knopfdruck wickelt sich das Drahtseil wieder ein. Haben im Urlaub unsere Strandsachen, Luftmatratze, Schwimmring an den Sonnenschirm und den liegen befestigt. Somit sind diese bei Wind nicht weggeflogen. Auf der Reise haben wir unsere Koffer im Warteraum damit gesichert. Unterwegs haben wir unsere Ruckscke einfach am Stuhl befestigt. Praktisch ist dabei das schmale Drahtseil, welches durch jedes Reiverschlussende passt. Wir wrden uns dieses Schloss sogar noch einmal mit einer lngeren Schnur kaufen. Wie gesagt kein hundertprozentiger Schutz, schreckt aber Gelegenheitsdiebe ab und man muss nicht stndig alles im Blick haben.

Ich hatte das Schloss bisher auf zwei Kurztrips mitgenommen um meinen Koffer (Handgepckkoffer und Grokoffer) anzubinden. Das Schloss reicht von der Lnge vollkommen um an das Bettgestell oder etwas dickere Pfosten etc anzubinden. Auch eine Busfahrt hat es denn Koffer an Ort und Stelle gehalten. Einen Abstrich gab es leider trotzdem, die Zahlscheiben selbst sind manchmal mhsam zu drehen und die Knpfe mssen fest gedrckt werden. Ansonsten stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhtnis.

da ich und die Familie im Laufe der Zeit immer wieder die Schlssel fr die Fahrradschlsser verliere habe ich jetzt mal zwei Schlsser mit Zahlekombi zum Probieren bestellt.
Das Schlo wird sicher keinem massiven Angriff standhalten, aber das wrden die anderen auch nicht. Das Stahseil knnte 10-20 cm lnger sein, aber das ist nicht zwingend notwendig, passt alles und sauber in kleinen Taschen oder am Fahrrad selbst verstaubar.

Das Fahrradschloss hat die perfekte Gre und Gewicht fr lngere Fahrradtouren. Jedoch denke ich, dass das Kabel schnell zu durchtrennen ist, wenn man es darauf anlegen mchte. Ich habe das Schloss zum Sichern von zwei Fahrrdern auf Touren bestellt, sollte man z.B. mal einen Kaffee zwischen durch trinken gehen, dafr erfllt es seinen Zweck.
Does what I wanted it for better than my broken one as that only had 3 number lock where as this has 4 which means it will be more secure ,will be recommending to all my cycling members
Use it on my motorcycle to secure my jacket and sometimes the helmet. Works as advertised. Convenient and easy to store. Don’t expect high security with it but it does give some feeling of confidence my stuff will be there when I get back.

Das Schloss wird keinen Profi mit Werkzeug vom Stehlen abhalten. Doch vor einem spontanen Diebstahl im Vorbeigehen allemal. Und wer will schon auf einem Rad, das nur 9 Kilo wiegt, ein Schloss von zwei Kilos mitnehmen? Das kleine Ding passt in jede Hosentasche und ist kaum sprbar. Fr den vorgesehenen Zweck sehr zu empfehlen.
This was bought to secure baggage when travelling. I don’t think it suitable for bikes or lawnmowers as it’s really designed to be portable but it will secure your luggage when left in the racks at the end of the carriage.

Die Verarbeitung ist fr den Preis solide, der Schliemechanismus funktioniert einwandfrei (alles wie beschrieben); das Gehuse ist aus Plastik und damit wahrscheinlich eine Schwachstelle. Unknackbar ist das Schloss mit Sicherheit nicht, aber es kommt ja auf das Anwendungsgebiet an.
Ich brauchte es, um fr kurze Zeitrume mein Gepck im Zug auf einer sehr langen Reise zu sichern und auch mal ein Auge zu machen oder auf die Toilette gehen zu knnen, ohne sich allzu groe Sorgen um das Gepck machen zu mssen. In diesem Szenario wird kaum jemand mit einem Bolzenschneider versuchen, das Schloss aufzuknacken (was mit Sicherheit gelingen wrde). Mein Fahrrad wrde ich mit diesem Schloss, wenn es mehrere Stunden drauen unbeaufsichtigt steht, also wohl eher nicht sichern.
Fr kurzfristiges Sichern vor Gelegenheitsdieben ist es aber auf jeden Fall geeignet.
For the price I was expecting cheap plastic and perhaps flimsy connectors. But this thing feels solid. It’s slightly heavy in the hand indicating more metal than I would have thought. I’ve been using it now for a month with no issues. I would recommend it to others.

Das Produkt an sich ist einfach zu handhaben, fr den Preis von ordentlicher Qualitt und praktisch. Aber halt wirklich nur fr die Sicherung von nicht allzu teuren Gegenstnden zu empfehlen um den einfachen Diebstahl zu erschweren!
Vorab: das Gehuse ist Kunststoffspritzguss und macht nicht den aller-stabilsten Eindruck.
Dennoch macht das lngenverstellbare Stahlseil das, was es soll: einfache Diebsthle verhindern. Egal ob man damit ber mittag sein Snowboard sichern will, unterwegs beim Biergarten-Besuch mal eben den Kinderwagen oder irgendetwas anderes anschlieen will.
Es ist bestimmt nicht das sicherste – es verhindert jedoch, dass Gegenstnde auf die schnelle entwendet werden knnen.
I have been searching for a light weight ultra portable cable to secure items on a snowmobile and this is a great solution. While is probably will not deter someone who is determine to steal, it certainly would eliminate the temptation for most would-be thieves. I am very pleased with this product’s design.

This lock is brilliant. Bought for my sons skateboard as his first board was stolen from school. On second attempt thief could not break or cut. I removed with bolt cutters eventually as the lock had been badly damaged, however the lock held the thief off

So I chain my chair to my desk. It was quite hilarious. I left the long cabinet drawer unlocked and chained it to the handle. The next morning I see my chair almost half way in the aisle and the cabinet door fully opened. I hope that IT guy ate you know what and damaged his flimsy wrist. The best part? He doens’t come around.

Great to have a bit of extra length over my old Burton cable lock
We didn’t get to use these much (a few days), but while we were, they were perfect to secure skis. Actually, we bought 3 locks, but 2 were enough, as the cable is long enough to tie up 2 pairs of skis together and to a railing: with 2 locks, we tied all 3 pairs of skis securely and to each other!
I used this to lock my skis up on a recent trip and kept it in the pocket of my jacket when not in use. Very simple to use, and it feels quite secure despite the small size. Only downside I can think of is that there are 3 buttons on the lock and I kept forgetting which one does what (one is to retract the cable, one to unlock, and one to reset the code). Not a huge issue but some kind of markings would be helpful.

The release mechanism is easy to use and the instructions mean the code it easy to set. Doesn’t look wonderful but it is practical and neat.
Good value and perfect for locking a helmet to a bike for a short time. Seems reasonably well made and it’s easy to change combination. Would buy another if I needed it.
I like that this lock has four digits as opposed to the regular 3-digit combo. Perfect as a theft deterrent in the ski resort, however I can’t see this posing much of a threat to committed thieves. Just be careful where you store your gear and this will see you right.

Habe das Schlo fr unserer Gartenhaus geholt. Neuer 4 steller Code wurde schnell eingestellt, Handhabung sehr einfach, wenn man die Anleitung gelesen hat wei man wofr die jeweiligen Knpfe sind (dann auch logisch). Natrlich wird ein Erwachsener mit Werkzeug das innerhalb kurzer Zeit knacken knnenn, hier sollte aber nur eine Grundsicherung erfolgen, vor allem sollen meine Kinder nicht an meine Gartenwerkezeuge ran. Also… alles richtig fr den Preis. Vor allem das Kabel hat die richtige Dicke fr die kleinen Schlieffnungen des Gartenhauses

I’ve been using the lock several times a week for several months now at Starbucks and other cafes. The lock hasn’t jammed or developed any of the other horrible systems others have reported. It’s still working well for me and continues to prevent snatch and grab thefts.
Used this quite a lot as just finished working a ski season, seems to work ok but think a determined thief would be able to break it quite easily

Exactly what I expected. This is not a high security lock. A big rock or hammer could easily break it apart. This is a convenient compact lock with a metal cable meant to keep honest people honest.
Good little piece of kit, easy to lock/unlock. Nice and robust as i’ve been throwing myself down the mountai with it in my bag so its taken a beating. Only issue is sometimes the cable doesnt retract when its locked so I just retract it while its unlocked then lock it.
Love this cable lock. Best of all, it is not a TSA lock so you can lock things that keep the TSA’s sticking cotton picking hands off your goodies. I like to string all my shirts, underwear, pants, shorts, etc. and lock them up. Then I throw my stuff into the suitcase and shut it. Do this with several cable locks. This way the thieving TSA bums, baggage boys, airport cops, and security inspectors cannot selective swipe your stuff. This system works very well for me in Suvarnabhumi Airport where they have stolen from me 6 times in the last 3 trips I’ve taken there in 3 years. You can do better by punching 2 holes on both sides of the luggage’s top handle and stringing a braided cable through them. Then crimp or screw lock the cable in place. You can find the parts at Home Depot. Now you can string your Bosvision cable through it along with your clothes. Ha! Fool those monkey shines.

Das Schloss macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist gut unddie Zahlenkombination lsst sich gut einstellen.
Ich benutze es als Skischloss, um einen einfachen und spontanen “Mitnahmediebstahl” zu erschweren. Wenn jemand es wirklich darauf anlegt ein Paar Ski zu klauen, wird dieses Schloss kein Hindernis sein. Dafr ist es aber auch nicht gedacht.
Ein Negativpunkt an diesem Schloss ist das Verhltnismig groe Gehuse. Mein vorheriges Schloss (Burton Cable Lock) hatte zwar nur eine 3er Zahlenkombi und ein etwas dnneres Drahtseil, erfllte aber den gleichen Zweck und war vielleicht halb so gro wie das Bosvision.
Wenn man ohne Rucksack unterwegs ist spielt dieser Grenunterschied schon eine Rolle.
Daher “nur” 4 Sterne.
I bought this for my young granddaughter to secure her bike. My daughter set it up with her and was very impressed. Combination lock so no keys to lose. Retractable cable is a clever bonus. Granddaughter thought it was cool – daughter felt this was an excellent buy, value for money and secure.
The are really useful little gadgets and I have found lots of uses for it. I bought this one to replace a cheaper 3 digit lock that broke and jammed on – a devil to sort out. This seems much sturdier and looks like it should do a better job.
It’s a quick and easy way to lock your bike or other. It’s not the strongest
lock, but I never thought it would be. I use it for quick lockups to the market,
etc when you know you won’t be gone that long.

I was looking for a way to lock my helmet when my topcase if full. This is a perfect solution. I LOVE the retractable cable feature. The cable fits through the D-rings. Easy to change the combo. Cable seems strong. The case is plastic but I have dropped a couple times and it didn’t have durability issues that I noticed.
This product is designed to keep people honest. If someone for some reason is walking around with cable cutters then I’m sure they could cut right through. In short, it does the job, no key to carry, compact and you can’t be the price.
